HELP! HELP! >> BITE HIM! >> OH, BITE HIM! OH, STOP, MAN! >> BITE HIM! >> OH, GOD! >> GET HIM! >> WE'RE RESISTING. >> HEY, I'M BRIAN. WELCOME back to the Here's the Deal channel. Let's just go ahead and jump into it. In this first account, we are on the hunt for those good officers because we know there are only a few bad ones and there's tons of good ones. Maybe we'll find one in the next three clips. In this one, cops sick and attack K9 on an innocent man for watching a nearby arrest from his front porch. He wasn't a suspect, he wasn't interfering, and he wasn't even involved in the incident. He was just standing on his own front porch watching officers arrest somebody else. >> Is this your property? >> No, man. >> Is this your property? >> I ain't feeling that one. >> No, man. >> Is this your property? >> No, man. >> Nope. >> It's going to be my property. >> What are you doing, bro? >> You must need your [ __ ] snooze. >> What's going on, man? >> WHAT'S UP? >> HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! >> I'M GOING >> YOU KNOW WHAT I'M DOING HERE? >> LET GO! >> I AIN'T DOING NOTHING. >> LET GO! >> I'M OUT. >> LET GO! >> I'M OUT OF HERE. >> BITE HIM! BITE HIM! >> OH, BITE OH, STOP, MAN! >> BITE HIM! >> SICK HIM! Tear him limb from limb, says the cop who swore to protect and serve this man who was merely watching from his front porch. >> BITE HIM! >> OH, GOD! >> STOP! >> I GOT NO CLOTHES ON. >> WE'RE RESISTING. >> I GET HIM! >> BITE HIM! >> WE'RE RESISTING. >> BRO, I GIVE UP. COME ON, MAN. >> no clothes >> Yes, I live here. This is my home, man. Come on, bro. >> Lay down. >> Oh, bro. Come on, man. I live here. >> Get the [ __ ] >> Get down. >> Watch it. >> I'm trying >> Take it to the grass. Take it to the a lot of thin blue line bracelets going on right there. The thin blue line of gang violence. >> I'm down, bro. I'm down. I'm down. I'm down. >> Arresting an innocent man who had done nothing wrong and wasn't even suspected of committing a crime. In this next example, watch how disrespectfully and immature this police officer talks and acts toward a person who's simply recording in a police parking lot. His ignorance, arrogance, and condescending attitude isn't even rare in law enforcement or the law enforcement profession in general. But, he does a really good job showing us how the boys in blue love to earn the hate. And there's not a good cop in sight who will stop him. >> What's that? >> Can we help you? >> Uh just looking around filming. >> Okay. This is a secret parking lot, so >> Well, there's no signs and stuff right here. What's the sign say? Okay, sure. >> Take it back here, man. Stay on the public sidewalk, not on the private property. >> This isn't private property. This is our property. Uh doesn't say anything about no pedestrians back here, though. >> Okay, well, it's kind of >> Police vehicle parking only. So, this states parking only for police vehicles. It doesn't state no trespassing. >> Police, fire, public works. >> That's not correct. >> That is correct. >> What's your name and badge? I don't care what you say. >> Officer Tomsic, badge 3831. >> Okay. Good. So, let's get two things straight. Number one, this is our property. >> Okay, whose property is it? >> This is the public's property. Who pays for it? Who pays for it? >> Where do you live? >> I'm not going to give you that information cuz I'm not required to. >> If you're not a resident of Robinson, you don't pay for it. >> That's number one. You don't know if I am or not. >> asked you. Need a Need an answer. >> I don't need to answer you. You answer me. This is how this works. I ask the questions. >> to do my job, please. >> Well, then do your job correctly and I wouldn't have to. See, normally Well, that's not correct. So, let's go talk to a supervisor. >> My captain's right there. You want to get captain? >> Yeah, let's get him. >> Well, I can't let you walk back here. So, if you're going to stop right there. >> This is on the public sidewalk. >> This says that it's police vehicle parking only. >> I'm glad you can read. >> So, what's the problem? >> You're not allowed back here. >> There is no sign that says it and it's public property. This says parking. I'm not in a vehicle. >> allowed back here. It's trespassing. >> It's not trespassing. You can't trespass on public property when I'm doing a story. You can't do that. >> are you doing? >> I'm doing an investigative story on this police department. >> What? What are you investigating? >> I can't I can't get into the details. >> Oh, okay. Top secret FBI stuff? >> Yeah, no, they didn't say that. >> James Bond kind of stuff? >> No, that's apparently you guys. >> That kind of stuff? >> I'm going to ask you to stay 6 ft away from me. >> I'm 6 ft. >> Okay. So, if you >> near 6 ft tall, so I don't know how far that is. So, I'm doing my best guess right now. >> I know you don't know what 6 ft is, but that's okay. >> Yeah, it is. >> You're the only one that wanted to come out here and be a jerk. >> They're right there. >> I said come out here and be a jerk. Pay attention to the words that I'm using. >> You're not. You're being a dick with an attitude. >> get off and then now you're >> I explained to you that this sign talks about vehicles. >> Okay, well. >> It doesn't say anything about no trespassing, private access, authorized personnel only. None of those things are on here. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, we should get a bullet point list and put it on there for you. >> Well, it would be a simple authorized personnel only would cover both the vehicles plus the people, right? >> much what that says. >> It definitely doesn't cuz remember how we talked about reading? You made the comment to me, I'm glad you can read. So, I'm going to hopefully help you now. >> Okay. Teach me how to read, please. >> Okay. So, this says police >> Police. >> vehicles >> Mhm. >> parking only. >> aren't you? How old are you, sir? >> That doesn't matter. >> Okay, but are you old enough? Are you over 20? >> Of course I am. >> So, would you think if this if it were to say police personnel only >> then I wouldn't come back here. >> So, do you think police vehicle only, if we took off the parking, police vehicle only, would that make sense to you? >> Uh that would mean that I can only drive back here with had vehicle. >> Yeah, so you can only >> Again, talking about vehicles. The problem here is the vehicle. This is This is clear. You can't misconstrue this. >> if we took our vehicle and said, "Please park in" >> Still parking related to vehicle. >> Are we talking about vehicles or >> Still only related to vehicles. So, if you said police personnel or authorized personnel even, that would all make sense, but you're not doing that. And then you want to be a to me about it like you got something to prove. >> word. You don't swear. I'm not >> That's good. I'm happy you don't. And the thing is, too, is normally I'm super professional, but I've kind of just had it today. >> Okay. What what what put you over the edge? >> You. >> Me? >> Specifically. >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry to hear that. >> I'm not part of I'm not part of the BS that's been going on. I'm a First Amendment auditor, and I'm going to complete my task, and I'm going to investigate this department whether you like it or not. >> accusing you of anything. I just said you're trespassing. I just >> I'm not trespassing. You can't trespass me from public property. It's not possible. You also don't have a sign that says authorized personnel. So, I'm going to go on this property. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. >> No, you're not. >> That's not up to you. >> It is at this point. >> So, explain to me what law it would be that you're talking about. That's not a law, number one. And number two, that talks about vehicles or parking. It It The two main words in this are vehicle parking. >> Uh-huh. Are you even a resident of Robbinsville? You told me you paid for the slot, so you need to answer my question. >> we, number one, so we got to We got to get facts straight, number one. >> Me, we >> The public. >> up the W. Yeah, I got it confused. I'm sorry. >> I know. You have a tough time with a lot of things, I guess. >> English, sentences, excuse me. >> Huh? Is your camera on? >> It's at 3 minutes and 40 50 seconds. >> Good. Okay. Do you have a business card on you? >> I do have a business card, but it doesn't have my name on it. Like I told you, after Thompson is 3831. Do you have a >> Won't you write your your name and uh and your uh >> I'll write it down for you if you if you can't remember. >> Well, I I would like you to. Also, do you have an ID on you that proves that you're an actual police officer? >> Uh, man, my badge, my partner. I just came out of the police department. What do you want me to do? >> What ID do you have? Okay. >> There you go. Can you read that? >> I sure can. And it's funny cuz I just came from Medina, and I had such a good experience. I even did an interview with their sergeant about why they're so good at what they do. Let me see your ideas as well. >> All right. You be blessed, sir. A chaos always gets smart. >> So, I'm going to be back here, right? >> Huh? >> I'm going to be back here, right? >> And that is called the walk of shame. This officer right here knows he has a smooth brain. He has a short fuse and he has no heart for the truth. He has an extremely fragile ego and he knows if he could have gotten away with it, he would have put the torture cuffs on this man, throw him into a cage, and turned him over to the jail staff who would have their way with him because that's what cops do. And the cop who was on the scene behind him, the female cop, did not offer any words of correction on how wrong this officer actually was. And finally, in today's episode where we're looking for that one good cop who will stand toe-to-toe with the few bad apples against the tide of tyranny, we have six incompetent deputies who show zero understanding of how the Constitution works and have their qualified immunity revoked. It's bad enough when a single police officer fails to understand basic constitutional law, but when six sworn deputies stand together and not one of them knows the First Amendment, it represents a catastrophic failure of training and departmental leadership. Michael Wood attended the Clark County Fair in Ohio wearing a t-shirt that read "Eff the police." After receiving complaints from attendees, fairgrounds director Dean Blair and six Clark County Sheriff's deputies, including Sergeant Chad Eubanks, Deputy Jacob Shaw, Deputy Mario Troutman Jr., Deputy Matthew Yates, Deputy Joseph Johnson, and Deputy Cherish Steger tracked Wood down to eject him even though he had already changed out of his shirt. Mr. Wood accepted his refund from the fairgrounds director and agreed to leave, but while being escorted out by an armed squad of six deputies, he voiced his frustration hurling harsh profanities and calling the officers thugs with badges. Let's see if we can spot any of those good apples we always hear so much about. >> Have I committed a crime? Am I being detained? >> Change your shirt. >> Am I being detained? >> I don't answer questions. >> You're you're in my home. This is my property. >> I don't answer