She refused to get out, so police broke in. >> An officer on patrol saw a driver run a stop sign and repeatedly drift across the road, prompting a traffic stop. Count Sam 18 traffic stop. We're going to be pulling into the Casey's parking lot. Why park at a pump? Like go off to the side. >> Hello, Officer Lun Sandwich Police Department. Reading for the stop. Whole lot of them. So, first thing that got my attention is you went through the stop sign. Um, you're all over the road like in the other lanes. You're speeding. Like, if I didn't stop you, you probably would have crashed. Can I get your license and insurance, please? Where you coming from? Okay. Thank you. Do you have insurance? Can I see it? Thank you. All right. Just give me a few minutes. Okay. Sen from 18. Can you head this way? If I didn't stop her, she was going to kill someone. >> Really? >> That's the worst driving I've seen in a long time. Um, she's not being very compliant. I tried asking her a couple questions. She's like, "I'm not answering any questions." Proceeds to drop her license. She's just I don't know what's going on with her. So, I'm going to get out of the car. See how that >> That's crazy that he thinks that that's not being compliant because all the small talk to be honest with you. All that small talk stuff, you don't have to answer any of that. Where are you coming from? You know, where are you going? You don't none of that. You know, license, registration, proof of insurance. Here's your document. you know, the documents you need, but all of that other extra stuff, you don't have to. All you're doing is incriminating yourself by answering that. You don't have to answer that stuff. So, it it's pretty interesting that the officer takes that as not being compliant when from what I see, she handed she gave you the documents that you asked for, but all that other stuff, I'm not answering that. Simple. You don't have to. goes. But something tells me she's not going to be very compliant. >> Okay. >> Uh leads was up and now it's down. >> She's not being compliant. Let's get her out of there. >> Well, she still gave me everything I requested. Uh I got to see if she has an up-to-date insurance card. This one's expired. Do you have a more up-to-date insurance card? This one expired in July. Here's this one back for you. up to date. >> One that's not expired. That one expired in July. The original one. >> Okay. >> This is the same one. >> So, I just recently moved to somewhere else. >> Okay. All right. We'll look for this after right now. I'm going to have you step out of the car. >> Okay. You have to step out of the car is what I'm saying. Hence the young first men. I can order you out of the car at any time and right now I believe that you're under the influence of something. See the case law. It's supreme case court law. So here's us back. >> You know, but and I'mma continue it, but this is so interesting because I was just talking with uh one of my homeboy, right? and we were he sent me something uh that happened with NYPD and happened in NY or whatever and stuff and you know for the most part the cops were kind of you know whatever right but it came time to for the officer and act to ask him to step out of the car right and the guy didn't want to step out of the car so I was like you know the cops they they were kind of being a-holes you know but I was telling my friend I'm like But the part that it kind of switches is if the officers ask you to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle. There's no if ands, buts, nothing. Nothing. Pennsylvania versus mess. Supreme Court law just like that. That is universal. That is not, you know, that's universal across the United States. Period. like you have to, you know. Um, and a lot of people think that that's an option or, oh, I could do this or they need extra stuff, you know, to be able to pull you out or whatever. No, you know, anybody that is being detained, right? And once you are being pulled over, you're being detained for whatever reason, they already But they don't have to have an additional reason to pull you out of the car. any detainee, if they ask a detainee to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle without any any extra stuff, you know. So, yeah, I'm I'mma send him this video afterwards cuz he said that part right there and that is, you know, cuz he was like he was like, "Uh, no." Yeah, here they got to have a extra thing. I'm like, "No." [laughter] Pennsylvania versus Mims. That is Supreme Court. That is universal. >> Pennsylvania, I can order you out of the car at any time. And right now, I believe that you're under the influence of something. See the case law. It's Supreme case court law. So, here's a back. >> It's okay. >> I'm not anything. What's that? >> Until I have >> Okay. Until you have what? >> Okay. I'm