save his unregistered vehicle from the
car crusher and things using magic words
and incantations will do it obviously
this doesn't work and the police are
called I'm not sure by who but he then
attempts the same word salad on them and
accuses the toe company of stealing his
car this is where the video begins
we're gonna try and assist you with that
because like you said if you've got two
kids you've got stuff in there you need
we're human we completely sympathize
with you that you need that stuff so
we're going to try and manage that to
the best private property I need it yeah
yeah they've stole it
they've stole it because the definition
is to dishonestly appropriate property
belonging to another with the intention
to permanently deprive okay so first of
all it's pronounced they've stolen it
not they've stole it you know soft sits
have as much trouble with the English
language as they do with their
interpretation of the law and secondly
your vehicle was taught because as we
will find out shortly it was packed in a
controlled parking Zone illegally so no
they didn't stall it they took it from
me so they haven't met if it's
registered if it's registered on the
dvla they have jurisdiction over that
vehicle but it's deregistered it's not
on a dvla therefore it's not under their
system so they stole it it's my private
conveyance they can't take it right
there they took it or not they took it
unlawfully taking unlawfully and there's
my belongings in there I need to get
myself
just look how quickly it runs away from
this car but I guess he must be allergic
to facts and logic also good luck with
getting access to your conveyance if you
can't prove you're the owner okay
since yesterday
it's not a legal matter
it's not it's not a legal matter I'm not
it's illegal I'm not under the legal
system okay but it's citizens advice is
there for civil stuff on the legal under
the statue law it's on the Statue of law
because the public jurisdiction and
under the private jurisdiction it's a
separate thing oh it's the separate
thing and this private jurisdiction
magically puts you above every line in
the UK does it well your car is in the
pound so it doesn't seem to be working
out that well for you does it
is it public or private common law

doesn't actually make a distinction
between common or statutory law it just
says the law you guys really need to
learn the difference common law is
defined as law that has been developed
on the basis of preceding rulings by
judges
statutory laws are written laws passed
by the legislator and government of a
country and those which have been
accepted by the society so maybe you
should stop repeating things you've been
told by con men because it's
embarrassing not for you clearly but I'm
starting to feel a bit of second-hand
embarrassment for you
yeah so so my car it's not it's not
registered under the dvla
therefore it's not under the legal
system it's my private conveyance it's
not a vehicle a vehicle they pay you to
drive it it's not their vehicle if you
register they own that vehicle not you
so they can take it from you this is not
it's not registered on the dvla so it's
my private conveyance that they took
the fact that your car was impounded
despite your deregister it should be a
giant red flag that this nonsense
doesn't work plus it's now going to be a
pain to get it back because you're going
to need a valid license proof of
insurance and proof of ownership in the
form of the vehicle registration
document which if you've deregistered
your car you probably sent back to the
dvla or you can just disclaim your
vehicle which means it will be dispersed
of I.E crushed okay but the council
removed it did they yeah
from where they took it from Camden

it's a statue again it's a statue law
they have the right to be able to do
that okay
he says statute law like it's some kind
of gotcha like it doesn't give them the
authority to remove illegally packed
Vehicles this guy is so ignorant yet he
doesn't realize it it's amazing and
obviously to get your car back you need
to get big and take it if it's under
dvla if it's registered under dvla my
number please
who's the claim of games what's the name
of the person you're making a claim
against who's the claim
the person there's not the person the
living man who
I would get used to sign like that
especially when you find out it's not
going to be released back to you until
you get it registered I would hurry up
though because they only give you a
couple of weeks before it goes to that
Crusher
you need to provide um
I've got no insurance

of course they're walking away no crime
has been committed your vehicle getting
towed and impounded for parking
illegally is not a crime as the officer
eloquently pointed out to you at the
beginning of the video
