yeah what's going on so today we got a video by the cop Cam and the title of it is beer theft leads to $80,000 arrest I don't know what type of beer cost $80,000 but we going to find out what's going on man let's get into it so guess what Billy on May 3rd 2022 an officer was dispatched to a CVS store in response to a beard theft here's what [Music] transpired what's that the guy who s that gent right there I don't know if he's passed out now so so tell me what happened well he this is he does this all the time this isn't the first time he's done it he comes in he takes a beer and he walks out just one beer um last time it was a four pack of blood light this and I have the um actual police report for that one I don't know how long he's been doing this cuz I've only been here since January um but when I see him he never anything he literally goes straight he stole one four light and then I didn't follow him outside CU we all allowed to do anything at this point um I just like you know did the report and he's been there the whole time and then people started coming in including my employees saying that he's screaming profanities and like all this stuff and that they were kind of scared to go out Park himont but I just don't want him coming back here at this point you just want him trespass basically I mean at this point I have to um because it's now twice that I've caught him personally um I need him like I don't know what the law is is if he can get arrested for stealing so you want to prosecute for stealing yeah okay do you have your ID on you uh I have to go grab it but I do have it yeah so did you see him select the beer and then walk out both times I even have the police report for the other time if you wanted me to grab that but both times I literally saw him grab it and he walked right past me looked me in the eyes and walked out and is there video I assume you want are you able to put that on a on a disc on a disc or flash drive yeah I should be able to start working on that I'll go what I'm probably going to do is probably not take him to jail we're so busy and shorthanded that I was going to tell you I don't um from what I understand um with the law I don't think it's even enough it's enough okay from what I I was always told like it was like they hired the I don't know well they hired from a misdemeanor to a Fel oh but it's still a misdem so I can take them to jail but with tying me up for that much longer and then having to go and put his man he ain't taking him to jail for this frivolous stuff man that's that's what it is man they listen they got bigger crimes to be worried about and to be filling up the jails with than this you know what I'm saying my guy he probably just getting off shift you know what I'm saying probably it you know what I mean it's close to that time you know what I'm saying 1409 which would be what 2:00 what maybe he get off at maybe three or four or whatever he not trying to get tied up in all this man he trying to kick his feet up you know what I'm saying make his last little bit of Dunkin Donuts run and call it a day bike in the property it's just not you know it's just that if he keeps coming back like all it's going to do for me cuz like you want him trespassed also I assume yes I just cuz my thing is like he doesn't have anywhere to go he's clearly homeless you know what I mean and not that jail a better place um but I just well he would just be out in the morning anyways yeah before that they would probably just yeah no I understand that I so I'll trespass him then if he comes back he'll definitely go to jail for that okay we're not going to let him keep Tres if there's any way for you to get him to leave this General obviously this area I don't know if that's considered my property I don't know either it looks like it's probably I'll make it clear if he comes anywhere on this property on side of the bushes you know if you made it this far in the video I
