the neighbors told me you were awful I'm sending the cops he threatened me now calling me a psycho if I was there right now I'd knock his teeth out we literally got warned by everybody who lived on this side about these people yeah so I just need your ID I'm not going to give you my ID okay well if you failed idea identify yourself we're just gonna take you to jail okay I'll go get my stuff hold on okay do you feel like a hero from this no I don't you got a handcuffed you in front of your son and then threatened me if I yell on my own porch welcome back to the lackluster Channel a viewer named Chris sent this video into me because a few years back when he moved to the town of Centerton Arkansas the day his family moved into his new home he allegedly caught a neighbor throwing trash into his backyard the neighbor's property is a 10-acre plot which borders multiple houses in Chris's neighborhood she alleges that these houses throw trash from their property into hers shortly after he moved in a tree from Chris's neighbor's property fell and broke his fence so in December of 2022 Chris requested permission from his neighbors to trim some of the branches of trees that hung over into his property he hired an arborist and the branches were removed as well as some dead trees that may have been at risk of falling and hitting his fence four months later his neighbor approached his fence to tell him that she was not happy with the job that was performed four months earlier the two parties exchanged Choice words and Chris's neighbor called her husband who then called 9-1-1 my wife's out uh trying to clean up in the backyard and I've got a neighbor over there screaming calling her cussing her out I'm not there right now because if I was there right now I'd knock his teeth out so you need to get a cop out there to get this situation handled before I get home officers of the Centerton Police Department first arrived at Chris's neighbor's house our backyard fence brothers and the guy had brought a letter one day and left it asking if he could trim some treats okay I noticed a month or so ago they didn't trim trees they cut like five down on our property and threw all the brush into our property I was back there today trying to clean some of it up push it all back up so it's not a mess and the guy comes out and I stood up on a log so I can see over the fence I'm like hey I'm not very happy and he's like why is that I'm like well you said you wanted to trim trees and you cut down like five and he's like no I didn't my landscape guys did you can take it up with them I didn't say anything else I'm just still back there putting brush in piles and he's just yelling at me over the fence it cost me three thousand dollars to have that cut down I saved you three thousand dollars just keeps going and yelling the neighbors told me you were awful going going so I called my husband I said the guy behind us was calling me a [ __ ] telling me I'm send me his phone or so my husband tried to call went to voicemail went to voicemail he's still outside yelling at me my husband calls me back he said I can't get a hold of him so I yelled back I'm like my husband's trying to get a hold of me I don't want to talk to him I'm like tell him he could kiss my he better not come over here I'm like honey he said to kiss his ass and you better not go over there so my husband finally got a hold of him he called me back and taught my husband's like I'm sending the cops he threatened me the guys on the back porch now calling me a psycho your psychos I'm gonna put 13 trail cameras huh how did he threaten them I don't know he didn't tell me he's on his way home and so did he ever make any threats towards you no he just called me um psychos I just finally came back in the house so the neighbors allege that Chris had made threats so officer LaVey calls the woman's husband to determine what those threats were can you kind of give me a rundown of of your side of everything and whenever you talk to the individual you said to your wife that that he threatened you oh yeah he's you know uh asked me if I want to come over and fly what do you want to do you want to come over and fight I'll take your ass and tell me exactly what was said and a threat towards you well I mean he didn't he didn't say he was he just asked me if you know he I don't remember it was In the Heat of the Moment um there was a lot of young person but he just said uh uh bad yeah what I'm trying to remember exactly what was said I know he said he asked he said well you know what do you want to do you want to come over you want to talk about it or you want to come over you want to fight so the I think that the most that that we would be able to intervene on is like a disorderly conduct just because there's somebody outside of his private residence that heard something that that was offensive you know what I'm saying we don't really have any kind of like actual terroristic threat or any assault because he's asking you if you want to he's not telling you he's gonna come over here he's gonna hit you or anything like that you know what I'm saying after determining that Chris had not made any threats the officers decide to trespass the two parties from each other's properties even though no party has entered either party's property you know I mean that's it's it's pretty simple yeah the whole the whole issue has been that like everybody along there has used our uh all that through there for uh uh you know a dumping yard we can tell them just leave you all alone uh now this isn't this isn't something that if they talk to you all again it's not a no contact order or anything like that what's gonna happen is we're gonna talk to him today and if they continue the action and you want to have us come back out and talk to him again you're gonna have to do that okay yeah we can talk to him and we can do a criminal trespass so they can't come back on property or anything um and and maybe that'll be like a like a good wake up call the Officers then admit to his neighbors that Chris had committed no crime with the situation and how it all played out there wasn't a crime committed however what we are