All right, we've got a brand new ex-law enforcer on the scene giving body camera breakdowns. This right here comes from the Marlin report, and we're going to listen to Mr. Marlin, I guess, talk about how it's justified to pull somebody over and to harass them because of the tint on their window in the land of the free, home of the brave. Let's take a look at this. >> During my career with the LAPD, I have conducted plenty of traffic stops in which I have seen it all. But this one right here, I did not see this coming. >> So that's not violent. It's back there. I do have four kids that's in the car and my old man that be in the car with me. >> WHAT THE [ __ ] AM I GOING TO JAIL FOR? >> STOP. STOP. STOP. >> MAN, Y'ALL TAKING [ __ ] TOO FAR. >> Cops made a traffic stop after noticing a vehicle with illegal tinted windows. >> You want any more? >> All right, open up. >> Okay, look at these windows. I've seen cop cars with windows just as dark as this. But if you're not free to have tinted windows in the land of the free, then this can't be the land of the free. You're talking about cancer prevention. A cop doesn't want you to have dark tinted windows, which serves as cancer prevention. >> Roll your back window down for me, too, please. >> I want to know the reason you pulled me over. >> I'm going to tell you. >> Like I know you ain't got no reason to pull me over. >> It's cuz your window tint's pitch black dark. >> God damn, you just seen me get out the car from with my uncle. >> Okay, I saw that your window tint was pitch black dark. >> Man, you sat in the parking lot and you sat right there and you watched me get out the car from with my grandpa when he just pulled off in that blue truck in that parking lot back there and you followed him. >> Ma'am, I'm not sure what that has to do with anything. >> But you just pulled >> that parking lot looking for something else entirely. I pulled you over for your window tint. Is this your vehicle? >> Yes, it is. God had to run my license. >> Do you have the paperwork for the vehicle? >> It's a rental car. >> Do you have the paperwork for it? >> He's talking about cuz of >> Are you the one that rented the vehicle? >> Yes, I am. >> Do you have the paperwork for it? >> Give me one second. >> Thank you. I assume you currently live in Georgia? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Who put the window tint on the car? >> The window tint came on the car. >> When you rented it, did you rent it in Georgia? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. On the state of Florida, it's way I mean I'll I'll put a meter on it, but it's way too dark. And this is too far down. >> Listen, I stay in Georgia. I don't stay >> It's too dark, ma'am. Our political parasitic masters have told us and have written a law saying that if the window tint's too dark, go get them. Make them insecure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects. I know they are trying to protect themselves, their eyes from the sun, their skin from the sun, but you need to go get them, son. >> It doesn't matter if you're driving in Florida. Okay. When you get that pulled over, just let me know, okay? It's on the paperwork. >> I'm going to call my rental agreement. >> Okay. Can you While you do that, can you roll your window up to about right here for me? >> Yeah, man. The [ __ ] police got me pulled over right now cuz he said the tint. So, he said but he sat there watching me and watching me sitting in the parking lot then he pulled out behind me. I'm watching him the whole time. >> Do you want me to explain this to you or are you talking to him? It's at 2%. >> So, I'll call you back. >> I'm I'm willing to bet that in Georgia it's also too dark. >> They don't care about tint in Georgia. >> But it doesn't change the fact that if you're going to drive in Florida, but you have ties here cuz I can see you in the computer. So, you >> care about having ties >> My point is that that means that you That's my point. Are you going to listen to me? So, that means you come here. So, if you were here driving in Florida, which you have reason to To that if you have family here, then you need to be aware of what our state statutes are also. >> Okay, so a couple of things to point out. You know, sometimes when you do police work, you're paying attention and focusing on one thing and next thing you know, you see this vehicle. Man, you got illegal tinted windows or way too dark. So, let me just kind of talk about this uh meter real quick. It's called the visible light transmission meter. Also known as the VLT. Front side windows, drivers and passengers, the minimum is 28% VLT. Now, the rear side windows, the minimum is 15% VLT. So, anything significantly below these thresholds, as you can see, this is below two 2% is a clear violation and justifies a stop. So, we're there legally and now we're going to conduct a further investigation. >> It's a clear violation