the streets holding tyrannical law enforcers accountable for their tyrannical actions and i can't even think of anything more innocuous than standing out on a public sidewalk with a cardboard sign with handwritten letters that reads simply god bless the homeless vets can you think of anything more innocuous more harmless than that more non-worthy of tyrannical intervention than a guy going god bless the homeless of us not asking for money as a matter of fact when offered money rejects it there's nothing more innocuous more harmless than that so watch him as he's uh he's in new smyrna beach florida stepping up his efforts to just keep on the forefront of people's minds that there are not just homeless vets but homeless people out there that need your help maybe you've prospered in this last year well there are some people who've really hit hard times and that's where jeff gray steps in and steps up is god bless the homeless vets or god bless any homeless person efforts and they just tyrants just can't stop messing with this guy how you doing god bless good evening how are you god bless the homeless patriots how you doing sir god bless the homeless pets isn't it amazing like just for example at nfl games you have all this patriotism going on it's like thank you for your service oh this is awesome or the land of the free jets flying over fireworks the rockets red glare and just just this tribute to the military but then when they come home they're quickly forgotten about and all people can really say and hey thank you for your service i appreciate oh you're homeless now oh i think i'll just go the other way and then when a guy gets out there with a cardboard and says god bless the homeless vets you don't hear that that fervor you don't hear that excitement about homeless vets yeah hell yeah like it's absent it just shows you about the crowd psychology where people lose their individual individuality when they're in a crowd and they're just all hooting and hollering they don't even know why they're hooting and hollering oh look at the military industrial complex jets look at the blue angels look at the nice fireworks let's sing our pretty song they don't care about homeless bats there's no true fervor there's no true excitement for homeless vets god bless almost i appreciate what you're doing but i can't have you doing it here i'm sorry no it's listening out here oh thank you i'm gonna stay here gotta put in my heart to do this this is great look at this the new cert he's out in front of the new smyrna beach brewing company at riverside park in new smyrna beach florida and they say this is the maybe maybe even the owner i think this is the owner right here type this that says to all those who have served and are serving cheers there's always a seat for you at the brewery there's a seat for you at the brewery in our stores veterans but not out on the public sidewalk with a guy with a cardboard sign reading god bless the homeless vets no place for you out there jeff gray so i'm going to stay right here and do this i mean i could call the police too but i don't want to do that i don't want you to do that either man you knew yeah i don't want you to do that either all right so you don't own the sidewalk uh i do up to here no yeah that's sure we got put in my heart to stand here on the public sidewalk you don't own the sidewalk uh we we do right up to here i own the sidewalk in front of my store i can you explain to me how that works this guy has to know he's lying nobody no no shop owner in their right mind thinks that they own the public sidewalk in front of their store they know that's an easement they know it's for the public actually right up to there yep okay so right now you aren't our property i'm asking you not to to be soliciting outside okay where would you rather me go i'm not sure that's uh can i have you move down there to the other corner i'm sorry can i have you move down to the other corner no this is my place of business here yeah okay well i'm not going anywhere this public sidewalk god bless the homeless and god put in my heart it's not right i just told you right there's not public property yeah you're wrong oh that's okay i'll call the police too bad if you're wrong i mean i'm gonna call the police on a guy who's saying god bless homeless vets after we run on our facebook page or wherever that's from cheers there's always a seat for you inside our brewing company how you doing man god bless homeless vets i love what overpriced salami just said in the chat room he said if this guy meaning jeff gray was outside of my business i'd bring him a free drink amen if that guy really cared about vets and i understand guys vets work for the military industrial complex which means they work for the banker elite which means they did the bidding of the banker elite they became order followers they actually they uh they they became slaves slaves of the system slaves of the title 28 section 3002 15a federal corporation and bureaucracy in the military-industrial complex i understand that they were human beings that probably had good intentions i i imagine that a vast majority of 17 and 18 19 year olds holler i think you have to be 18 who enlisted probably did it because they had uh you know they were they were propagandized and they were brainwashed into thinking hey this is what you're going to do to make your country free this land of the free home of the brave we're gonna secure that freedom for your mom and pops don't you want that probably a lot of them wanted to do that they probably wanted the gi bill if they still still got the gi bill i don't know um or wanted free college i don't know what their motivation was but i doubt any one of them goes oh i want to go i want to go abroad onto the sandy shores of another country and just just burn down a grass hut with a family in it i doubt any one of them did that with that intention in mind so yeah in that in that respect they need to help be held accountable for their own vile actions they signed on the dotted line they should have known what they were signing but there's still this grace that i feel toward people who were just they made a decision out of ignorance it was a bad decision and they probably probably did bad things you know there is forgiveness though oh too bad for them they said you're asking the customers for money and stuff like that so god bless sir if that's true if the