No, mom, see, now you're just being silly. That's not the way it works. See, somebody could attack us, so we don't get any rights. I mean, ask any good law enforcer. >> They're not sure if you're being a photographer or if you're person being a person that is doing a uh uh setting up for either an attack or reconnaissance for whatever malfeasance that certain individuals might do. >> Hey, doing? Do you have an ID on you? Do you have ID on you? >> They keep telling me this is the land of the free, home of the brave. But if that's true, why do cops keep harassing and detaining people who are exercising the very fundamental rights that these same cops swore to protect? >> What am I being detained for, sir? >> You're taking pictures of county vehicles and county buildings. >> Detained by armed men in costumes for taking pictures in public? How does that make any sense? But here we are in this day and age >> This day and age >> where getting your ID is a higher priority to cops than solving crimes and stopping criminals. >> Hey, doing? Do you have ID on you? Do you have ID on you? >> Sir, sir, do you have ID on you? Right now, you need to identify yourself to the police. If we're If we're off If we're stopping to talk to you, yes, you need to identify yourself to me. You need to identify yourself to me. I need to see your ID. >> You're taking photos of government buildings. >> And And government property. >> So, I need to see your ID. I need to see your ID to figure out who you are. >> Who do you think you are? You're exercising your American rights in public, pal. Therefore, I need to see who you are, says Officer McNugget Walsh. And isn't it true that any law repugnant to the Constitution should be considered null and void? Because I don't think today's law enforcement officers see it that way. Now, the context and timing of when this video was made is very important because something super strange will happen in a little over 40 days from the recording of this video. This right here happens on January 23rd, 2020. And the owner of the 10.703 YouTube channel was filming on a public sidewalk in Prince William County, Virginia after spending a couple of hours filming various county-owned vehicles and property. That's when he's contacted by Paragon of the Constitution, Officer Walsh from the Prince William County Police Department. You and I are going to watch this video together and I'm going to make some comments along the way. But remember, this whole time, 48 days from the filming of this video right here, something very, very strange happens in America. >> Do you have ID on you, sir? How you doing? Do you have ID on you? How you doing? Sorry, do you have ID on you? Sir. Sir, do you have ID on you? >> Please don't impede my way of walking, please. >> No, sir. You're taking pictures of everybody. I need to see your some ID. >> All right. So, you're impeding my way of walking, sir. >> Do you have ID on you, sir? >> You're impeding my way of walking, sir. >> that. I need to see your ID, sir. >> Thank you. >> Sir, I need to see your ID. Sir, I need to see your ID. >> I'm not giving any ID, sir. >> You're taking pictures of county vehicles. I need to see your ID, sir. >> Okay. So, what is it legal about being a photographer? >> No, no, no. You're You're being a photographer, but I don't know what you what you're I don't know what the purposes of your pictures of county vehicles are for. >> So, >> You were at the courthouse yesterday taking photos as well, right? >> What is the purpose >> Can I see your ID, sir? >> I don't have an ID on me, sir. >> You have nothing on you? >> You're impeding my way of the bike trail, sir. >> You can't right now. >> What is the reason why I can't go? >> I just need to talk to you real quick Cuz you're taking pictures of county >> We're talking. I don't want to talk anymore. >> I Then you need to stand right here while I make sure that you're not a wanted for something. How about that? >> The By the way, the amount of cops that show up for a man on a public sidewalk with a camera is insane. >> Stan- Stand right here for me. Please don't move. >> This is called being overstaffed. There's 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 officers already on the scene. >> Sir, stay right here for me. Okay. >> [clears throat] >> What am I being detained for, sir? >> You're taking pictures of county vehicles and county buildings. >> Okay. So, is that a crime? >> Right now, you need to identify yourself to the police. If we're If we're If we're stopping to talk to you, yes, you need to identify yourself to me. >> Is that a crime? >> You need to identify yourself to me. That's going to be a crime. >> Let me get your ID and where you live at, and then let me I'll tell you. >> you where I live. >> Then why should I tell you where I live? >> Because I am stopping to talk to you. I need to see your ID. >> You must tell me where you live, but I ain't going to tell you where I live, cuz this badge and this costume grants me special rights, says Officer Walsh. Message received, and it was loud and