that justifies the stop. What are laws? They're the opinions of politicians backed by the threat of force. And the law enforcers put teeth on those laws. So, when the law enforcer the the legislative branch writes down a law and says, "Okay, we're going to make this illegal now. We're going to make rose petals illegal. We're going to make tinted windows illegal. This person can't cross the street here. If you catch them, get them." You need to lay the the heavy fines and penalties on these people because this isn't the land of the free. What this cop should be saying is, "I'm completely against window tinting laws. It doesn't keep anybody safe. And as a matter of fact, people who want to be kept safe from the sun, the law enforcement agent is sitting there saying, 'Well, I'm going to fine you because you thought you wanted to keep your skin and your eyes safe from the sun.'" This guy is another parasite. >> You know what? This meter removes the subjectivity, you know, so the officer's not just saying, "Hey, it looks too dark." or it's pitch black, you know. He actually has a numeric reading. So, let's see what happens next. >> Because that's what you need to abide by. >> then they don't care about the tint. Then they passed that law? >> No, there's no law that says they don't care about tint. No, ma'am. The window tint on the front is supposed to be no darker than 28. Got to be 28 or higher. You're at two. I cannot do that. No, ma'am. I just Anything with the VIN or something would be good. Here, roll your back window up just a little bit higher for me. Let's get right there. All right, the back's also at two. So, the back's supposed to be no no lower than 15. So, this is too dark and this is too dark. And then like I talked about up here, you see right here where it says AS1? >> Yep. >> That's where it's supposed to stop. You're twice the distance down, okay? So, all three of these and I'm sure the other side's also too dark. Does any of that have the vehicle information on it? It doesn't matter if your name's on it. All right, when you find it, just let me see so I can see that agreement, okay? You got it? >> This the invoice, but that don't show [ __ ] >> I mean, that's helpful, but does it not have your name on it? All right, sit tight. Stay by. Ma'am, ma'am, do not walk over there. >> Okay. >> Look at the tinting on this cop's windows right there. What a bunch of hypocrites. >> Walk over there. >> All right, that's fine. >> Thank you. Please walk over there. Uh ma'am, is there a here or some family members? She'll probably give you that. >> Let's not say anything. This cop is literally not going to say anything about this sheriff's or this deputy's tinted windows. Hypocritically pulling somebody over, detaining them, harassing them, violating their right to pursue life, liberty, and happiness, and this cop's going to be silent about it. >> Can Can and step out for me, please? >> What happens now? >> Yes, ma'am. We're going to run a canine out on the vehicle. >> Okay, now, for what? >> Because the sergeant wants to. >> Okay, so the sergeant wants you to run a canine, okay? Now, this relates to two key Supreme Court cases that control canine use during traffic stops, okay? In prior videos, I have spoken about the Rodriguez v. United States case back in 2015. I'm going to give you the other one. It's the Illinois v. Caballes back in 2005. And this is what it says. A trained drug detection dog's exterior free air sniff, okay, of a vehicle during a lawful traffic stop does not violate the Fourth Amendment whatsoever. >> Except the problem is that's the opinion of a black-robed tyrant in the Supreme Court. The the the actual Bible of the land, the supreme law of the land, says you have the right to be secure in your persons, houses, papers, and effects. And no warrant shall issue, but upon probable cause. What? That a crime has been committed. You haven't committed a crime, you haven't left a victim if you have tinted windows. You haven't committed a crime, you haven't left a victim if you have weed in the car. Who's Who's your victim? Who have you victimized by having weed in the car? Even if you have scales, even if you have a bunch of weed in the car, who have you victimized? Are you forcing somebody to buy your weed? Are you forcing somebody to sell them their Sell you their weed? No. There's no victim, there's no crime. These people are literally professional crime makers. They are creating criminals out of innocent people who haven't harmed, threatened harm, or damaged or stolen property. >> It is not considered a search whatsoever because there is no legitimate privacy of interest in the odor of the contraband. The sniff is permissible if it does not unreasonably prolong the stop. As you can see, K9's already there and we're going to conduct this investigation further. So, nothing's been delayed and I get this feeling that the sergeant thinks or has a belief