I'm telling you have to step out of the car or else you're I I don't have to. It's Supreme case court law. So, when I order you when I order you out of the car at any time, you have to come. Don't Don't worry about him. Right now, I'm asking you to step out of the car. >> See, cuz she says, "For what reason?" He doesn't have to have a reason. >> I'm asking you to step out of there, man. I'm gonna ask you one more time or else I'm going to have to forcefully remove you from the car and I don't want to do that because I believe that you're under the influence. >> Yes. And almost causing an accident. >> No. >> The way you were driving unacceptable. >> Really? >> Yes. >> Uh right now, no. because I will have to end my dash cam and I'm not doing that. >> Yeah, >> you I don't have to do that. >> Okay, step out of >> either step out of the car or your window's going in. >> I'm going to ask you one more time. >> Come on, let's go. It's time for the show, man. It It's show time. Get her together. She not acting right. She don't want to step out. It's showtime. >> I've given you ma'am. >> I don't I don't want to put your window in. I don't want to break your window. >> Step out. >> You're going to have to come out. >> I want you to >> Okay, then come out of the car. >> I have not done anything. >> Okay, come out of the car, please. >> No. >> Please step out of the car. >> I have not done anything wrong. >> Get her together. >> Just for 43. She's refusing to get out of the car. You want to try? >> Ma'am, please. >> Please. What was that that you noticed? >> What? >> Can you please step out of the car for him? You need to make sure that you're okay to drive. >> Can't smash anything. >> Nothing got smashed. He's asking you to step out of the car. Can you please step out of the car so we can make sure you're okay to drive? If you are, he'll get you on the way. Okay. He has to make sure of that. And by law, He has every right to do that. I understand. But he has reason to believe that you're under the influence based on your driving and what he's seen. >> Huh? Okay. Well, come on out. He's trying to figure that out. That's not the way it works. >> I've given him all the information. >> Well, now he's asking you to step out of the car and you're not complying with that and it's a lawful order. >> Okay. your your window's going to end up getting broken. >> And you're going to get pulled out of the car. That's fine. You're also going to have other charges, too. So, you're going to be arrested >> for what? >> For resisting. >> Yes, you are. You're >> As of right now, you are under you're under arrest. I'm asking you to step out for obstructing. So, go ahead and step out. >> For obstructing. For not stepping out of the car when I ordered you to. >> Okay. Your window's going to come in. Please. I don't want to do that. What's that? >> Look at that. The cop ask you to step out the vehicle. You don't step out the vehicle. Now you're going to jail for obstruction. [laughter] >> Simple. It's smooth, man. Come on. Let's go. Let's get to the action. >> That's fine. You're being We're recording as well. >> So, I'm going to ask you again to please step out of the car >> as I've asked multiple other times. >> Go ahead and get her out of the car. >> Okay. >> Yep. Okay. S 343. I'm going have to break in the window. Take her out. All right, one more time before your window goes in. Please step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Out of the car. Put your phone down. Get out of the car. >> No, I'm >> Get out of the car. >> Put your phone down. >> No, I put your hands behind your back. This could have went a lot easier. >> All right, come back to my car. >> This one or that one? >> This one. And you really >> What do you want me to do? >> Uh, >> well, I've been I know I know what I'm and all the traffic citations. >> Okay. >> Um, >> uh, go ahead and call for the toe. >> Do you want me to start the paperwork? >> I'll start the tow paperwork. You do the inventory. Going to go to that door straight ahead. >> Can I come out? >> Yes. I'm going to go to that door straight ahead. Let's have a seat straight ahead on that little stool. Get those off you. >> Thank you. >> There. >> Uh that one right there. >> Um you're not willing to submit to any parties. Correct. >> Can it be not known that I'm a dancer? >> What's that? like it's not going to be known to the public that I'm a dancer. >> No, I'm not going to go around telling people. >> Can I call my husband? >> So, even if [clears throat] you don't submit to the breathalyzer, I still need to do a 20-minute observation of you. So, basically, you got to keep your hands away from your face. It sounds stupid, but they say that it can mess with the breathalyzer. So, after the 20 minutes and we get done with this, you can have your phone. Okay? Even if you don't submit to the breathalyzer. >> Okay? So, I can call my husband. >> Yes. And >> cuz I'm sure he's scared right now. >> I mean, if you call him, just keep it on speaker. Don't put it up to your face. That's fine. >> I'm trying to work with you. Okay, >> that's fine. I appreciate you >> right now. >> Yeah, >> I can. >> Yep. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I'm not a mean guy. >> My phone's dead. May I call on this phone? Look, you can see that it's dead. >> Do you have an iPhone? >> No. >> Um I'm going have to have you call on this phone, unfortunately. >> That's fine. >> Okay. Yeah. Like I have nothing to hide from you. >> I know. I'm just saying. >> Um, do I have to like dial something? >> Dial out. Nope. Just like a normal phone. >> Trent, I've been arrested. I need you to come get me. >> It's going to be about 45 minutes. >> It's going to be about 45 minutes to how long? >> 45 to an hour. >> To an hour. >> Just to be safe. >> Just to be safe. The officer is very nice, but he did break my window open. >> So, it's going to be the warning to motorists. big long thing that I read you stating the consequences. Um I did have to put on there refused to sign since >> do you mind if I stand up? I don't >> um there's going to be no summary suspension. >> Basically has all your information and my probable cause why I believe that you were under the influence. And like I said, um it's stating that you're driving coaches will be suspended for a minimum of 12 months. You're going to have a court date before that and they get to decide what goes what happened from there. >> So I can't drive for 12 months. >> You'll have a court date before that. >> So your license is still valid now until the court tells you different. >> Okay. So I can still drive to work and stuff. >> Yes, ma'am. Correct. >> Okay. >> Place in 45 days, but you'll have a court date before then. >> Okay. And then they'll tell me when it's >> I just I want to follow everything to a te. >> They'll give you the date. Yes. >> Okay. Okay. So, I can still drive. Yes. Okay. Thank you. >> Um >> cuz I have to work. >> I know. I get it. Tow sheet. Um it was towed by Gibson's. That is the address right there. Um in order to get the vehicle out, you got to come here, pay our fee, which is 500. You'll get a release slip, take it to Gibson's, and then you get your car out that way. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm just going to reiterate. >> So, I have to come to you guys, >> correct? >> Pay $500. Yes. >> And then go to Leland. >> Yes. You have to pay their amount. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, there's that. Um, this is [snorts] going to be the complaint for the obstructing cuz we told you multiple times get out of your car and you did not. Okay. >> So, that is that complaint. >> Okay. >> And then few citations. One is for DUI. >> Sorry. >> It's okay. One is for operating uninsured motor vehicle. If you do find your insurance, bring it to court. >> I definitely have. >> Okay. They'll they will drop that, but since he did not show proof of a current one, I have to give you that. >> The woman was cited for DUI and charged with resisting or obstructing a peace officer. She also received citations for a stop sign violation, improper lane use, speeding, and driving without insurance. The case remains pending. >> Damn, fellas. I got to talk to y'all fellas. This Hey, ladies. You upset fellas? I We gotta talk fellas. We got to talk. You marrying a dancer? Would you fellas would you would you marry a dancer? That's sad. You know what I'm saying? You're not even proud of your profession. You know what I'm saying? At least there's some people, there's some ladies out there. I mean, things have really gotten wild. I mean, of course, the adult industry been that's like the number one industry since the beginning of time, you know what I mean? But ever since like co we see things just ramped up crazy right now dancing you know the actual strip clubs and stuff like that that may have taken a hit just because clubs in general people are not going out anymore but we see the increase of like uh people doing their only own own stuff like only fans and stuff like that whatever that stuff has increased right and you you know you could go in your in your neighborhood like in your regular whatever and you man there there'll be nurses doing it, cops doing it, all t teachers doing it, all types of people that's doing that type of stuff to supplement income or whatever. And they don't got to be full fully whatever, right? Exposed, but it's still adult entertainment, right? So, but her, she is not proud of what she does. So, should you be doing it? If she's ashamed that, oh, is are people going to find out that I'm a dancer? We know what go on at the strip clubs. You know what I'm saying?