clear, Captain. >> Do you just stop and ID people? >> photos of government buildings >> And >> and government property. >> Okay. >> So, I need to see your ID. >> All right. And And that's a crime? >> I need to see your ID. Figure out who you are. >> All right. Wow. >> And plus you're covering your face in a public place. >> Sir, I'm Officer Gardner. Can I help you, please? Um so, you understand our concern today? >> I don't understand your concern, sir. >> is your what >> Covering your face in public is a hint at what's about to go down in America's history 48 days from the recording of this video. Stay tuned. >> We uh I missed the beginning of this, so I don't want to say third party. What What was your purpose of being out here today? >> I'm just taking pictures. >> Okay. What What are you taking pictures of? >> I'm just taking pictures. >> Okay. You're just out taking pictures. Is there Is there for any reason? >> Um for my own use. >> For your own use? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um so, we talked to our supervisor. Um they they told you about the mask. So, that's why Um you can understand our concern, right? When people are out taking pictures of government buildings or cruisers, you can understand as law enforcement why we get concerned about that, right? >> No. >> You don't You don't see why law enforcement >> any concern in that? >> No, I don't, sir. >> Okay. >> I do. I see why there would be a concern for people who are freaked out about a guy walking around in public taking pictures who's obscuring his face and wearing a mask. I understand that concern. But, that concern and that fear does not override your unalienable right to walk freely as long as you're not harming anybody, threatening to harm anybody, damaging property, or stealing property. >> Well, there's I think most people would probably agree that it's concerning if people are coming up and taking pictures, especially this day and age, and >> Well, my rights don't end where your fears and concerns begin, officer. Don't you agree with that? And what is with this day and age? >> This day and age, and um things >> What do you mean by this day and age? >> This day and age, there's like there's wars and stuff going on, and people plotting, and um Boston Marathon bombings, and stuff like that. So, >> I'm just >> There's always wars. There's always people plotting. So, if there's always wars and always people plotting and people doing evil things, that means you can never have any rights because it will always be this day and age. This day and age is nothing more than an appeal to mass paranoia and fear about dangerous people who may harm you as a justification that the cops use for you to relinquish your rights to other dangerous people who happen to be wearing badges and costumes, and it's not even Halloween. The bottom line is this day and age and we got a call can never ever be viewed as a justification to trample unalienable rights. We either have unalienable rights or we don't. We're either going to protect them or we won't. We're either going to truly be the land of the free, home of the brave or we're going to continue to delude and deceive ourselves. So, what's it going to be, Officer Gardner? Let's just start back with this day and age again. >> It's concerning if people are coming and taking pictures, especially in this day and age and um things >> What do you mean by this day and age? >> This day and age is like there's wars and stuff going on and people plotting and um Boston Marathon bombings and stuff like that. So, >> I'm I'm their supervisor. >> How you doing today, sir? >> So, what is your intent and purpose of being on county property taking pictures today? >> I'm a photographer and the last thing I knew, this is public property, correct? >> property, but there are Let me just put it in perspective of the people that are calling in because they were concerned. They've a a a person that is masked. Yes, it is cold. They are taking pictures of the building. They're not sure if you're being a photographer or if you're a person being a person that is doing a uh uh setting up for either an attack or reconnaissance for whatever malfeasance that certain individuals might do. >> Oh, you mean like the attacks and the reconnaissance you deploy against us every single day when you hide behind billboards with radar guns or on bridges and overpasses or when you pit maneuver us at high speeds, shoving us into traffic, jeopardizing our lives, shooting our pets, breaking into our homes, tasing our loved ones. You mean those kind of nefarious actions, Officer? Besides, you mentioned a mask and people freaking out because somebody's obscuring their identity. What about this guy with a mask? You going to say anything to him? You going to say anything about him? You going to do anything about it? You going to give him a citation or warning? Are people freaking out about him? I mean, he's not only masked, he has a firearm and he's known to be a part of a criminal organized crime ring that does a lot of bad things to a lot of innocent