that there's something else, something very suspicious about what's in that vehicle. >> I'm sorry. >> The one who pulled you over. >> Yeah, I smell a beautiful >> something else in that vehicle that we need to know about that the legislative branch has said you can't have. I'm an adult, you're an adult, but I'm going to speak into your life. I'm going to force myself into your life under under threats, coercion, and the implied threat of force, you're going to answer to me. >> I ordered her out of this vehicle. Just step over here for me, please. Ma'am, please step step in front of the Tahoe. >> Oh my god. >> Are you meaning this Tahoe over here with the tinted windows? That Tahoe? >> Do you see the tinted window? >> No, no, there's tinted windows, but they have this cage covering up the window, obstructing your view. That sounds unsafe. >> Yes, ma'am. Well, he's running his dog on the car. >> Okay, what's the reason for searching the car? >> We can We can run a K9 on any We're not searching it. He's running a K9 on it. Cuz if the K9 alerts, then we can search your car. >> We're not We're not searching it. We're just running the K9 on it. And then when the K9 gets done running, then we can go ahead and search your vehicle in violation of the Fourth Amendment. I don't care what the Supreme Court says. This is a violation of your right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. >> That's exactly. If I smelled weed, I wouldn't have a dog come out here. >> Seats. >> Okay. >> FRONT OF IT. GET OUT OF MY WAY. GET OUT OF MY WAY. >> THANKS. >> NO, he was giving me a thumbs up. Please wait. So, I believe that thumbs up is basically, "Hey, we got a hit. We got an alert." Which now means that they can actually search the vehicle and its persons, and I've talked about it in the past. So, let's see what happens. >> There's not supposed to be in there, right? That's what you said. >> I want to know the reason >> We can search this vehicle now cuz the politicians said we could. We don't give a damn about the Constitution or your Bill of Rights. We're just going to do it cuz we were told we could. >> Search in my pocket cuz >> Well, now the dog alerted on it, so now I'm going to search it. >> The dog alerted for what? >> You can talk to the canine handler about that. When he comes over here, he'll explain that process to you. >> Hold on. Wait a minute. >> I'm not a canine handler, so I don't know exactly what his dog does. >> So, you're saying the dog alerted the car? >> That's right. And he can explain all that process to you right there. He knows exactly how all that works. More questions do you have, ma'am? >> I want to know you said the dog alerted the car? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah, I got a question. How is this constitutional? How is this in accordance with my right to be secure in my person, houses, papers, and effects? Could you explain that to me? I thought the supreme law of the land was the Constitution. >> So, what that mean when the dog alerted? >> You got to understand, ma'am, the courts have said that we can do this. Well, what if if the courts said that you could arrest people for 2 lb of ground beef, would you do that, too? Course you would cuz you're just order order followers. >> It's fine. >> Give us probable cause to search the vehicle. >> Yes, yes. >> So, you're saying like there's weed in the car or >> It's is odor of an illegal narcotic. >> What you mean? I don't smoke cuz I don't smoke, so >> So, he's not in front of marijuana. What do you think? >> What I think is that he was the one who That's all. You don't even have no reason to search the car. You got the dogs or whatever you They didn't even >> Partner. >> I seen him at the precinct when I was >> You want to drink? Pull it off from the car. >> I'm not crazy. >> Pull it off the >> I ain't playing with Why are you doing me like this? Like I'm a man or a criminal or something. It's just because of my reputation. >> 33347 >> Again, imagine taking a job where you can legally rummage through strangers' belongings. So, I'm pretty sure all of this is going to have cocaine residue. Which is in your purse and your passport and everything else. Not looking good. Okay, well, it's white powder. >> White powder and it's Percocets. You're not going to find cocaine >> My point I'm Okay, never mind. I was trying to explain it to you, but never mind. Why the dog probably alerted on your car, okay? But I don't feel like arguing with you. >> 33347 >> 118 You want to fire on 41? >> 354 run 21 >> Uh, we're past the point of a traffic stop. It's called a narcotics investigation. Yeah, cuz the K9 alerted on the car. So, that changes it to something different. So, then there's I'm still I can't just sit here and do nothing. So, I'm As long as I'm doing my job, which is what I'm trying to do. I'll be done soon, okay? I mean, well, there's some indicators in here. There's a bunch