24. A deputy with the Orange County Sheriff's Office noticed a vehicle switch between lanes twice without signaling and saw that the driver was on her phone, giving him multiple reasons to conduct a traffic stop. Hello No. Okay. No. Okay. No. No. What the [ __ ] Uh, nah. >> Hold on. Okay. Okay. Oh no, we can't do this. Oh nah. The whole thing the whole thing is Spanish. Oh nah. I love, you know, I love my Latinas, but uh yeah, you know, I'm I'm not I'm not I'm not one, you know what I mean? I I don't understand all that Spanish now. Hold on. Let me find something real quick cuz that's not going to work. [laughter] That, you know, I'm not Jose, man. Uh let me um All right, let's do this. Do this one. >> Hello. There's a dog that looked like Rocco in the road and I didn't want to rush him over so I was a car in that lane. Ma'am, I didn't. Do you have your driver's license and insurance on you? >> Okay. Do you mind if I just roll your window down for me for my partner over there? The reason why I stopped is you only have one tail light. >> Okay. Is this your car? No. >> Okay. my parking lot. >> Yeah. Can you mind just roll Do you mind just rolling your back window down for me, please? >> Thank you. Cuz we can't see at all anymore. Appreciate it. >> Hi, parking lights. >> Thank you, Gino. >> Whose car is it? >> My boyfriend's car. >> Okay. When was the last time you smoked marijuana in the car? >> Okay. Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> No, he does. >> Okay. >> I don't smoke. >> Okay. Is there any marijuana in the car right now? Cuz I can smell it. >> Okay. All right. Just hang tight here with my partner. All right. >> What is that right there? Roaches. >> But that's what we smell probably. >> You mind just handing me that roach, please? >> Appreciate it. Thank you. I'll be right back. >> Oh, those are the the tail lights. >> Can I have your phone? It's okay. All right. 2006 U door frame. All right. Thank you. Appreciate it. >> And you can probably when we are done, you can probably just back up. All right. Can you do me a favor? Can you just shut off your car for me? Just going to have you step out real quick. Okay. Anything else in the car that you want to tell me about? >> No. >> Okay. >> But why am I stepping out? >> So, we're going to search the vehicle now based on the odor that I'm getting and the fact that you had a bird blunt right there. >> You can't search my vehicle. >> I absolutely can and I am going to. So, I'm going to have you exit the car. >> I'm going to have you exit the car. >> Hang up the phone because he's giving you instructions. We're not We're not like We're past that. I'm going to have you. >> You're in trouble. We have >> just open the door. >> You can't unlock my >> Yes. Yes, I can. Don't do that. >> Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Why are y'all sister? >> Get out the car. >> Why get out of the car? >> Out the car, bro. Why are y'all putting y'all not giving me a chance TO GET OUT THE CAR? >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Get out of the car. WHY ARE YOU NOT PULLING me down? >> I'm not. Y'all are pulling me out. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. >> Yeah, we knew this was going to go south as soon as she said, "Oh, I don't smoke." Yeah, right. Yeah, right. Okay. Okay. Yeah, that sound good. That sound good. But listen, I I don't know. There are some couples that are together that one smokes and one does not, you know, but I feel like very rarely do you see that, you know, because like someone like me that's a non-smoker, right? I don't smoke weed. I don't smoke cigarettes, none of that. like, you know, so for me, right, if I was to be with a woman, I wouldn't want to be with a woman that smokes because it it's a conflict of interest. You know what I mean? Like it's just, you know, just like, you know, if I like, you know, Well, smoke is a little different. Yeah. I I would say, yeah, I would prefer not to be with somebody that smokes, you know, cuz it's just unattractive to me. You know, it's just, you know, you meet somebody, you know what I mean? You You know, y'all y'all should know, you know, I like to do my little traveling and stuff like that or whatever. But when you realize like when I meet somebody or something and things may go great, like we may be vibing or whatever and then she go in the purse and pull out a pack of Newports or Marros. Oh my god. It just the attraction level just dropped. It just went all the way in the toilet. Like it just But that's my preference, right? Everyone has their own preferences and stuff like that, you know. Um, but yeah, I can't