transport so so I'm being arrested for
what are you the person that this
vehicle register yeah it's my 100%
insured and everything good I don't need

okay 78 and a 60 okay then when you
stopped you were blocking the right lane
and then you were standing in the
highway and you wouldn't get out of the
roadway so you pulled your taser on me
and then started using and an effort to
gain compliance from you yes I did hey
compliance or violence is your turn no I
actually you step didn't explain watch

four times by the trooper to get out of
traffic before pulling his taser to gain
compliance which as you can see worked
instantly possibly saving his moronic

out of traffic then I tried handcuffing
him and he wouldn't he just resisting
the whole time so I got at Lincoln
County out here with me but um you know
he's just out of

stopped and I'm coming up to stop him he
Slams on his brakes almost causes the
crash right here blocking the right lane
he's partially on the shoulder partially
blocking the right lane and then
wouldn't get out of traffic I pull my
Taser cuz I told him get out of traffic
he would and I told him to get out of
the roadway he wouldn't do it he steps
over a little bit so I grab him starts
pulling away I get him up over here he's
still not following orders so I tried to
put him in a cff he starts pulling away
I put him up against this wall and uh
yeah he's just completely out of control
over there he's like for traffic you
can't put your hands on me for traffic
what do you mean you're in the roadway
yeah I don't want you to get hit and
struck by a car but also I was trying to
get him to come up and pull in front of
my car and he refused to do so almost
hit my car that's yeah yeah he kind of
knows what's going on he almost he
almost hit my car he slamming on the
brakes almost hit my car so this this is
the same dude that
uh yeah I predict a series of C ordered
anger management classes in this guy's
future so um yeah he he's he needs to go
for resisting obviously but um we need
to get traffic open up we're going to
cause a crash well if if he can
I Lincoln County is supposed to bring a
transport car cuz as of right now he
does not need to be sitting up front
with me so they have one on the way she
said there was one on the way okay then

right and we'll do that but but yeah I
mean he he almost slammed in the back of
my car too he flew up here slammed on
the brakes almost hit the back of my car
it just he's out of
control so um so but you checked him as
he was coming up behind you is that the

SP up pass cars on the right at 78 and
then so I got up behind him he got in
the left lane still speeding at 74 I
light him up he Slams on the brakes
after he realizes I'm pulling him over
almost causes a crash he didn't pull
over on the right shoulder he's still
blocking the right lane so I I had to
get over up here he's behind me and I'm
waving him up trying to get him to come
up here okay he says he's not doing that
floors it almost rear ends the car gets
out in the right lane of traffic refus
to get out of the right lane of traffic
so I pull my Taser out and I say get out
of traffic he said steps over partially
onto the right shoulder wouldn't move so
I grabbed him put him over here he
starts pulling away he you guys see that
back
there not you right now but anyways I'll
be right give me one second as far as
resisting it's it's you know I told him
to get out of the roadway he wouldn't I
pulled my Taser I'm told him move he
pulled he moved like right here when I
tried to turn him around he started
pulling away I put him up against the
wall and I had to force him into cups
okay so it's us Force we were
advised but anyways they're supposed to
come with a trans Port car we can get
him going but um it's one of those
things man like turn a speeding
violation into
a I just was detaining him but he tried
to gain control of him and he just wants
to pull away and now on to arguably the
best moment of the video the short but
very entertaining interaction between
suspect and supervisor enjoy

just trying to keep him out of traffic

to see if he'll
comply and we'll go from there if not we

he was driving caress and G and almost
hit my car and also he's blocking
traffic out of Hill Crest and refused to
get out of the roadway yep did the same

is what he does to try to intimidate
police it's not going to work sounds
like he needs to get himself a life that
doesn't involve him manufacturing
situations where he can play the victim

just the resisting and then traffic

pulling over he saw this deer and like
stopped short of the
deer um and that's why he abruptly
stopped okay um okay so he's saying that
them gummies the tubes are empty yeah
yet there's one laying on top of this
wallet okay so he used that
too um most people bring their wallet in
and out every night so he's turned a
possible warning for speeding into a
possible driving Under the Influence

think just my opinion I think this is
his goto because he knows he's high and
he's DW up this is his go to try to

and then you can make a call can we lock

and it locked up you understand why
you're going to jail for uh you want to
exercise your rights exercise no it's
not a law resisting okay when I give you
a lawful command did I resist I tell you
to get out of the roadway and then when
I put my hands on you and you pull away
from me that's resisting so you're under
arrest for resistance arm I didn't want
you to grab and listen wait I don't care
okay you take me to you made it very
clear you don't care wait this is a
traffic stop from speeding you escalate
if I lose my job and all that [ __ ] you
did a great job trying to prove me a
lesson bud you did a great job remember
when you bent me over and twist my
fingers up I just would to talk that was
when you were resist I remember all of
that so you take me to jail we're done

yeah I'm with the trooper on this one
they should tow it he brought all this
on himself but even after everything he
threw at him during that traffic stop
the trooper allows the wife to collect
the vehicle which shows strength of
character so they collect evidence of
the gummies lock up his car and take him
