Yo, what's going on? So, today we have a video from Body Cam Leak, and the title of the video is Target Shoplifter completely loses it after she's caught stealing $1,000 in merchandise. So, let's get into the video. Let's see what they actually talking about here. I don't know why people decide to steal from places like Target. Target has one of the best security systems. Um, but anyway, Targets, Walmarts, stuff like that. Walmart is eh, but Target is always on point. Let's get into it. >> Why do people think not having something gives them the right to steal it? >> Good afternoon. >> Um, we do have a subject in custody right now. She's apprehended in the office. If I can I can take you over that way. >> Okay, >> is this all this stuff? >> It's all of this. Yeah, >> all of this. >> It's a total of 105359 >> 1053,000. >> Yeah, 5359. >> Jesus. Okay. Got me. The last one was 700. >> Hello. What's up? What's up? [Music] >> So, what do we got? >> So, pretty much all that seen it all and just walk out without pain. >> Okay. All right. What's your name? >> Grace. >> Grace. All right. Grace, what's going on with all this stuff here? I'm really homeless. I tried to walk out just to at least have something to my name and be able to chill out and I don't know. My phone just got broke. My wallet just got stolen. I came from a situation at my boyfriend's house. I tried to go to my mom's house. She ended up having everyone come to my room and steal from me. So, I headed down to Chicago with an old friend. Me and them ended up getting into a fight. So, now I'm here. I'm trying to make ends meet. I stank. All I wanted was panties and socks to begin with this [ __ ] But um I was I was going to put all that [ __ ] into suitcase and make my way. >> Okay. Do you have ID? >> No, sir. Like I said, my wallet was just stolen from me. >> Wallet was stolen. Did you report that? >> Uh what phone? >> Don't need a phone. You could walk into a police station. >> It's a photo copy ID. I wish I wish I had more to my name to have my wallet be valuable, honestly. Okay, so it's a female um down on her luck. Had a bunch of stuff stolen from her, fighting whatever with boyfriend. Uh they got a receipt of over $1,000 worth, but it's like a whole bunch of just like food items, uh drinks, just miscellaneous stuff that would literally be for a homeless person. Looks like a mat backpack. Uh, all right. What? Uh, you guys seen her before? >> No, separate. >> Okay. Um, I just called my sergeant >> and just wanted to make sure. Uh, do you guys are you guys okay with a local ordinance? >> Um, I would be just the fact that whenever it's a huge amount like this, they want us to press charges like the amount of 300 bucks. My sergeant's pushing for given the circumstances. We're homeless. You guys got the stuff back. Uh just given the circumstances. >> That's what I told him over the phone. >> Okay. >> She's cooperative, but obviously >> up to you guys. I'm just letting you know what what he's suggesting we do. >> Again, just running everything by you, letting you know what the sergeant says and thinks. You okay with that? Okay, we'll >> do that. I'll see what she says. Uh, got you with info. Most everything was like food and like >> Yeah, like what all were you buying today? >> Nothing as you can see. >> I mean, it's a lot of it's a lot of things. >> Yeah, I was going in there. >> Bunch of apparel, bunch of electronics, >> a bunch of electronics. Let me see that real quick. >> Bring that here because I ain't I ain't touch no mother. Y try some [ __ ] up in my mother. >> Grace. Grace, don't get loud. All right. No, because at the end of the day, >> don't get loud. All right, >> listen to what he has to say. >> Are you trying to push authority on me? >> I'm not pushing authority. You don't try to make your voice louder than mine when you try to assert dominance. You don't you're not I'm not in your Okay. >> I'm talking the same tone as I did when I first came in here. Okay. >> I'm literally reading off this receipt that they have. Everything is categorized. apparel, electronics, three items, groceries, health and beauty, home, stationery, and office supplies, and toys. Okay, that's all I'm reading to you. I'm just trying to talk to you. All right, I talked to my sergeant. >> He is more than willing to just charge with a local ordinance. >> Illinois, >> it's a local ordinance. I don't even know what y'all are talking about. >> I'll explain it to you. Okay. >> No need to give >> local ordinance is >> attitude. She has an attitude for no reason. When you got caught stealing, doing the wrong thing. The officer is actually being very calm, cool, collected, trying to work it out with the young lady, and she's just, "I don't even know what you talking about. Don't be trying to assert dominance." and yada yada yada. We chilling. You the one that raised your voice and up the intensity. Let's bring it back down and let's find a balance. You got caught. Just sit back, relax, you know, and see what the officer could work out for you if you cooperate. Okay, let's get back to it. a ticket basically in Rosemont as opposed to you being charged criminally through the courts. All right. This is a felony amount. Not trying to insert dominance. Okay. I think everybody here would agree. I'm talking to you with respect. Not raising my tone. All right. suggestion is that you cooperate and continue to because you have so far >> and again >> with the store's approval and my sergeant's approval we can just charge you given the circumstances homeless >> down on your luck we're not trying to you excuse my language if I go in those streets without some of those supplies guess what's going to happen to me on that CTA I'm going to be snatched up and left in a ditch and