You're not interviewing. I need to be able to observe. >> Tell you what, ma'am. If you keep hanging around, you're going to be arrested for something. We don't know what it's going to be yet, but it'll be something. >> If you guys start coming into our investigation again, you're going to be under arrest for obstruction or something. Okay? You're going to be detained. >> Something that we made up. >> Let's do something a little different on this channel. Today, we're going to back the blue. And why wouldn't we see that shattered window right there? I mean, if you don't show the blue your papers. Show me your papers. Now, where have we heard that before? >> May you see your papers? I don't think I have them on me. In that case, we'll have to ask you to come along. >> Yeah. Backing the blue means that if you don't show the blue your papers, we support property damage. unlock the car. >> We also support violence against non-compliant people who haven't harmed anybody. >> Oh, and don't forget about kidnapping. We strongly support kidnapping, especially against anybody who would dare to be non-compliant. I mean, to keep society civilized, all this has to happen. Why? Because she robbed a bank? Nope. Was she a mass shooter? Nope. I know. This perpetrator harmed children. So, the cops had to step in to save the children, right? Not even close. All this property damage and violence had to happen because of a faulty headlight. So, join with me in backing the blue and we'll make some comments along the way. And I want to hear your comments at the end of the video. Make your way all the way through. You won't be sorry. >> Hey, what's up? >> Hey there, officer starting the feed. The reason stop is that you have a headlight out. >> Yeah, they're not out. It just displays. >> No. See what else? What did I >> That one is on and that one is off. So, do you have your driver's license registration insurance? >> Is that what you need? Why you pull me over for Why you pull me over? I will not turn down. >> Why can't cops just say, "Hey, I wanted to pull you over and let you know your headlight is out. It's a safety issue. You could jeopardize yourself, somebody else on the roadway. Could you get that fixed for me? Have a good night. I don't need to see your ID because I am a strong believer in making you secure and protecting your security in your person's houses papers and effects cuz I believe in the fourth amendment. >> I already told you why I was pulled over on the top. >> I already told you over. >> It's your lights. Okay. Do you have your driver's license, registration, insurance? >> Duh. >> I already told you. What do you mean? >> Look at my car. You do not have a roaring to search my car. So stop. >> I'm not searching your car. I'm just looking my car with your light. Turn it off now or you will not get my license. >> Thank you. >> You'll you'll get >> I'm saying no. This is a mutual relationship. Stop looking at my car. >> No, there's not. You are being pulled. >> Turn my camera. Stop looking at my car. Stop looking at my car. Are you done looking at my car? Are you done looking at my car? Take your driver's license. Look at my car. Are you done looking at my car? >> Take your driver's license. Camera on. Take your hand off your camera now. >> I don't care. Call back up. Are you looking Are you done looking at my car? Yes or no? >> Are you done looking at my car? >> I'll take your driver's license. >> Are you done looking at my car? I will not show you my driver license unless you're done illegally looking in my car. >> Okay. How much you had to drink? >> Are you done looking at my car? None. Are you done looking at my car? Are you done looking at my car? Yes or no? Are you done looking at my car? Yes or no? >> Then you will not see my license. Call whoever you need to. >> Okay. >> You not see MY LICENSE? IF YOU'RE DONE LOOKING AT MY CAR, >> ARE YOU DONE LOOKING AT MY CAR? J. >> OKAY. >> J. ARE YOU DONE LOOKING AT my car? >> Here's the deal. Oh boy. She's about to lose her freedoms. Now, I don't endorse how she's treating this cop. Not because, you know, people can treat people the way they want to, but I'm just cautioning you. When you start treating a cop like this, they get their feelings hurt really quick. They have very fragile egos that bruise very, very easily. And if you bruise a cop's ego, your night isn't going to go very well. >> Your driver's license or you will be under arrest. >> Yes. No. No. I will not be cuz YOU DO NOT TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE ILLEGALLY. Look at my car. DO NOT PUT YOUR HAND IN MY CAR. YOU ARE DOING AN ILLEGAL YOU ARE DOING A illegal search of my car. YOU WANT MY LICENSE OR NOT? >> LICENSE OR NOT? I put your hand IN MY CAR. YOU are illegally searching my car. >> Okay. You will be under arrest if you do not get your driver's license. You have about 10 seconds to do so. >> I don't GOT YOU ABOUT 5 SECONDS TO TELL ME YOU'RE DONE WITH SEARCHING MY CAR. >> Are you done searching my car? >> What drugs have you used today? >> He's searching my car illegally. Bory, report now. Screen report now. >> Okay. >> Screen recording now. Shut up. >> Sure. Seems like you've been using searching my car illegally. I'm on 9th and 8th North in front of Hilltop Urban Gardens. He is searching my car illegally. Jay