medical marijuana card the woman was previously caught stealing from Target on December 23rd but the store didn't pursue charges this time she was charged with shoplifting items worth $100 to $749 and with scheming to defraud under $749 hey that's actually not bad they didn't charge her with the uh with the pen you know so and you know what a lot of times stores don't charge if they get the items
