so it turns out the place did have
jurisdiction over the driver after all
it just took a broken window the arrest
of the driver and the following long
list of charges to prove it using an
unregistered motor vehicle on a road
unpaid Motor Vehicle Tax using an
uninsured motor vehicle on the road and
refusing to produce a driver's license
and according to the police she had two
warrants for domestic violence related
offenses and she allegedly refused or
failed to submit to a breath test at the
station but at least the right to jail
didn't take long this is where the stop
took place and that's the police station
there on the left and later she was
refused to be able to appear at Coffs
Harbor local Court
oh and by the way the cop did use his
bare hands to remove the car window so
to any soft switch thinking about
pulling this in Australia or Cobbs
County in particular think hard before
you do
