There is a $27 million lawsuit pending on this case right here. And before we go over this interaction, this body cam footage from the Lloyd, New York Police Department, I want to point out three obvious things. Number one, how do you fit the side of a mountain into a police costume? Look at the size of this guy. He towers a foot a foot and a half above the guy that they have arrested right here. I don't know what kind of hybrid inbred Neanderthal thing we got going on here, but look at the guy's hand. It covers a big portion of this guy's back. Number two, we've got the pigtail cops on the scene who power trippers like this like to show off in front of, as we've seen in video after video. And number three, the man that they have shoved up against the police car is handcuffed. So you can't convince me that a mountain of a man like this, he's about to slam him to the ground to the point where this guy is unconscious for a couple days. You can't convince me that a cop who's going to do this to a guy who's in handcuffs is not a coward. So, this body cam footage shows the town of Lloyd Police Department, that's in New York, arresting Muhammad Nashad Khedled for a DWI on December 11th, 2024. During the arrest, Lloyd police officer Eric Funius slams Coled to the ground, rendering him unconscious. Coed says his civil rights were violated, as you're about to see. Thus, the $27 million lawsuit. So, we're going to go through this step by step together and make some comments along the way. >> Spread your feet. >> I got him. What's your name? >> Yep. >> I do fly. >> Yep. >> Wait. >> Where are your feet? Spread your feet. I'm not going to tell you again. Spread your feet. >> That's not spread your Why do you do that, man? >> Because relax. >> Do what she says. >> I I do that, but I don't have nothing. What you are, boy? >> Now, counting the guy with the body cam, you've got four cops on the scene. Two male cops and two female cops. Already, Officer Eric Funius is showing some major unnecessary aggression. >> Stop. >> [ __ ] >> You push back of me again, I will throw you on the ground. >> This is your ride, you know. >> Relax. >> [ __ ] >> But you know what? >> Relax. >> Stop. >> No. I'm not a [Music] Get him up. Get him up. >> All right. EMS left. We have EMS. Your location requesting EMS your location. Can you just confirm you said you're in front of the Austrian? >> Just put him on his side. >> This guy is clearly out and as lifeless as a ragd doll for the rest of this body cam, but you didn't hear one cop gasp. You didn't hear one cop on the scene object. You didn't hear him say, "Eric, what the hell is going on? Why did you do that? The guy was handcuffed." When you're this cowardly and you are that big as an officer, you grab somebody by the back of the coat and you slam them face down on the concrete and they have no way to protect their face. I'm shocked that this action wasn't fatal. 25 nature for request. And what the hell is she smiling for? Look at this. Look at the look on her face. He's like, "Oh boy, maybe I shouldn't have done that. I hope I don't lose my job over this. Maybe my qualified immunity will kick in and I'll get 5 days, maybe 5 months of paid administrative leave. >> Angry to 112. >> Hey, how's everyone doing? [Music] >> Hey. Uh so yeah uh started becoming combative. I'm just put him to the ground. He's out cold. >> There's that catch all. He was combative. Doesn't paint the whole picture. I wonder how many lies are on the reports. All right. call. >> All right. No, he's on the way. All right. >> He just called me. [Music] >> By the way, Funius would have done this to your mother. He would have done this to your brother, your father, anybody you love and hold dear. People like Fusius would have done this to anybody at any time for any reason because power has obviously gone to his head and corrupted him. Want me to uh talk to her? Get her out of here. Tell her to call in. Hey. >> Hey. [Applause] [Music] >> Yeah. Serge. Sarge. about counting and don't remember. [Applause] Yeah. No. He's building. >> According to a report, this incident occurred around 1:00 a.m. on December 11th, 2024. Ked said he pulled over to the side of Route 9 West to quote rest because he was exhausted. A 911 call brought state troopers and Lloyd police officers to the scene. The troopers apparently gave Ked a field sobriety test, which they say he failed, and a breathalyzer, which he was seemingly unable to complete, according to further body cam video. Police then arrested Coled on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He appeared to have difficulty following the troopers instructions during the sobriety test, but he complied with orders when he was handcuffed and marched back to a police vehicle. Before getting into the car, one of the state troopers tells Ked four times to spread his feet. According to the complaint, Ked quote did not clearly understand the order. Eventually, he appears to comply, but continues to turn around and speak to the officers, in particular, Funius, who can be seen in the video, grabbing the back of his coat. The incident is detailed in a federal civil rights lawsuit filed on Tuesday in the Northern District of New York. Kled alleges that the officer, Eric Funius, used quote, unnecessary and excessive force and committed assault and battery during the encounter, acting with quote a knowing, willful, wanted, grossly reckless, unlawful, unreasonable, unconscionable, and flagrant disregard for Ked's rights under the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution. Ked seeks $27 million in restitution. and I'll keep you updated if I get any new information. If you like these commentary videos, maybe you'll like some of my others.