going to do to try and give you a little bit of peace of mind so we're going to trespass them from your property okay so they won't be able to step foot on your property we're going to tell him not to contact y'all anymore okay and we're going to give him a no trespassing line okay so if he comes on the property from this point forward what's going to happen is you call us we come out okay we arrest him assuming he can still yell at me from his porch okay fortunately okay unfortunately yes okay I don't really think that there's anything that our prosecutor is gonna try and go for um just just because of the nature of the incident um yeah and I I just don't really think that there's a lot there when the woman goes inside to retrieve her ID the officers realize that the only one who has committed a crime is the woman's husband when he called 9-1-1 I mean technically he made a third party threat to another person well I don't know that he even made a third party threat he said do you want to get your ass kicked no no no technically right now because if I was there right now I'd knock his teeth out so you need to get a cop out there to get this situation handled before I get home despite the fact that Chris has not committed a crime officer Willis speeds to his house [Music] the speed limit for the road that he is traveling on is 45 miles per hour however since the road passes in front of a high school when children are present that speed is lowered to 25 and now shortly after speeding past the town's public high school officer Willis and his partner arrive at Chris's house can I help you yeah what's going on man I'm not a thing what's going on with you hey so we got called for a disturbance between you and your neighbors behind you there was no disturbance I was on my back porch she decided to let me know she was unhappy and I basically told her to go [ __ ] herself okay it's a freedom of speech right sure what happened she was barraging me on my porch about uh four and a half months ago we contacted them about having some rotten trees cut down because one of their rotten trees fell on our fence if we had it done nothing no complaints and then today she decides to start yelling at me over the fence about it so I just told her to go [ __ ] herself what'd she say I don't know I don't remember she's like I'm not happy how deep I'm not happy and we spent like two and a half thousand dollars anyways proof that she was fine with him what do you mean getting the trees that we told you we told her we were having someone do the trees back there because their Rock trees kept falling on our fence in fact the day this young man was born I had to worry about a fence being falling on my tree rather than getting up there and helping with that so okay so she was saying that you guys asked her to trim trees no then you'll cut it off we said we were going to trim the trees and then she said this and again this is four and a half months yeah this was done in December yeah so it's already done and over with yeah it's been four and a half months December is when this was done like we literally got warned by everybody who lived on this side about these people yeah I spent two thousand dollars to fix to fix their trees and then they have the audience ago yeah four and a half months in December I have the text from her saying it's okay so today all you guys are doing a porch yeah yeah today he was out on his porch and she said I'm not happy she's the one who initiated it and then her husband calls me and starts initiating so yeah I was rude I said back because that's a lot of money to spend to have [ __ ] get upset over it and then I asked them if they would have fixed it they said no so I don't know what position I'm supposed to be in it just sounds like some snooty that didn't get their way and yeah we both got upset but you don't you don't and again I mean that's it's insane to call all the police over a neighbor yelling yelling at a horse well too little too yeah she is she that letter sent to us because somebody dumped trash back there so well not us the whole street so what can I help you gentlemen with besides that well we're trying to figure out what was going on trying to get both sides of the story yeah and we even have text message proof of her being aware in December that we were cutting the trees down like a civil issue exactly and like I told her if she doesn't like it sue me that's literally all she can do about it so again we have proof and I set a camera okay is that what he asked yeah okay I think he said something about that they don't want you guys to contact them back so they contacted us after speaking with Chris for a moment officer Willis calls officer levay who commands him to issue a trespass warning she's the one that initiated stuff like reporting to him he was sitting on his back porch I guess and she started out on them I guess about cutting trees down which I guess they have proof from text messages that they gave them permission to do and this guy spent like 2 500 sounds like it's all a civil issue you're going to trespass them and we need to trespass for these guys now ordered to issue a trespass warning to a property Chris didn't step foot on officer Willis asks for Chris's ID could you get your ID for me why you guys we're trespassing you guys from their property and we're trespassing them from your property well it's just a formality to make sure that they can't come over to you and start that's fine I don't need you to trespass them that I can okay well that's what's happening so I just need your ID I'm not going to give you my ID okay well if you failed idea or identify yourself we're just gonna take you to jail okay I'll go get my stuff hold on okay it's basically just a printed out piece of paper say no no but I'm asking why it's necessary like well it's not that big a deal it's a warning it's not a ticket or anything no but I'm just asking why is this because I want you to Transportation they want they want y'all trespassed and we're trespassing them too so they're getting trespassed from your property a moment later Chris returns but with his cell phone instead of his ID so I want