Today we got a video from EWU Crime Story Time and the title of the video is Man Films Chilling videos before doing the unthinkable. >> Employee that shot people is racist. just just flat out racist. >> Woke on Facebook last night and he came to work all weird. >> Boss man makes black jokes every day. My name is Black Jerry. >> But I just remember looking up and I saw Jerry with the gun. He did one of these and pulled the trigger at my dad. >> You guys, I really hope I do that. >> In Clinton Township, Michigan, an employee films his morning commute to work, ranting about alleged racism, bullying, and mistreatment by his co-workers. The last thing they ever expected was for him to enter the workplace armed with a gun and murder on his mind. >> That kid didn't look like he had a care in the world that he just did any of that. >> The following is based on official police records, and the footage has never been seen before until now. On the morning of January 9th, 2018, 25-year-old construction worker Jerry Mley Jr. begins recording on his way to the office. >> So now we're recording. I'mma tell you like I told these mother like they just did like outrageous racist bull. It's like time and time I come in to work mother just racist just just flat out racist. Just no given dude used like a million times. Boss man makes black jokes every day. My name is Black Cherry. I'm the lowest paid in the company. Been there for a year pretty much. And I got a best friend that works there too. So it's like even my best friend sat there and pointed out a branch like, "Oh, Jerry, which one you want to be hang from?" Him and Johnny. It's like y'all like think like doesn't doesn't like click like y'all are ignorant. Y'all just think money is the power of everything. Really, a weapon is the power of everything. I'm just basically saying you guys and I really hope y'all do that. >> Minutes later, Jerry arrives at his workplace. Wait. He parked. >> Wait, wait, wait. Hold on. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. His best friend works there and was like, "Which tree you want to be hang from?" Listen, one thing about, you know, jobs where, you know, there ain't many black people. There's gonna be some of those type of thing, some of those jokes, but like it it it's not it's not gonna be ongoing or you got to and you got to set the tone from the jump like you're not going to tolerate that type of stuff. You know what I mean? But I I I want to hear. So, I'm not ex I'm not surprised at a spot like that where those type of jokes is going on. But you also got to set the tone and be willing to walk away. Like man, there's other shops, you know, whatever whatever they working, mechanic shop or whatever it is that they actually working at. >> Recorders, I'mma tell you, like I told these mother like they just did like outrageous racist bull. It's like time and time I come into work just racist. Just just flat out racist. There's no dude used like a million times. Boss man makes black jokes every day. My name is Black Jerry in the company. Been there for a year. Pretty much. And I got a best friend that works there too. So it's like even my best friend sat there and pointed out a branch like, "Oh, Jerry, which one you want to be hanging from?" Him and Johnny. And it's like, >> see, see, see now that that now that's not a best friend. I don't know what you call a best friend, but that's not a best friend. If you saying that your best friend work there and he's he's going along with the with the [ __ ] and is going to point out, you know, what branch you want to be hang from, Jerry, him laughing along with another dude, like that's not no friend. Like that's that's man, you get [ __ ] up for [ __ ] like that. Like that's supposed to be your friend. That's not That's not a friend, man. >> Think like doesn't doesn't like click like y'all are ignorant. Y just think money is the power of everything. Really, a weapon is the power of everything. I'm just basically saying you guys and I really hope y'all do that. >> Minutes later, Jerry arrives at his workplace. He parks his car and calmly heads toward the front door as he'd likely done every workday for the past year. But this time, tucked into a hoodie pocket underneath his jacket is a fully loaded pistol. >> Bucket. Where's Tom? >> Shot. I don't know. >> Look who's Oh god, he is. >> 911. Where is your >> I need I need a I need an ambulance immediately at Reliable Sense. In fact, WE GOT AN EMPLOYEE THAT SHOT PEOPLE. >> Where is the person that SHOT HIM? >> I DON'T KNOW. WE HAVE FOUR ROOMS BACK THERE AND WE'RE IN A locked room. >> I need police and I need an ambulance staff. >> Okay. I