All right, you here for the city police? >> I don't know, yet. >> So, I was trying to do a follow-up on my last call. >> Okay. Well, my son, he is >> [clears throat] >> He He just turned 18, and he's been fighting mental problems since like 20 23. >> Okay. >> He's on medication. >> Mhm. >> He came down here to live with his dad for temporarily. I come down here to like I do visit and stuff, and my son come out there, face all messed up. Well, not messed up. And I'm like, "What's going on?" He like, "Basically, today I got mad cuz he didn't take his medicine, took it upon himself, and manhandled him." Why is you manhandling my baby, and he's on medication? That's not cool. >> Yeah. >> So, I'm just doing the right thing. >> Okay. >> You want my child to the police station? That's not right. >> Uh what is your son's capability level? So, he's 18, he's not like at the the mindset of like a 5-year-old or anything like He's like he's 18, he's 18. >> It be It be in and out. >> Okay. >> In and out, if you know what I mean. >> Yeah, I get you. I just wasn't sure as far as uh what's going No diagnosis or >> I guess my husband got mad cuz he didn't take the medicine right then and there. >> Okay. >> So, my son was telling him, "I'mma take it, but I'mma take it, you know, before I go to bed." Cuz that's when he usually take it, before he goes to go to bed. >> Yeah. >> My whole thing is, like I told my husband, "Why you didn't pick up the phone and just call me, his mom? Why you didn't call my my uh sister? You know, she got guardianship over him, too. Like, why you didn't call somebody before you took it upon yourself to put your hands on him?" >> Yeah. Yeah, okay. What was your husband saying about the whole incident? >> No, he was just saying uh he he get loud with me, and get especially with me, okay? He's going He's fighting mental problems. >> [clears throat] >> I go through the same thing with him, but that don't give me the right to touch him, is what I'm saying. >> Okay. >> You know? That's all like And this is like the second, third time. >> Not really? >> Yeah. And I keep asking like not touching because you know this this boy is fighting mental problems he can people with mental problems can do something. Crazy. I won't sit there and provoke somebody that's on medication. I'm saying that my phone is right there because you never know. >> Yeah, I got you. Can I forget to talk to Jordan then? >> You know, my take on things >> [clears throat] >> you know, I I think parents you know, do have the right to get their kids together. You know what I mean? In certain circumstances. This ain't one of them. Okay? And if he's special needs, come on now. What what what the hell? You know, and not only that he's 18. This ain't like this is a you know, a little kid that you trying to you know, do like you know what I mean? Whatever. You know what I'm saying. Okay? You know what I'm saying. But this kid is 18. You know, over some medications or whatever you at times like that you have to be able to come up with creative ways to get kids to take medications and stuff like that or whatever. You know, maybe put it in their food or whatever chop it up you know, some something. If you know that he's he's not always going to take it or anything anything like that or whatever. But yeah, as far as getting your kid together, this is not one of those reasons. Okay? You you got to No, no, hell no. You got to come up with a better way to handle your child cuz that's not the answer right there. >> I'm taking Jordan also out the house in the police department. >> I'm doing good. >> So what happened over there at the house? >> Okay, so I got the medication here. >> Yeah. >> I could I take before I go to sleep. >> Mhm. >> Was your dad trying to make you take the medication or something? >> Yeah. And uh he uh So basically he gave me the pill. >> Mhm. >> But I take it before I go to sleep and uh I tried to walk off and he just started putting his hands on me. >> Okay. Then can you describe how he was putting putting his hands on you? >> Like Okay. >> So like punching, smacking, kicking? >> All of all of all of all of it. >> All of it? >> Yeah. I would say can I demonstrate Like You Basically all of it. >> I I know what you mean. Um >> [snorts] >> I I guess like so the whole medication portion and then he started putting his hands on you. Like what happened first? Can you describe the physical portion of things? >> [snorts] >> Um so um all right. So I'm about to like he did like Like He started like I don't I don't know what he did but he either punched my head or like choked me to the ground. Choked me onto the floor and started like beating me. >> So he's like beating you on the on the ground? