Okay, boy, we can do this easy or we can do this hard. >> We could do this easy or we could do it hard, and I really don't want to do it hard. >> Okay, then just don't do it hard then. Wait, what exactly are we talking about here, officer? >> I mean, you're going to hinder my investigation. You're going to You're going to hinder my investigation. >> There's no crime being committed. >> And this guy's right. There was no crime that had been committed or was being committed. But that doesn't stop the Jesup, Georgia Police Department employees from inflicting a little protection and service on an innocent American. >> You're not going to give us your name? >> I don't have to. >> You want to play your game? So, we played it. >> It's October 1st, 2025, and we are in Jesup, Georgia. Georgia resident Derek Massey decided to walk home after a night out. He had his dog with him, and he had covered several miles on foot when he stopped to rest near a church driveway in Jesup, Georgia, and he fell asleep. A church employee spotted him and called 911 to report a suspicious person. A short time later, Officer Lane and Sergeant Parker of the Jesup Police Department arrived on the scene with only one thing on their minds: protect this man's rights at all costs. I was just kidding. They trample all over his rights. By the time the police had arrived, Massey was already back on his feet walking along the public road with his dog, and no crime had been committed. There wasn't even a suspicion that a crime had been committed. But do you think these guys care about that? We're going to take a look at this pathetic piece of state-sponsored tyranny together, and I'll make some comments along the way. >> Jillian. >> How are you? >> I'm good, sir. >> Got a complaint. You was with uh >> Somebody's driveway. Return the point. >> Yeah. >> You good? >> Yeah, I'm straight. Lay down, took a rest. >> Where you live at? >> Uh right around uh Wheeler Creek. >> Wheeler Creek? >> Yeah, right around there. >> So you lay in somebody's driveway? With the Glock? >> Yeah, I got a gun. >> I know you do. Yeah, don't touch it. >> Yeah. I'm good. Yeah, I'm good. >> Uh So why'd you lay down in that driveway? >> Uh walked from uh my cousin's house. >> Where you coming from? >> Took a rest. >> Where you coming from, bud? >> From uh cousin's house. >> Where does he live? >> Fourth Street. >> Fourth Street? What's your name, bud? >> Why don't instead of you doing this, officer, why don't you offer this man a ride? Why don't you don the mantle of real public servant? >> Does it matter? Does it matter? >> Yeah, it matters. >> All right. >> So I'm out with you cuz you was in somebody's driveway and you have a Glock. See what I'm saying? I'm going to go ahead and hold on to that. I'm going to put it on my hood, okay? >> Yeah. >> By the way, Glock wasn't a part of the call. Nobody had called in saying that there's a man with a gun and he wasn't in the driveway. He was on the public easement, according to reports. >> Not that it's not not a good if you run. I don't know. I don't know. What was the title of the call? >> No, nothing. >> there is how people get shot, man. How many times have we seen a cop disarm another individual and pull the trigger and shoot them? >> Uh you can get it out. I'm sorry to do this. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> There you go. So what's your name? >> 426 claiming I'm out 1033. >> What is that up? >> 10-4. >> Excuse me. >> I mean, you're going to hinder my investigation. You're going to You're going to hinder my investigation. So, I mean, we could do this easy or we could do it hard, and I really don't want to do it hard. >> What's worse, hindering your investigation or you hindering Derek's rights? >> There is nothing There's no crime being committed. >> Here's my thing. You're in somebody's driveway. >> But >> you're asleep in somebody's driveway with your dog. >> Is that a crime? >> No. >> You're on somebody's property. You're trespassing. See what I'm saying? >> Yeah. I'm not anymore, though. >> I mean I mean, we can You know what? I'm telling you, we can make this easy or we can make it hard. I mean, he's good. He's the He's the one who gave me his name. >> Oh. I know this man. What now? Go after? >> Legally, yes. >> Huh? >> Legally, yes. >> Legally, yes? >> Sarge. >> Okay, let's get away from legally then. How about constitutionally? Do I constitutionally have the right to make myself insecure in my person when you guys took an oath to secure my constitutional right to be secure in my person? >> Go after? >> Legally, yes. >> Huh? >> Legally, yes. >> Legally, yes? >> Sarge. >> Cuz we got a call about you being in somebody's >> yard. >> And we're in the middle of an investigation. But by Georgia law it is >> Investigation about what? >> About trespassing on somebody's property. So, here's the thing. >> Awesome. >> I'm not there anymore. >> Okay. >> But we still got a call about you. >> You're not going to give us your name? >> I don't have to. >> Okay. >> Here we go. Here we go. >> 10-10 >> 10-95 1 male. >> 10-4 10-95 >> What am I being arrested for? >> Obstruction. >> 114 on duty yet? >> I don't know. >> It is obstruction. It's obstruction of injustice. >> You got anything on you going to put me, stick me, anything that nature? Okay. >> I'm not going to get hurt while I'm trying to plunder you and take away your rights, am I? >> Make sure you ain't got no knives, needles, anything of that nature. We'll get animal control. You wanted to play your game, so we played it. >> Oh my god. