Hey, this is Brian. Welcome back to the Here's the Deal channel. Several of you have sent me the link to this video right here and asked if I would comment on it. I'm kind of speechless. I'm going to go through it with you because you asked me to. We've talked so much about Arkansas State Police and how notorious they are for just putting the pedal to the metal. We don't care who's in the way. We don't care who's on the road. We don't care how fast we have to go. We don't care how many troopers get involved in the pursuit. We're going to bring our guy to bear and we're gonna get this guy and we're going to stomp him. So, in the picture right here, you have Chedric Washington, who wasn't even the driver of this vehicle. You've got a state trooper. We're going to mention his name. Don't worry about it. We're going to make sure that he gets all the fame that he deserves. We're going to go over this thing from the top and we're going to talk about what the potential speeds were, what the actual initial infraction was, and was it really worth putting everybody on the highway and everybody in this subdivision that they're speeding through at risk? And just imagining what could have happened when they're trying to pit maneuver this guy who's the driver of this vehicle. They could have easily gone into somebody's house, into the bedroom of a little kid, into the living room and the dining room of a family who's kind of settling in and eating dinner at night or just watching TV. We've seen things like this before where the cops and with total disregard for the safety of anybody on the roadway or in the neighborhood or in their houses and they're just frothing at the mouth. just they can't wait to put in another little notch in their speed demon case. So, I'm going to go ahead and start this over from the beginning. We're going to make some comments about when the pursuit started, what the highest speed for these trooper vehicles are. First, let me just go ahead and say Arkansas State Police Cruisers don't have one uniform top speed. The fleet is kind of a mix of Dodge Chargers, which is their main high-speed pursuit highway vehicle, and they've also got the Chevy Tahoe, which is a police pursuit vehicle, plus some Ford Police Interceptor utilities. The Charger Pursuit is a 5.7 L Hemi V8, if I'm not mistaken. That's the model most often seen in these high-speed chases on these videos right here. And apparently it's got an electronic governor that's supposed to reduce the speed to 130 to 133 mph. Even though we've seen that trooper at 131 132 mph pit maneuver that guy last month and the careened into this 73y old man and his 67year-old wife, seriously injuring them to the point where they had to be lifellighted to a Memphis hospital. So we're going to go ahead and look at this real quick. We're going to note the timestamp right here when he starts the pursuit. Not when he turns the lights on, but when he actually cuts across the median and starts heading in the opposite direction. Let's take a look at this. You're not going to hear any audio at first. Supposedly, this guy right here was traveling 82 in a 65. 82 and a 65. So, how fast would this trooper have to go? There's the audio. Okay, so he's at 0 miles hour right now at time stamp 23 2045. So that's 1120 and 45 seconds. How fast does he have to go with the guy going 82 in the opposite direction? Now the guy behind him sees the blue lights. He starts running. They say his top speed was 119 mph. If that's the case, let's find out how fast the trooper has to go and how long it took him to catch up to him. Just look at the white lines on the right blurring by. This guy is making that cruiser engine work feverishly. It's truly ridiculous, man. He has no if something happened, if he blew a tire, he has no control over this vehicle or who he might crash into. Thankfully, there's not a lot of people on the road right here. Hey, I pulled you over for doing 82 and a 65. Oh, yeah. How fast did you have to go, officer? About 134. That makes a lot of sense. So, I'm I'm going to do over double the speed limit or nearly double the speed limit just to catch up to you so I can make the stop. So, he's been in pursuit for over a minute now. He's been in pursuit for over a minute at top speed, mind you. If he wrecked right now and careened into the that truck right there, nothing he could do. You're not going to be able to control that speed. Let me just remind you, most police departments will not allow their troopers to pit maneuver. He's going to do some pit maneuvers here. Will not allow their troopers to do any pit maneuvers past 35 mph. Look at that car he just passed. Unbelievable how fast this guy's going. Feel free to fast forward if you want to. Now we're a full 2 minutes in the pursuit at top speed. Could have killed that person right there. This is insanity. finally caught up to him. Well, you see, Sean, the problem is you were exceeding highway speeds and I felt like I also had to exceed