people. Isn't that worth freaking out about in this day and age? >> Am I allowed to go? >> No, you're under investigation right now. We're trying to find out >> crime? For what crime, sir? >> Your suspicious activity. >> Okay, so is suspicious activity a crime? And Mr. Hill, is suspicious activity a crime? >> Currently, you're you're detained because you're wearing a mask in public and refusing to identify yourself. Cuz right now the charge was the wearing the mask in public and you're rising to the level of disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. We don't want to do that. We want you to be able to walk off and take your Yes, sir. >> Have I disrupted I've even talking to you in a very calm manner. Have I Have I raised my voice at you, sir? >> No, but you've now you've caused a disturbance within the public cuz everybody's watching what you're doing here. You're also obstructing justice because we're not able to do our investigation. Those are the two things. >> You're obstructing just In their minds, you are obstructing justice by exercising your rights in a public place. Rights that they swore to protect, defend, and uphold. Now again, this was recorded 48 days before the Convid 1984 by George Orwell scam-demic. And the irony is that 48 days later after this video is recorded, these cops are going to stop you and possibly arrest you if you're not wearing a ritualistic shame muzzle. How's that for a twisted, hypocritical, nonsensical, and pathetic sliver of unadulterated tyrannical duplicity? This action right here pinpoints the danger of veering away from unalienable rights. If you haven't victimized anybody, if you haven't harmed anybody, threatened harm anybody, damaged property, or stolen property, you should never be viewed as a criminal. And because you wouldn't be viewed as a criminal unless you did these things, you would be free to do whatever you wanted to do as long as you didn't create a victim. But when a political parasitic psychopath makes a law like a mask law or a traffic law or a gun law or a drug law, these lapdogs for the parasitic political elite just turn their minds off, abandon their critical thinking, shelf their conscience, and just follow orders. And since most laws are evil, they are the conduit through which the evil comes into the world. And that is the inherent danger of being an order follower. They're giving this guy a hard time, and they're about to arrest him for wearing a mask. 48 days from now on March 11th, 2020, they'll be arresting people for not wearing masks. Tell me how any of that makes any moral, logical, or reasonable sense. And yeah, the cop is going to cite this Virginia code right here. 18.2-422, that's the prohibition of wearing masks in certain places with exceptions. Guess who gets accepted? The law enforcers who get to wear masks. So technically speaking, the guy with the camera is violating one of their laws, which just so happens to be repugnant to the Constitution, and from the perspective of Marbury versus Madison, should be null and void. But that's not the way these cops see it. What is that statute or penal code that I can't wear a mask? So >> 10.2, 422, prohibition of wearing a mask in certain places. >> Prohibition? Did he say prohibition? >> Prohibition of wearing a mask in certain places. It shall be unlawful for any person over the age of 16 years of age with the intent to conceal his identity wear any mask, hood, or other device whereby substantial portion of the face is hidden. >> Okay, so >> So, you That is clearly a ridiculous and unconstitutional law, and the only way you would enforce that law is if you abandon your oath to the Bill of Rights, specifically the Fourth Amendment, allowing people or keeping people free to pursue life, liberty, and happiness, and the right of the people to be secure in their persons. >> So, perfect So, the first sentence you said, sir, was in certain places. Is this Is there a sign on this >> Sir, are you refusing to remove your mask and identify yourself? >> Sir, you're not going to identify yourself? >> Look at all these cops. There they go. They're going to grab him. They're grabbing him. They got him. Not one cop has arrived on the scene to inject any kind of reason or morality into this situation. They just all sit back and follow orders. 10 Point Program 703 was charged with wearing a mask in public, which is, according to them, a class six felony, as we've seen according to Virginia Code 18.2-422, and obstruction of justice. And then he spent 5 hours in jail before being released. 10 Point revealed at the time that he intended to hire an attorney and fight all the charges. His hearing was on February of 2020. I looked it up in the internet, could not find any outcome of any case in Virginia. And you can see right here that 10 Point Program 703 has no videos remaining on his channel. I don't know what the reason for that is. I do know one thing though, from the perspective of the Constitution, every one of these cops violated their oath and treated an innocent man as though he were a criminal.