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, standing up for my unalienable rights as I resist rapid tyrants is just a game, right officers? >> You can't arrest me for nothing. >> I'm arresting you for obstruction. You refused to identify yourself when I had legal right to. That is. All right, step back here to this car. >> So, if I run your gun, you're going to go? >> No, sir. How much have you had to drink today? Have a seat. >> I got a paper bag in the back. >> Eric, you make me sick. >> Yeah. 114 on duty. >> Not that I'm aware of. >> No. >> Good boy. You're not wanted, so why would you run? Sit. Just cuz I didn't have to. No, legally Cuz we did get a call about you being in somebody's yard. And I'm going to explain that. I get that. So, legally you did. So Well, you you can discuss that in court. I will. Okay. This is an illegal detainment. Oh, no. It's not. It is. You think I would do make an illegal arrest after 17 years of doing this job? >> Not only do I think you would, I know you would because this right here indicates a pattern and practice. You don't care about the Constitution, you don't care about unalienable rights, you don't care about your oath, you don't care about your reputation, and you definitely don't care about other people. >> What law? What law was I breaking? I'll charge What law was I breaking? You you refused to identify yourself. What law was I breaking? I tell you what. I was going to try to be nice and call somebody from the I'm calling animal control. >> Oh, oh, oh, oh, a little intimidation, a little fear tactic implemented there. Oh, we get you. We know we you're revealing your heart right here, copper. >> Uh if you want to continue, I'll play you that. That I'm No. here chilling with you, but Now you trying to argue, and I'm not doing that. His ID is next to your telephone. I'll sit here and talk to you. I'll sit here and be cool with But what y'all got me going through right now Now you putting yourself through this. >> The anticipated victim blaming. You did this to yourself, boy. You made me put my hands on you. >> Hey, uh you are on your way in, right? >> Park, can you come Can you talk to me? >> Uh-uh. Uh we just 95 uh gentleman down here on South Palm Street, and he's got a dog with him. >> Can you talk to me? Can Can you let me Oh. Uh I'll tell you I'll tell you the whole thing. I don't I don't want my dog to go to the pound Uh she's going to the lost >> Gentle? >> I I don't want the dog to be put >> Small? Who can come to get the dog? >> I can call my mother, and she can call my I don't have I don't have my brother's number, but I can call my mother, and she can call my brother. >> Where's he at? >> Uh he is uh right across the street from Wayne County uh uh hospital. >> You know, it's just evil to him this guy up and basically threatened this dog's life cuz if this dog goes to the pound and stays there for a week or more, this dog could get euthanized, and these cops are just being wicked. Let me know if you agree in the comments section. >> So, it's right across from the hospital? >> Am I going to jail? >> Yeah, you're going to jail. >> For what? >> Obstruction. What's your leg? Let me grab your phone. >> It's right here. It's fine. >> It's right here. All right. How do you get into your phone? Uh is it on? >> Uh no, it actually is dead. I was about to say it's dead. >> Okay. >> I literally Man, come >> No. >> Why? >> Cuz I explained it to you before. And you're like, "No, no, no. No, no. I'm not playing your game. You want to You want to do it your way." >> You want to play in the game. Look, if you're going to argue, I'll go ahead and take the dog to the pound. All right. >> This is just a damn power trip. This law enforcer, this badge tyrant, just wants to exercise his authority over somebody. He knows he can do it, and he knows he can get away with it under the color of law. Made-up laws, but still under the color of law, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 242. >> Okay. Yeah. >> All right. >> Okay. We're out here on the side of South Palm Street. Uh he needs somebody that can come and get his dog. >> Okay. >> So, come get his dog cuz he is going to be going with us for this morning. Going to be for obstruction. He refused to identify himself after we got a call to him being in somebody's yard. So, and the bad thing is he didn't have a warrant or anything like that. He just refused He refused to provide his name, date of birth. Said he didn't have to, and I explained to him he was going to go to jail if not. He said he didn't have to, so. Yeah. Yeah, you can smell the alcohol. Mama said that he was walking home cuz he'd been drinking with his buddy, knew he couldn't drive. >> If his mom actually said that, way to go, Mom. But in reality, it doesn't even matter. >> Mama said that he was walking home cuz he'd been drinking with his buddy, knew he couldn't drive. >> Yeah, he come all the way from Fourth. >> All the way from Fourth? >> That's what he told me. >> Where's he going? >> him, "Sir, where are you going?" >> Going to find it. >> Going to find it, sir. >> I come right here to get my groceries. >> Huh? Okay. >> He slept in this person's driveway? Oh, wow. >> Still not a crime. It's not a crime to not drive when you've been drinking, and it's not a crime to sleep on a public easement near a driveway. >> I do. I do. You know, you'll have to come get your gun from the station. >> After the arrest, Derek Massey was transported to the Wayne County Jail, and Sergeant Parker's report cited a city ordinance violation for resisting, specifically section 66-155 of the Jessup Code of Ordinances, which prohibits resisting an officer in the discharge of their duties. The only problem with that is none of what the officers did was constitutional, and everything they did violated Derek Massey's rights. So, the reason for the detention was unlawful, and you can't rightly be charged with resisting an unlawful arrest. Derek's dog was sent to the pound because there was nobody available to pick her up. A week after his arrest, Derek Massey filed a formal complaint. Captain David Gray responded within 24 hours, cleared the officers entirely, and wrote in his letter that they had clearly established reasonable suspicion to approach and identify an armed male walking away from a Christian Academy as employees and students were starting to arrive. As of the recording of this, Derek Massey is looking to file a civil rights lawsuit. Let me know what you think about this in the comment section. It really overcomes the censorship algorithms.
