Sir, here's the deal. I've got my peace officer gloves on and I'm gonna have to break your window and pull you out for your safety. >> No, you're going to get out of the car right now. >> Get out. >> You're going to get out of the car right now. I'm going to break the window and pull you out through the window. >> Am I going to threaten you? >> I I'm telling you what's I'm telling you what's going to happen if you don't get out of the car. >> Threatening you? >> I ain't threatening you. I'm telling you what's going to happen if you don't open the door and get out. >> Break my window. >> Yes. And pull you through the window. No, I'm just letting you know what's going to happen. >> I mean absolutely no bad will toward Van Balion or any of these channels who call people who just want to be left alone sovereign citizens. I truly believe that in a lot of cases, and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because I could be completely wrong, but I believe in a lot of cases they're just misguided as they mislabeled just regular people who haven't harmed anybody, haven't threatened to harm anybody, they just didn't bow at the altar of the state and get their registration papers. So, I understand that there's a lot of deception involved in the articulation of placing a crime on somebody who hasn't committed a crime in favor of the thin blue line. And that's what we have with Ben Van Balon's latest video entitled Sovereign Citizen Caught Driving on a Suspended License suffers the consequences. So, let's just make this real clear before I press play. suffers the consequences of just wanting to be free. Check this out. Today, we head to Washington State where yet another deluded sovereign citizen finds out the hardware laws apply to him when he gets pulled over for the usual list of violations. Right, let's get into the video. >> What? What's your emergency? Help me. Help me. >> What' you say? >> What's your emergency? Help me help you. >> My name is Officer Res Pasco Police Department. Say no contacts me and record. The reason to stop is you only have one brake light that's working. Only your driver's side brake lights working. Do you have your license, registration insurance? So instead of saying, "Hey, your driver's side brake light is faulty. It's a little bit dangerous. Could you get that fixed? Have a nice day." He uses this as the foundation and the justification to trample this guy's right to be secure in his person's houses papers in effect. So in effect, Van Balon is applauding a guy who is clearly violating his own oath of office to protect fourth amendment rights as this thin blue line tyrant is trampling them. I >> saw the fictitious play I did. Yeah. What's the story with Clayton? >> What? >> You're driving in private? >> Come on, man. If you're going to do the whole sovereign citizen thing, at least get the magic words right. It's traveling in my road boat, not boring old driving. You're contradicting yourself. Oh, and by the way, props to that cop for not messing about and calling his plate what it is. Fictitious. >> Is this vehicle registered in the state of Washington? No. Why not? So in other words, Van Ballian is saying it's not fictitious if you pay the extortion fee to the state. If you don't pay the extortion fee, then violence comes upon you. That right there sounds like a fiction as opposed to having a plate that's not sanctioned by the fictitious state apparatus. >> It's a requirement. >> Does that I understand you train that way, sir. >> Explain how not. Educate me then if you think I'm wrong. >> No, I don't. >> Okay, give your license to me. >> Why not? >> What? >> I rescended that. >> What does that mean? >> I broke your contract. >> Breaking the contract, as you put it, or rescending all voluntarily cancelling your driver's license in the state of Washington or in any state for that matter means you lose all driving privileges. So, enjoy the consequences of that. >> Okay. So, you have any ID on you? >> Your name? >> What? Sean. What's your name? >> The plate doesn't connect to anything. It doesn't return in our system. How do you spell Sean? >> What's your last name? How do you spell that? >> What's your name? >> Ren's 187. >> What's your birthday? >> 68. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have a phone number? >> Do you have an address? >> Okay. I can't hear who you went. Congratulations to watching. Do you mind if I just take a picture of your bin from the inside of the door? >> Huh? >> I can't. It's not clear enough. Huh? >> I was just asking. You can't help me. You are able to. >> Okay, that's what I'm asking. You said you don't you can't help me, but you can. Okay, that's fine. That's fine. I'll be right back. >> He's doing the whole He's doing the whole private not for hire. I don't need I don't need a license. I don't need a I don't need a license plate. I don't need a license. I don't have to give you any of that stuff. Yeah, I'll probably just take him for suspended. You mind asking if he has insurance, please? >> Oh, I hope I have enough paper. >> He's doing the whole I'm not for hire. Well, what are you doing, officer? You're doing the whole if you don't bow down and submit to my authoritize and pay the extortion fee of the state, I'm going to exact violence on