of white baggies with white powder residue in it. She said it's pills. I don't know. Did you ask her? Ma'am, are you a convicted felon? >> You said what? >> Are you a convicted felon? >> Yeah, I am. >> Whose bag is in the back seat? >> My kids bag was back there. My old man is back there. >> me. >> His name is Demetrius Thunderburg. So, whatever you see in there you can run it. >> Whose duffel bag is in the back? >> My kids stuff is back there. >> That's your kids stuff? >> So, that's not mine that's back there. I do have four kids that's in the car and my old man that be in the car with me. >> There's under all of her feminine There's like [ __ ] >> Look at the dark tinted windows on that Tahoe. Pulling somebody over for dark tinted windows when you yourself have dark tinted windows. >> and bonds and everything else in there. So, you can't sit here and say it's her kids. I'm pretty sure it's it's hers. >> one word from this cop who's reviewing this video. >> Yeah, and all of a sudden that's not my bag. Throws the I suppose the husband or the boyfriend under the bus. It's Demetrius. It's him and that's my kids bag. It's not mine. >> Let me see if this is cocaine. Most of it was in her purse. She's trying not to go to jail. That's why she sold her gun. She knows that gun's in there. Yeah, I'm assuming you heard her say Percocets. Which I guess maybe they do put off some powder, right? Especially if you grind them up and snort them. So, the Thunderbirds are like pretty well known. Doped. Preppers. She's got a bunch of history with this. Maybe it is pills or it's some other narcotic other than cocaine. But, I'm not going to try to test it for anything else. Question is, do we take her to jail for the gun or do we not take her to jail for the gun? Actually, duffel bag under all the clothes in the bottom of the bag. She's been real worked up this whole time. Clearly probably hers. Let me go see some more of what's in the bag. >> I'm not comfortable with that. I honestly pulled over here to tell you >> Well, we're going to ask him if he's comfortable with that or >> He trafficking stuff. >> If she goes with her, I don't care. >> You going with her? >> Yeah. >> Please thank you. >> Put the camera back over here. >> Yeah, I'll let you know. >> Don't you walk in the precinct. >> Ma'am, how do you know this lady? >> Huh? >> How do you know this lady? >> This my um this my sister. >> Okay. How many How many kids does she have? >> Four. >> How old are they? >> The girls? >> Her kids, yeah. >> They range from 15 >> Stop answering questions. He already asked this other lady questions. Now, he's going to ask the lady who's her relative questions. And if the the answers don't line up, they're going to suspect that you're lying to cops. And if they believe you're lying to a cop, then they're going to slap the charge of obstruction on you. >> It is 8 9 >> Okay. Didn't expect her to say she had a gun. Uh Obviously, I think she's lying. >> Of course. >> Not if it's in her kids' bag. And why what this be in your daughter's? And all the clothes are for a bigger All the clothes are for a bigger lady. I was trying to see if I could look one more time and make sure I didn't miss something that would be identifying. Some kind of inhaler? >> Well, whatever she has she just lost it. So >> And she had some on her? >> Yeah. >> And it's some pills or something? >> Probably Percocet or something. >> I assume she would have been watching. >> Hopefully. >> I would to some degree. >> And I told her to put her camera on before she went in. >> Hopefully she didn't let her just go >> The whole time they're standing around here trying to get this woman on something. There are other real crimes happening. People are breaking into businesses and into homes. There are women getting raped. There are people getting murdered. There are children being abused. And these people are going to waste their time, resources, and manpower just harassing an American for tinted windows and trying to pursue happiness by taking drugs. >> She probably still had the door though. >> Oh god. >> She probably did. >> Whatever. >> I'm not worried about that. >> While she exercises her right to have a firearm, no less. >> Uh All right. Well, I'm going to walk through the car one more time. >> Yeah, you know what? The only criticism that I have is that if you know she is a convicted felon with a possession of a gun, you know what? Cuff her up, man. Right away because you're going to essentially just keep going through the uh arrest and take her to the Great Bar Motel and proceed with the uh booking procedures. >> Spoken like a true tyrant. If you committed the crime and you did your time and they let you out, you're no longer a felon. And what what's what's this felony? You know, there's a lot of people who get slapped with felonies by American law enforcement that didn't commit a crime, that didn't leave a victim, and therefore