correct me if you think i'm off base about this but i think the goal of every honest-hearted first amendment auditor out there is to provide for their families while they're setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men getting out information and education so that the viewer can actually have that information and education in their minds next time they confront or are confronted by a badge wearing power tripping tyrant this video right here highlights jeff from honor your oath civil rights investigations check out how he spreads his message and deals with tyrants i wanted to go over this because this guy does a fantastic job this is jeff from honor your oath civil rights investigations channel that's the name of the channel honor your oath civil rights investigation now what jeff does is he's a truck driver and he likes to go around to publicly accessible places public properties places that were extorted the american tax cattle are extorted to fund and he just has this sign that says god bless the homeless vets he's not soliciting he's not there out there answer asking for money he's not obstructing the walkway he's just out in front of public buildings to his messages god bless the homeless that's it that's it it's his right under under natural law and under the constitution to exercise his freedom of speech number one and because it has the word god on their freedom of religion number two but watch how these public servants inside this building treat jeff they call armed badged thugs law enforcers on jeff and watch out watch what happens i love the way this guy deals with cops i love his calm demeanor i love the information that he has in his head that he can easily articulate i love his logic and he just comes across as an all-around great guy so he completely removes from the cops any reason for them to say hey oh this guy this guy made me fear for my life this guy was getting you know he was getting pretty unhinged and i just felt like what's interesting is that right before the cop comes up because you know that he was you'll see that i think he shows the 911 call on this but the woman called the cops saying hey we got somebody out here soliciting he had an opportunity to take a donation as the cop was walking up and he was like no i'm not so listening uh well i stretch my legs uh i'm out driving sometimes i stop at rest areas i like to stretch my legs but i just like to say god bless the homeless veterans while i'm trying to wake up okay you have food yeah i'm fine i'm not homeless at all i just like to spread the good work attached to the [ __ ] okay all right how you doing sir i'm good you're welcome yes sir so that's that's his whole thing i like to get out i like to stretch my legs and i just like to say god bless the homeless vets he's got this makeshift sign he's real unassuming looking he's super calm he's nice to everybody that passes by all he's saying is god bless the homeless homeless vets not not making a ruckus not uh you know irritating anybody doing like one of the most wholesome things that you could possibly do that's why it's a mind blower to watch a badged uniformed law enforcer who took an oath of office to protect and defend the very thing that jeff is doing and yet they're gonna try to take his rights away and stamp him out as an american who's actually exercising his right to freedom of speech and freedom of religion you can't even get more stark you can't even get a more perfect interaction than running into this guy jeff yeah oh i'm not soliciting i'm not listening i'm just freedoms okay can i ask what policy have i violated well or what law it would be criminal trespassing because they're in charge of property they can say who is allowed on the property even if i haven't violated any policy if they if they don't want me on the property they can tell me no they can't well but it's still owned by i mean even though it's it's property that has that has access to the public yes but it's still owned by the state yeah state property so it's public so the next officer that comes up is going to have the same mental block about the difference between public and private property this is basic first like first graders okay i'll give you fourth graders or fifth graders would know about this these cops whose job it is to enforce the law it seems like they would know the difference between public and private property but they don't or they do and they just want to be right or they don't want they want to safeguard their egos they don't want their egos to be challenged or bruised they don't want their authority to be questioned are they asking me are they trespassing me from the property they are i haven't spoke to them yet i mean i couldn't talk to you because she just came out and said i couldn't have the sign but she didn't say anything about it i couldn't be on the property okay i'll find out for sure okay but you'll find out for sure why do you have to find out anything you've this this cop has all the information that he needs he's already gotten the call from 9-1-1 to come over there because they're going to say this guy's soliciting he's standing out there extra what the what the 911 caller should have said was is he truly soliciting because if you're telling us that he's soliciting and we find out that he's not soliciting you can get in trouble for gumming up the 911 holding people accountable like that but no it's got again it's got to go against wholesome people who have a wholesome message who are just out there flexing their rights because if you don't if you don't use your rights it is like a muscle i totally agree with amiganzet press rights are like muscles if you don't use them guess what happens to them they deteriorate they rode they fade away you'll lose them i just so you know i'm not soliciting i'm engaged in freedom of speech freedom of religion on public property a constitutionally protected activity that you swore to protect defend and uphold and now you are here trying to steal the very thing that you said you were going to safeguard so think about that before you trespassing okay i love that consideration hey it's their property no it is not no they can't sergeant white yes can i talk to you yes all right hey um i think there's been a misunderstanding she's assuming that i'm soliciting i've informed her that i'm not um i'm parked right over there in my car i get out and stretch my legs and rest areas and when i do so i use a restroom and stretch my legs i just like to say god bless the homeless veterans this is freedom of speech freedom of religion on public property