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, come on. Over some medication. Come on, man. That's not No. No. We we we can't support that. You got Come on, man. You got a special needs kid. You know, you could tell something ain't You know, he ain't all the way there but you know, you don't do that. No, not like that. Mhm. That's That's nasty work, man. Nasty work. >> Do you have any injuries or anything from Do you feel hurt or you feel like you need to go to the hospital get checked out? >> A little bit of pain but it ain't >> Is it okay if I Is it okay if I look at the side of your head? Yeah, I think I actually see something. And abrasion or is it I think a knot. >> Is it Is it like big? >> Uh yeah, it's right about a quarter or so. Maybe. >> You're going to jail. >> Probably about like that big, maybe. Where I can see uh like through your first layer of skin where it's kind of pink and bloody. Does anywhere else hurt? >> No, just Uh-uh. >> Okay. Do you want to fill out a written statement for me telling me what exactly happened? >> It was a >> Are you Are you able to write anything? >> Yeah, I I can see you still. >> You can I probably even maybe have mom help you out if that's okay. >> All right. >> Okay. Does anywhere else hurt? Anything on this like your forehead or your your cheeks or your nose or anything? >> No. >> Just the side. Just that side right here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Shout out mom. You know what I mean? See, people may think I just get on the ladies and Yeah, he's misogynistic. Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever. All right. Whatever. Oh, he hates women. No, no, whatever. You whatever. Think what you want, but shout out mom, man. Shout out mom. She did the right thing, man. She did the right thing. You don't Like I said, you know, parents I do think they have the right to, you know, whatever. But, it has to be justifiable. Like that's not That's not a reason That's not a situation where you beat on your kid because of that. Like that You know, and like I said, there's a Like I said in other videos, there's a difference between like a spanking, you know, and abuse. Okay? There's a big difference. Nah, that that's No. So, shout out mom. She did the right thing. I'm I'm I'm supporting mom on this one. >> And not on the right side of his head, it's like sort of abraised where it looks like like the top layer of skin was kind of taken off. So, you can kind of see it's like pinkish like It's not like bleeding, but that sort of thing. And he's saying nothing else hurts. It's just the right side of his head. And he's still kind of like struggling sort of with the statement, but he basically said like, you know, dad put hands on me. But I need more than that. Has to be detailed. Um but he was saying that like dad went to like punch inside the head and then like maybe like choked and took him down to the ground and then like continued punching him. >> Yeah, he's having mental problems, so he's not his statement not going to be as clear as it supposed to be. >> Yeah, and that's what I'm That's what I'm trying to work through and trying to understand. So I try to ask him a couple different ways. So I mean, I think I kind of get the just the just of the situation. Um would you be willing to try and help him out with filling a written statement as far as like saying exactly what happened? Okay. I'll go grab one then. I see the nature of the complaint uh the state is going to make you uh mandate me to make an arrest on this. So I think I have probable cause, physical injuries on your son, as well as a statement. So I'm going to go back to your house, talk to your husband, and get his side of the story, but more than likely unless he has physical physical injuries as well, more than likely I'm going to take your husband uh >> Yeah, they both do cuz he didn't let me off of him. Also, I mean, you know, getting him off of him. >> I got you. Jordan, I'm going to take some pictures of of your face, okay? Uh do your Anything on your hands or arms hurt or anything? >> No. >> Okay. Let's uh I'll get some pictures here. >> Yeah, I'm going to take some pictures. I mean, look at the pictures from the other scars from when my brother he had something before. >> Picture of you, Okay. And nothing else hurts, Jordan? Okay. Um your mom's going to help you with the the statement here later on. I'm going to go back to the back to your guys's house and talk to dad. >> Okay. All I heard was my daughter saying, "What happened to your hand?" And "What happened to your eye?" or something like that. I heard my little daughter saying that to my husband, but I was so relieved when I ended up taking him off of her. >> Did uh Was your daughter there also? Okay, so >> got here. >> Okay. so >> just got >> So it would have been uh So it would have been your husband at the house as well as Jordan that would have been it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You want to talk to him? >> Excuse me, Jordan. Hey Hey Mike, can you step out for me, buddy? Hey Chris, can you come here with me real quick? I just don't Can you come here with me real quick? I got to ask you a couple things real quick. So investigating claim about some possible domestic issues. Did you have any anything happen between you and your son earlier? >> Yeah, I had a little scuffle. Little scuffle. >> Okay. So he has injuries on the side of his head. So you have to kind of walk me through >> So you got what? >> He's got some Sorry about the dog. He's got injuries on the side of his head. So we have to need a little bit more. But before we go any further, okay? I'm going to Go ahead. Hey hang on. I'm I'm >> Hold on. >> As I'm going to advise you of your Miranda rights. >> No, not yet. >> Okay. I'm going to advise you of your Miranda rights. At this point in time you had the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand your rights, sir? >> Yeah. >> Okay, do you still wish to speak to me about the allegation of the domestic domestic domestic portion between you and your son? >> I mean I can, yeah. >> Okay. Um so the way I was talking with Crystal and Jordan, it