have everybody coming. Where is the victim? >> He's right next to me and I don't know WHO ELSE IS SHOT. WHO ELSE did >> he? All right. Is he breathing? >> Yes, he's breathing. >> Okay. Where is he shot? >> In the chest. >> Okay. Do we have anything to put on the wound? >> He's got a glove against it now. >> Okay. >> Just stay still. >> It's that shot. >> All right. Who is the Who's the person? >> HE SHOT MY BROTHER. I HAVE TWO people shot. >> Okay. Where's the other brother? He's trying to leave. I need police now. The dispatcher requests information about the suspect's car, but the woman on the line is unable to answer as someone delivers a crushing confirmation. >> You need my shot. >> Ma'am, take ma'am. Ma'am, take a deep breath. I ma'am, we have everybody coming. Okay, ma'am. Somebody get on the phone with me, please. Ma'am, HELLO. [screaming] >> MA'AM, HELLO. Black Jerry. As more calls reach dispatchers, they're able to learn from other employees that the suspect fled the scene in a great >> Hold on. Even on the video call, you could you could hear the other person in the background saying black Jerry. Come on, man. His name is Jerry, man. Black Jerry. Like, come on. Like, it's Come on, y'all. Even if there's another person named Jerry there, you could come up with another nickname. You know what I mean? Like Jay or something like that. Like, you know what I'm saying? >> Ma'am, somebody get on the phone with me, please. Ma'am, HELLO. >> MA'AM, HELLO. BLACKBERRY. As more calls reach dispatchers, they're able to learn from other employees that the suspect fled the scene in a gray Saturn. >> This is a black male. He works with us. I don't know. He post on Facebook last night and he came to work all weird. >> Okay, listen. We got everybody coming to help you. Take a deep breath. What's his name? >> Jerry Molly. He shot Tom. >> I have one and conscious and breathing that shot. He's seeing right now. >> Okay. All right. And what about the other person? >> Other person's on the ground. Looks like he's dead. >> The Clinton Township Police Department arrived to the shocking aftermath of Jerry's rampage. One victim, Angelo Joe McCauley III, was treated by paramedics at the scene and transferred to McLaren Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. In a back office, the business owner, 61-year-old Thomas Edward Batkkey, was found face up on the tile floor in a pool of blood with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The murder weapon, a semi-automatic pistol, was found near his legs containing seven unspent rounds. Several employees were brought into the police station and asked to describe for detectives exactly what happened. >> We all gather in Tom's office in the morning to find out what we're doing for the day and all this kind of bull talk and see what see what's going on. And um you know uh Jerry was just acting really weird this morning. >> Well, wait, were you not talking to people he normally does? >> No. just not talking, just and his buddy Jeff in the other room was like his best friend, you know, and Jeff said hi to him and he's like and just walked away. Just mumbled something and walked away like okay, that's weird. >> Well, anyways, we're all Todd's office to find out what's going on and all of a sudden we're like just thinking like where's Jerry at? Then all of a sudden we seen the back door open and then Jerry walks out like this. >> Jerry pulls a gun um out and says you mother told you stop with me. Blam. shots once. >> I've been to shooting range. I know what it smells like when you have to shoot a gun. I'm like, what the, you know, he shot Angelo. You can hear Angelo hit the ground. >> Lori, the deceased owner's sister, described what happened next. >> I literally I I can plan it in my mind. Into my view came Angela and he's like this. And he goes, "My god, that hurts. What?" And and Jerry was there and I said, "What the hell? What's going on?" Cuz I heard the sound. with a cat of fireworks. I mean, never in a million years. And he turned and he went this way through the door and the door slammed and boom, boom, against the door. And I was trying to push against the door and I couldn't. I'm like, what is going on? Cuz I could I could hear it all against the door. >> When he shot Joe, he was still going after Joe. He didn't have any intentions on going in the office cuz he was walking past the office. >> Yeah. >> And I think that's when Dylan was right there and jumped on him. But when he was walking past the office, I could have sworn I heard him say, "I'm sick of this bull." >> Employee Dylan then attempted to stop Jerry from firing the gun again. >> I grabbed both of