all right the only problem I have with this video we're about to watch that was uploaded by Trey spragg is that it was recorded in portrait not landscape mode yes the apocalypse will probably be recorded in portrait mode oh yeah there is one other thing that I have a problem with the cops conducted a retaliatory stop which attempted to suffocate the rights of another fellow American and before we get into this video I just want to say the only time you can trust a cop is when he says anything you say can and will be used against you when he says that believe him he's being serious and if history is any indicator they will do everything within their power to ruin your life because meeting quotas and getting that pat on the back and that Hefty paycheck wait don't tell me Trump's individual right yep let me just give you the backdrop for this video Trey says officer ignores man hit by car to harass somebody for jaywalking and retaliation to being flipped off this is in Pittsburgh Kansas completely unacceptable says Trey his superiors have been notified and actions taken so this is Officer C Hibbett and Law Enforcement Training OJT officer s Crawford and he ends by saying we must do better because the people deserve better always film the police and always hold them accountable to which I say Amen for what okay what's your name imagine on the police number please I don't I don't answer questions okay so you were jaywalking so what's your name all right actually I wasn't I checked both ways I waited for that light to turn green twice it did not it did not turning okay see you jaywalk the light was green the walk was red but I sat there and waited for it to change and it would not change for me and do you have any lights like that in your town like I used to come home after midnight when I my shift ended and there was always this one traffic light that would stay red forever it looked both ways you look left right and left again you make sure you look in your rear view mirror nobody's coming nobody's going everything's safe but as soon as you exercise the sermon is like hey I'm not gonna sit here for 10 minutes I gotta go home I got things to do as soon as you do that there's that cop sitting behind that billboard that's always going to pull you over for that tiny tiny infraction even though you did the smart thing you looked you made sure it was safe but you disobeyed their lives that's why they're called law enforcement they're there to enforce those laws which part was red the watt sign that is jaywalking okay well it needs to be fixing because it's not working what am I supposed to do I'm sorry can you answer my question what am I supposed to do just stand there you have any ID on you I do but I'd rather not give it so you're jaywalker I feel like this is a retaliation stop okay for for me flipping you guys off you were jaywalking so my name is Trey let me see your license am I going to be arrested if I don't show it are you going to be arrested yes the interference so it is that arrestable yes he'll be arrested me you sir are interfering with my investigation so if you don't make yourself insecure in your person in violation of the Fourth Amendment then we will deploy all the resources of the State against you and believe me I will do it okay I want it to be known that I am giving up my ID not voluntarily and this is a retaliable stock why did you turn around when I flipped you off no no no no don't ever say that again that's slander yeah no I most certainly am not I believe in Law and Order when it's done correctly and you guys do not do it correctly and let me just let me just address this Sovereign citizen oxymoron which Trey will point out it is an oxymoron if you're a sovereign there is no higher you are not subject to anybody anything any regulations any laws any ordinances hmm who does that sound like oh oh that's right it sounds like law enforcement they operate Above the Law they'll give you a ticket for speeding while they're speeding they'll give you a ticket for window tinting even though they have five percent limo tint on the front of their Cruiser so a sovereign is not a subject but a citizen is a legally recognized subject you can't be a subject and not a subject at the same time with so when they use the term Sovereign citizen it is literally an oxymoron the two terms are diametrically opposed it'd be like this guy saying oh you're one of those unsubjected subjects huh as he acts like a sovereign I guess when they were giving out intelligence that day little hibbon here got a shoe stuck in gum on the back of the short bus yeah the man just getting ran over on his [ __ ] bike and you're over here stopping me for flipping you off this gentleman right here hey Steven you all right man that's your name Stephen right hey Trey how you doing this man right here how about getting him some [ __ ] help he just got ran over on his bike and I watched the whole thing but you guys would rather be messing with me for flipping you off that makes a whole lot of sense you guys are the tyrants of the city you guys are the tyrants of this city saying again they're still dealing with me and not dealing with you you see how these people represent the citizens of the city look limping he's obviously hurt they got more have you called an ambulance have you asked him if he's okay why are you asking me why don't you ask him why don't you go ask him you obviously see he's hurt is it my duty or is it yours whose job is it I just got to point out right here if this guy wasn't given a uniform badge and a gun and thought he had the authority of the state what do you think he'd be doing for a living what do you think he could do legitimately for a living these people love this stuff is it true that cops don't become Psychopaths but Psychopaths become cops somebody who really wants to exert that power over somebody else whereas in the free market under regular conditions they would never ever even think of treating another human being the way this guy is treating this other man for jaywalking whose job is it buddy you can get a lawsuit right now [ __ ] tyrants man [ __ ] tires excuse me can you repeat that you got your body camera on why is your body camera not on excuse me there's a light on hers there's no light on yours how about getting the man some [ __ ] help dude how about doing your job you think you think this is going to make people like you you think this is going to help the bond with you guys in the citizens sitting here dealing with me because I flipped you off I'm gonna be doing it all night every day every day I see you guys every single day Sovereign citizen excuse me she even said it on the radio listen to this Sovereign citizen excuse me Chief she said he's a sovereign Citizen and known to carry firearms well I most certainly am not Sovereign citizen is an oxymoron to be Sovereign and self-governing to be a citizen is to work for somebody else and it's slander most certainly not most certainly not I'm a free American do you have my ID in your hand you can make whatever assumptions you want most certainly most certainly because I believe that was retaliatory you would not have stopped me if I would not have flipped you off and how does that make you feel I gave it to you under duress because you said that you would arrest me if I didn't I would spend the night in a cage if I didn't make myself insecure in my person in violation of your oath to protect and defend the Fourth Amendment and my rights you would not have turned around before I ever even came to that intersection if I did not flip you off you're not upholding the law at all where was the rest of the where was the risk of the public can you jaywalking what was it for my safety for my safety was it for my safety uh yeah that's right you would only follow a critical thinking morally based human being would only follow certain laws because most of the laws are immoral it used to be against the law to free slaves would a normal morally based human being go against that law yes he would it used to be legal to have slaves so if you went with that law what does that make you people like this would actually arrest an individual for freeing slaves back in the 1860s green a single time since we've been sitting here I will go sit at that light this light better be fixed because the public is not the city has now been aware of it it better be fixed yeah most certainly and I've already told you that you can sit there and just play dumb sir you're goofy looking you can just sit there and play dumb go ahead you're a dunce cap dance cap I want to recap that you have no no oath to the Constitution at all no get the man some help sit here and stare me down all you want dude sit here and stare me down all you want your body cameras not even on is that not a violation of your policy when you approached me it was hey stop not hey this is my name this is who I'm with is that not against your policy to identify yourself that's that's not against you that's your policy isn't it to identify yourself so anybody can walk up to me and say hey stop and I gotta stop just assume that they're law enforcement is that what you're telling me yeah yeah you should probably keep your mouth shut dude are we finished with this are we finished anything else other than hindering my my ability to travel here all right you're good to go yeah don't jaywalk uh yeah thanks for the ticket gotta give that last directive because psychologically it makes them feel better to issue commands that you have to follow uh I took a picture of his insurance trouble can I do that it's got it good on your bike baby light still hasn't turned green oops so it looks like these cops are going to have a good one man hope you're all right looks like these cops are going to perform a public service but I bet that they're only going to do that because the video camera is rolling and what would the public think if they saw a video where they weren't acting as public servants it's not my first time actually yeah got a lot of guts getting