they didn't really commit a felony. The cop lied on the report and the judge believed the lie. >> I know. >> And then we'll go down this rabbit hole. Where do your kids live at? >> I can't say that. What's wrong? >> Hi, Ms. Anderson. I'm going to read your rights to you real quick. Doesn't mean you're going to jail. Doesn't mean you're under arrest. It's just because I want to ask you some questions pertaining to that firearm, okay? >> It's my boyfriend. You want me to call him? >> Well, let me read you your rights. Let me read you your rights, okay? So, obviously I hear you saying that that gun belongs to your boyfriend, right? >> run If y'all run it, y'all will see his >> name. Okay. So, so let me explain something to you. There is no no such thing as a firearm registry. Firearms don't have a name assigned to them like you think they do. That's a general misconception from the public, okay? There is no You can't register a gun. All right? Now, what what does happen when you buy one, the place that sells it will have your name and it'll be the name of whoever purchased it. All right? But that's the only way >> in under his name. >> So, but this is what I'm asking you all these other questions for, which you probably figured out, okay? There's a bag in the back with tampons, eyelashes, eyelash curler, and stuff. All of what A shirt just like that, very clothes that would fit you, that appear to be your clothing and your items in a duffel bag in the backseat of that car. Everything else in the car has your name on it, tons of stuff. Key kids, ID card, medicine, everything in there is yours. And I can tell that by looking at it, including items in the bag. And the one thing in the car you're trying to say that is not yours is the thing you're not supposed to have. You see what I'm saying? >> Oh, yeah. I get that. >> So, it's in a bag under your stuff. And you know you're a felon. >> Because we got kids. So, we don't want our kids >> So, you said that was your kids' bag. >> He Yeah, my kids use this bag. This >> So, why would you hide a gun in a bag the kids use if you're trying to >> Please tell him you love his gun. >> You see what I'm saying? >> Yeah, I get what you're saying. >> So, the way that everything looks at face value is just kind of like Listen to me. If I were to get fingerprints or DNA off of this gun or off the magazine, would it have your stuff on it? >> Go ahead. >> That's not the question I asked. If I get If I process >> at this point because if you're a fingerprint >> face this way for me. >> Okay, what's your reason for taking me to jail? >> Face this way. >> No, I want to know what THE REASON IS TO TAKE me to jail. >> Stop. >> Don't put your hands on me. >> So, he's got his hands on her and she hasn't committed a crime. You have the right I don't care who you are in America. If you're not in jail, you have the right to keep and bear arms. Yeah, I know there's Oh, you have a felony. Oh, you're on probation. Yeah, you can't protect yourself in the land of the free home of the brave if you have a felony or you're on probation. All of this stuff is upside down. It's on its head. Now, on her side of it, if you know you are a felon and you know that you have a gun on board and you shouldn't have a gun in your possession and you know it's likely you could get pulled over, stop putting a target on your chest. You know the cops are going to pull you over and mess with you for the tinted windows as a justification. So, why ride dirty uh and and not obey the laws? You should really If you don't want the cops to mess with you, you should probably obey their laws. Am I saying that their laws are just? Am I saying that they are justified in in uh carrying out those laws and just doing their jobs? No, absolutely not. But, if you're in a predicament like you're in like this woman seems to be in right now, you the last thing you want to do is draw attention to yourself. >> I beg you not to put your HANDS ON ME. [laughter] >> STOP. >> DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS >> LISTEN TO ME. There's You know what? We're going hands-on. Look, couple of things I want to cover. The The deputy, I should say, is right when he talks about, you know, registering your firearm. But, you also need to know that uh here in the state of California, we have a AFS, automated firearm system, which pretty much what you're supposed to do when you do purchase the firearm, right? You go to the store, it's going to have all the paperwork, you're going to give a thumbprint ID. >> What you're supposed to do when you purchase a firearm. This guy is completely immersed in tyranny. He can't help but be a tyrant. He thinks it's absolutely right all of these laws in the land that strip you of your rights. >> whole nine. You know, gun laws are very, very restrictive. Now, with that being said, when you do a transfer to another person, you want to give it as a gift, you have