Y what up so today we got a video by um daily dose of crime I don't think I've ever seen any of their videos so this might be the first time I don't know you let me know if I seen one of their videos cuz maybe I did a video of this but I don't think I did um and the title of it is called drunk mom crashes with six unrestrained kids in the vehicle unrest strained why they use that word I mean couldn't you just said unbuckled or something like but damn how the hell six kids fit in a car ain't that there's a maximum of like five seats three in the back one as a passenger and then you got the driver so there should really only be four kids in the back so six all right let's see what they talking about man let's get into the video in the early hours of Monday August the 19th of 2024 a routine call took a dangerous turn when Craig Head County deputies responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in a ditch just outside Monae Arkansas upon arrival the deputy discovered an alarming situation inside the SUV was 38-year-old Jennifer Williams and six unrestrained children all cramped together in the vehicle Williams who herself was not wearing a seat belt immediately raised suspicions with her slurred speech and the strong odor of alcohol initially denying she had been drinking Williams eventually confessed to having consumed wine just a few hours prior hold on hold on not only do you have six kids in there with no seat belts on you as the driver don't have a seat belt on yo you could have really hurt somebody like well I don't know let's see what happens in the video but you got six kids crammed in there and you smacked that's no excuse hey how's it going everything okay yeah I got to T I had pulled over so my son didn't know it was wet and um what did you pull over from like I had P okay you guys okay yeah it's not much 10:28 I was stepping over there but I just left my shoes cuz she got Adam Paul boy 69 young you ain't been drinking or anything have going to have to come get the keys in the car hey uh I've got uh what's her name again Jennifer I've got Miss Jennifer here okay so she uh she put her the car in the ditch and she blew twice the legal limit and she's got probably four or five kids with her yeah yeah so she's going to have to go to jail and I I don't know what to do with these kids damn man I'm coming I I ain't even going to lie to you man I got two cars over here and one of them is a Mustang and all of them ain't fitting in there and the other car got the tags out on them that's my only car they going to fit in man I you know that's what I was just telling her I'm like [ __ ] I don't want to drive that car out there and [ __ ] around and get pulled up I got license like I said that's that's the only car all of going fit in here my wife car but the taag is out okay uh man all where where you coming from from par man all I know to tell you is if uh if you if you do get pulled over just uh have whatever officer call or pulls you over if you do get pulled over have them contact Craig County dispatch and uh I'll let them know that you're on your way here to come get these kids okay okay so they should be able should be able to work with you all right man I'm [ __ ] I'm going to leave the house now why would you do that to them kids do anything to cuz I didn't run off the road you blew a 0.13 that's almost twice illegal limit all I had was wine you had a lot of [ __ ] wine in I had show time F I'm not going to lie to you that's all I had I swear to God and I had that from earlier cuz I only had I had she looked like she looked like she bombed I mean you could see it in her eyes I mean her eyes it's like she looking at you but it's like it's kind of like she looking at you but like nobody home she's not completely I wouldn't say she's like completely bomb she's bomb though nah N I would say she completely bomb she she bomb man and it's just sad because the kids you know and now the kids is going to Forever have this image of her in handcuffs getting like like that that's a memor there's some things that you just will never forget in your life you know and this is going to be one of those things that those kids that are in that car are never going to forget ever in their life since yesterday but not drinking it since yesterday but the bottle I had since yesterday I drunk it earlier like when I got off and then I had um finished it on the way back how many kids you got back here D mine hold cuz the person you called some of his kids I got AJ that's mine Allison that's mine K oh wait so so you're driving drunk with other people's kids in your car I'm not drunk you're not drunk you want me to you want to blow in that test tube again I will and you can show me not all right then I I do you know what the legal limit in Arkansas is no I don't 8 Okay so if you want to blow in the straw again I'll show you just how drunk you are okay remember like I said whenever whenever I that say 14141 so so you're you're you're pretty drunk almost double wow I feel like it well you are so you're you're getting charge that and for every single one of them kids that's in your car getting charged for endangering welfare of a minor okay see and the thing is is that um I forgot what I was going to say uh what was I going to say never mind just watch the video and you're supposed to have an interlock watch out I don't want to hit you you're supposed to have an interlock in your car and you don't so you're getting well you signed paperwork saying you were supposed to have them I know I just um sh but I know I just left cour July 25th I get got to C my and then I in the class and that was it and oh I remember what I was going to say she may have a high alcohol con um you know she may be tolerant you know what I mean to alcohol but in her mind but in reality you could look at her and tell she's drunk you know what I'm saying but I'm saying when she said I don't feel it you