his wrist and threw him up against the wall and I couldn't hold him forever. And I knew that I held him for about 20 seconds and then he found a way into the office. And Tom at the sec at the time, my boss, the second guy that got shot, uh, he was trying to lock the door. >> It was then that Jeff jumped in to help, but the struggle spilled over into the owner's office. They moved into the office and he still had the gun. And I looked and my dad since was on him, my dad saw that and he went and grabbed the his his arm and try to get control of it so no one else got shot. And then I saw that and they were leaning on my dad's desk. So I jumped on Jerry and I put him in a choke hold. And I don't know where where my dad was. I I know he was in there somewhere, but I just remember looking up and I saw Jerry with the gun. He did one of these and pulled the trigger at my dad. Then after that, Jerry had the gun like this and he shot it at the wall and then he ended up dropping it. I don't know if it's because I was still choking him, so I don't know if he was losing consciousness. Then after that be him and Jeff just fell to the ground in the doorway and I remember looking up to the right and I just saw my dad laying there. I could tell he was almost passed out cuz he started gagging. I kind of let off because I didn't I don't want I didn't want to kill him. You know what I mean? Like >> I I but I sat there Tom. I was like, "You just killed my dad." Cuz I I knew right away when I saw him laying there that there was no blood on you said that. >> No. Did Did he >> No, I got up. Since I was the first one to get up, I walked out front cuz I I didn't know what to do because I I deep down I knew what happened, but I didn't know what to do. It was then that Jerry, just as casually as he entered, made his way back to his car. However, he didn't make it far. Just one mile down the road from the business, Jerry lost control of his vehicle, slamming into the rear of a flatbed truck. Despite not wearing a seat belt, he survived and was seen by the truck driver crawling out of a shattered window, fleeing on foot. >> Well, stand. And it's just crazy because like this morning I was asking what was wrong with Jerry and you know Josh told me did you read his Facebook status? >> The night before the shooting took place Jerry took to Facebook leaving a cryptic post that hinted something dark was lingering in his mind. He detailed several incidents writing you can't talk to another human being like that. Then stating I put up with it for a year no more. Like I was reading it and I it was just like all the people that gave me a hard time and this this and that and I think he's talking about Joe. >> Is there a history of Joe giving him a hard time? >> Something that you saw. >> All right. Joe, >> be honest. >> Done a lot of things to everybody. >> He grabbed me by my neck and, you know, choked me up one time at a job. >> The owner? >> Nope. He's a worker. >> Okay. He's grabbed the owner's son by his neck and choked him up just for stupid little bicker and arguments and he's done it to Jeff and he always picked on Jerry. >> Angelo is kind of a bully really honestly. He'll like flick cigarettes at you. He'll throw at you. He'll just do all types of stuff to like kind of take you off and picks on Jerry the most. So, I can see why he was the first one shot. According to the owner's son, there may be a reason Joe hasn't yet been fired, despite the allegations of abuse by his co-workers. >> Sounds like Joe's a big dude. He's not small. >> Is he that meatthead? [clears throat] Is he that guy that's got to pick on everybody, flick cigarettes at everybody, call names? >> Oh, yeah. >> He been there a long time. Works for your dad. >> Yeah. 17 years. >> Wow. >> My dad's known him since diapers. He's best friends with his dad. That's how that's why I mean Joe's caused fights around there in the past seven years that I've been there. [clears throat] Me and him at its a few times. >> Does he keep his job? Because of the relationship between your dad and his dad. >> Oh yeah. >> Why? I think Tom he shot Tom is because nothing happened. We've brought to Tom's detention that Joe is Nobody likes Joe there. Everybody will tell you that. Nobody likes Joe here. Um we tolerate him. He's just to everybody, you know, he's he's just a cocky dude, you know, just thinks this don't stink. >> In part of Jerry's recording filmed prior to the shooting, he made it clear why Joe was a target. >> And Joe, the reason I shot because you're just angry. You're about You're a mixture of racist and always constantly yelling at me, telling me to do. I done did everything that