You you can't take my picture. I'm a citizen of the United States. >> This is 300 and something pounds of pure, unadulterated, unfiltered ignorance. >> Deputy, I think you need to call your supervisor and ask him if it's okay or not. >> I I think it's between you and me. I want to know if you have my permission to take my picture. >> Well, you're working as a public servant in your official capacity, so we're allowed to photograph you. >> And who are you? >> I'm a citizen. >> Can I have your ID? >> No, you may not. >> Why not? >> Because I'm not suspected >> a crime. When an officer asks a citizen for an ID, he's supposed to render his ID to that officer. >> If you cannot >> May I have your ID, sir? >> If you can articulate a crime >> I don't have to articulate a crime. The crime is you not giving me your picture of ID. Can I >> [laughter] >> Your crime is not you not giving me your picture of ID. I don't have to articulate a crime. >> Have your ID, sir. >> Failure to >> I want to know who you are. >> Failure to ID is only a crime if there's a an initial crime. >> Sir, I like to see >> Anyway, guys, we are over here in Enid, Oklahoma at the county courthouse. >> I don't know why he edited that last part out right there. >> Deputy Davis is getting a little aggressive telling me I'm not allowed to get his picture. You need to watch your voice. You have citizens over >> That was a threat. You ain't seen aggressive yet, kiddo. >> there. >> What if >> And if they don't like that, they can call 911 and that's disorderly conduct. >> It's a man-child. >> You just You just violated an Oklahoma statute. You know that, right? Anyway, guys, this guy's getting real aggressive. We're in Enid, Oklahoma at the county courthouse. He has demanded my ID saying in in Oklahoma I have to ID if he asks for it, which is totally wrong. He has to be able to articulate a crime and have an initial crime for failure to ID. He's being very aggressive. He just cussed and he's using vulgar language in public. So, we're going to stay live. We're live on internet >> net, Davis. >> Hey, Deputy, can I look at Can I ask for a supervisor, please? >> Yes, we contacted the Garfield County Sheriff's Office. >> Uh-huh. >> Uh fairgrounds. >> You did or is it Oh, I have to contact him? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is there any way you can radio in a supervisor cuz he's using vulgar language and he's getting real aggressive. >> I don't know that I need a supervisor here at this time. >> Well, I need to do a formal complaint. >> And that's where you do the formal complaint is with the Sheriff's Office. >> Okay. Lucky. Lucky. Okay. >> Okay? But it's not. >> Okay. And you haven't done anything You haven't done anything You haven't done anything to me, but I'm just saying you being the calm and cordial one and doing the right thing. He's just He's a little hot-headed and >> everybody. >> Okay, you're here and I appreciate that, but I'm just saying you might want to calm calm your deputy down just a little bit and inform him that it's not a crime and he cannot demand ID. You You should have a complaint form somewhere. You should. >> We don't have them up here. >> Okay. >> Okay? Unfortunately. >> Okay. >> If you need them, they're out there. >> Is there anybody Is there a patrol Is there a patrol officer? Do you have a business card I can call or >> I don't have a business card. >> Okay. Just just say it out Just just say it out loud and I'll get it on the camera. >> I have to look it up. >> Stay tuned because it becomes more and more obvious that the ignorance within this department is epidemic. It doesn't stop with this buffoon. >> I got a subject up here taking pictures and I asked for his ID. >> I got a subject Did he just say I got a subject up here? >> I got a subject up here taking pictures and I asked for his ID. He refused to begin it to me. What do you want to do? Yeah, I asked for his permission to take my picture and he said he didn't need my permission to take my picture, but he's taking pictures of the second floor right now. >> You are You're a public servant working in your official capacity. What is it? >> I can't disclose that one out in conversation, but your phone number is 588-227-0244. >> 0244? >> 88. >> Okay. >> Okay? How do I help you, sir? >> I'm trying to find out which uh which courtroom I'm in. >> The health and fitness standards within this department are clearly nonexistent. >> You know what this refers to? >> Um I'm assuming traffic. >> Traffic? >> You unlocked the door? >> I unlocked it. >> Okay. >> There's a deputy, can you come and escort you down and ask for your ID? >> This uh deputy has locked the door. >> Wow. >> So, well, there's always a fire escape. Guys, we're in Enid, Oklahoma at the county courthouse. And uh the deputy has not only locked the door, but is uh illegally detaining me on the second floor. Well, man, that's a fire hazard. You guys don't have uh Deputy, unlock the door. >> Wow. >> He's locked me in the second floor, and he wants my ID. >> And that's exactly what control freaks do. They want to hold people against their will. They exercise their power against people, not to help people. This is a