I want to get this on camera under threat address you're threatening me that you're going to arrest me if I don't give you my ID you don't identify yourself yeah you're on my property sir get off my property no go away you're on my property dude it's a warning anyway it was just a warning it's not a ticket am I find myself when I did nothing wrong okay well then you're gonna go to jail in Arkansas a person commits Criminal Trespass if he or she purposefully enters or remains unlawfully in or upon a vehicle or premises owned or leased by another person which creates some serious flaws in the officer's actions first of all as discussed Chris never entered his neighbor's property the tree trimmers he hired did with the permission of the property owner which happens to be listed as a defense in the Arkansas code but even if Chris was on the property and it is now clear that he has left the officers can ask for an ID but this situation would not give them the lawful authority to demand it the bigger issue here is that neither of the property owners asked for anyone to leave a piece of property the officers decided to bend the code to create a pseudo-protective order essentially legislating from the badge inside stepping the courts to do so by acting outside of the Constitutional limitations of their Authority the officers have now violated Chris's civil rights and worse yet they've used excessive of force to enforce a subsection of law that doesn't even exist fortunately for the officers they didn't hastily take Chris to jail but as you'll see here they continue to misuse their ill-perceived power to punish Chris for not complying with their unlawful order by keeping him in handcuffs longer than what would have been necessary even if they were acting within the scope of their Authority do you feel like a hero from this we've got to do this please please just give me like I feel like a hero are you a hero no I just wish you would just Coop I just wish you would not be a tyrant that's all nobody's being a time yes you are being a tyrant I know I'm not I didn't ask for you to come here take your anger out on them not on us [Music] can I get a copy or whatever of them of them do you know what I'm saying that somebody get me out of these please not yet well can you go for this ID if you go get his ID for him we'll take him out or he wants to verbally give us his information Chris do you want me to go get you ready no I'll just go to jail I guess no no I'm at that point my lawyer will have a lot of fun with this that's fine okay let me just can I talk to him can y'all step away I'm not gonna like run him out the back [Music] you guys make it hard to get yours no yeah you do no simple form no it's fine take them off I'll give you my ID thank you I'll get your information I'll give you my ID you want to play a power game now no yeah you do you're one of those who obviously has something up your ass I know it's frustrating and yeah because I did nothing wrong I'm the one who got bombarded on my porch for having a tree company go over there and this [ __ ] puts me in cuffs like you're not a hero go save someone go do something that helps people instead acting like a punk ass foreign officer Willis returns to his Cruiser to write the trespass warning while Chris pleads with his partner I didn't even set foot on their property so why would I be trespassed I had a tree trimming company over there five months ago moments later officer Willis returns so can you take me out of this now yes are you chilled out no I'm not but do you think real quick also you have to be you have to be go ahead okay can you just take him out of the customer yeah just a second now he's the tough guy who's got a he got a handcuffs you in front of your son and then threaten me if I yell on my on my own porch okay can you explain it so I can go no maybe I don't know let me know when you're finished okay can you just take him out of the Cuffs he's a he's in a power trip he's a power tripping he probably doesn't have much power at home you know it's pretty obvious you took this job in the morning for Criminal Trespass okay I didn't dress fast I did trespass I understand they want you trespasses there's also you know you're a tyrant you are a [ __ ] Tyrant okay qualified immunity is the only thing that protects you okay you know all right have a good day you don't [ __ ] yourself whatever you say Bud all right you tough tough tough guy Mr Hero right there get off my property sucker according to start go ahead that's affirmative guy you can probably hear him in the background oh he's one that he's wanting to try to get me on disorderly conduct well don't yell it's my it's my right I know but they can still get John just overly get off my property you're still on my property get off my property I'm on the sidewalk get off my property buy your property tyrant qualified immunity it's going to be revoked one of these days punk ass pathetic you should hang your head when you walk after this incident Chris requested the body cam footage and records as well as a history of complaints against officer Willis what he found was just days prior officer Willis had pulled over a foreigner and appears to openly mock the man's speaking patterns during the traffic stop I can literally watched you coming why would I not stop buffalo easily I don't know why like a creditor okay okay here's your phone thank you you're welcome the man filed a complaint but of course the department found that there was no mocking here's your phone thank you you're welcome very very nice I'm allowed to laugh am I not allowed to have feelings okay do you have anything else to say uh not really okay well here's your stuff have a good day after providing me with this information and video footage Chris spoke at a city council meeting good evening my name is Christopher and I live with my wife and son and Tamron I do not want to be here tonight but I am a man that does not tolerate Injustice I do think the chief and his men for talking with me on the phone today and the quick work of Haley in records I've spent the past three days debating on whether I should file a lawsuit against