I'll gladly just speak to a sergeant.
Okay, you're you're going to get out of
the car. He's intimidating me in a
tactic to where he's too aggressive.
Look, he's hand Why does have Why does
he have his hand on his weapon? Why does
he have his hand on his weapon? Why does
he have his hand on his weapon? Why does
he have his hand on his weapon? Is that
That's That's intimidation.
Welcome back to the Vambellian channel,
guys. Today we head to California where
this guy, who I'm sure you all remember
from this video where he got arrested
and lost his Lamborghini SUV to the
impound lot. Well, he finally got picked
up on that bench warrant I reported on
in a community post a couple of weeks
ago while driving said Lamborghini again
without legal plates by the very same
deputy who arrested him the last time,
but not before he attempts the script
and plays the victim a little. Right,
let's get into the video.
Who told you to stop me and call me out
of my first name and say that I have a
warrant when you don't even know me
personally? That means you're t
personally I've arrested you. You don't
know me personally. You're you're a
public servant that's harassing me.
Eastwood, like I said in the intro, this
is literally the same deputy who pulled
you over and arrested you back in
January. So, of course, he knows who you
are and the vehicle you drive. Who else
would be stupid enough to drive a
Lamborghini SUV with a private plate?
Are you going to get out of the car? I
need a lieutenant. Please. You're not
going to get a lieutenant. You're going
to get a sergeant. Who's the sergeant
going to be? The same sergeant that's on
the federal lawsuit that it's been named
in. Uh, no. Eastwood. I don't know
anything about all that. Eastwood. I'm
not I'm not complying until I have a
sergeant. Please. A sergeant? I I I'll
gladly just speak to a sergeant. Okay.
You're probably going to get out of the
car. I'd like to speak to a sergeant,
please. If demanding a sergeant didn't
work for you the last time, what makes
you think it's going to work this time?
You know, doing things over and over
again and expecting different results is
a sign of something because you are
harassing me right now, sir. I'm not
harassing you. Yes, you are harassing
me. I'm not. You are harass. I'm not a
US citizen. I'm not under your
jurisdiction. I'm just a national. Go
down that road again. I'm telling you
you have an active warrant for your for
what? I already told you. I'm not
telling you again. Failure to present a
license is not a crime, Eastwood. That's
that's not even a crime. It's vehicle
code 12951B. If you have a license in
your possession, you fail to present it
to a police officer, then it is a
misdemeanor.
What did he stutter? He said, California
Vehicle Code
12951B, the driver of a motor vehicle
shall present his or her license for
examination upon demand of a peace
officer enforcing the provisions of this
code. Claiming harassment and
threatening law enforcement with
frivolous lawsuits does not stop the law
applying to you.
Eastwood, if you're compelling me to
have a license because all you're going
to do is pull me over and harass me like
this, then that's that's not a crime,
sir. That's that's just targeting you
nicely to get out of the car.
Eastwood, this is harassment. Please
stop harassing me. I'm all I'm asking to
do is speak to a sergeant. Okay, well
that's fine. Get out of the car. All I'm
asking All I'm asking to do is speak to
a sergeant, you and he's on the way, so
get out of the car. I don't feel I I
don't feel safe with you. Okay. Well,
everything's on camera, so there's no I
don't trust But I don't trust you.
You're already saying that you're making
stuff up. I'm not making anything up. I
pulled you over for t uh license. Oh. Uh
and because you have a warrant. You got
no front plate. You have You have some
tint and you have a warrant. You're just
making stuff up. You're making stuff up
as you go, Eastwood. I am

not. I've sent in paperwork. You guys
have received that
paperwork. All of this is valid. Okay.
The sergeant's here.
Sergeant, this Mr. Mark has missing your
warrant.
Mr. McKoff, can I speak to you, please?
Cuz this this gentleman right here is
named in a federal lawsuit and he's
harassing me. Sure. Anything about that?
He said, can I can I can I just say my
sentence? Absolutely. He said he knew my
name before he even pulled me over,
which means he's literally targeting me.
He's named in a federal lawsuit right
now with Judge Wesley Sue. And there's
actually an exparte injunction and
restraining order against this guy.
There's literally, if you just Google Ke
Kevin Walker versus Chad Biano, you'll
see there is literally a restraining
order against him. So, he's violating
the restraining order by even speaking
to me because of this very harassing
nature that he keeps going. What you
mean? a temporary restraining order that
doesn't exist because the court denied
your request on the 16th of April. That
temporary restraining order. Also, if
you're delusional enough to think filing
a frivolous trillion dollar lawsuit
against the sheriff will prevent him,
his deputies, or any other law
enforcement agency from enforcing the
law under the 10th amendment of the
Constitution, then you're more stupid
than you look. He said he said he pulled
me over because I didn't have front
plate. I didn't have tent. Oh, no.
Actually, you have a a warrant for He
literally is targeting me. No, I told
you I was working the stop sign. I
pulled someone over about 5 minutes
prior to pulling you over. I'm just
doing enforcement at the stop sign. I
saw you come through the stop sign. I
recognized your vehicle. See, he rec He
recognized my vehicle. I know you have a
warrant for your arrest. And as well, I
noticed when you went by, you have no
front plate. Somehow he knew I Somehow
he knows I have an alleged warrant for
the arrest for the sake. No, not an
alleged warrant. A bonafide verifiable
bench warrant likely issued because you
either failed to appear or you did that
thing where you attended call but you
refused to acknowledge your name. A bit
like you're doing now. Also, you really
need to learn the difference between
proactive police work and harassment.