you said, but you're still crying about everything. Said that I ain't worthless. What the hell am I doing in this company? You sat there and antagonized me that one day and I told you to stop. Like, man, got me up. Then the boss man's going to defend you. >> Have people gone to the owners about Joe and said, "Hey, things got to stop. I mean, he's basically an >> Tom, the last the last times, like the last situation Joe had with somebody was with me is when he grabbed me up by my neck one time and I told Tom, "Look, I'm either going to quit or you need to tell Joe like you're going to do something for him, like get him help." And you know, Tom told me I'm going to tell Joe to take anger management. I said, "You know what? All right, I'll let it. I'll get over it. We're all family. We all got to work together. We got to put roofs over our heads." That was it. After wounding Joe, killing Tom, crashing his car, and fleeing on foot, Jerry was quickly apprehended when a Roseville Police detective saw him running into a subdivision and successfully tackled him to the ground. He was then handcuffed by an officer with the Frasier Police Department, who later returned him to the custody of Clinton Township. He now sits with detectives who will hear a haunting confession regarding his motives for the brutal attack. >> I got the job through my best friend. Okay, best friend. See, now honestly, the one that's the real issue is the one that survives. I mean, it it sounds messed up, man, but look, it's already a tough situation when you working for a company and you the only black guy. Like, like look at all the co-workers. You know what I'm saying? Like, you the only black one around there. You know what I'm saying? That's already a crazy situation. You know what I mean? But not only that, you got a troublemaker there that nobody likes. Nobody. He even grabbed the owner's son. What? That's And the dad slept it under the rug. Like, yo, he just grabbed your kid. Like, he he yolked up your kid. you not gonna do. That's insane to me. I'm not gonna lie. That is insane. That's insane. So, you know, deep down people, those guys are probably not shocked at what is actually what actually happened. And they're not shocked that Jerry or what they like to call him, Black Jerry is the one that did it. You know what I'm saying? You keep getting picked on, picked on, picked on, picked on. You the only black one. Nobody doing nothing about it. Like, how much are you supposed to be able to take? I mean, come on. And some people are not, you know, some people don't have the common sense to just quit or go to another job or whatever. You know what I'm saying? Or [ __ ] Even film them. [ __ ] Film them. You know, record little things, whatever. Whatever. File a lawsuit. You know what I mean? Like, hey, they keep doing racist woo woo woo woo woo. There's other ways to handle it. But some people is just like, "Listen, you want to be a [ __ ] to me? I got something for you. You You done messed with the wrong one." And you could tell he not rap too tight, man. Probably a decent dude. You know, Black Jerry, he probably a decent dude, man. But, you know, everybody has their breaking point. Miss Jeff, pretty sure you talked to him. >> But it just something just didn't really feel right. Like cuz then they started completely being that whole just screaming and yelling at me if I get something wrong. Oh, you're stupid. You're dumb. You're worthless. Way he was acting towards me. And he was like, you would never get a raise here. You're just a piece of and [snorts] you're this. Every time we in an argument, he reverts back to racism. And it's like I'm at a losing chance. And then whoever's with him, they're tagging along. They're laughing at the joke. So, I'm just like a target. And it's just a constantly target every single day of my life. >> Jeff, who explains he's known Jerry since high school, admits there was name calling at the job site. You know, there are times where, you know, uh there's racial slings back and forth, you know, he might say or whatever, you know, or or um you know, he might he might say something about being white or something, you know, everybody, even him would shoot shots back, [clears throat] you know, it's just guys and guys. And then like with me and him, our relationship, he technically is one of the whitest black people I know. He doesn't really like his kind either, per se. I mean, I guess you'd say back in the day, he kind of act like it didn't really offend him as much, you know, when we were younger, you know. >> In parts of the recording made before the shooting, Jerry speaks directly to his best friend, Jeff. >> Jeff, let