Imagine you just getting flung around like that, whatever, flopping on the floor, your arm getting all bent up. >> [laughter] >> Arm getting all bent up crazy, man. You know you going to feel that in the morning. So, I don't even know why she was acting like that. She's acting like she's maybe in her 20s where she could jump around and whatever. And bounce right back up and with no consequences. Okay? You get into it when you older, listen, them them joints, them bones, yeah, it's not the same, okay? It's not the same. >> All right? >> Yeah. >> Like she said, all the time in the world to get smart. >> I know. Let me go get to see what other documents >> property? >> Yeah, I got your property. >> Will you lock my car, please? >> Which one's your car? >> The Acura right there. Is my phone in there? >> Oh, right there? >> Is my phone in my bag, please? >> It should be. Yeah. >> And my paperwork, and you know my paperwork >> Hey, paperwork's right there. >> All of it moves. >> What happened? What happened with him? >> So, she came in initially Christina, what what initially transpired before I got involved as an overhear and with Kyle. That's the three of us were pretty much the >> the main So, she came in for what reason? >> She came over. She told me she wanted to close her account. I told her I can't close the account on my side. She has to go with the banker. So, she's like, "Well, just close it and leave a penny." I'm like, "Okay." I'm like, "Okay." >> Yeah. >> So, I pulled her up, got the withdrawal tickets out, and she's just like, "I'm going to blow your mind." You see it, right? You see it. I'm like, "Yes, I see it." And then she's like, "I'm going to blow your mind. You're going to remember um me at the end of the day because I bet you you are taking drugs, too." I'm like, "Please don't accuse me of taking drugs." >> Drugs, too. Okay, so it's the key word is two. >> Also two. >> Yeah. >> Two. Then she says she's getting louder. I'm like, "Yes, I will help you. You got to be nice." Because she started, you know, getting louder and more rude. "I'm going to help you. Just going to be nice." She starts yelling at me, "I don't have to be nice to you." I'm like, "Well, I'm not going to have to help you if you're not going to be nice." So, she starts calling me Miss Thing. I'm like, "Who is calling me Miss Thing?" >> So, now she started doing the same thing out here. >> Yeah. >> We got her in the office. I I'll take a look at it. It's against the >> It was more of the same. >> Refusing, yeah, just standing in his office, getting louder, more belligerent, cursing. >> [snorts] >> Even one of the customers told her to be quiet, and she started cursing at the customer, and >> What's this about money and being hacked and all this other stuff? >> Yeah, it's a lot of Yeah, there was a lot of fraud going on the account. She has back it up. And we're going through and in order office of us to close the account, we have to clear all the fraud and close all the cases, which are still pending. Even she Even as early as today, she has fraud on the account for today for like $500 something six times. So, it's a lot. >> Damn, they've been hitting her. >> [laughter] [gasps] >> They've been hitting Yo, them scammers been hitting her account crazy. >> [laughter] >> They say even fraud Even recently, they hit her for 500. Oh, man. See, that's the thing, you know, with these scammers, man. A lot of our information is leaked and it's on the internet, okay? And there's the dark web, all that different type of stuff, okay? And um you know, people's Even people's banking information, you know, people's banking information is out there. And that's why, you know, certain certain people they they their accounts get hit, you know? They get hit. They find out the card numbers and stuff like that and make all sorts of fake cards or whatever with your real bank information or whatever. Like it's a it's a whole lot of stuff going on. Just like even at the gas stations, you know, where you put your card in and then you you hit your PIN and all that stuff. They got like skimmers that go on top of it. So, when you put it in, it's really collecting the data and somebody take that off and they could figure out, you know, they now they got your information. It's it's it's really crazy out there. So, yeah, if you got a lot of money in your account in one account, I would definitely diversify that. You know, I wouldn't have a whole lot of money just in one bank, like in one account. No, because yeah, your stuff is is insured, you know, up to $250,000 and stuff like that. That's great, but it's going to take time for the process to play out. So, you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket. You know what I'm saying? If you got, you know, whatever, couple you know, you got a little nice amount, you know what I mean? Spread that thing on out between like two three banks. You good. Diversify that. Because you see what's going on her account getting hit. Bing bing bing. And they still doing the investigation. This [ __ ] crazy. And she has a right to be mad, right? Right, you know? Wells Fargo, you should be protecting her money and whatever, but you got scammers out here. So, she probably got a couple of dollars. They noticed it and they smacking her account crazy. I just said >> She said it's over $30,000 in fraud. >> See? See? Over 30,000 in fraud. See? So, she's got 30,000 in one account. You know? Or over that, you know? You putting all your eggs in one basket. If you got 30,000, you know, 40,000, 50,000. You know? Spread that thing on out, man. You know, put 15 here, put 25 here, put five here. Okay, cool. You know? >> Put me in the attic, put me in the substation, and then you can put me back home once I'm done. >> Oh, we're definitely not going home. >> I don't have a home, man. You can't take me away from my car. That's my >> Okay. >> Tell me you'd be happy walking to a bank and they will not give you money out of your account. Tell me you'd be [ __ ] tickled pink. >> I said they would mail it to you. >> I'm officer. >> Trooper. >> Do you understand what homeless is? How am I going to [ __ ] get mail when I don't have a have a home? Just this morning there were six charges on my account of $500 plus. $534. There were six of them, sir. $3,000. In one day. >> But there's nothing I can do about that. Only the bank can help you. >> you take me away from getting my money out? >> They said they would mail you. >> that I'm owed. >> They said they would mail you. That's what they're going to do. >> [ __ ] not give me my money? Would you take that answer if you walked into your bank? No. >> That I was going to get mailed money? Sure. >> You have a home, sir. >> Right, but you can get a PO box. >> I haven't had time. I just got evicted from the hotel that I was staying up in. >> You have friends or family? >> My family put me in here, sir. >> The woman was charged with obstruction. Thanks for watching today's >> Damn, they was smacking they they they been They been hitting her account crazy. That's probably why she homeless, cuz she don't the account is drained. Like, it's all it's Oh, man. Yeah, the bank they got to do their whole investigation and it take time, like, you know. Somebody hit your account, boom. Like, that thing you not getting that money right back. Somebody hit your account right now for 3,000, boom. You go put in a an alert on the bank, they you not getting that money right back. So, what you supposed to do in the meantime? Cuz they not going to credit your account like that. Not nothing, you know, maybe a smaller amount. Yeah, they'll credit your account, you know I understand, whatever, but she got 30,000 in fraudulent stuff going on on her account. You not getting credited that amount. >> [laughter] [music] [music]
