of queensland australia it's a sovereign
citizen we've seen before when i covered
his traffic stop a few months back at a
covey checkpoint and he's back once
again getting pulled over for driving an
unregistered camper van which he lives
in and has been unregistered for 800
days at the time of this stop
and he advertises that fact by driving
around with a cardboard registration
plate
but instead of dealing with this minor
issue like a grown man he
well you've all read the title of the
video so let's get into it
how much can you stay in the coffins

say because i don't know you you're so
you're the one with the gun i'm just
driving around there yeah

you've been driving a vehicle and you've
been pulled over for a license check

who does that lawful power apply to
people driving motor vehicles on roads

provide me everything i thought you

claim you have to provide the evidence
for that you have to back it up yep yep

provide you with the law in writing at
all if you want to drive your van on a
public road then it's your
responsibility to educate yourself on
the relevant driving laws within your
region or country but you've obviously
been going to the wrong place to do that

in the back of that car
you are the one making the claim you
have authorities i'll give you one more

provide me your driver's license and
otherwise you'll be arresting charge
i've unprovided your details so i
require a full and quick name and
address if you do know and give me those
details and try to give you the details

case like this i guess because the
footage is just so strong

jurisdiction over me didn't want to
supply it

credibility of this possible witness
where he says this guy didn't do
anything wrong
so he obviously didn't see the part
where he resisted the rest
so again this is why body one camera
footage is just so important it's the
best witness you can have in cases such
as this
prior to that
i'd have to tell you what he is i've
done yes you do you're a public servant
i told you you're on a restaurant to
begin with obstructing what you're
bloody violent and for failure to
provide your details as violent

and what jurisdiction do you have to get
someone's details without just cause

okay so he racked up six different
charges from this one traffic stop alone
and his case is still ongoing in court
and lucky for us he recorded the first
two court hearings where he tried to
counter charge the police who arrested
him with armed assault
attempted murder and armed kidnap
which doesn't work out well for him for
obvious reasons
anyway i'm working on that video at the
moment