business owner lied about this guy or gave him information he didn't know it was true or false oh he's asking for money out in front of my store i want you to use that as a catalyst to get this guy removed from out on the public sidewalk in front of my store that's pretty low down especially all the while pretending like you care about the homeless vets or pretending that you care about the service of the men and you know the military man at the military industrial complex okay well they want you up front your business okay i don't want you up in front of the business okay that's how this is so you can go get in your car and leave like i'll give you five seconds one two three four five nice they just don't want you up here anymore i don't care it's not no they don't have the authority to tell me not to be here they said you're asking for money and stuff like that that's what they said it's hearsay huh it's hearsay i say i'm not asking for money okay well you know it'd be interesting it would be interesting because jeff gray's really good at doing this he's good at foyer requesting the 911 call where they actually called the police to get him removed from the sidewalk if they if you're two things if the shop owner didn't say yeah he's asking for people asking people for money in front of my store i want you to have them removed if they did say it that's low down on the business owner's part if they didn't say that then either the dispatcher lied to him or he is completely fabricating this whole story but somewhere along the line somebody is lying and jeff if you're listening to this video i hope you fully requested not just their body cam video uh footage but also the the 911 calls you're up front so can you just go somewhere else no why because i'm not going somewhere i'll put in my heart to stand right here i'm standing right here okay but they don't want you blocking the sidewalk and stuff i'm not blocking the sidewalk okay leave your id on you uh i don't have any id on me no okay and if i did i won't give it to you anyway all right well you need to just move along that's all i want you to do i love that he could have used it as an excuse no i don't have any id therefore i can't give it to you but he goes further to say i don't have an id but if i did i wouldn't give it to you this guy is actually doing a really good job if his ego is getting damaged it's it's not very apparent not like some of the cops out there i'm not happy why because i'm just saying god bless homeless pets okay yeah and you have the right to do that they just don't want you in front of their business that reason is there a reason why you're up here god put in my heart to be here no is there a reason why you're from this business yeah i'll put it in my heart and stand right here and say god bless homeless veterans well is there a reason why you're running this business uh no not particularly this business i'm just on the public sidewalk try golfer says some call it lying some call it being a cop strata says i wouldn't be this nice okay you're not asking for money i'm not asking for money okay your sign doesn't say it so i don't know um have you asked anybody i mean i'll tell you my name is jeff what's your name uh officer galt officer hope galt fault g-a-u-l-t g-a-o-t i just get your personal last name real quick uh my first name is jeff and uh and beyond that i'm not answering you for the questions wow i'm not answering for the questions i mean you're making this more complicated than asking me no i'm not i'm standing here okay so jeff is making it more complicated jeff was just simply in opposition to complex complexity jeff was simply standing on a public sidewalk in front of a business where people are walking around saying god bless the homeless vets that simple complexity came when the owner came out saying this is my sidewalk and if you don't leave i'm calling the police complexity is an officer of the law who's supposed to be out there stopping crime out here interjecting himself into a situation he doesn't even belong he's calling this complex he's the one that uh introduced the element of complexity just like the the store owner introduced the element of complexity to something that was previously very very simple very cut and dry very harmless the sound like saying god bless them with veterans are you talking to any of these customers yeah i'm saying god bless all those veterans okay well if they know what you're talking about you just can't keep saying the same thing over and over again all right well have a nice slicer no sir i'm just going to stay right here got to get my heart to be here and i'm going to stay right here i don't know you guys have body cams every agency has body cameras so okay and that's recording right now i'm gonna get red light okay cool yes yeah i'm just gonna stay here and say god bless the homeless veterans i'm not not hurting anybody i'm not causing anybody any trouble i'm just saying god bless on the spectrum if he doesn't like it i'm on the public sidewalk he doesn't have any authority over me okay well you can't be asking for money i'm not saying you were i'm not saying you are i'm just saying that's what they told us even if i was asking people for money it would still not be illegal okay well that's technically against the sydney ordinance city ordinances it's unconstitutional okay that's the same thing so all right see that's the problem with cops oath is they take an oath to uphold and support and protect and defend the constitution of the united states and the laws of the united states and the laws of their own state uh and a lot of these people say yeah i'm here to to protect and uphold the ordinance too well you can't do all that you can't do all that if you're gonna uphold one then you're gonna have to you know reject the other ones it's not both you can't have both you can't have okay you have the right jeff to be out here to exercise your freedom of speech freedom of religion freedom of the press whatever you're doing out here but i also need to uphold the ordinance that says you can't be out here panhandling or whatever it's like no i either have the freedom to do it or i don't and if you're saying that i don't then you don't care about your oath to the constitution united states specifically the first amendment second amendment the fourth amendment to be secure in my person's houses papers and effects and just