do it, you know. So, her man smokes and stuff like that. I would just assume that she smokes. Maybe that's the wrong assumption, but I'm just saying. Um, and things could have went a whole lot smoother. Um, if she was just cooperative, you know, oh, you can't search the car. Well, they can and they will. Now, it's just up to you if you want this to go the easy way or the hard way. >> I am not resisting. Y'ALL PULL ME OUT. STOP RESISTING. You're resisting right now. >> I'm not resisting. Step me. All I have to do is get out of the car. You pull the door open. Ma'am, >> what do you mean? Three. One. >> Can I have my phone? >> Can I have my phone, please? >> You cannot have your phone right now. This is harassment, ma'am. >> This is not harassment. >> Yes, this is harassment, ma'am. I didn't say no. I said you had no right. >> WE WERE HERE. WE GOT CAMERAS. We have everything. >> You said you had I said you had no right to search. >> We have the right. >> No, you do not. >> You can take it to court. >> Get in the car. >> Ma'am, get in the car. You're not listening again. You're not listening again. >> You got to love that line. I am a female. >> [laughter] >> I yo, you remember when I was doing the merch and I have my little catchphrases on there? Uh, no ID um um call my mom, you know, call my mommy and [ __ ] man. If I ever come back out with merch and I am a female. I got to have those. You know, you got to let us know that you're a female. Like what? [laughter] >> Why are y'all in my truck? Uhoh. >> My fiance outside of my truck. Explain to me, please. >> You want to wait a little bit and then we'll talk to you. >> Why is she under arrest? She did not resist. Y'all have no right to go in my truck. >> Just wait a minute. >> Y'all need to explain this to me. Why is she under? Y'all should have detained her. I know my rights. >> Okay. We don't need to explain anything to you. First of all, we don't have to we don't have to tell you anything. >> I everything why y'all didn't issue a ticket. She lived right here. She's on my insurance. >> Just Just give us a minute. Okay. I'm going to give you a minute, but I I won't call her answers. Okay. Yeah. >> And what's your badge number and your name? >> 1835 and it's Carter. But >> 1980, >> if you just give us a minute, >> I'm going talk to you. I >> We'll talk to you. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> You to legally justify playing everything cuz I heard everything and I haven't recorded on the phone. >> That's fine. Yeah. We're also recording everything. >> Yeah, we're recording everything. We're also >> You might want to get your transmission checked out after this. >> He honestly doesn't know. >> I don't think he does. that uh says that we can order anyone out of a vehicle for all purposes and they don't have the right to refuse it. >> And I'm going to put a lawyer on the situation. I'm not playing. I work. I'mma drop the money. I'm not playing. Y'all got the wrong one. Y'all should have detained her, which y'all should have did instead of pulling her out. Y'all talk to her. Y'all don't unlock her. >> Oh, come on, bro. Come on, bro. I can understand you being upset, man. But this is not how you go about it. The cops was very professional. They said, "Just, hey, just give us a moment. We'll we'll inform you on what's going on or whatever." And here you go carrying on like you ain't got no common sense. >> Come on. Y'ALL JUST VIOLATED HER RIGHT. Stop playing, bro. All that mean >> 1650 Hughes. Okay. She was stopped for traffic violation. She had weed in the car. That gives us the right to search the car. Also, Supreme Court case Pennsylvania vmsims gives us the right to remove anyone from a vehicle for officer safety purposes. You cannot refuse if you refuse its obstruction. Okay. So, Supreme Court case says we're allowed to do that. And there was weed in the car. That's why the car is being searched. Bring that to her >> because I heard her asking you and you didn't explain that to her, which >> I wasn't here for the traffic stop. I'm just explaining to you what I was told when I got here by the officers. >> On the body cam footage, it'll show they proceeded to unlock the truck instead of explaining to her. someone who unknownly don't know the law. >> What I was told uh was that she was on the phone with you and they asked her to step out because there was marijuana in the car and you told her on the phone no. >> No, they ain't say nothing about marijuana. They >> Oh yeah. Oh yeah. [laughter] Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. Process that. Process it. Okay. I I can see the words is it's going in