defendant was escorted from her room when she battered her friend in front of officers at which time officer Sutton attempted to take the defendant into custody the defendant turned her body towards officer Peta made eye contact with her and intentionally balded her fist and struck her on the chest when she was advised that she was being arrested for battery on Leo she spontaneously blurred out I attacking me tell her what she told me while I'm writing this stuff down that no tell her what you told me about what happened so we were at the bar and everything we got up we got who is we your