live basically the entire declaration of independence to the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness if your pursuit of happiness is standing on a sidewalk or a roadway saying hey uh help the homeless vets can you can you spare a dime if you're not as long as you're not forcing somebody to give you that dime what's the big deal life liberty people can just go nope nope not going to do it good night sir i'm not done i'm good yeah i'll change my mind about the id i will show you my id okay all right there's my i am id yeah he shows them the letter i and the letter d can you just move along for me that's all they want you to do i'm not moving along he's pleading now can you can you please come on you're making me look bad i am i am the authority here on the scene they called me out to get rid of you can you believe just move down that's all i need just move down a couple stores where it's not so congested and you're not in front of please i'm looking real bad right here i put in my heart to stand here and say this and this is where i'm gonna stand okay well they don't want you in front of their business you were you were on their sidewalk i've been yeah look i'm i'm not answering any further questions i've never been on their property or anything like that you said you were on the program yes sir i was not under fire never been underground business owner wouldn't lie about that he wouldn't lie about it but he might be incorrect or misinformed about where his property line begins and ends the business that's a stupid statement the business owner wouldn't lie about that that is just dumb all right yes it's my word against his it's just hearsay i've been standing right here the whole time saying god bless homospectrums they really just want you to go on uh i'll move along when i get finished doing what i'm doing how long is that gonna be as long as i need it to be i mean how long do you feel like you need to be up here for uh like i said god put it in my heart to do this and i'm just gonna stand out here i'm getting a lot of traffic walk up and down walking up and down the sidewalk there was before you got here but uh i'm just going to stand here and say god bless homeless folks it's homestead he's going back inside yes sir okay so you are on a public sidewalk okay um but they are saying i can't hear you they're saying that you are asking for money okay so they have every right to have you move along and since we're here because they called for you we have to identify you i'm not i'm not giving you any id don't you'll go to jail i'm not giving you any id like i showed him can i reach i got my id i'm not showing you anything else at this point uh i'm invoking my right to remain sound invoking right to have my attorney present during questions i'm not answering questions i'm not giving you id okay all right i'm just making sure check me that your attorney has nothing to do with us okay your attorney has to do with court that's not us and because we're here for you we have the right to an investigation to identify you okay i'm not identifying myself that's all bs i told him my name is jeff and that's all i'm giving you hey no if you want to give us your information he needs to have reasonable articulable suspicion that jeff was involved in or is about to be involved in committing a crime in order to id him he knows that he knows that you can't just go the shop owner can't just go yeah he was panhandling money out there in front of my sidewalk i don't want him removed and then going well they said you were panhandling that gives me the right to id you first of all is panhandling a crime if it is is it a misdemeanor is it a felony what ordinance is it let's let's talk some law here and even if that was the case what trumps that the declaration of independence and the first amendment that's fine but we still have they might be entertained at this point yes for what pretty identific for the identification of you which is an investigation that they started so the so the crime you're oh the crime you're committing is failure to identify so now we have to identify you for failing to identify it's all circular reasoning i'm not giving any identification i'd like to remain assignment okay at this point you're being detained okay so there we go hands-on give anything in your pockets at a poke stab or anything since you're asking me if i have anything in my pockets i am armed lawfully i've got concealed carry permit okay where's that um here's my hands i'm not it's in my pocket in your front pocket yeah you know here's my hands all right man these cops just put me in cuffs i don't want any tyrants since i'm armed i don't want any problems you might have to double cut me i'm not very flexible [Music] i'm going to tell you guys i'm not going to resist you're good listen we're not i'm i just came to tell you what legally is supposed to happen and what legally will happen you oh look they're being nice they're being nice tyrants oh how how sweet and wonderful of them to be nice and cordial tyrants are allowed your attorney but your attorney is a court thing that's not the nest thing all we want to do is identify you so that i don't consent to any searches i don't consent to any seizures you're right now i'm making sure you have no knives on you and then when they write a statement saying that that you were breaking the law just get a knife or not is that a knife i don't have any knives there's two magazines see this is where this is where everybody comes in none of us is greater than all of us and so now this guy is being treated exactly like none of us would want to be treated and that thought right there should be the catalyst for any one of us if we're on the sidewalk at this time to pull out our cameras and start recording the tyrannical actions of the new smyrna beach police department the pumpkin this is unconscionable 20 searches fine you just told me there's magazines to the gun that i just pulled off so i'm just grabbing those i just have keys on you that don't have enough he was gonna put the magazines right there where anybody could grab it where do you put the gun let's just put the gun right here on this little column right here somebody comes by and steals it uh i do for reading okay evil is being done right now this is evil this is evil being done to this man a peaceful innocent man kidnapping in progress i'm so glad jeff's got the