but it's Yeah. Process it now. [laughter] Oh yeah. >> On the phone with you and they asked her to step out because there was marijuana in the car and you told her on the phone no >> they didn't say [laughter] nothing. >> Well then she How did they not? Because she handed them the roach. >> Why did they force her out the car? >> Because she refused to get out on her own. >> Cuz she refused to get out. >> Yep. That's obstruction. >> So they So they opened the car. >> Yes. >> And they took her out. Because she refused everything will play back on the >> case law says we're allowed to do that. Pennsylvania vent. case law says y'all li and and body camera will show everything. >> Yes, it will. >> That's a lawsuit. Y'all do know that, right? >> That's fine, buddy. They do what you need to do. But yes. >> So when when listen, when I tried to open your door, you could you almost shut the door on my hand several times. >> Yeah, that's a fact. >> My partner felt it. >> I I was going to say that earlier. Um cuz she had her hand in the door like this, like on the side of the door, you know. She had one hand on the on the um on the the handle and her other hand was in the wedge of the door and she's trying to pull it out and I'm like boy I would not have my hand in that wedge like that. That that oh we >> safe for you to no longer sit in that truck cuz we don't even know what you were up to. I absolutely had a right to search your vehicle and I I explained to you why and you you still acted that way. I don't know why you just didn't exit the vehicle. You You would We would have been dying by now. >> You didn't give me the opportunity. >> Yes, I did. Ma'am, >> you guys are going to violate my >> That's That's not true. I I gave you every opportunity to get out of that car. No, >> you did not. >> I Okay, I'm not going to argue with you. All right, just hang tight for a minute. >> The suspect was charged with obstructing an officer without violence. She was found indigent and assigned a public defender. [music] So, the boyfriend must have not lawyered up after all. On June 5th, 2025, the defendant entered a guilty plea and was ordered into an offender work program as part of the resolution. Shockingly, she was arrested again just 6 months later for aggravated domestic battery with deadly weapon based on the investigation report. The victim, her boyfriend, had just returned home from work when he saw the suspect standing inside holding two knives. He told her, "I just want my clothes and I'll leave." Despite his attempt to deescalate the situation, the suspect began to approach him while still holding the knives multiple times as he attempted to gather his belongings. As of today's date, this is an active felony case. Look at that. Look at the way he's acting, crashing out over her. And look how she just turned on him like that. a couple of months later. I think I said it in another video. There was another video we did today. um where I I explained a story about how me and my boy we was talking yesterday and we were talking about whole like you know um marriage and you know our thoughts on marriage and you know couples being together and splitting up and divorces and stuff cuz cuz you know I don't know if you know but um the the owner of Lululemon or whatever um is getting a divorce and he's worth like 6 something billion dollars or something like that and they don't he doesn't have a prenup with his wife or whatever. So that's how this whole thing like you know so we were talking about that whole stuff right and and you know about our thoughts on you know you know relationships and society and stuff and and it's like you know I'm just you know I you know some people can say I'm cold or whatever you know whatever but it's like the the person that you decide to be with the chances of you being with them your whole life is slim to none. Okay, it it it happens, right? But it's a very small percentage, right? It's a very small percentage. So, like this couple, right? He's crashing out. He's like, "Yo, you not supposed to do that. I know my laws, this that I work. I'mma get me a lawyer and all that." Blah, blah, blah. And she got assigned a public defender. Okay. Um, and she done turned on you within a matter of months, man. And she almost sent you up through there to that graveyard, man. She almost sent you up through there, man. You know, it's just, man, people be too emotional, man. And they let their emotions uh dictate their actions, man. Looking for answers as the world goes by. Watching [music] the reality hit the screen. >> The craziest moments that you've ever seen. Captured full time.