stop my car. Are you done illegally searching my car? >> I didn't search your car. >> I'm done searching my car. YOU WILL NOT SEE MY DRIVER'S license unless you're done searching my car. >> Okay. You don't get TO I CAN CUZ I AM A CITIZEN. YOU WANT TO SEE MY LICENSE? >> You don't get to tell me that because I'm in control and the drug I take, ma'am, is power. I'm tripping on power right now. And you will comply with my authority or I will put these hands on you >> or not. You will not see as you continue to search my car. You want to see my license? Yes or no? >> Yes or no? >> Okay. Give me your driver's license. >> Say what you want. Don't do nothing illegal. You're looking He's looking at my car illegally. He will not see my license. Glory. Get here now. 19orth Jay Stock is illegally searching my car. He will not see my license cuz he has continued to illegally search my car. There's nothing in my car but listen. I need your driver's license, registration, insurance, or you will be under arrest. >> I HAVE THE RESERVE. I have the right to reserve. >> Exercise that right and give me your driver's license. >> Cuz you're illegally searching my car. No, >> you are breaking my arrest. So, I would show you >> she's under arrest for failed to uh stop. >> You are under arrest. In other words, she's under arrest because she refused to show me her papers. >> In the land of the free home of the brave, by the way, >> get out of the car. You are under arrest. I will break your window. >> I will break your window. Get out of your car. >> I will break your window if you don't get out of the car. >> Okay, you have five seconds. >> I will break your window to get you out of the car. >> Okay, do you understand that? and I will break your window. Okay. >> Now, for those who would back the blue at this point, and as belligerent and irrational as this woman appears to be, let me just ask you a question. What crime has she committed? And by crime, I mean, who is her victim? Who's the verified complaintant? Who did she harm? Who did she threaten harm? Whose property did she damage or steal? If the answer is she doesn't have a victim, then these cops have no right under natural law to do what they're doing. >> Unlock the car. No one. >> This is an immoral action apart from any kind of law, apart from legality or illegality, apart from what the courts would say or the lawy lawyers would say. This is a human being doing property damage to another human being. And human beings who have converged and conspired to initiate violence on somebody who hasn't created a VICTIM >> and everything they're doing is perfectly legal. Help me put his hands on me. Take me down. I'm safe. I'm safe. Help me. Lori, am I safe TO PUT HIS HANDS ON ME? LORI, HELP ME. LORI, HELP ME. LORI, they're about to put their hands on me. Lori, they're about to put your seat belt. They're about to put their hands on me. They're trying TO ARREST ME. NO, YOU CAN'T ARREST ME. GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME. That kind of action should only be reserved for a mass shooter. That should only be reserved for somebody who's harming another person. >> Hands behind your back. We're under arrest. >> Help me. Help me. Please help me. Help me. >> Here come Lori. Lori, come on over here. They're putting their hands on me. And I know you can help me out, Lori. Is Lori the Incredible Hulk? If Lori is not the Incredible Hulk or Thor, Lori ain't doing shiat. >> All right, >> let's stand up. Okay. Okay, if that's Lori, she's not the Incredible Hulk and she's not Thor. Things aren't going to go Lorie's way. >> Back off. observing people. >> Yes. But not interfere with our ability. You're talking to me. You're not interfering. I need to be able to observe. This is someone I know. This is someone I know. >> You explain to once you guys all back off. All right. >> We have to take our attention off. >> I'm not doing anything. >> No, that's called obstruction. >> You're standing right behind us. >> Nobody's [laughter] obstructing anything. I need my hands up. I walk. Please go to the sidewalk. I walk. I stand on the sidewalk. Both of you, please go stand because the sidewalk is too far. No, it's not. Guess they were ma'am. I'm going to start. What is it that you need to do that you can't do with me standing right here? >> That's a good question. What is it that you feel like you have to do that you can't do with me standing right here? How am I interfering? How am I getting in the way of what you guys are doing? Great question. >> I asked the honest question with my hands up. >> What right do you have to know that >> the cop says she's illegally parked while every single cop who's arrived with the cruiser is parked in the road blocking traffic. >> I'm a citizen of the >> You don't have to. She's a private. We'll figure out 100% the wrong. I want to make sure this person I know you'll be safe. She's going to go to jail. >> You won't have [laughter] assaulting a police assaulting a police officer. >> Yeah, you were here. So don't act like you wouldn't expect that. >> Am I free or am I not? >> When did she assault a police officer? In my book, that's called self-defense. Somebody breaks your window and they open your car door and they're trying to drag you out and you push them away. That's