and i'm not in violation of any policy or law so well do we understand that even though it is public profit it is owned and it is ran by the state of georgia technically maine's involved okay now it's it's public property and it's taxpayer funded but so so that means technically it's private property oh that makes a whole lot of sense placed in charge here they have the choice to decide who can and cannot be just arbitrarily even if there's no policy broken no law broken they can just say i don't want that dude here absolutely prime example walmart is a public place it's open to everyone right that's private property but walmart is privately owned it's not owned by the state this is a state facility that's right like i told the uh uh deputy welch is a deputy okay i'll leave if they're trespassing me under criminal trespass uh but i'll do so under protest and under the rest but i'll leave i don't want to go to jail okay so my trespass they don't want to trespass but they don't want you out here holding the sign they don't want you approaching the visitors um i want my trespass okay these guys have no moral underpinnings zero all they would all these people need is the first 10 amendments let's even let's make it easier for you the first amendment the second amendment the fourth amendment the fifth amendment the ninth amendment and the tenth amendment that's all they need just just completely cut out all the fat let's just stick with i'll tell you what we'll even make it easier for these guys all you have to uphold today you got one job deputy welsh you got one job sergeant carter just uphold the first amendment today can you do that for me i'm assignment is that what if i keep holding this it would be criminal trespassing all right well because they i mean they like okay i'd like to see it just go ahead and do that you're gonna criminal trespass me for exercising a constitutionally protected right that you swore to protect defend and uphold so you're not even going to stand here and protect your own integrity and tell those women inside the building hey i swore to um to protect and defend anybody who's going to stand for the first amendment rights that that includes you ma'am and that includes him out there they get you completely off the hook but no these people choose to trash their own integrity because their name and their reputation literally means nothing they have to know when they're confronted with this guy his calm demeanor his articulate responses his well-informed words they have to know that they are doing wrong and yet they stuff it they stuff it man every single time engaged in cognitive dissonance i told you earlier they're the ones in charge of this property so they can even though it's owned by the state it's ran by these uh manager and here she is in charge of this problem who is a state employee who gets tax cattle funded paychecks i pay her paycheck you pay her paycheck that's called public accessibility that's called public extortion so if this is a public building not a private building like walmart they can't they don't have the authority in their own bylaws and their own policy according to the own constitution they do not have any authority from anywhere now if you're telling me that somebody inside a building can make an arbitrary command or edict or policy or law well can you can you show me where that's written are you just making this up on the fly are you are you are you kind of out on a limb a little bit there deputy welch therefore she can give the the order that you know you stop doing what you're doing or you're going you understand i have to disagree with you on that but like i said i want to be arrested you can go on the side of the road eight feet off the side of the road you are open to do what you want to do that's that's uh you're open to do what you want to do on state property you have to go get a permit not to have free speech within religion actually look at the deer that's that is total deer in the headlights and the only reason you don't see deer in the headlights on sergeant carter is because he's got glasses on it is freedom of speech by freedom of religion okay i will agree with you it is freedom of speech and freedom of religion i agree with you on that okay so we don't have a problem right well but wait there's there's something else behind curtain number two however each property that is stayed on private example we use a wma for example like we have grand bay wildlife management okay they have the right because the dnr manages that the department of natural resources so if we have someone out there that they don't want out there of course violating one of their rules that they have for the property they have called us several times in the past hey we want them that's a little bit of a problem so what you're saying is the department of of wildlife management or whatever he just said when they set a policy that policy actually actually takes precedence over the supreme law of the land which is supposed to be the constitution so what you're saying is out in that area that's a constitution free zone is that what you're trying to tell me officer i just want to be real clear about that because that's pretty much what you said so there's another supreme law of the land so so the top of the heap ain't the constitution in the first amendment a little confused about that so did you take uh so did you take an oath to bureau of land management or the constitution of the united states do you want criminal trespassers yes we did because management they're in charge all right i'll leave under one condition if you criminally trespass me i have a chance to leave right yes all right i'll leave if i'm criminally trespasser than that i believe i have a right to stay here and i'd like to stay here and express my freedom to speech and religion and not only does he believe that not only does jeff believe he has the right to stay here sergeant uh i can't read that name right there sergeant carter will call him sergeant carter said yeah what this is is freedom of lit religion and freedom of speech you dang right and why aren't you protecting me and i understand that i do trust you but you're looking at it the wrong way because if your criminal trespass it means you're free to leave if you stay you don't have the freedom i haven't been trespassed yet but they but they don't want you on the property doing this if you continue doing this then your transparency comes a criminal trespass and i think you're gonna be arrested i have a chance to leave then you won't have a chance to leave we're telling