me tell you something. You are the most best friend ever. The way you treated me when I first started at that company was overrage. jumping around in the state truck screaming, "Jerry, you ain't never gonna get nothing. My car broke down, so you have to come and get me." You just harass me the whole every single day you harass me about my getting my car. Get in my car. When are you ever going to get your car? I don't want to drive you. All this other bull. If you ain't want to drive me, you have to drive. But it's no point. I just sat there and you just screamed and yell at me. like, "Yeah, I'm the boss of you and all this other bull. >> I can't believe you." >> Don't get me wrong, we all joke around, you know, the construction work. It's a bunch of guys, >> you know, bull around. You're you're a idiot. You know, excuse my language or whatever. You know, everybody picks on everybody. >> All of my friends >> are cockage. All of them. And it's like I never in my life has been treated in a racial way really that bad. And it's like it's not fair. And it's like I even thought about like maybe I should quit. But something inside of me was like no no no they they they can't get away. They can't get away with this. Like this is not this is not right. Y'all already broke through. Like oh my god it it's nerve-wracking just thinking about it. Like it's like how do you treat another human being so bad and expect him to be earthly fine with it when it's a constantly thing when he told y'all multiple times to stop. >> Jerry points to the nickname Black Jerry as a source of resentment. But employee Dylan shares their reasons for addressing him this way. >> We do call him Black Jerry, but it's not because we're trying to be racist. We have multiple Jerry's that work with us. Okay. I'm trying to just the easiest way >> and he never told us that he didn't like it. So >> I'm the only black person here. >> Mhm. >> And like I kind of like tried to bring it up to Tom, but Tom just like brushed it off. One morning I come in and Tom everybody's sitting there. They're just making black jokes. Oh. Oh, we turn off the lights. You just go. I'm like that's not funny. H and then they just no apologies just went on about their life. Like are you serious? Like that's >> Jerry shares a more specific example of something that happened between him and Joe. >> One day I was extremely >> hold on. I I got to pause that like real quick. But I believe that the story like they do make the jokes and turn the TV off or turn or turn the lights off and watch your teeth glow and all of that. Like that is like them that's Yeah, that's those type of [ __ ] ass like jokes that that white people make towards black people like the like it's [ __ ] But you as the black guy, you got to set the tone, bro. Like, you the only one there. Like, but I see you, you also feel comfortable there cuz all your friends, you have no black friends. So, you ain't really been in the community. You feel me? Like, you you you you completely o over [laughter] you you completely over there. It's not like you somewhere in the middle where it's like you may have black friends, you got white friends, you got Spanish friends, Asians, you know what I'm saying? Like where you well diverse, you just completely on the other side. So it's like [laughter] I mean what the hell you expect? You going to be the butt of the joke. Why? Because you you not you not them. You not one of them. Like, so you're going to be the butt of the joke. That's how it go. Just like the dude said. He said, "Look, listen. Jerry may be black, man, but he's the whitest black guy I know. You act white." You know what I'm saying? So, you going to be the butter. That's what that means when he says that. You know, yes, his skin color may be he may have some melanin, but the way he speaks and comes off is white. You know what I'm saying? They have their mannerisms in the way that they get down. So, it's like you you've been out of the community for a long time, man. It slipped up. And one of them was like, look, it's not even look, he don't even like his own people. So you you you a black person that only hang with white people and you don't even like black people, but you gonna get mad that they making racist jokes, but you don't even [ __ ] with black people as a black person. Like come on, what type of sense does that make? Pissed off. Like I wasn't having a good mood. And for some reason Tom sent me with Joe and Joe was just being a and [clears throat] I was like, "Dude, can you just leave me alone?" So, I kind of got pissed off and I went in the truck. He hitting the window while I'm in the truck just