know when after she blew she like I don't feel drunk or whatever I don't feel it well you may have a high you you may have a high tolerance for alcohol that's probably why you don't feel it which that could be dangerous that's why hey if you going to drink drink in moderation you know what I'm saying because look you don't need to be drinking every day you don't you don't need your body to get used to that you know what I'm saying you just take it in moderation so that way when you do drink right you spending less money cuz you probably drunk off three drinks two drinks you good you good it's lit you know what I'm saying but when you drink all the time that's an expensive habit man and want other class can I down this can you what hold on hold on just a second I'm trying to you know what's going to hurt what whenever one of them kids dies cuz you crash your car that's what's really going to hurt I promise go ask them did I crash or did I pull over go ask them go ask him what did I crash or pull over you want me to go ask him if you're drunk no no that that you're really making me mad I'm sorry you're making me mad cuz there's five kids in there and you're drunk you're hammered you may not feel like it but you're 0.14 legal limited Arkansas is 08 so I have matter of fact I have no issue taking you to jail charging DWI endangering welfare don't ask me to adjust those cuffs do not listen do not ask me to adjust those cuffs you could have killed yourself and five kids today and you think that's okay no I promise I don't I do not I swear I step in here for me take a never given the circumstances Williams was promptly arrested facing multiple charges which includ uded driving while intoxicated lack of insurance and endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree which is a class A misdemeanor during her probable cause hearing it was revealed that this was not her first offense Williams had a prior DWI on her record and was transported to the craige Head County Detention Center subsequently given a $7,500 cash only Bond and ordered to wear an alcohol detention ankle monitor as for the six children they were safely turned over to their father ensuring their well-being in the aftermath of this dangerous incident what she has priors nah oh no she has prior incidents with dealing with this nah nah no way given the circumstances Williams was promptly arrested facing multiple charges which included driving while intoxicated lack of insurance and endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree which is a class A misdemeanor during her probable cause hearing it was revealed that this was not her first offense Williams had a prior DWI on her record and was transported to the craige Head County Detention Center subsequently given a $7500 cash only bond in order to wear an alcohol detention ankle monitor as for the six children yeah bro that's that's that's insane bro like it's one thing if this is honestly there's no excuse for it you know but in reality has everyone's driven you know a little butt everybody has done it I don't care what you talk about everybody has done it but it's different when you got kids in the car like if you if you doing it by yourself like of course it's not right regardless but if you doing it by yourself it's like you know you the only one in the car so if you crash you know well hopefully you don't hit somebody else you know but if you crash into the you know a pole or something like that you you only hurting yourself or you fall off you go off the cliff or whatever you only you only taking out yourself you know what I mean it's but to do it with kids in the car and to do it again after you already done um hurt somebody like that you already um done had a DWI already so you still ain't learning your lesson I'm going tell you a story right today actually earlier today I go for walks every day and stuff like that in the morning I wake up you know the first thing I do you know get ready or whatever and then I go for a walk I walk about a mile every day so when I was coming back right I ran into a dude U he had a bike and stuff and when I was walking up like I kind of walk in like a like whatever a certain path or whatever but when I'm going up I seen the dude and then when I was coming back down I seen him again so I was like oh I'm like oh you ain't moved too far whatever he's like man you know I'm just trying to scrape up I'm just trying to scrape up a dollar to get a to get something to eat man I said oh why he like man to be honest I'm homeless and I'm like I I I see that but why you why are you homeless is what I'm saying and cuz he looked kind of maybe 30s or something and uh yeah maybe mid-30s maybe early 40s and uh he says well I just got out of prison I said oh man I like what you do and he's like I got out of prison for DWI I'm like they lock you up for DWI well I know people get locked up but typically you ain't going to prison you know what I'm saying like most of the time you know he said it was my fourth time I said four times four you ain't learn learn yet you're like man no this is my this was my last time I you know I got sober while I was in prison I'm like you ain't had none of that Hooch man you're like n no I ain't had none of that Hooch man I'm sober but the main reason was I had like I had like 4,000 to my name and when I got out I had to pay a $1,300 fine and it was either get an apartment or pay the fine and I decided to pay the fine and instead of getting the apartment so I just been moving around you know cuz at least I don't have to pay the fine no more you know and have them on my back I'm like you know what that's a that's a good that's good ex you know that's good that you don't got to pay the fine or whatever so gave him a couple dollars and stuff like that whatever only because he was honest you know cuz I like to hear the stories you know what I mean so but man I I don't understand how people