gross abuse of power and authority. We all know this. >> I'm I'm being held against my will. This is kidnapping. This is not a crime. I'm in the common areas, the public areas. I'm not in the courtroom. There is no fire escape. So, there's no an emergency exit. So, he's illegally detaining me against my will. This deputy is locking the door. So, a citizen came in, and I was about to get out. So, I was able to get out of the building. Uh that's a very dangerous situation, guys, they had me in. Um I'm able to get out. I'm going to go in the front. As you guys can see here, it says no cell phones, purses, or knives allowed, other weapons in the courtroom. Um it even says in the building no cameras allowed in the courtroom, which I wasn't in the courtroom. Ain't no about that. >> Outside. >> Deputy, I think you need to get some retraining. I'm live on the internet right now. >> Let me see your ID, sir. >> You're not going to see my ID. I'm not committing a crime. He wants my ID. Is that all you're going to walk? Oh, come on now. We got a sheriff's deputy right there. >> It's like a never-ending Saturday Night Live skit. >> As long as I'm not in the courtroom, I've already spoke with the judge. As long as you're not in the courtroom, everything's fine. The common areas, public areas. He doesn't seem to get that point of view, okay? I need a complaint form because he violated several policies. My >> Sir, we'll make the decision. >> Okay. Is there a supervisor? >> Uh there is one on the way, I think. >> I was I was held against my will and kidnapped. He locked me on the second floor. I said, "Sir, you don't have the authority to detain me." He's never said I was being detained, but he locked the door. >> Yeah. >> It's a fire hazard because they're not a they're not an emergency exit. >> Spitting tobacco on the clock, on the job as a representative of law enforcement in Enid, Oklahoma. That's about as backwards as you can get. >> I walk in, I I walked out. I was being detained against my will. Never once did he say I was being detained. I was kidnapped, held in the second floor. He says, "Well, there's a deputy coming to escort you." I said, "No, sir. I will leave on >> This works. This is super fun right here. This is under sheriff. >> All right. How you doing? What you >> Can you say fresh and fit? What bad guys is this guy going to be able to chase down? He doesn't have the cardio capacity to protect the community. And from the looks of it, his lips look like they're just dripping with wisdom, knowledge, and righteousness. I bet this under sheriff upholds the law. >> What's your name? >> Doesn't matter. >> Okay, I just was introducing. Uh >> What's What's the issue over here? >> Well, I was needing to do a formal complaint against your deputy Davis over there. >> For what? >> Uh well, a ton of things. He misquoted the law. Uh >> What law did he misquote? >> statute on identifying, stop and identify. >> Well, there are signs. >> Yeah. >> This courthouse You're not allowed in the courthouse with a camera. Period. >> It says in the courtroom. >> You stay away from with your camera. >> Okay, well, I needed I needed to do a formal complaint >> Come back, you'll be you'll be arrested for trespassing. >> [laughter] >> I've never been asked to leave, deputy, or under sheriff. I need to do a formal complaint. Are you refusing? Deputy. You do not have a walk. You have a red hand. I'm sure that's a violation. So, guys, these guys are tyrannical all the way up the chain. >> At no point did this under sheriff have the walk sign. And I guarantee you if News Now Patrick tried to do the same thing they're doing, they would have slapped a violation on him. They probably would have taken him to jail for that. >> So, guys, these guys are tyrannical all the way up the chain. >> Yep. And no stream can rise above its source, and the source in Enid And no stream can rise above its source, and the source in Enid, Oklahoma, is corrupt and doesn't even care about their own laws. >> So, I tried to be civil and cordial with the undersheriff, and he's saying there's signs everywhere that says there's no photography in the courtroom. But, it only says there's no photography in the court and the courtrooms, not the courthouse. I promise you, I promise you by tomorrow morning you will regret what you did, okay? I have 40,000 subscribers on YouTube, and I promise you they're all going to be upset about what you did. Okay? Okay? So, you just made a big mistake, buddy, and your career, I'm telling you, it's coming to an end. >> The sad fact is no careers are coming to an end in Enid, Oklahoma. >> Hey, why don't you show me the law that says I can't go in there? Show me the law. Okay, well, I'm I'm telling you, people are going to call the sheriff and talk about you. I'm just letting you know we're live on the internet. >> And that's the thumbnail right there. Back the blue. These guys are tyrants, and they're actually working against their own freedom and the freedom of their own family. They're so dead set on exercising their own power over others, they don't even care if they violate their own laws. I'll leave the link to the original video in the description.
