My sergeant's going to pull up with the fingerprint camera, okay? So we're going to get your fingerprints and it's going to really your true identity. Okay? So if you want to tell me who you actually are right now, that would be great before I got to go through all of that. >> Ha. >> You might have pulled one over on the trooper, but you're not going to pull one over on me. >> Mhm. >> I didn't pull one over on the trooper. >> You got a ticket issued to you under that person's name. >> Wow. >> So what's your real name? >> I'm not telling you. >> Otherwise, we're going to get the fingerprint scanner. >> Yeah, I got a charger right now. >> We're going to get your fingerprints. >> Sorry? >> Do you have a warrant, or are you suspended, or what is the deal? Why are you lying? >> I'm not lying. That's me. I just got a wig, lashes. >> Do you have a credit card with your name on it? Where's your wallet? >> It's coming to me. >> Do you have >> Yeah, it doesn't look like me in the picture. >> No, it doesn't. But, it just doesn't look like you in the picture. >> That's me. That was a picture of me. >> Looks Do you have a wallet? >> No. >> Do you have nothing in the car with your name on it? >> I I just left the house. So, I can check the car for a wallet or anything in first anything with your name on it? >> No. Okay. >> SO, I'LL USE THE FINGERPRINT SCANNER. OKAY. HOW WAS THAT? LOOKS real to me. You know you're lying. >> Okay. Okay. >> We got it. What you got in She told us. >> You got a warrant? >> She told us. We probably wouldn't have cared if you were dishonest. Be honest with me. We're not out here for that [ __ ] >> Can I make a phone call? >> Probably not. >> Why? Probably. It's his call, but I'm not sure what he's doing. She's right here. She couldn't hear you. She, the mom, is used is pretending to be the daughter and is getting tickets in the daughter's name. Using the daughter's identity. And And sometimes, you know, I've I've heard of instances like this where, you know, you have um you know, I don't know anybody I don't know about any other community or whatever, but in the black community it it happens, you know, where let's say the parents have bad credit or whatever, you know, something is wrong or let's say they let's just use cable for example, right? Let's say they had a cable bill or a phone bill and you know, things went bad with them, right? And so they may owe that company money or whatever. Well, they will get those services in their in their kids' name because a lot of times all you need is, you know, the social and stuff like that, especially back in the day. Um you didn't really have to provide nothing for real, you know, so kids would grow up or whatever and they they they'd turn 18, 20, you know, 18 years old or you know, they might actually start looking into their credit maybe around 21, 22, 23, you know, when they're actually trying to buy a car or do something, you know, do use their credit, right? Or at least see where their credit is at, right? Now, they shouldn't have anything on their credit. But when they pull it, they got this collection, that collection, this bill, that bill. You like, wait, hold on. HOW DID I GET THIS? I DIDN'T DO ANY OF THIS. And come to find out, it was your parent putting things in their name when they were a child and stuff like that. So, it it happens. It it definitely happens, man. Scumbag. Telling you. She's using her daughter's identity and getting things put in her name. Tickets and all that type of stuff. Ruining her stuff. >> What are you doing? You hear me? >> She's right here. She's in the area. I was talking to her. >> Who's Nakia Ward? >> My daughter. >> Do you know that you were >> She's in that room. >> You on probation? What's call? What cage? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You want me to call? >> I'm going to 6350. >> Yeah, I'm I'm actually I'm >> I got a cage unit to my location, please. >> I was on the 19th April. I'm actually I'm on the I can't go to >> What is this? >> 6350. >> I was supposed to be there today. >> Can I call you back? >> 6350 officer. What are you on probation? Is this violating your probation? Then then the no. >> Oh, well, actually, I don't have a date to report to. All I have to do is just say my community hour paperwork to to the courthouse on the 19th, but I don't have any I don't I don't see a probation officer anymore. >> Okay, we'll sort that out. This issue if it's saying that you're probation then no, you won't have one. If it's what you say then you'll have a bond. Anything on you, ma'am? >> Yeah, I'm ready. >> You want this to go with me? >> What? >> Okay. Um, I'm just going to do a pat down. My partner everything's audio visual. Okay. I just don't want you to feel some type of In fact, I'm going to flip your front pockets inside out and pat down everything else. Do you have anything on you at all? Okay. I just want you to understand based on the circumstances and we can't get a full complete search. >> I didn't bring anything to the jail. >> Okay, it's going to be an additional charge. Um, so if you get down there and they do have anything and you just don't announce it underneath everything here. >> I don't have anything on me. >> Okay, I just like I said, I just want to say anything >> She know the deal. >> Stand right here. I'm going to put your pockets inside out first. >> This ain't her first rodeo, she know the deal. >> No kind of weapons or anything sharp, no dope? >> Using your daughter's identity, mhm, messing her stuff up. >> Can you just keep your watch and spikes out of my hand, okay? >> Okay. >> Nothing in these back pockets here? >> No. >> Put your hands behind your back. Sorry, I don't want you to fall. And sit this one back on up. >> Thank you. >> A lot more pleasant than the last one. >> Yeah. >> Same shoes. Same much cleaner. Keep your hands out of my hand. All right. >> All right, miss. Uh we're going to be passing the driver and make sure there's no traffic and then you can pass her. You're good. >> Finally, the woman's true identity was confirmed as 46-year-old Donna LaFay Hill. After the investigation, she was taken to the county jail on multiple charges, >> [music] >> including felony violation of probation or community control, giving a false name or identification to law enforcement, and driving while her license was suspended as a habitual offender. >> [music] >> According to the arrest record, her total bond was listed at $1,000. >> Hit the subscribe, let the 808 [music] slide.