highway speed so there'd be two dangerous vehicles on the roadway. Don't you understand? That's how we operate over here in Arkansas. putting that person in jeopardy going in the opposite direction. I'm going to go and fast forward this. He takes the offramp. They go through this subdivision. >> Is that pit maneuver one? Let's see. All right, that's the first pit >> and successful. He continues on with a damaged vehicle. No regard for that guy's safety right there in the white car. Hey, it looks like the trooper was attempting to do a pit maneuver, even if it meant pushing this guy's vehicle into the white car. And they could have easily done it. Now, we're going to go towards some houses in a residential area. 16 no. >> This is like emptying the insane asylum and having all the inmates put their hand on a Bible and take the oath and become badged uniform Arkansas State Troopers. No sane person does this right here. They just blew through a stop sign. Let's go back over it. Watch this. actually pushes him to violate a traffic sign, which means they could have easily t-boned somebody who happened to be in that intersection at the time. >> Now, I want you to notice it's not Tedric Washington who's doing the driving. Tedric is in the back seat. the back. We're going to the back. >> Y'all cover the back. Cover the back. Got four. >> Hands up. Back. Back. Get your hands up. >> CFS comments added. >> Put your hands up. Put your hands up. So Tedric and the passenger had their hands up the entire time. >> Tedric is being completely compliant. muscle. >> Not only is the officer pulling Tedric's arm, his left arm out a broken glass window, now he's pulling on his dreadlocks. God, man. Just just look just look at the brutality again. >> Just let's consider this. Tedric was not the offender. He was not the one driving at 119 120 mph. He's not the one that committed the crime. He's been completely compliant, sitting in the back seat, wasn't given a chance to open the door. They were telling him to put his hands up and if he tried to unlock the door, they probably would have shot him cuz they probably would have thought he was reaching for a weapon. And that gave them that would have given them the opportunity and the excuse that they needed to end his life. Basically, Tedric Washington is doing everything right and the Arkansas State Troopers are doing everything wrong. And while we're at it, this trooper's name is Theodore Henderson. John in contact with 104 me. Okay. >> Says an August 19th traffic stop turned violent for a former division one basketball player in Bleville, Arkansas. Tedric Washington Jr., A Bleville native says he was cooperating with police when they pulled over an SUV he was a passenger in for allegedly driving 119 mph. Hey Tedric, if your friend is willing to go 119 mph and put your life at risk, he's not your friend. He's as much not your friend as this law enforcement officer is not your friend. After officers used a pit maneuver to stop the vehicle, Washington briefly had his hands up in the back seat before the officer closest to him used his baton to break the window. Washington extends his arm out of the car and is pulled from it by his hair. The officer then punches Washington in the face before he pulls him out of view. The driver, Adonorus Johnson, was arrested and charged with felony fleeing, resisting arrest, first offense DWI, reckless driving, and other charges. Washington was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental operations. Now, some people may call me biased because I call out bad cops, but I didn't see any resisting arrest anywhere on the part of Tedric. If you did, I want to hear what you have to say in the comments section and provide your proof. The officer involved in the incident, Theodore Henderson, confirmed in his report that he struck Washington a second time and had previously ordered him to crawl through the opening where he broke the window. He later claimed Washington postured up as if he were preparing to swing, prompting him to punch Washington in the face. There is no proof of that. I just assume the cop isn't telling the truth. Washington is reportedly preparing to take legal action and well, he should because this is a clear on camera injustice. I'm pretty sure sane people cannot deny. If you can again bring the evidence, I don't see Theodore Henderson wearing a body cam, so we're probably not going to see that additional footage where he says that Washington was posturing for a swing. As we've seen many times before, law enforcers, not just Arkansas State Patrol, specialize in fabrication, intimidation, and escalation while they commit gross violations. And that does it for this video. To me, it's pretty cut and dry. Theodore Henderson should not only not be a cop, he should be behind bars. You can't trust that guy. Lives are literally at stake as long as he's free. If you disagree or if you agree, let me hear what you have to say in the comments section.