to continue that registration process. Now, uh Miranda warnings. I said this in the past in other videos. Uh deputies in believe in the state of Florida, that's the way they practice. And you know what? If she is a convicted felon, don't even talk at all. Don't say anything. As you can see, she wants a lawyer present. Everybody wants a lawyer to come at scene as if they're going to do something miraculous and make this go away. I don't know. But, you know what? Just don't say a word. Don't invoke your Miranda warnings and just keep going. >> No, cuz I want to know why I'm I'm going to jail. >> I'm telling you you're going to go for this gun. >> No, WHAT THE [ __ ] I'M GOING TO JAIL FOR? >> STOP. STOP. STOP. >> HEY, Y'ALL TAKING ME TO JAIL FOR MY PHONE. >> STOP. >> [laughter] >> WHAT THE [ __ ] Y'ALL TAKING ME TO JAIL FOR? >> I GOT MACE. ALL RIGHT. I JUST NEED CUFFS. >> YEAH, OKAY. Let my hair go IN THIS BAG. >> STOP. STOP. YOU'RE GOING TO TURN THIS INTO AN ESCALATION. HEY, DON'T TURN IT into an escalation. >> Hey, YOU TAKING ME TO JAIL FOR? >> LISTEN TO ME. LISTEN TO ME. YOU GOING TO LISTEN TO this hand? You may be able to beat the gun charge, but if you resist this, you won't beat that. Do you hear me? Do you understand what I'm telling you? So, just relax. [laughter] Stop. >> You got them two [ __ ] fired. >> Well, wait, you're pushing and shoving on us. This is hers. All right, I'm going to go make sure that she's okay with it, but I'm pretty sure she's okay with you having everything here, okay? So, I'll just explain this to you from the jump, all right? I was over at the Planet Fitness. I'm looking for a juvenile that ran away, okay? I see this car in the parking lot with dark window tint and it leaves the parking lot with dark window tint. It's way too dark. I pulled her over. This is where I pulled her over. Yes. She wants the phone Look at the two cruisers. Look at the window tint on this. Look at the window tint on that one. And look at the window tint on this one right here. They're going to pull They got the gall to pull people over in hypocrisy for window tint when they have just as dark a window tint. The way she's acting, I don't want to do that just cuz the way she's acting, okay? If she was cool and collected with us this whole time, but she obviously decided to get a little which I understand. I'm not trying to give it take that away from her, but it doesn't change the fact that we got to think about safety and things like that. Is that all right? So, nonetheless, I come down here. You saw the whole thing basically. We ran a dog on the car. It alerted on the car. So, it's the car. And there's a So, the dog ran on the car. It alerted. There are several bags, like corner bags, like I can show you if you want with white powder residue in them. They appeared to be some kind of narcotics. She mentioned it would be Percocets if it was anything at all. There weren't any actual Percocets. So, wait. Isn't that fruit of the poisonous tree? Cuz if the dog alerted to drugs and they searched the car for drugs and in the process of searching for drugs, which they didn't really find, they found the gun, isn't that fruit of the poisonous tree? So, it's just residue and apparent narcotics, right? Uh continued searching and there was the gun in the in the bag in the backseat. She's got a duffel bag in the back. She tried to say it was her kids and she said it wasn't her kids and she said she was She's Give me a She's all over the place cuz she's scared. So, the gun appears to belong to her, so she's get She's a convicted felon. She's not supposed to have the gun. So, I'm going to charge her with the gun, okay? >> You going to charge her >> Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. I'm not going to charge her with resisting. She like we had to dump her on the ground, maybe, but I'm not petty. I'm not trying to do all that. I'll just take her out of here for the gun. >> I'm not petty. I just harass innocent Americans for having window tint that I think is too dark as I roll up on them with dark window tint. >> Well, I mean, were you going TO CHARGE HER INITIALLY? >> I was interviewing her, but the facts of it all is that the gun everything shows that she owns that gun, okay? All right, you got any questions? >> No, sir. >> All right. Look, when you're going to rent a vehicle, just make sure that the tint on the windows does not exceed the thresholds, okay? That's lesson one. The other lesson is if you have a felony conviction, you got to know your conditions. And I know it's not just the state of Florida, it's probably across the nation. If you're a convicted felon, you're probably not allowed to possess a firearm. Okay? Hope you learned something. Okay, so Abby >> Yeah, I learned that we have another tyrant on duty on YouTube getting up getting a lot of views on these videos that they're reviewing as they continue to promote their brand of tyranny.