you. Which one's worse? Van Valian, if you're watching this video, really, which one is worse? Justifying your violent, vile actions or just wanting to be left alone as you go about your business in pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness under the Declaration of Independence. small. >> That's all right. I'll >> still read it. >> Step by the car, please. You're under arrest for what? >> For suspended driving. >> No, suspended. >> Your license is suspended. >> Suspended. >> It says suspended. >> It's suspended. I He's been killing you already. I don't even have a license. Suspended three years ago. >> Your license in Washington State is suspended. It's >> resuscended. It's suspended. >> No, it's not. I don't even have a license. >> It says suspended in my system. Sir, you're suspended. >> Arguing whether your license is rescended, which is not a standard legal term used by the Department of Licensing, or suspended is like arguing about whether you fell off the horse or you were thrown off. Either way, you're still not riding. >> Stay by the car, please. You're under arrest. >> I'm going to charge you with resisting arrest if you don't get out of the car. [Music] You know, I got a license. >> This is It's suspended here. >> You know, I've got a license. So, here's the guy who has just spent the last however long trying to convince everyone he rescended his license because he doesn't need one to drive. The cognitive dissonance is amazing. >> And it's true. This guy is being very very inconsistent on his stand. Do you have a license or not? Has it been rescended or is it currently active? I mean, which one is it? But that still doesn't wipe away the fact that there's an armed man standing outside of this guy's vehicle threatening this man who hasn't committed a crime with violence and force and the brutality and extortion of the state. >> I'm not going to show you my database. >> Yeah, you're lying. >> It's sensitive information. You're lying. >> You can go check with the DO afterwards. >> No, I have no idea. I I have a paper with you. I was saying I haven't. >> Why would I lie about that? What do I gain for lying about that? >> Because all you got to lie. >> Oh, okay. >> Dude, you're about to claim you haven't got a license 30 seconds after claiming you have. So, I don't think you're in a position to lecture anyone on the virtues of honesty. >> Well, I think the guy is mistaken. I think he's confused. I think he doesn't have all of his ducks in a row. I also think it's a very dangerous thing to be right when the government is woefully wrong so often, like 100% of the time. But that doesn't make the government right and that doesn't strengthen Vin Balon's case when he's clearly for state-f funed violence as opposed to just leaving noncriminal human beings alone in peace. >> I don't have a license. >> Please get out of the car. >> I don't have a license. >> You're right. >> Call me a sergeant. >> No. >> Yeah. You call me a sergeant? >> No. >> I demand a sergeant. You can demand all you want. Get out of the car. >> No. >> Yes. >> What's that going to change? He's going to tell you the He's going to tell you the same thing. >> I don't have a license. >> He's going to tell you the same thing. >> I don't have a license. >> You don't have a license? That's correct. >> That's right. >> You're suspended. Suspended, revoked, third degree. >> You keep saying that word like you know what it means. >> Yeah, I do know what it means. It means I broke the contract to say I don't have a license whatsoever. >> Love how he puts emphasis on the action of breaking the contract to reiterate his point like it's going to convince this officer somehow. Oh, and by the way, and again, in Washington state, having your license quote unquote rescended is not a standard legal term used by the do. They and the state use the term suspension, revocation, and cancellation to you know what's interesting about Van Balon actually putting laws up on the screen. He would do the exact same thing in the mid 1800s if there was, you know, under the slave fugitive act or whatever. It said, see right here it says if you try to free the slaves, we have the right to bring you in. We have the right to hang you from the highest tree. See what the laws of these United States say. You better stop freeing those slaves. That's what that is the argument Van Ballian would have to make because it's consistent with the argument that he's making today. These this is this is the modern-day slave trade. What these cops are doing is they are filling the prison industrial complex with unwilling participant which is that's slavery. If somebody takes away your rights against your will without your consent, you haven't committed a crime, you haven't left a victim, the state cannot be a victim, that what you have is the slave trade. This is legalized kidnapping. Van Balian, this is legalized theft and extortion and coercion and brutality under the laws of the state. >> Describe different ways a license can be taken away. So that's probably why your license is coming back as suspended. Okay. Well, your license is suspended in Washington state. >> I don't have one. >> Okay. You're now under arrest for suspended driving and resisting arrest. Okay. >> Whatever. You're