self-defense. free to ask you a basic question about someone else about >> somebody else's privacy. Are you a member of the media? >> They called us. >> Are you her attorney? >> She called us on the phone. >> I don't care. I don't know that. >> Don't Okay, >> I don't know that. >> So, I'm dumb now. >> No, you say that. >> Do we still want space from the car? >> Are there 16 carwalk? >> Sidewalk. >> Okay, we're going to need you guys to go to the sidewalk now. >> You guys can go step right over there. Go ahead and go to the sidewalk. Nope. Ma'am, go to the sidewalk. >> I have something more important to do than >> ma'am. Stop. Go to the sidewalk. Okay. >> Appreciate it. >> If you guys start coming into our investigation again, you're going to be under arrest for obstruction or something. [laughter] >> You're going to be under arrest for obstruction or something. We'll make something up. And listen to what he says when she addresses that very issue. >> Okay. You're going to be detained. Put >> something that we made up. >> Yeah. Detained. Put in the bag. >> Something that we made up. Yeah. We're making stuff up all the time. We lie on reports. It's what we do. Hey, it's completely legal and we got qualified immunity. It's a great job to the vehicle. Okay. All righty. Thank you. >> Are really all we are asking is to be observer. >> Oh, another cop car illegally parked in the street. >> Apparently they like I think they kick studs or something. She goes across the car. She kicks me. >> Do you want that? Who's is this? >> Oh, that's mine. [laughter] >> How did that get off there? >> Did Did you take her stuff off her? No. >> She's under arrest, so we can just take all our stuff. I need her ID. I don't know how old she is. Hey, how old is she? >> Dear, not she. >> Okay. How old is this person? >> I'm going to say 26. Somewhere in there. >> Okay. And you're just a friend? >> Yeah. This is a person in my community who I'm a friend of. >> They called me concerned that they were getting pulled over. Now that we've got a >> They called me. One person called you, lady. >> Police call. >> So, a supervisor >> for this. >> Supervisor has to show up. >> This is like like you've got like some sort of terroristic operation going on for potential DUI. >> I told you to move your car. It's parked in front of a fire hydrant close to intersection too far from the curb. >> Potential DUI. Where did anybody say anything about that? This lady needs to shut the freak up. >> Okay. I'll move my car. That's fine. I'm just saying. >> Okay. >> This is like really >> Wow. >> I'm not being detained, right? >> No, you're free to leave. Don't have to answer any questions. >> All right. I don't really feel comfortable doing this. >> Okay, that's fine. Make sure you walk. Look both ways. >> Just leave just Yeah. >> So, backing up stunts on a possible DUI. She's refusing to get out of the car. So, he buys her he's under arrest. Breaks the window. She won't get out. Pull her out. Soon as soon as he pulls her out, she ends up sp kind of trying to spin away. Get her down. Nobody ever mentioned anything about a DUI until that lady mentioned it. Now this cop mentions it. The only reason that we know of that pulled her over is because she had a faulty headlight. >> Get her in control. And then these people show up and start jumping into our business as well. Oh, there's so many of you and there's so many of her and we need this and we need that. So that's the basic gist of it. No real force used. Just pull her out. >> Just yank her out onto the ground. I broke her window. >> Yeah, no real force. I just broke her window and we ganged up on her and we forced her to the ground and then threw her onto the pavement right in the middle of the street. No, no force though. >> She's under arrest for assault three. >> Resisting arrest. >> Me. She She went across the car. She kicked my body camera fell off. It was on the ground over there. It was on. Don't worry. It just wasn't on me. It was on the ground over there. So, resisting obstruction, failed to stop an ID, DUI, and assault three. >> Get away from me. >> Hi, I'm Sergeant Spangler. It's common police. I'm just here to talk to you about what happened. I'm not here to investigate anything. >> So, what's going on? >> He pulled me over. He said it's because of my headlights. And then he said it was a DUI, like he didn't drug test a couple. >> He said that on camera. I missed it. >> You You're required to provide ID when you get stopped by >> He was searching my car. >> How is he searching your car? >> I started searching my car when he answered. >> You mean just looking in your car from the outside on the traffic stop? >> Stop. And he kept doing that. >> But he's allowed to do that. law. It's >> a traffic stop. >> Doesn't matter. >> He's allowed to do that. We have a law, ma'am. And if the law says we can do something that otherwise would be questionable or even immoral, we can still do it and get away with it >> cuz we're just order followers. We just do what we're told regardless of what is right. >> It's not a search. >> No, he was searching my vehicle, his light multiple times. My >> Do you have your ID on you? >> No, it might be in my purse. It's my wallet right here. >> Okay. And I was just looking for it and then you broke my >> Thank