comfortable being searched in order to get records or do other business with my government I don't know how the courts would rule on this they very likely would side with the government but I think Fourth Amendment violation to subject everyone to a search when they want to enter City Hall there was so much other business that my colleagues needed to conduct though that I decided to just wait in always the same what changes is whether or not your particular government recognizes your rights I'm out here if your government does not recognize your rights then they will harm you if you exercise unlawfully arrest me they were going to work like hell for it I tried to consistently maintain a position where I always had an Escape Route I could have SW the the Plain View Doctrine applied to interactions or if you're upand cominging YouTuber and you want to do your own First Amendment audits a dash cam if you're driving you want to record your accidents that happen on the outside of the vehicle or if you get stopped by the police you need something to record on the inside as well and everyone needs a pocket size mini version of the United States Constitution the link to all these believed him when they made their way back out to the lobby like a little child I ran up to Ron called him dad and told him that Sergeant Falco had threatened to arrest me daddy this guy said he was going to arrest me if I did that that's right I snitched to my daddy Sergeant Falco admitted that he was wrong and apologized that window I managed to do that right there you read the sign no I didn't read the sign give it back to you if you're not you can't Point your camera towards that window daddy this guy said he was going to arrest me if I did that F Falco he said he was going to arrest me he's not nobody's going to arrest me for being in a public area recording into a publicly no FAL FAL said he would view doctor cops know well so so you learned different all right thank you guys can can you go in there and take these these signs down right here this right here is not I then snitched to the sergeant about the female security guard swatting at my camera multiple times and asked him to tell her not to swat at my camera again can can you tell her not not to SW at my camera anymore can you tell her that is she en I'm sorry can you say it she didn't hear you don't anymore but I'm of James James uh Freeman videos man this was this was hilarious between everything from you know telling them the shush and and the way that they talk and you know what I like that they all come as a
