Contraband what if you had illegal Contraband in your vehicles and you guys are city employees don't you think the public should be in on that don't you think it's their right to know what you got in your personal vehicles while you're over here parked at the correctional facility doing the people's work we're looking in my vehicle though and record anything I can see from a public eye see y'all that these cops have seen these kind of videos you think they'd be ready for us but they're not and they just make themselves look bad every time they open their traps this guy is on in a public on a public property and he's recording everything in public you can't trespass the eyes it's it's just as simple as one two three but somehow you would have to just you would have to pay a normal person not to get it it's almost like they're in intentionally ignorant on what their own laws are what you need to do is not get off this property yes you do this is this is public area no where's the science I do not see not one sign I did not see one sign restrict in this area if there's no signs restricted in an area as public property we're allowed to walk on that property so y'all don't know the law very well see this is what we're out here to do is to educate oh that's the last thing a law enforcement officer wants to hear I'm here to educate you that is a death blow to any law guy giving them directives telling them what he can and can't do telling him he's got to leave the property I don't see much niceness here was I raising my voice was I being belligerent I'm walking off the property and if I am moving that direction I'm moving that direction yes this is public property it's public property as far as you can go this guy right here is the classic Backwoods cop I mean look at him man extremely out of shape I don't know I don't know if this guy's super taller This Guy's super short of what the deal is here but this guy right here Takes the Cake when they hired these people were they just trying go trying to go out of their way to scrape the bottom of the barrel because this is a correctional facility which makes it public property no oh my god when you start dealing with Correctional Facilities you are dealing with a restricted do people come do people we gotta came back don't erase that because I'm going to get that footage and if you erase that that is a felony against you don't erase that I'm gonna get that footage I'm gonna get that footage public property who were we disturbing hey did I get anybody out here did I tell all these people to come out here and say something to us did I ask anybody to come out here he was looking in our private Vehicles that's the First Amendment that's the cherry on the top right there do you have a press for your freedoms and the freedoms of all Americans but ironically and pathetically you're fighting for the freedoms of these people right here who are trying to take your freedoms away from jail from watched and then other people go now let's bring this conversation around the first amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise it protects freedom of speech the Press assembly and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances the second amendment gives citizens the right to bear arms looks like you need a refresher read corrupt cops corrupt cops everywhere have you Southern folks learned the law and the Constitution Way Down Yonder your deputies and jail Personnel are some of the worst informed folks regarding the law I've ever seen Sheriff what are you going to do to fix this situation perhaps additional training on First Amendment rights public property Plainview doctor de-escalation