teraggonizing me and Jeff was like, you know, he's not going to stop. I was like, I was like, he he just need to leave me alone. And he's all laughing about it, thinking it's all funny. >> Outrageous screaming at me. Oh, if I get Oh, you should already know this. You've been here for at least two months. >> I have a disability. I can't do that. I know it now. Now that I've been there for a year, oh, I'm just doing whatever Joe's doing to you. That's not right. That's so >> Multiple co-workers acknowledged that Joe was particularly harsh with Jerry, but still couldn't believe he would take it to this extreme. >> Jerry was I've had him over my house a few times, you know. I mean, we've hung out. He was a good kid. I mean, granted, I know Angel would give him he gave him quite a bit of [clears throat] at work, but I mean, Jerry's a little slow. So, when you tell him to do something and he doesn't do it properly, you just got to keep telling them. You know what I mean? >> My dad, to be honest, everybody's told my dad, you know, Jerry's a good kid, but we don't mean he's cut out for this this kind of work. My dad agreed, but he didn't want to just dump Jerry off. You know what I mean? He wanted to help the kid. That's what he does with a lot of these people around here. He's trying to help all of them. >> According to Tom's sister, Lori, she encouraged her brother to fire Jerry, but Tom refused. >> He's a little slow. >> Who's that? >> Jerry. >> Okay. >> And I said to my brother, Tony, things are getting slower. The winter season, you can laugh. Leave the kid. He needs he needs a job. He did everything. And you killed him. >> Yeah. >> Oh, Tom was great to him. you know, Tom to the Candom 6 months ago, you know what I mean? He's just wasn't the best worker all the time. You know, again, he was slow, you know, doesn't like the cold, you know, all this. So, but he was very patient with Jerry and which is why I don't understand what >> when Tom was shot, it looked like he was the target of was Jerry's intention. >> Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. because there's four of us there and and he he could have he could have went off all >> but he specifically got his arm and >> pointed at Tom and pulled the trigger. >> Yeah. >> Jerry continues his confession to investigators sharing a specific incident regarding the owner Tom. >> Tom's like started laughing and she just turned to me, oh dude, you want to hear something funny? I'm like, not really, Tom. I I really don't want to hear nothing funny. Oh, if you give a black person no watermelon, he'll do any anything that you say as he shakes the watermelon in front of my face. So, I'm like, "Wow." So, Joe turns around after he leaves the room and tells me, "Oh, um, Jerry, don't tell nobody what goes down over here." Immediately, I thought to myself, like, "Yeah, cuz if I tell anybody, it's not going to not going to matter." >> The kid didn't look like he had a care in the world that he just did any of that. And I don't know why he shot my dad. My dad was nothing but good to him. There's no way he just randomly decided to just bring that gun into work. You know what I mean? He wouldn't just do that. He he he's that type of kid where he has to plan it. He doesn't just go with the flow. His brain just doesn't work that way. I just don't understand what pushed him this far today. I don't >> So you can't picture a specific event in the last few days or whatever. >> Okay. Detectives also wondered if this was a sudden decision by Jerry or something he'd been planning for some time. >> Where did you get the gun from? >> Gunshot. Have you ever shot it before today? >> Nope. Honestly, that's my first time ever shooting a pistol. >> How did you find out how to use it? >> YouTube. >> YouTube, too. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Jerry explains he originally purchased it 4 months ago. After a heated argument with Jeff when they were returning from a job site >> all the way back like we're screaming and yelling at each other, he poured over. excuse like your attitude just ridiculous. I hate you. And at [clears throat] this point, I'm already crying. I'm emotional. I don't even know what to do. I'm pissed off. Like, so I went to go talk to Tom about it. Tom was like, "Well, all you need to do is u just listen to Jeff." I'm like, "But he's screaming and yelling at me." He was like, "Are you doing what he's saying?" I was like, "But you don't have to scream and yell at me." So like, I messed up once and he screamed and yell at me. Joe was like, "Well, all I need you to do is listen to him. brushed it off like it wasn't nothing. So me, I went to the gun