the city and speaking with my lawyer after some deep thought I have decided that I do not want the city's money I am a man that gives back to the place that I live and I do not want to take away from it with that said though the ignorance and I dare say even nepotism displayed by the Centerton Police Department on Saturday was unprofessional to say the least and at the worst it was Criminal without going into much details my neighbors decided to bring up a civil issue while I was on my back porch in December I spent two thousand dollars with their permission to clean up a tree mess and months later they decided it wasn't up to their standards the conversation became passionate but both sides quickly left each other alone my wife and I were then going about our day when officer Willis and officer Whitmore showed up at our door after spending the past few days reviewing the footage it is clear that officer Jordan Willis assaulted my wife my 18 month old son and myself and put me in handcuffs on my own porch it's the reason I brought my son and my wife but he's not cooperating I wanted you to see who who was involved um he then present proceeded to insult me instigate me and threaten me on threaten me with unlawful commands and erroneous charges the moment I asked the officers to leave my property the incident became non-consensual they both should have known to leave both officer Willis and Whitmore assured I stayed in cups for seven minutes on my own front porch for a civil matter with no rights read on the tape multiple officers admit it was a civil issue then they issued me a criminal trespass warning despite the video footage showing both my neighbors and us not wanting either trespassed your officers even conspired with the neighbor to try and charge me with disorderly conduct despite the neighbor calling us first and initiating a conversation over the phone there was Zero evidence presented by them my neighbors to corroborate any violence or threats your officers even told them there was no offense on the other hand we provided evidence of that dispelled any of their erroneous claims but it was not taken into account why was their word taken over our evidence I want the warning revoked there's no reason that should even be on my file officer Jordan Willis acted in a dangerous manner for Unnecessary reasons after admitting multiple times this was a civil matter then after he made calls to officer I think louser I can't remember the guy's name decided to write us a criminal trespass warning I asked him to leave my property he used excessive force instead on my wife's son and on myself without asking any sort of investigative questions which have would have dispelled the ability to even warn me for trespassing I've never been back on the property where the trees even were um now I don't want you to take my word for this I'm working with a civil rights YouTube channel that's uh very popular and uh we're consolidating all the camera angles of the body footage and we will be uh releasing that here pretty soon thank you at this moment I do not want to pursue any legal action but I will be forming formally filing an excessive force complaint tomorrow morning on officer Jordan Willis in a conspiring and solicitation of a trespass on officer lauza I am more interested in change in my community in educating those who are ignorant of the laws they enforce I look forward to hopefully building a close relationship with everyone here so we can have a safer City that does not fear the police but warmly Embraces them due to their empathy and action Chief Harper I call on you to make the necessary changes to ensure Jordan Willis does not treat other citizens of Centerton this way and and to educate your officers on the constitutional rights we all have I off I also ask that you do not allow officers to enforce citizens feelings without actual evidence to base your actions on on what happened on Saturday felt like weaponized police designed to intimidate citizens because one citizen didn't get their way one had more pull on the other and the police were you used to bully us into submission I have no ill will at my neighbors though and truly wish them the best with that said I think abusing the police system costing taxpayer dollars over feelings is something our citizen citizens citizens should also be educated on there was a total of five police and I believe four vehicles all used over the feelings of my neighbor because being hurt after not tolerating being berated for a job that I spend so much money on if anything I should have been thanked as well as my neighbor Mike who cleaned up their tree on our on on our shared fence in September 2021 when we moved in our house in 2020 we actually caught her throwing trampoline parts in our yard after a somewhat Pleasant conversation she said organic material could be thrown back there on their side if she was so particular about the job that could have easily been back there and directed my professional tree trimmers they knew they knew and approved this remember or they could have maintained their own property and respected the fence line of their neighbors but this is where we are at in America everybody bases everything on feelings and disregards facts change starts at home I suggest that the police and Council begin the process of picking out volunteers who will be Community Liaisons between the police and US citizens I would volunteer for it if necessary with that said I don't put up with corruption eventually My overall goal is to abolish qualified immunity cops should be required to follow the same laws that we are there is nothing more frustrating to a citizen than being harassed by a police officer who broke 12 traffic laws to pull you over for one sticker warning for now though we must work on our community relations if we all want to survive and and thrive in this wonderful Centerton Community but that's that's all I have and I wanted to thank you all for will be punished are the taxpayers in his town he has been in talks with the chief and the mayor and expects disciplinary action and education to be handed down to the officers in lieu of civil action
