welcome back to the here's the deal channel before we get started photography is not a crime and cameras don't lie it is mind-blowing to me when you have video evidence of a crime in progress I don't care if the criminal is a regular guy off the street or a professional protect and serve agent with a bad uniform of gun coming in with the authority of the state criminal activity is criminal activity and when a camera records it and everybody sees it justice needs to fall on those guys we're gonna talk about the five Memphis police officers who swear they've entered a not guilty plea guys not guilty when the cameras clearly show a different story so we're going to talk about the Memphis police officers and we're going to talk about the morons the absolute scum of the earth as far as people go outside of politicians political parasites that are going to actually take up this case in the face of video evidence listen to this I do another major headline we've been following those five former Memphis police officers charged with Tyree Nichols appeared in court today and entered their pleas NBC's Priscilla Thompson was inside that courtroom has the very latest do you all have anything to say five former Memphis police officers charged in the brutal Tyree Nichols silent as they appeared in court for the first time today I'm gonna go down the line of the attorneys not guilty not guilty the arraignment lasted less than five five not get I'm not guilty what are you not guilty of you're definitely not guilty of following the Constitution you're definitely not guilty of protecting and serving Tyree Nichols you protected and served yourself your own self-interest you're definitely not guilty of being kind moral decent people what are you saying you're not guilty of minutes all pleading not guilty to charges including second-degree murder stemming from the January 7th beating Nichols three days later today attorneys for the officers called for a fair trial it must be based on the facts in the law and not the raw emotions that our country is currently experiencing you know why there's raw emotion the there's raw emotion in this country and people are experiencing the wrong emotion because they saw with their own two eyes your eyes don't lie usually guys yeah there's a way you can hook Hoodwinked people and all that kind of stuff but when you've got a street pole camera and you've got body cameras and we know that cameras don't lie these guys are saying oh yeah people are in Furious and outraged yeah for a right reason yeah I agree things shouldn't be judged On Emotion but you can't separate emotion from being a human being it's pretty cruddy and it's pretty disturbing and it's pretty infuriating which draws out the emotion when you see Five Guys Dogpile one guy who's got his hands behind his back and there's nothing he can do because we all have just a modicum of empathy at least I I imagine because they we can put ourselves in the shoes of Tyree Nichols because probably a lot of people who are watching this video right now that I'm making have been the butt of police abuse and brutality and in criminality and extortion and we don't like it so yeah of course there's going to be emotion but we've all seen the same thing so you talk about facts and you talk about the law the fact is the camera doesn't lie the fact is we all saw what your clients did and your scum of the earth for defending them let me ask you guys who could possibly defend a guy or a woman anybody who literally committed a crime beat somebody to on camera who among you raise your hand or write in the comment section would still defend that person in the face of the evidence stacked against them now I can understand if somebody gave the attorney their word and there was no you know there was no evidence of any recording of them doing this evil deeds and you're going well I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt I'm going to go to go ahead and be your counsel I'll be your attorney I'll defend you I can understand that side but once you've seen the video as an attorney how can you stand alongside the guy who's clearly a criminal who clearly took that life listen to this the attorneys who take on and defend these five Memphis cops who did this to Tyree Nichols are literally saying even if I was in Tyree Nichols shoes which if you were if you or I were in Tyree Nichols shoes we would have had the torture cups placed on us we would our heads would have been kicked like a soccer ball no mercy would have been shown to us no mercy would be shown to you attorneys by these very monsters that you're defending in the face of evidence B it's just mind-blowing infuriating BS against a rush to judgment there's 20 hours of video we've seen five-minute Snippets of a video there's 20 minutes we've only seen there's there's a whole lot there's two hours of video all you've seen is five minutes actually we've sung we saw five minutes and then 12 minutes we saw extended versions but even if it was only one minute even if it was