shop, got a gun shop, got a gun, filled out a paper and all that. First time buying a gun. [clears throat] So I carried it once to work cuz it was the potential, but I like that and backed out because it was like, okay, maybe maybe down the road it'll change. >> Mhm. Maybe things will get better. Right. >> Right. I was treated unfairly. Then from the simple fact that you say everything about black people, you blame black people for all your problems and you blame me for your problems. You ain't never going to be nothing. >> Oh my god, you're a piece of Oh, well, here you go. Now you know. >> But as Jerry reveals, he had bigger plans than targeting just Joe and Tom. >> Let me ask you this. If if your plan to get back at these guys worked out perfectly, what would what would have happened? 100%. I probably would have been shot dead on the site >> that you would have been shot dead >> pretty much. >> Or you mean you would have shot all of them dead? >> No, I had a different plan for my best friend. I would have shot my best friend and his two legs to make sure he couldn't walk ever again. And pretty much from there, just let it role play. >> Did you want to kill everybody there but your best friend? Mhm. Pretty much everybody but my best friend. >> You understand what happened today. You understand that what you did was wrong. You know what you did was wrong. >> Oh, I know that. I know. >> That is going wrong to take a human life. You know that. >> And you were intent on killing >> these people in the shop. >> Yeah. >> What killed Tom? You shot him in the head and you took two shots at uh Joe and your intentions were to kill him, too. >> What were you What were you feeling when this was going on? in my head, get him, get Joe and, you know, and go after everybody else. >> But due to the quick intervention by his co-workers, Jerry was disarmed before he could harm anyone else. The only loss of life was that of his boss, Tom. Lorie shares that outside of work, Tom took care of his wife, who's bound to a wheelchair and battling advanced stage 4 cancer. Did I ever in a million years think somebody would bring a gun in and shoot somebody? No. >> My brother, least of all, >> my brother played Santa for kids, for people in nursing homes. My brother was no doubt the kindest kid and I wish he would have >> When he was playing Santa, when he was playing Santa, was he telling the watermelon jokes? He's the kindest man. Listen, gotta be careful with people, man, because everybody not rap too tight and certain things could trigger people. [ __ ] ain't funny. >> Me instead of him, God, why did you take me instead? Why didn't you take me instead of Tommy? >> Are you feeling any remorse for what you did today? >> It's probably going to hit me later on, but right as of right now, I'm just like it happened. I can't control it. Yes, I do want to cry because honestly, it could have been avoided. >> Yes, I know. I know it from I know it could have went another way, but hey, it was my choice. As a human being, you make choices that you got to deal with. So now I had a body on my hand and I'm probably going to be living at a long long time for this. So now I just rot. >> Do you think you should be forgiven for this? >> What do you think that um should happen to you? >> Bury me. Bury me. Lock me up. Leave me to rock. That's just the way it is. According to court records, Jerry Mley Jr. was ultimately charged with homicide, first-degree murder, multiple theories, assault with intent to murder, weapon carrying with unlawful intent, and two counts of weapons felony firearm. A jury found him guilty on all counts, and on August 7th, 2025, he received a cumulative sentence of life in prison without parole. If you'd like to see select new videos early and help us keep uncovering case files, Yeah, it's unfortunate situation, man. Sad. Sad. You know, he ain't rap. He ain't rap too tight. He keep getting picked on. People that's that he think is his friends or whatever are picking on him, yelling at him because he got a disability, because he's slow. You know what I mean? Like Okay, I'mma show you how slow I am. You know, and it's one of those things, you know. I I mean, I don't understand the one part I don't understand why on one end I understand the racist jokes and why it was why it would be getting to a person, right? That would get to anybody like me. I'm Yeah. No, but someone like him who is you you're black, but you ain't got no black friends. You ain't in the community. You know what I'm saying? You you you with them, you know? So you you with white people, you know? So it's like I don't see why the black jo like the one kid was saying