getting paid for felony. >> Please get out of the car. >> All right. You take for felony. >> You got to be a real garbage human being to inflict this kind of disaster and destruction on another human being because the laws. Hey, I'm just an order follower. I didn't write the laws. I'm here to enforce them though. You know, I'm going to disconnect my humanity and I'm going to destroy another human's life because the law has said so. Van Balian said this is okay. Van Balian applauds my legalized theft and extortion and brutality. >> It is emergency when you're it's a safety hazard for everyone else and they can't see your brake lights. >> They can't see your brake lights. We only have one working brake light. >> Go ahead. If this cop can casually destroy your pseudo legal nonsense with simple logic and reason on the side of the road, so much so that all you have as a comeback is [ __ ] what makes you think you're going to do any better in a courtroom? [Music] >> 35 years. Why you think >> I've never even seen before? >> Oh, 35 years. That's why I broke. That's why I'm doing what I'm doing now. I learned a lot through years ago. Okay. >> Translation. Your license got suspended about 3 years ago. You looked for a solution online and found a soft seat website. You've had a few cases dismissed here and there which you see as a win and a validation of your beliefs and now you think you're a legal genius. Am I close or did I absolutely hit the nail on the head? By definition, you can't describe this guy as a soft because the cop is continually living above his own laws. The law of the land is supposed to be the fourth amendment right to be securing your person's house papers and effects. And that's supposed to be respected by so-called peace officers. But the exact opposite happens in 100% of these confrontations. Cuz even if they stop you for 5 minutes or 10 seconds, they've still interfered with your right, your unalienable right to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. That is a violation of the supreme law of the land. That makes these cops hypocrites and that makes them the sovereign citizens operating above even their own supreme law. Okay, that's fine. >> No, you're going to get out of the car right now. >> Get out. >> You're going to get out of the car right now. I'm going to break the window and pull you out through the window. >> So, I'm telling you what I'm telling you what's going to happen if you don't get out of the car. >> And this female cop's like, "You mean we get to legally destroy a fellow American's property? Where do I sign? Only psychopaths would do this, guys. And Van Balian is standing just a standing ovation for psychopaths from Van Balian. What's up with you, bro? >> If you want to frame being politely informed about the consequences of refusing a lawful order as a threat, like a big snowflake, then you're completely free to do so, but it doesn't make it true. >> You're out of You're out of office now. >> What are you talking about? >> You guys are out of office. >> I'm out of office. >> You're out of office now? I'm outside currently. Yes. I'm not in an office. >> You're not telling me. >> Was that your business? >> No. Tell me what's going to happen if you don't open the door and get out. >> Window. >> Yes. And pull you through the window. >> No, I just let you know what's going to happen. >> Thumbs up to this officer for how specific he is about what he's going to do and how he's going to do it if the suspect refuses to comply. And it was said also casually. >> Thumbs up to this officer for threatening to destroy this man's property. and against his will drag him out of the car in violation of his consent, which that's actually a crime. You're actually leaving a victim. Oh, you're legally doing it, but are you okay on the moral plane? Don't you have to throw away and stomp on your moral compass in order to inflict and enforce these laws on people? Van Balian, that's a threat. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> It's just letting you know what's going to happen. The next steps in the process. And besides that, aren't there real criminals out there that you can actually apprehend so that you can clear the streets of all these bad guys who are jeopardizing the lives of other Americans who really want to be free? >> What? >> You guys real. >> And when are we all going to learn this real law then? Because it's been 9 years for me and I'm still waiting. I mean, let me ask you, is the real law in the room with you right now? Do you really have to wait for something written, Van Balian? Can't you look inside and go, you know what? It is morally wrong and despicable for any man to lay his hands on another man or any man to destroy another man's property just because he didn't obey the laws of the state just because he didn't bow down and submit to the extortion scheme. What's up with that, Venalian? What's going on with you, man? What's going on in your head? What's going on in your heart? Is that how you conduct the affairs and the relationships of your own life? Do you actually violate consent? Do you actually do to others what you wouldn't want done to you? >> Where's she coming from? >> Okay, I guess we can do that for you. >> Huh? >> You going to do what? >> Okay, that's fine. That's fine. >> Okay. >> Show that. >> Okay. >> You're getting a ticket for using my emergency lights and siren. >> Okay. >> I can't hear you. >> It's a felony to use my emergency lights and siren. >> It's a safety issue for everyone else on the road. >> It's all on body cam and dash cam. >> Okay. >> Laws for thee, but not for me is what I got from that little back and forth. I I tell you. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you, your brake lights don't work. That's all we're telling you to >> pass. Also, PC for suspended, resisting rescuing out of the car. >> What? >> What's fine? >> It's suspended. Okay. Dude, I broke the contract. I have a contract. Well, he said he's going to get out once someone comes and uh gets his car. So, we're going to at least allow him to do that first. >> Yeah. So, even though they would be well within their rights to pull him out of the vehicle now, and even though he doesn't really deserve it, they wait for his wife, who has a driver's license, to move the vehicle to arrive. So, let's skip ahead the 10 minutes it takes for that to happen. Wait, Van Balian said they, the cops, would be well within their rights. That pretty much says it all. on where Vanellian's heart is. He believes that certain individuals have the right to pull you out of the car. They have the right. It's not just it's it's not just something that's a violation of the state laws. These cops, these mere human beings, they're no different from us. They have the right to destroy your property. They have the right to put you in torture cuffs. They have the right to kidnap you. They have the right to fill the prison industrial complex and actually make you a slave in the system. They have the right to drag you away against your will. That is Van Balon's belief, his immoral belief. Right over there. Come on, man. I'm coming, man. Still, please. Yeah. Nothing. Perfect. Go for a second. >> This is utterly immoral. >> Tell you, I'm I'm going to get you. It's legal under corporate traffic law, but it's immoral. >> You shut my door. >> No, go that way. Shut my door. Go that way. >> Shut my door. >> Go that way. Don't be a dick. Shut your door. I was in doorway. >> Yeah, shut up. Stop crying and drop the persecution complex. You're in no position to call anyone a dick after the way you behaved. >> Persecution complex. While the guy is literally physically being persecuted by a road pirate. >> Can't shut the door. Standing in front of the door, right in front of the car. >> It's not a complex. >> It's not a complex. It's actually happening. >> Nothing on me, man. >> Needles, knives, guns. There's >> nothing on me. Still got nothing on me. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Well, I ask everyone before I put my hands in their pockets. I don't want to get by. >> Can you reduce your name? >> You could be diabetic. I don't know. Could be diabetic. Could be doing vitamins. I don't know. There's lots of reason people have muscle. >> Yeah, I have. >> Same as [ __ ] Same [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> What a surprise. The same guy who treats the law and calls it [ __ ] has been to the same jail for this very same thing. >> Here's my critique of this guy in the red shirt. Why is he talking to cops? Shut the front door. It's not going to do you any good to explain yourself or to answer any questions. Take the fifth. If you really want to be free, if you want to give your defense attorney the best possible shot, shut the freak up. My significance in the jail or is there someone specific I should tell them about get assaulted? >> You know they didn't tell you who it was. Did you get Did you get them charged with assault? >> Yeah. >> Okay. They didn't tell you who it was. So you're going to be recording in the back seat as well. >> I can [ __ ] record. I'm telling you, man. [ __ ] small, dude. That's fine. >> You guys didn't you really need to learn real life, dude. says the guy who is in a pair of handcuffs in the back of a police car and about to go to jail for ignoring the very real law that says you need a driver's license to operate a motor vehicle on a public road. As though slaves haven't been put in shackles by the authorities who were obeying the written law saying you can put those slaves in shackles. Again, we go back to the 1800s. Van Balian would be one of the guys who said, "Well, the law says we need to go round up all the darkkinned people. The law says we need to go see if we can raid Harriet Tubman's underground tunnel. We need to bring those people to bear. We need to hang them from a tree because they're freeing slaves." And everybody knows that. See, it says right here, slavery is illegal. Freeing slaves is illegal, punishable by death. That's Van Balian. >> Hey. Hey Ben Van Balian. Prove that that's not true because you're literally saying it's okay to kidnap somebody because the law says it's okay to brutalize somebody. It's okay to break their property and destroy their property and demean them and shame them and threaten them and coers them. >> So, I understand you're going to move the car to the roadway so I don't have to tow it. >> It's not in the roadway. It's on a parking spot. So, it's it's an unregistered vehicle on the roadway, so I can't be