only 30 seconds if a guy using Tyree Nichol's head as a football throwing hay makers how many Haymakers are thrown at that guy pepper spray him in the face so he couldn't breathe even if there was 30 seconds that I don't care what the other two hours of footage says we got to deal with this right here you know what it reminds me of it reminds me of that guy what was that wrestler the professional wrestler's name who was interviewed by John Stossel and then he just he slapped him he biatched slapped him twice I mean this guy this man was six foot five or six foot six weight 270 pounds or something like that he's knocking Little John Stossel's head like a little pinball who was it uh Dave Dave Schultz Dave Schultz Dave Schultz remember that remember what Dave Schultz did years later he said the mainstream media only showed you what they wanted to show you and that's true fake stream CIA infiltrated operation Mockingbird MKUltra media we'll only show you a snippet and then you don't have the entire context so you can make a decision about you know hey is this really what's going on did is this what uh Jakey the snake Tapper what he's trying to sell me is this real you know is this really something that I should be believing in Dave Schultz goes they didn't show you the rest of it so Dave Schultz shows the rest of the footage which absolutely does not negate The Assault on John that he foisted on John Stossel that's what this reminds me of you've only seen five minutes of it wait till you see the rest I'd hate to see the rest the five minutes was horrific enough and it made that determination gent I don't think you can do that you believe there's more to see I believe there's more to see among those in the courtroom Nichols family and I'm waiting for this nightmare basically that I'm going through right now and I ain't I ain't giving no slack to Ben Crump here look Ben Crump is dressed like The Godfather what the heck is up with that we know you're rolling in the dough we know you got the Benjamins in your pockets Ben Crump so I'm not I'm not playing that game right here all I'm saying is we know what the video evidence shows us we know what these cops do we know how they treated Tyree Nichols and it's wrong and for anybody to come alongside and defend them shows you how pretty of a person they are I'm waiting for somebody to wake me up coming face to face with the men accused of murdering their son they didn't even have the courage to look at me in my face they're gonna see me at every court date everyone they said they pulled him over because he was driving erratically turns out that wasn't even true they didn't even have a justifiable reason to pull the guy over and yet they did it anyway there's a report saying that Tyree Nichols was messing with one of the cops girlfriends and it was kind of a retaliation wouldn't doubt that I don't know if it's true it's still in rumor stage but you know it doesn't matter they beat a guy to it's like Tyree Nichols was being he was being the de-escalating factor while he was getting beat up that's pretty difficult to do when you got five aggressors coming at you pummeling you treating you like you're a you know a sporting good uh it's a little hard to de-escalate but he was doing it he was succeeding and from everything that I've read about Tyree Nichols he sounds like a he was a great guy he sounds like somebody had I'd get along with he sounds like he'd be somebody who's a good neighbor not anymore though thanks to the Memphis cops um until we get Justice for my son today's hearing comes after two Shelby County sheriff's deputies were suspended for five days an internal investigation found they did not notify Dispatch they arrived on scene after the and failed to keep their body cameras on a cop should never be allowed to turn his body camera off a cop should never be allowed to turn the audio portion off so they can talk among themselves and violate 18 USC 241 conspiracy against rights because you know what that's they do you know that's what they're doing when they turn that audio off they're conspiring against you oh my gosh he's making us look bad how can we Trump up charges to get him booked in the county jail tonight they should never be able to turn their body cams off or the audio video portion once it's rolling when they get get it off that charger it shouldn't it shouldn't turn off until they put it back on the charger at the end of their shift anyway that's it guys I just wanted to show you this it's just a recap it's just amazing to me that in the face of video evidence anybody would stand there and say hey I'm not guilty I'm not gonna I'm not guilty of committing the crime that that video camera recorded me committing and then on the other other end of it these parasitic lawyers get up there and go oh sure I'll defend them I mean I'm just here for the money I'm not here to make any kind of moral change I don't have a moral compass anyway so kaching kaching it's it's it's ridiculous it's infuri infuriating It's upsetting
