be in the description below but one of the things you're going to learn real quick about the irondale police department is they don't like people flexing and exercising their constitutional rights and they definitely don't like it when cameras are turned on [Applause] hey there how are you how are you sir i'm great what are you what are you doing just filming i just like the cop cars thought they were cool i just don't want this i don't want my daughter's car in their field okay i'm not going to do anything with it right now yes sir also where you're also interfering guess who else is filming a minor right now body cams are filming miners dash cams are filming miners multiple cops are filming miners this guy doesn't care that miners are being filmed he just doesn't want texas rebel doing it okay okay recording and observation guys is not interference i don't care it doesn't matter what these people say it doesn't matter how much their feelings get hurt it doesn't matter how much their egos get damaged you're not interfering with the traffic stop when you're simply recording the actions of public servants [Applause] okay [Applause] [Applause] stay tuned guys because this guy right here this is sergeant perkins with the gene simmons here we're going to see him in a second and you're going to watch this guy try his darndest to get the cameraman to step away from his constitutionally protected rights [Music] [Applause] uh-huh [Applause] no i don't suspect you but i need you to catch it i need you for a witness sir there's nothing to witness sir yes i'm not giving you any information sir i am not giving you any information unless you can tell me that you suspect me of a crime okay now watch watch perkins here i call him roscoe p coltrane but watch him try everything that he can in the book to try to get texas youtube rebel to back away from his rights not only that if i'm not mistaken i think in all 50 states if you are going to be a witness you can remain anonymous you don't have to give your name i ain't giving me any information is that what you're saying sir are you familiar with 15 530 sir i'm sorry are you familiar with 15 530 alabama state code 15 530. maybe so well i'm just saying sir i need your information and i'm telling you i'm not giving it to you you're not that's right unless you can tell me that you suspect me of a crime you may maybe possibly maybe possibly is not the same sir but i need your information i'm not giving it maybe what if it was maybe possible cause instead of probable cause well i don't have any reasonable articulable suspicion but maybe possibly you could get be engaged in a crime somewhere in the future i don't know i'm just on a fishing expedition i'm not actually a law enforcement officer to you sir your records i'm not giving you anything sir do you suspect me of a crime sir i you're being recorded also that's fine so everybody's recording everybody here yeah good so if everybody's recording everybody here then what was the problem earlier with what toliver said during that traffic stop you're recording miners well i don't think it's according to perkins according to sergeant perkins it's not a problem because everybody's recording everybody have a nice day officer oh i'm not leaving okay i'm not leaving at all well there's plenty of stuff to look at to buy if you would like is this lady who he doesn't know and ask who the owner of the business is and watch this lady she's like how do i get involved in this i just want to be left alone [Music] [Applause] i'm just saying somebody has to have a business license to operate this business [Applause] what's that hey can i get your name and badge number see now perkins here's got him a mission and his mission isn't to protect defend and uphold the constitution and this man's rights to exercise his constitutionally protected right he's on a mission to find out who this guy is so he can get him in trouble because that's what law enforcers do right all right i don't mind publicizing my information sir it's right here on my shirt who i am and what my position is all right okay no [Applause] mr oh [Applause] okay i'll leave glad too i don't want you back up here not a problem you came again okay not a problem i'm leaving now i would like to foia request officer perkins sergeant perkins body cam right here because if he