then you're going to be the one discovering my body how are you going to like that on. Young Grace slit open in the middle of a ditch. You don't even recognize my face because of how up I am. Cuz that's what happens to young girls in the middle of the night in Chicago. Tell me I'm wrong. >> All right. Do you want to talk yourself into a felony? >> Not talking myself into anything. I'm being honest. If you don't want to hear the truth, if you want to be brainwashed, >> I'm being straightforward with you. Okay. All right. I'm going to go out to the car, start this uh check on the DL image. Mhm. >> Uh, can we cuff her to the bench? >> Uh, and then I will be back. >> Chris, are you right-handed or left-handed? >> Am I left-handed or right-handed? >> Correct. >> I am right-handed. Is there any way we can put it on my left, though, so I can have these to cushion the cuffs? Ready, please. We can do it. >> Okay. We're not going to put them on that tight. Trust me. Okay. I'm going to put them on your left cuz you're right-handed. >> I'm going to go back to the car. for the positive ID based on the picture. Um, >> and then as long as everything's still sensed and you're kind of standing above me, so this is a little bit of an intimidating situation. So, if you could please step back a little bit, that would make me uncomfortable between us. >> Well, actually, CO distance is six. >> Okay. Well, >> sir, >> you're going to have to be in close proximity. >> I might have pneumonia. And you're making me uncomfortable. >> And that's assault. You haven't assaulted off. >> I'm not assaulting nobody because he's coming close. He's Why are you moved? >> Why can't you stand back there? >> Would you like me to step back? >> Okay. >> All right. All right. Grace, still trying to confirm your identity. All right. How old are you? >> 25. >> 25. Okay. All right. So, what's going to happen is uh we're going to take you back to the station. >> We have to fingerprint you to confirm your identity. All right. Are there going to be any issues when we get your fingerprints back? You're not wanted. You're a different name. What's that? >> Not counting on it. not counting on it. >> Like, are you positive or >> It's It's a maybe. >> All right. You guys need anything else from us right now? So, >> we just got to confirm. >> Is there Would you mind patting me down instead of >> as a female? >> Okay, then y'all legally can't pat me down. >> Yeah, we can. >> No, that's an invasion of my privacy. >> I'm a woman. You could touch me, grop me, and hurt me. >> There's multiple witnesses. Cameras are on. All right. Okay. >> I I just I don't necessarily feel comfortable with the grown man's hands on top of me. >> Part of me part of me thinks that maybe she might be better off going to to the county. I know they're not trying to charge her with the felony. They're trying to look out for her because she's homeless uh and pretty much living on the street and everything. But based on her actions, something is telling me like she's trying to go to jail. I mean, sometimes you have people that are in less fortunate circumstances that they do crimes on purpose, especially in the winter time when it starts to get really uh cold because they could go do 6 months or go do a year in the county and you know, you got three hots in a cot. you don't have to, especially if you're homeless, you got a place to stay, you got some food, you know, things like that. You see that all the time. Um, another So, part of me is thinking like, okay, anybody else when we see these shoplifting things, they're getting they're getting the the whole nine. You know what I'm saying? And they've stole less stuff, you know what I mean? Or attempted to steal less less stuff. And this cop is is pretty much looking out for her. Um, and she's being really like just rude and nasty. You know what I'm saying? And and I can understand the Pat Fris thing, but listen, a male officer is going to use the back of his hand. You know what I'm saying? He ain't he ain't trying to grab you boobs, okay? All right. Like, let's let's get real here, okay? And yeah, so anyway, part of me, like I said, part of me thinks that um she's going the extra mile to try to go to the county on purpose. Maybe just because um she might be actually safer in there. >> Other people present. Obviously, I'm not going to do anything. >> It would just make me feel more comfortable if you got a female deputy on scene. >> All right. Well, we don't run now. We're going to run you back. >> Well, sir, I really don't feel comfortable in this position without a female. >> Well, so you're going to assault me. You're going to touch me without my permission. >> That's what that is. >> Legally do my job. Okay. >> You are legally going to assault me and touch me without my permission. >> Can you stand up for me? >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Are you going to make us make you stand up? >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Don't touch me. You about to grow my [ __ ] Don't you doubt. [Music] >> Stop it. Stop it. >> Hey, you're touching my bow. He's trying to grab me. He's trying to get me out. Let me out. Let me out. Let me get her. All right. [Music] >> Any injuries? >> I'm good. >> You slap me in my face with your cough, you pigs. >> Grace, are you injured at all? >> Yes. >> All right, we'll call the medics. Your your wrist back to me. Grace, >> stop. >> He's going to adjust it. Stop moving. >> I got two grown men on top of me as a young girl. You are hurting me. >> Stop moving. >> You good? >> Stop. Stop moving. Stop. Calm down. Calm down. >> Calm down. You >> calm down. >> You bunch of >> calm down. Calm down. >> You got my one cuff. >> Calm down. >> That's a prank. >> I can't adjust my move. >> When you calm down, >> when you calm down, I can adjust it. Death on you. I wish you literally. I wish death on you. >> I can adjust it. >> All right. >> Stop. No time 301 was a 515. It's a everyone. >> I'm about to get the [ __ ] smack out of you and out of you. You >> psych. >> Okay. Are you going to calm down? >> Are you going to calm down? >> So, you're threatening me? >> Are you going to calm down? It's a question. Are you going to calm down? >> You might. >> Are you going to calm down? We're not going to get you up until we're comfortable. that you can remain calm. Okay. >> Well, if you have a target,000 >> in the >> I refuse to speak to you. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Which is fine. >> You still got a job to do. You good? Is that from her? >> I think that's from her. >> Okay. >> You bleeding anywhere? >> Yeah. She's got a cut on her face. >> On her face? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Your eyes. >> All right. Norm 301. Do we have medicine roll? You can advise for a psych >> and a female offender bleeding from the face >> and just document that there was a physical altercation with this subject. [Music] That's why my tarot card. >> Grace, breathe. Grace, >> calm down. Calm down through your nose and out your mouth. [Music] Calm down. We'll grab them. We'll grab them. Okay. >> Take a deep breath. >> Please, please take these evil men down. Lord, please. Please help me. Okay, just take a breath. >> You got to calm down. Okay, you have to calm down. >> I got them. I got them. I got them right here. >> He took them stop. [Music] Okay. All right. >> Don't worry. It's okay. Just take a >> Grace, you have to try to climb down. Okay, >> Grace. Take a deep breath. >> Focus on your breathing. All right. >> I know. >> How are you today? >> I'm a busy day. >> Sorry. You got to deal with this pettiness. >> You know, that's that's what we do. >> Thank you. >> Can Can we clear the door? No. >> We're going to we're going to put you on a cot. You have to stand up. Okay. >> When we stand you up, are you going to cooperate? >> Okay. We'll take care of it. We'll get him. >> Grace, >> we need your cooperation. Okay. [Music] Grace, we're glad to stand you up so we can do this. >> I need a girl. I need a girl. I need a girl. >> Oh my goodness. >> Listen to me. >> We got to pay. You can listen to us. I need >> Let's get her on one arm at a time. >> Lift up. Lift up. >> Roll to your side. >> There you go. Okay. Relax for one second. Just relax for one second. Okay. Just relax. >> All right. Can you walk over to the cat? >> We're going to get him. We're going to get him. Just take a seat right here. Okay. >> All right. Can you stretch out your legs for me? >> Thank you. >> Okay. Sit back. >> It's okay. girl. >> Here, I'm going to borrow that leg really quick. >> A little bit here. Just some just some straps for safety. I need a girl. >> We don't We don't have a woman paramedic available right now. Okay. >> Hey, what's your name? >> I need a girl. I need a girl. >> We don't have a female paramedic. I don't feel comfy. >> Let's go. I'm going to under cover. >> So, where did Who got struck where? >> Uh, didn't really I I don't think I really got struck. >> She just kind of slammed me backwards. She pushed her legs up totally against the wall, but >> I don't think she really struck me or anything. >> I'm trying to see if we need to charge her. That's why I'm >> Yeah, if anything, I'm I would think resisting at most didn'tly break. All right. >> The woman was arrested and charged with felony theft, resisting arrest and obstruction. Drop your >> Those are some good officers cuz they could have they could have really hemmed her up. You know, they could have definitely hung her hem hemmed her up as far as, you know, a use of force is concerned cuz they did have to do a use of force, but they said, you know, she didn't strike. You know, we're just going to do resisting or whatever. Like they I like those officers a lot. They It's Yeah, they were definitely definitely good. They're good. They They're They're good guys from what I could see. Um remember I said I think she's trying to talk herself into going to jail just because of her circumstances and and I stand by that. And then right after she's making a fuss about everything. You know, some people might say, "Well, she just wanted a female officer." Okay, fine. But she was making a fuss about everything. Even prior to that, the guy is like, "Hey, we're just going to give you a summon, whatever." Like, it's like every little thing, she was had a comeback. You know what I mean? Couldn't just shut up and do whatever. And then she probably gave a fake ID or fake name or whatever the case may be just because they couldn't find her. So that was a whole another issue, right? Because they would have just wrote up the little ticket or whatever and sent her on her way, but they can't even find her in the system. So, um, but yeah, so for those officers, man, I'm giving a five out of five. I think they were very professional. I think they they're not out there trying to hurt people. They got some compassion. um realized that she was homeless and they they could have charged her with a felony, but they tried to do another route, but she they had no choice. You know what I'm saying? Cuz she she wanted to act out. So, but initially they tried their best to, you know, get a lesser charge or whatever the case may be. So, I give a five out of five for them officers. Great job. Um anyways, how well do you think the officers did? Let me know in the comment section below and I'mma catch you on the next video. When I get in the mood, >> no time for the fakes. When you see me, I see you. No fac 2K. [ __ ] that get a [ __ ] lean.