you know as we were growing up you know it didn't really seem like to bother him or calling him Black Jerry didn't seem to bother him like he didn't let me know like you know to stop or anything you know because that's what that's what they do you know what I'm saying that's what they do so it's Like if you one of that, it shouldn't bother you, you know, like honestly like that. That's how I would think about it. But, you know, cuz me personally, I got black friends. I got white friends. I got, you know what I'm saying, Hispanic friends, Asian friends, you know what I'm saying? Do we joke? All that yada yada, you know, cool. But those type of jokes and keep oh watermelon this and that you going to do a what? You put a watermelon in front of a black person they'll do anything what punch you in your face for saying some [ __ ] like that like what you said what again? Huh? You know what I mean? Like it's just shirt and [ __ ] is not cool. Like that's no. You know what I'm saying? No. If his name is Jerry and there's a bunch of other Jerry's, his last name is Mosley. So you could call him Jerry M, you know? Hey, Jerry M, you know what I'm saying? Or JM J, whatever. Something else. If he don't like the black Jerry part, but it seems like he never told anybody that he didn't like the black Jerry part. So, you know, whatever. Let me know in the comment section below how well you think the officers Well, this ain't even Man, what am I saying? And this ain't even one of them cases, man. This is just one of them regular documentary joints. So [ __ ] it is what it is, man. I'll catch you in the next one. [music] >> [music] >> All right. Yeah. So, I had to record that video that So, I'mma upload that [ __ ] and see if uh I don't know. It's kind of gruesome in a way talking about murder and stuff like that. So, they actually I don't know if YouTube will let it rock, but [ __ ] We'll see if YouTube lets it rock. Let's see. It seems like Let's see here. Nobody ain't saying nothing, huh? Why? Cuz it's late. That why? Let's see. Oh, somebody did say something. All right, let's see here. What he say? It's crazy that society is so weak nowadays. A long time ago, people could say jokes, whether racial or not, and people would just laugh because they knew it was just jokes, not that serious. Uh, that's true. But when you coming into work every single day with the jokes, it gets old. It gets old real quick. You know, jokes every, you know, once in a while, you know, no problem. But every single day, come on. You know, especially like I said, when you when you working in an environment and you're the only black person out, you the only black person that works there. Like, nah, them the jokes hit a little different. It's not as uh you know, that [ __ ] hit a little different, man. So, you know, every now and then, you know, joking cool, you know, no problem. But that [ __ ] kind of every day. Nah. Especially the one guy Joe or whatever. The him who he he everyone freaking hates him because he play around too much. You know what I'm saying? He yelling, he putting his hands on people and all types of stuff. Man, you going to have to get it. And that's crazy cuz honestly that's the one that should have should have should have been out of here. You know what I mean? the the dude Joe that nobody really liked. The owner is the one that got that that that got out of here and you know he only said jokes every now and then. You know, he just you know, now that's unfortunate. But Joe, it sound like from what I'm hearing, he needed to go. He put his hands on his own on on the owner's son. Now you know that's crazy. That now boy now that's some serious [ __ ] having something stuck in my teeth. But yeah, so yeah, you know, I don't do these lives too, uh, hardly ever. I'm a video guy. Um, you know, make my videos and keep it pushing. But, uh, this was something that I definitely wanted to the video was long enough and I just wanted to test the waters a little bit, you know, see if I did go live, if anybody watched or even gave a [ __ ] So, [laughter] um, but yeah, man. So, yeah, I'mma um I'mma end this live, man. And hopefully Damn, it's 1 in the morning. Golly, it's late. Time be flying, don't I? I feel like time be flying. But yeah, I'mma get off this live, man, and and chill out and upload upload [clears throat] that video, man. Hopefully it gets uh hopefully YouTube let it rock. If YouTube let it rock, then this will be a video for tomorrow. If it don't, then I guess it'll just go on the Patreon or some [ __ ] But uh yeah, anyway, hopefully you guys have a good night or morning, however you want to call it, and uh I'll catch you on the flip