sounds like he you were trying to get his medications. He didn't want to take them like right now. >> Right. >> said somebody was going to take them later on. Can we step around outside and maybe get out of sight of the dog. Try to get out of sight of the dog that way maybe he'll stop barking, but Um >> Come here, bro. >> So he didn't want to take his medications like right then and there. Uh so then just kind of walk me through what happened from that point. I know he had some mental issues and that sort of thing. >> at that point I was telling him to give me the medicine back. >> Okay, was it like a just loose pills or was it in >> It was just one little pill. >> Okay. >> So I'm just telling him to give me give it back to me. He want to give it back. >> That's right. >> I give it back, he jumped up, you know, sticking his chest out. >> Mhm. >> You know, he really being aggressive, and I'm I'm being real humble, you know. >> I I see you got an injury on your eye. I don't know. >> Yeah. Yeah. He got me good. >> Okay. Oh, man. I didn't know. >> YEAH. >> OH, NO. HOLD UP. >> [laughter] >> HOLD UP. NAH. Time out. Time out. Yo. His son got him together, boy. Hold up. Hold up. >> [laughter and gasps] >> Hold up. See, yeah, like like the mom was saying, she said you know, they both have injuries. Um you know, cuz he was defending himself. That's what mom said. But, then earlier, mom also said, you know, "Hey, you know, you know, kids with people with mental problems, they're liable to do anything, and I wouldn't want to provoke him." Right? She said that earlier. She said something to that effect earlier. And that that stuck with me. I was like, "Mhm, yeah, she right." Cuz we see what be going on. These They not be They don't be wrapped too tight. And you know, and we see, you know, uh people carrying out uh heinous acts, you know, and stuff like that. But, now that we see what the son did to the dad, boy, you better play it real cool. He 18. You not disciplined in nothing [laughter] around here. He said Got him right. Oh, no. Now, that's that that boy. Oh, man. Yeah, boy. Woo. >> There. >> Yeah. >> So, he jumped up, puffed his chest out, and just Then, what else happened? >> Right. He just I I think I probably touched his chest like, "Give me the pill." I didn't push him or nothing. >> Okay. >> And you know, he just got aggressive. He got to swinging, and we just got to fight. >> Okay. >> That's all it was. >> Got you. Uh yeah, Jordan was was saying that like he was punched on the side of the head and then like grabbed my shirt and like more or less like took me out of the ground and then like punched me on top. >> I had to restrain him. >> Yeah. >> Cuz he was he was going ham. >> Got you. >> You know, I had to restrain >> Which you can see. He got more injuries than the kid. And I ain't going to lie. >> restrain him and I sat on top of him just to calm him down. >> Okay. Is it okay if I take photos of your injury, sir? >> Yeah, you can. >> Okay. Do you need a squad or any kind of medical service? >> Uh no, I didn't clean it up and put some Neosporin. That's why I saw it. >> Yeah, I see that. I see >> Hey, you got that eye good, man. >> Yeah, he >> You sure you don't want no squad or nothing? >> No, I'm >> I'm trying not to shine this in your eye. >> I cleaned it up pretty good. >> Oh, wow. Yeah, he tore you up. >> Mhm. I got some more >> Nailed. He got nailed, don't he? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Hey, will you tell your mom to come here, please? Is that your mom? Crystal? Uh is there anybody else inside the house as well? >> Uh my son, my other son is in >> My brother's in >> Was he also here um Did he see anything that happened between >> Yeah, he seen everything. >> So I'll say if he wouldn't mind talking to me, that would also help me as well. >> Right. >> Uh how did how did the altercation like ultimately stop? >> I [snorts] I sat on top of him and I restrained him. >> Okay. >> And I told him to take his medicine. You know, he finally took it and then I just let him up. >> Okay. >> Cuz I was he he Like I said, he was he was very aggressive. >> Yeah. >> Very aggressive. Like >> Did he like seem to mellow out after that? >> Uh Yeah, he mellowed out. >> I wonder what the kid what the other what the brother going to say because that would be a independent person cuz I mom wasn't there, right? Or I can't remember if she was there, whatever. But it's it's them and I want to see what the other what the brother got to say because if the brother side with pops, pops is JACKED UP, BOY. >> [laughter] >> IT'S NOT FUNNY, BUT DAMN, MAN. >> YEAH. >> You You can set your pop up there. I'll get you. >> Mhm? >> You set your pop up here for a statement? >> Yep. >> So, you were showing active warrant for your arrest for disorderly conduct. Apparently, an FTA warrant. >> What's that? >> I got your phone. >> Okay. >> Hey, hang on. Hey, hang Hey, hang on. Hang on. Hang on. >> Okay, wait. It's my sister. It's my sister. >> we're going to affect your arrest right now. >> let her know. >> Okay. Okay, just >> What What What is the arrest for? >> Relax. It's an FTA FTA warrant for disorderly conduct. It's back from 2022. She has a warrant. >> From the uh Sam's Club, I guess. >> That what it is, Sam's Club? >> Yeah. Yeah, with the lady Saturday. Crazy. >> Yeah. So, we have to We have to obviously deal with that. Now, I'll deal with the the issue with your son. Is your other son inside the house as well? Okay, do you have anything any weapons or anything like that on your on your person? >> my phone. I can't call my sister. >> Yes. Put her on speaker phone, that way you can just tell her. >> He here with the keys. They talking to him. They taking me from the uh the warrant I had from the Sam's Club with the lady. Uh Luzi, I guess just call him. >> So, where is my brother? >> They They talking to him. He He straight. He straight. It's me the one that had the warrant, Duzie. I'm okay. It's not no warrant like that, bro. I did >> Like $200 >> have no I guess it's >> Sorry. Under $300 and you're out. >> It's under $300. You hear me out. >> It is. >> Okay. Well, I'mma call you, Duzie, in a little >> Okay. >> Let me get take care of this cuz I was supposed to been took care of it. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Now, that's taking accountability. I must say, I like this chick. I ain't going to lie. I ain't going to lie. I like this chick. I like the way she handling things. She taking accountability, you know, "A's from this, that. I should have been taking care of it." You know, "Whatever, whatever." She's She's pretty She's been pretty cool. She's been pretty cool. I like this chick. She, you know, I I I got nothing bad to say. Nothing bad to say about her. >> All right, man. Just have a seat for me. >> Is they going to get the lady, too? >> What lady? >> The lady I got in the tool with. They need to go get her, too. >> I I don't know. >> She the one She the one getting in my face. >> I don't know who the lady is. I just happened to see the warrant pop up on you, so please >> called the police on each other. >> Did you? Okay. >> Yeah, but I guess I'm I'm the one that showed up because I don't be a fair person. I I did show up. >> It's It's nothing. It's nothing major. It's under $300 to bond you out. >> accountability. >> Yeah. And court in the morning at 9:00 and should be pretty well pretty well smooth sailing there, so just bear with me. I'll get you ran down there. Um really as far as the domestic issue between you and your son, like I understand your bit of it and I also kind of understand his, but that's a very rough situation. >> Yeah, this this has been rough. These last few years since that happened, it's been very rough. >> Is it maybe you're going to have to be a Actually, I'm going to give you a card. We'll give you guys a card. >> Right. >> Um so I'm not really sure why he took his stance on it. But, right when I was trying to talk to you, he straight out and pointed at you and said you abuse him, so I don't know where that came from, but are you guys going to be okay for the rest of the >> I'm cool. >> Okay. >> I'm about to chill. I'm about to I'm about to actually walk my dog. That's what I'm about to do. >> As Jordan going to be okay? So, your other son is here as well. >> Yeah. He going to be okay. >> Okay. >> So, yeah, what I'm worried about is when he finds out Mom had to go. Well, that's what I'm worried about. >> Does he Does Jordan really necessarily need to know that Mom is going to jail because of a warrant? Um if you have intentions of bonding her out >> Yeah, I'm going to bond. >> I would say within 45 minutes or so, she'll be booked in and and you'll be ready to be able to post bond and get her out. >> Y'all running to the store. I'm going to leave it at that. She's already in the car. >> Right. >> Yep. >> Yeah. Cuz that way it doesn't cause any more issues possibly for you tonight. Um I'm pretty sure he went in anyway like a while ago, so. Um she wanted to talk to you though. >> Okay. They said about 45 minutes I was going to >> you call me back you make it up to I'll be ready. >> Okay. I'll call you back. >> And I'll tell the jail staff too cuz they usually can't wait for people to get bonded out. Makes it easier on them, so. >> All right. Thank you. >> Yeah, thank you. >> The woman was arrested and charged with outstanding warrants. Drop your opinion >> Yeah, I like I honestly the more that this went on I understand all angles, man. I really do. I really understand all angles and then getting the side of the father of what's going on um I understand his side too, man. I feel like everyone did a great job. Everyone. I I feel like, you know, the son and the mom they have their version of what happened. You know, the father has his version of what happened. The cops took both sides. They understand both sides. Um the lady getting roped up in stuff that happened years ago. Her taking accountability. I mean it is what it is, you know. It is what it is. Um but I think everyone played their part and did and did a great job, man. I ain't going to lie. I I I can't even I can't sway one way or the other. They're dealing with a child that has the special needs. You know, that had that had some issues. Um you know, the father trying to do his best. Trying to take his meds. Now, you know, but if the child gets aggressive, I mean cuz the child did jack him up, like, you know, so and he was on it he was like, "Hey, how did this end up stopping?" I sat on him and he eventually took his medication and he he mellowed out after that. Like, it's like the cops they understand, you know, you're not dealing with a kid that's right. You know, this is just a cluster [ __ ] man, honestly. >> Looking for answers as the world goes by. What's in my reality to squeeze? The craziest [music] moments that you've ever seen.