body cam on this is why you want a camera and a body camera okay so just i want to make sure that you understand that you're forcing a hand that doesn't need to be forced okay we're not here j yeah jeff is forcing the hand jeff is the one that went hands-on jeff is the one that tied somebody behind their back jeff is the one that initiated a kidnapping but he jeff is the one forcing yeah right okay i got you officer gotcha well you forced us to force you take your gun you'll have it back right now it's mine because we had to detain you oh god that's what you pretty much asked us to do but you don't want to identify yourself and we're called so it's totally different if we're driving by and that's you over there right you're not requesting anything on your sign you're not breaking any laws okay when they say when they complain to dispatch that you're asking for money and that there are customers who are telling the staff that that is against the law so we're doing an investigation to see if that actually occurred okay it's not against natural law you can be out there asking for money it's not against natural law you're not harming somebody you're not threatening to harm them you're not damaging property you're not stealing property you're not committing a crime and leaving a real victim you're just asking for people for money and if they say no then you just let them walk on you're not forcing them to give you money this guy does not understand there's natural law and there's man-made law which are just the opinions of politicians backed by the threat of the force that they are more than willing to initiate the only reason why you're being detained but because it's an actual investigation of a complaint you have to identify yourself that's the statute okay just make sure you're aware of what's going to go down because i like to remain silent i'd like to have my attorney present we're not answering further questions okay i will advise you guys that you're in violation of my civil rights and i absolutely not i actually uh to cautionally consciously proceed from the stronghold okay if this isn't deprivation of rights under color of law i don't know what is actually this is deprivation of rights under color of ordinance this is deprivation of rights under color of statute you've been put on notice we're not um i'm gonna go find out what their complaint is they just want them moved along okay so we'll just we'll discuss that further with them man wouldn't that be interesting if when jeff foyer requests that 9-1-1 call that nobody said this guy was out there soliciting money if you were asking for money you can't do that okay i'm not answering questions no i'm just informing you of the the city ordinances okay public sidewalk you're right but you can't ask it for money it's panhandling okay so let me go ask that so um hey your sign doesn't say anything about me i just asked the p the guy who's sitting on the left and he says he didn't hear you effects funny and so the only person who has a complaint hasn't complained about you standing on city property which is not his problem which is what i was explaining to him i just wanted to stand there on the sidewalk that's what i was trying to just tell you i was just gonna figure out what was going on um so you have the right to be on the sidewalks and you have a ccw you have the right to carry um i would just suggest that you don't i don't know that you're asking for money or anything i don't know if you if you're needing the money or what i don't know but that's not up to them to decide whether you can stand there or not so just don't go in their store does he trust does he like trespassing from the property or he can um there's so if you look at jason's corner they've got a you know that big awning that's where the restaurant's property line is there's a it's legitimately a seam in the concrete so on this side on our side of it is the city sidewalk which is evident by the crosswalk you know do you guys have business cards or anything one okay so you know it's they called they said that you were begging for money after the investigation that's not true that's what they told dispatch but the only person who's been sitting out there the whole time i wonder if that's true i wonder if they truly did tell dispatch that is the guy that's sitting by the bench and he said he never heard you say that so that's exactly why we did it pretty good yes god what a mess all right i'll just keep recording until i get back to my car all my property was returned he said guys really you'll be better than that it's outrageous yeah overpriced limey says go find real crime i'm afraid i'll get arrested if i go back over there violent real crime yeah coconut smasher says the caller probably said he might be asking for money all right so that's it that's jeff from that's jeff gray from honor your oath civil rights investigations again he just does such a good job interacting with officers standing on his rights not giving an inch making it awkward for the cops here i need to see your id okay you know doing funny things like showing him an i and a d that's good stuff because when injustice happens to one man anywhere it happens to all men everywhere and if you start giving up your rights you're going to start losing your rights if you start flexing your rights and you know like jeff does in a cordial calm peaceful respectable manner you can actually make headway hopefully planting seeds of freedom in the minds of men specifically these officers and anybody who may have heard the officers what i'm disappointed in is you know everybody's got a cell phone i didn't see one person out there come to jeff's aid and that's the way i see it when you pull out a camera when you see somebody who's pulled over or whatever you're actually coming to their aid for their safety because when a cam when a cop sees that extra camera or two or three they're more likely not in all cases because there are some drunks power trippers who are staggering under their own authority that they don't care if there's a camera on they don't care if there's 100 cameras on them they're just going to be the tyrant that they've always wanted to be but in some cases they'll they'll back off and go oh we should probably shouldn't do that there's a camera right there and there they got multiple angles on us we better cross our t's and dot our eyes and be nice little