Hold on. Your name's Kevin, right? My
name is Kevin. Okay. Hey, I'm Sergeant
McCall for Sheriff's Department. Yes,
sir. All right. I'm in fear of my safety
right now cuz this that gentleman and
that's why I'm here. Okay. So, my deputy
noticed that you had a a vehicle code
violation. He initiated a stop. He said,
and then he was also aware that you have
a warrant for arrest. How does he know I
have an alleged warrant, sir? Okay. My
my dispatch confirmed the warrant. So,
what I need you to do is I need you to
step out of the vehicle so that way you
can get uh your warrant dealt with.
Okay. What's the warrant for? Uh the
vehicle code violation. Well, 951B. I've
told you this four times now. Four
times. You see the attitude, sir? I'm
I'm trying to have a course of
conversation cuz you guys you guys are
trying to kidnap me right now. I don't
think I would call repeating questions I
already know the answer to denying
reality. They're making ludicrous claims
you're being kidnapped a cordial
conversation.
No, we're not. You have a warrant for
your arrest. So, we just need you to
step out of the vehicle so that way we
can deal with your war. And what would
be dealing with it? Okay. Well, you're
probably either going to get cited or
arrested. Either way, it leads to an
arrest. I need you to survive out of the
vehicle for me, Kevin. Okay. Can I call
my my attorney or my father or? You'll
have the opportunity to contact your
attorney once you're under arrest. Plot
twist. His father is actually Squeak,
the soft guru who coaches his client all
the way to that inevitable window bust.
He about to break my back window.
Squeak. Break your bro back window. Bro,
the back window. Now he's busting in.
I'm being kidnapped, sir. I'm getting
ready to break the front window. Hey,
now you're about to break the other
window. And I'm going to be under arrest
for not giving you a license that I
don't want. You're compelling me under
color of law, sir. The California
vehicle code. If you're an operating
motor vehicle in California, you need to
have a driver's license. Deputy MC, how
do you how do I pronounce that? It's
Sergeant McAff. Yep. Are you aware of
the Constitution, sir? I am. And and and
I've I've been through this many times
before. Are you aware of the
Constitution? says the guy conveniently
ignoring the amendment that gives these
deputies the authority to do exactly
what they're doing right now. What you
need to do is I need you to step out of
the vehicle. So I just want to know are
you telling me that I have to under
color of law regardless have a driver's
license? If you're going to operate a
vehicle in California, you have to have
a valid driver's license. Yes. So do me
a favor and step out of the vehicle for
us. You're not you're not conducting any
duties because this gentleman has
already confirmed Kevin. Deputy I have
the right to ask a question, don't I? Of
course you do. So, so you're so so so
just but once I'm out the vehicle, you
guys aren't going to listen. You're
going to put me wherever you're going to
put me and you're gonna just you're
gonna silence me. So, I'm trying to get
this out on camera now because because
because there's a federal lawsuit that's
already active. Filing a frivolous
federal lawsuit against law enforcement
for trying to hold you accountable for
breaking laws derived from the 10th
amendment of the Constitution is
hypocrisy at its finest.
that regardless what your lost it is,
you have no front plate. You have
dispatch has verified that you have an
active warrant within California.
I need you to step out of the vehicle
for us. Can I finish my question, sir?
No. We're past that. I I need you to
step out of the vehicle for us. I don't
feel safe with this guy. By not coming
out of the vehicle, you will be in
violation of 148 of the penal code. I'm
not saying I'm not going to come out.
I'm just trying to act. I'm telling you,
he is he's he's he's intimidating me in
a tactic to where he's too aggressive.
Look, he's has his hand Why does he have
Why does he have his hand on his weapon?
Why does he have his hand on his weapon?
Why does he have his hand on his weapon?
Why does he have his hand on his weapon?
Where his hand is at? That's That's
intimidation. Because he is watching
while I am speaking with you. There's
nobody in the car but me. Kevin,
delaying, distracting, and playing the
victim is not going to make that bench
warrant go away. You know, Kevin,
if you do not get out of the vehicle,
you are going to be charged with 148 of
the California Pel Code. It's
obstructing, resisting, delaying a peace
officer. I need you to step out of the
vehicle now. If you do not, it is going
to be an additional charge instead of
just dealing with your warrant and your
vehicle code
violation. So, do me a favor. Step out
of the vehicle for me. You guys are
crazy,
man. I'm only doing this under threat
and duress and your literal coercion.
Okay? Come on out for us. All right. So
that's where he cut the video, but he
was arrested and taken to jail.
Hopefully they impounded his vehicle
again as well. Of course, on his
release, he posted a video where he
double and tripled down and vowed to
make the deputies pay in federal court
with a second lawsuit and hundreds of
years in prison. I'll keep an eye on
this case, so check the description of
this video for updates and or check my
community posts. Right, thank you so