you. >> All right. So, they're going to get you that side and just patch you down. >> I don't have any weapons. Don't touch me, please. You a wrestler? >> Nope. >> I can take you. What are you 135? >> Yep. >> You might be a little racist, but it's not bad. >> Whatever you want to call it. >> No, that's what it is. It's a lack of knowing. People are only racist cuz they don't know. What do you think you know about black people that you can be racist to them for? >> White neighborhood. We still >> I hate it when people pull the race card. >> Everybody know I'm asking question. You saying nothing? >> Well, I'm trying to talk to you and see you're doing pretty I don't need to be unprofessional. I don't need professional. You're locking me up. I'm >> a citizen. Why do I need to be professional for this job? >> In custody now. >> Oh, and what? What about it? I can stop having a conversation with you. That's fine. >> Okay, great. >> Probably honestly. >> Oh, great. Me, too. I wouldn't hate to talk to a racist, >> which you probably are, right? Yeah, I know. Cla. >> Have fun in jail. >> Hey, 135. >> What was that? >> 135. I appreciate you way more than >> Yeah. weigh 185. >> Are you okay, ma'am? Ma'am, >> I don't use ma'am. I use the he pronouns. My name is true. What's your sign if you don't mind me asking? >> What's that? >> What's your sign? >> Sign >> zodiac. >> Um, Aries. >> You're Aquarius? >> Aries? >> Oh, I knew you were Aries. Can you take me to TG? I don't feel safe here. I'm trans. I'm not safe at a Catholic um hospital. >> Let me talk to my partner. Give me a few seconds. Okay. >> Okay. Don't tell him I'm trans. But >> don't tell him I'm trans. >> I'm just going to tell him like you prefer TG. >> Please don't thank you. >> They said like he's going to process the DUI here. >> They're going to test my alcohol level. >> Yeah, I will explain. Let me get out of vehicle and I'll explain. Okay. >> Okay. >> Honestly, other than the he him pronouns, she seems more sober than the cops in my opinion. While at the hospital, this suspect, whose legal name is Miriam, but they go by True, kicked an officer in the chest multiple times. Their blood alcohol content was found to be .0033, which is under the legal limit. However, they tested positive for presence of THC. They were charged with >> for presence of. You can have presence of but not be under the influence of. And she definitely wasn't driving under the influence of alcohol according to the test >> with two counts of felony thirdderee assault, two counts of resisting, one count of obstruction, one count of failure to stop or give information, and one count of driving under the influence of >> just stacking those charges up >> of drugs. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a >> they are presumed innocent. They're sticking with the pronoun. >> Court of law. And then at the end of this right here, they have a little thing about what cannabis does to your brain. Let's see what Officer John says right here. >> This video from ASAP Science YouTube channel explains why being under the influence of THC while driving isn't a safe decision. Depending >> It doesn't say she was under the influence of THC. It says THC was in her bloodstream. Just like some ethanol was in her bloodstream. Doesn't mean they were under the influence. Now, there were people under the influence of something in this video, and it's the power trippers, the authoritarian psychopaths, who are under the influence of their own control freak psychopathy. Know how your brain and body react to it. THC can affect the neurons in your brain in ways that cause extreme relaxation or anxiety, neither of which is something you want behind the wheel. Now, the suspect's blood tested positive for THC. While we can't say that's what caused the behavior during this stop, it's possible anxiety from the THC played a role. That obviously doesn't excuse the behavior and it doesn't mean marijuana's effects are always negative, but it does show that driving under the influence isn't limited to alcohol. And something else stood out to me, getting louder and more argumentative with she was initially stopped, according to the cop, for a faulty headlight, which gave them the justification to trample all over her fourth amendment right to be secure in her person because they requested her payout as in John is okay with that. But the cop usually doesn't intimidate them. If anything, it can do the opposite because most cops start thinking, "Why is this person fighting so hard over a simple traffic stop?" >> Because it's unjust. Because it's tyranny. Because it's a violation of your oath. Because it's unconscionable. It's immoral. >> What else is going on here? And when somebody starts trying to take control of the stop, that's when the officer has to stay composed, stay on mission, and not get dragged into the argument. >> John always turns a blind eye to the initiators of those who wanted to take control of the stop. Leave your thoughts about this. What do you think? Was it right for the cops to do what they did? Was it wise for that woman to do what she did? We know cops are on a hairpin trigger, and it's probably wise to handle them with kid gloves as they put on their gloves of violence. I want to hear what you have to say about this.