questions. >> This is my property. I want you to leave. You're not welcome in my home. >> Is that okay? Well, Give me my money back. $3. Give me my money back. >> You know what? >> What? >> It'll be my honor and my pleasure. There's a five. Keep the change. Don't you ever buy >> I don't answer >> I don't want your change. >> You don't want your change? >> Get off my grounds and get out of my house. >> I have $2 for change for you. >> Don't want it. >> Are you sure? >> I wouldn't take your money. I don't want you around. Get off my house. >> You do realize that what I'm doing is a constitutionally protected activity, right? >> Right. My home. >> Not your home. This isn't your home. This is a public property. >> It's where I live. >> You don't understand. This ain't your house. This is public property. >> What I have to say to you. Get off my ground. >> Very well. I'll be talking to my attorney about >> What are you going to do? >> I will. Absolutely. Yeah, this is constitutionally protected activity. This is public property. >> Oh, yeah. Quit Oh, you ain't pushing me nowhere. I'll leave. >> Do you guys take an oath to uphold the Constitution? Did you take an oath to uphold the United States Constitution or not? No? No? No? Did you? Did you take an oath to uphold the United States Constitution? Someone answer me. >> You're not welcome in my house. Don't touch me. >> You do not have the authority to put your hands You do not put your hands on me. >> That is valid. >> You do not put your hands on me. >> This way, Mr. Smiley. >> I'm giving you an order. >> An order? Is it a lawful order? >> This is private property. So, you're leaving now. >> I'm not public IS THIS PUBLIC PROPERTY? >> I'VE ASKED you to leave. >> Is this fairgrounds funded by the public? >> I've asked you to leave my ground. >> Is this fairgrounds funded by the public? >> I'm not talking to you. I've asked you to leave. >> You're not talking to me. Did you not just say for me to leave? >> I'm telling you >> talking to me then? >> I'm telling you to get out of my ground. >> YOU WANT TO PLAY GAMES? THIS AIN'T your house, boy. This belongs to the citizens of this county. >> You got your body back way. >> Is that what it is? >> Deputy Dalton. >> You got your body back way. >> You're $5. You may Mr. Smiley. >> $5 means nothing to me. >> back gate. Excuse me, you are. >> Look at these [ __ ] badges behind me. How many is there? 1 2 3 4 5 6 [ __ ] SIX SIX? [ __ ] THUGS WHO DON'T UPHOLD the United States Constitution? [ __ ] you. You dirty rat bastard. >> Let's go. >> And you, you're a [ __ ] thief. I've heard about you. >> Let's go. Let's go out the my right foot. This way, sir. >> Shut up. >> This way, sir. Sir. >> the back gate. >> [ __ ] thugs with badges. Thugs with badges. United States Constitution doesn't apply to private fairground people? Thugs with badges. I'm going out the back gate. >> I'm going to go out this one. Why? >> Cuz the gate's over this way. >> Does it matter what gate I came in? >> Yes, sir. >> I came in the back gate. >> We're not going to walk all the way to the back. >> THEN THAT'S YOUR [ __ ] PROBLEM, [ __ ] I'm leaving. Walking down the path. Move, boy. Yeah? Disorderly. Disturbing my peace. Charging. Your call. Sarge, I'm leaving out the sarge. What do you want to do? >> Yeah, somebody's taking some steroids right here, but they'll never talk about drug use by law enforcement officers, will they? And again, there's not one good apple in the scene. Go, "Wait a second. Why are they ejecting him for expressing his first amendment right, freedom of speech on American soil in a public fairgrounds area? Why are we doing this? I'm not going to do this. I support this guy's right to say whatever he wants to say." >> Sarge, what are we doing? >> Not one good cop. >> He's talking the whole way out the door. He's still talking. All right. >> Talking about arresting him. See? >> Still going. >> You're a big man, ain't you? You're a piece of [ __ ] behind you? Yeah, Mr. Officer, what's the battery? I press the charges against you for battery. >> I'm your witness. >> He touched me. Do you know what the legal definition of battery is? >> You got to line them up. >> Do you know what the LEGAL DEFINITION OF BATTERY IS? THEN TRY TO FIND OUT. >> ALL RIGHT. All right. We're going to talk about the disorderly conduct. Drop your bags. >> There you go. >> You do not have permission to touch me or my property. >> You're under arrest for disorderly conduct. >> There you go. We got it on camera. We got oath breakers who swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic and on an American fairgrounds area, they became the very domestic enemies they swore to protect the rest of us from. >> You do not have permission to search me or my property. >> And every one of them are partaking in this evil, in this atrocity, in this unconstitutional action. >> Arresting for disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct. >> Clear 10-10 your clear 1742. What do you call the jail? >> And the entire time he was walking out of the fairgrounds as requested, exercising his right to say whatever he wants to say. >> Police. Make sure they accept. >> Make sure they accept. I heard that. I'm going to make sure my attorney hears about this, too. >> Double locking. Let me double lock these so they don't tighten. >> Once again, American law enforcement earning the hate and there's not one law enforcement agent who steps forward and says, "I'm going to do the right thing. I'm going to protect and defend the Constitution even if it means coming up against my fellow thin blue line gang members." They are just not going to do it.
