officer by trying to explain their
stupid american state national paperwork
and they do all this while holding up
the line of cars behind them at the
border checkpoint

yeah get ready for this because they are
not talking about real passports and
this completely stumps the immigration
should officer

american state national potentials we're
in the process of
change status from citizens in national
nationality california
you
should be able to scan the back and
it'll tell you everything you want to
know
we do have new passports coming but they
haven't shown up yet that will where
california we're from san diego
you don't have a driver's license for
california
we we do have well
yeah i mean
that should have everything on if you
scan your daughter
i have documents for her too we have a
baby bead for her that we filed to claim
her for our own
do you want me to flip to it
can you hold it everybody needs yeah we
all have documents we do
and um these are for the from the land
recording system that's a an american
system of recording our
information so everybody can see it
and we've actually we've noticed you
guys too we sent uh paperwork about our
status to their customs office here this
is makani's um baby deed means that
she's our property
no no she is not children cannot be
considered your property under any
circumstances
they just blurt it out without any
embarrassment or understanding of what
it means it's so scary they really do
believe all this nonsense so much so
that they are willing to put their child
at such a disadvantage
let's hope that when this kid grows up
they realize how crazy their parents
really are and rectify things
oh does she have a birth certificate she
does but that actually means she's the
u.s
property and she's our property we've
changed her status also
yeah we're
so that's the birth certificate that
gives us the right to claim or our
property okay no yeah i understand okay
cool just need um
citizenship so no we're not citizens
though of the us
no we're we've
repatriated as americans on our own land
and soil
we're at
california in california yeah san diego
we live right across the state of
california not in the united states no
the state of is uh part of the u.s um
corporation corporation
no california and the united states are
not corporations in the same way that
starbucks and walmart are you just don't
understand the word corporation
i can't believe you are willing to
jeopardize your kids future for these
stupid beliefs
so california state is where we live
and where where we um are claiming our
rights in the soil yeah
so the state of california it's very
interesting county of san diego is not
san diego county
we are assembling san diego county
we have assembly this is makani's dear

and those are actually all the papers we
filed that you can look up with our
cards

curious about what the state of
california is
it's good education

so when you're leaving the country
and you come back
to the country
you present documents to obtain
citizenship or not obtain citizenship
but
to show what your citizenship is i don't
recognize the american state national
social citizenship
when i went through my academy yeah
learning my immigration law i was never
told about this right they don't want
anybody to know
because we have actual rights what was
that
oh they don't want anyone to know of
course
as soon as they come up against reality
and their paperwork and id cards fail
it's not because they're fake it's
because of the conspiracy yeah right
the federation of america this is this
is actually claiming nationals instead
of citizenship so you are
we are american state citizens of
america the actual america
so
it's very confusing and we've we've been
we've done a lot of research on this
i don't think facebook rabbit hulls and
purchasing sovereign citizen packages
and fake passports count as research but
you are right about one thing it is
confusing
none of your made-up terms mean anything
apart from american nationals and even
that term has been hijacked from the
legitimate american nationals
we do have passports coming but they're
they're supposed to be here
for the united states but they we're not
claiming sorry go ahead it will be on
there as a okay
sure went through my academy okay i'm
not saying anything about your guys's
right no i like your mission or whatever
your belief system is
if you're not claiming us citizenship
then i can't let you into the country
without going to secondary and having an
interview before huh that's really
interesting
one way or the other you know you know
what i mean i'm not
i wasn't
talking about this
yeah i understand we thought this might
be confusing
if you two can't even agree where you
are from then how do you expect this
immigration officer to know what you are
talking about
we're waiting for passports right now
our old passports call us a citizen but
we have changed and the status has
changed to
you it would be either a
u.s foreign national that's one of the
terms that the u.s uses
uh it's not necessarily an american
national they us calls it other
types of national and that's where it
gets confusing because they
the u.s doesn't want you to

leave citizenship
does that make sense to you
they don't want you to renounce
citizenship yet they offer a way for you
to enhance citizenship
that makes sense
and that way is the only way to stop
being a u.s citizen and it means leaving
the united states
and if you are struggling to make sense
of all this then how do you expect the
immigration officer to make sense of it

something to declare no nothing at all

and where are you guys going today
we live in spring valley
the purpose of your trip to mexico what
was it
we just went down to do a little surfing
yeah
you're not surfing you're traveling from
point a to point b using the common
waves on a surfboard shaped object
get it right
so anyway next time we should have our
passports by then so we won't have to do
this headache but it'll stay still won't
say citizen so hopefully they'll be able
to scan it because you can scan
passports right yeah

i don't recognize them nor does
it won't bring up any documents
uh
huh
what a surprise but even if it did scan
it would only take him to an annavon
rights associate website which would
only confuse the situation further
sorry for this
confusion i'll get a hold of them when i
get back and see what's up with that
i i just am curious about one thing do
you guys go by agents or officers
this is a well-known thing by the
military and everybody that is uh
completely
you know nothing against
our own government just putting
putting in place our rightful
government
this one this gives us a little more
rights to tell you the truth
how is it possible to have more rights
than you have already how can a
sovereign citizen website not connected
to any government agency get you more
rights
that doesn't make any sense
i know i'm sorry we should have waited
for the passport really held up your
line today it's a really long line today
too oh my gosh
well that's what you guys excel at you
enjoy wasting the time of government
officials and you don't mind dragging
innocent members of the public into your
absurd pantomime
but i think it's really interesting
about the state of california really
check that out if you're interested
because
it's been um franchised out a bunch of
times they're all incorporated and they
because
we may be the first but i think there's
more to come just to let you know
and you might want to do it i mean
i think you can
i don't know
i work for the us government already but
that's okay you can still work for them
and have your rights
it's interesting just
that's a good question let's see how
they answer that one i'm sure it won't
descend into something stupid like
they're hiding your rights from you
we well i don't know how about you being
an officer but us as citizens when we
were citizens we don't actually get to
do our constitutional rights you're an
employee basically
it's really bizarre if you look into it
and find it it might be hard to find it
because they bury it online give them a
card

she's all kinds of affidavits and stuff
it's fascinating
well that's not a word i would use to
describe her misleading and delusional
are the two words that spring to mind
when describing annavon writes a
self-proclaimed judge who set up common
law courts and common law grand juries
she also claims the federal state and
local governments are illegitimate she
though is totally legit of course
i'm really curious what's going to
happen when we cross with the with the
passport that says we're not a uss and
they just send us a secondary line and
now
because it says do not detain do not
say that it's diplomatic
oh well if you're totally legit and not
fake passports say do not detain on them
then there's nothing they can do they'll
just have to let you go right
wow they really do believe all this
nonsense