sitting here. >> Notice that you want to pull it over to the grocery store. >> Yeah, you're good. >> I just I don't want to I don't want to have to tell it. That's all. >> You better. >> All right. I'm leaving. >> A That's not very nice. >> Sounds like the wife is as charming as and deluded as her husband. >> I'm doing what I do every time I take someone to jail. I have to get your stuff. They're not going to accept your cigarettes into the jail, so I have to throw those away. What? >> You put my personal [ __ ] >> I can't. They don't take tobacco. >> Why would I make that up? >> About everything, dude. >> Okay. You guys deal We can't lie to you. >> I I know. I >> So, you're being charged with suspended. I'm not I'm not charging with resisting. Okay. And I also gave you some infractions for defective tail lines. Uh, operating possessing vehicle without registration, operating motor vehicle without insurance. >> Whatever. >> Okay. I'm not 99. >> These are going to be in your fine. >> Now, I got to say, in comparison to other cops, this cop is being cool. He's being lenient. He let this guy's wife take the vehicle away without, you know, throwing it in the impound lot, costing them hundreds of dollars. But nice tyranny is still tyranny. Respectful tyranny is still tyranny. Kidnapping is still kidnapping and violations of moral codes is still a violation no matter how nice you're being in the process. If you don't respond to the ticket or the court date that you have, a warrant could be issued for your arrest. Okay. >> Send. Okay. Personal pass. Okay. >> You think you're right, but I'm telling you, you're wrong. You need to learn the real law. >> Maybe maybe I'll learn something from this. >> Maybe you will. >> Man, the Dunning Krueger effect is strong with this one. So much so that when you Google it, his face should be the first thing you see. And that goes for the term persecution complex as well. >> That was a nice truck. It's kind of rare with the manual. >> They got the thin blue line flag up on the wall right here. I bet Venalian loves that. And yeah, this guy should just keep his trap shut. It's the more you say, the worse it is for you, man. >> Was it a diesel or was it just a gas truck? >> Gas. >> Have you had that one for a long time? >> Yeah. >> It's pretty nice condition truck. I have a I have a Ram also. I was just admiring the fact that it was manual. It's pretty cool. >> What year is that? Like 06 >> three. >> 03. >> Yeah. You know, you already ran it, dude. >> No, I don't have your registration or anything. I didn't I couldn't run your truck. >> I don't know. I ran the plate, but I didn't come back to anything. >> I couldn't get you go right to DOT site. You didn't run it. >> This is such a psychological operation. You got the kidnapper shooting the breeze with his victim as though any of this is right. >> I'll try it. >> I guarantee you can. Okay, I'll try it. I'll try when I get back in. >> They don't teach you guys. It's ask >> They don't teach real laws, dude. Maybe you're right. >> I know. I'm I know. I'm telling you. I know. I know. I'm telling you. >> I never I never This is exactly why I broke my Listen, >> this is exactly why I broke the contract. Listen, I never even heard of the DOT thing. So, you might be right. I don't I know. That's what court's for. >> Absolutely. >> You're going to be right. I'm telling you, you're going to be there. I'm going to shoot your >> man. Instead of making threats, I think it would be a better idea. Number one, it's way better just to keep your mouth shut. You're not going to gain any ground with this guy. But if you might possibly be able to, if there's some kind of pinhole of hope in the dark night of tyranny, why don't you try to appeal to this cop's humanity? Hey, you know I'm just a guy like you. You know that this registration thing is just an extortion racket for the state. You know that I didn't victimize anybody. I've never harmed anybody. I've never stolen property and here you are kidnapping me and you know I know you're just doing your job but that was the same argument the SS made back in the 1930s and 1940s in Germany and that I was just doing my job is how I know that people like Van Balian would actually be supporting the Gestapo the Nazi essay I didn't write the laws I'm just here to enforce them it's not my fault that I'm doing evil I'm just doing what my commanding officer in my department told me to do. There'd be Van Ballion would be there with pompoms cheering this on. >> Okay, we don't have to see the city of pass. >> No, I'm shooting you your passing and your and your person passing both. Okay, I'm telling you. >> Shut shut up. Shut up. Stop with the threats. Quit it. Stop it. >> The slide this time. All right. I'll be there. You damn sure you will. [Music] And another one bites the dust, right? Another one bites the dust, right? Somebody who didn't harm anybody is going to jail. He's totally in the slave camp. That's what a jail is. It is a slave camp. You can't leave. You can't go where you want when you want. You can't grab a bite to eat whenever you want to. You're a complete slave. Your time, your effort, your energy, your very person is locked up in a cell, the very place that you don't want to be. And Van Balian laughs about that.
