I am shaking right now because I am so incredibly ma'am it was it was an accident and I understand that it wasn't it's not a big deal welcome back to the lackluster Channel today's video was sent to me by Jeff Gray from honor your oath on July 28 2022 two uniform deputies of the Pasco County Sheriff's Office set out to serve an eviction last week last week that's a week and I looked in CCIS nothing's been changed you got keys they moved nothing it's locked we usually have the electric coat but I guess this one wasn't installed Let's uh let's try the back there's nobody home either you checked this morning check CCIS and I called the law firm they said this is live all right so if he wants to start drilling might as well getting handle control on the phone let me call him well let's see if they're inside first you know a lot of times they could be ducking us just knocking over the door yeah when nobody came to the door the deputies began forcible entry to break into the residence for several minutes of trying to break in the deputies claimed that this was the third time visiting the residents to serve the eviction which is odd because they're at the wrong house so I remember this we actually this is our third time posting this is it yeah you posed you posted it we canceled Zach posted it canceled should never cancel the deputies continued to attempt their break-in by drilling through the lock when the homeowner finally acknowledges their presence remotely through the ring doorbell system it was posted a week ago it was posted last week yes ma'am what is your name Jennifer what's your last name Jennifer hey hey is this four seven or four or three oh [ __ ] [Applause] oh damn I think it's that one isn't it it's four seven yeah I think six four seven it's four three huh this is four three [ __ ] despite claiming that they had been there three times previously and that the two houses involved in this incident looked nothing alike other than having walls a roof windows and a door one of the officers finally checks the address and realizes their mistake we're gonna have to fix their law change their lock hey we actually we do apologize we have the wrong house it's the next door neighbors what we're gonna have to do is we're gonna have to they're gonna have to repair their locks on uh no no we're not going in we're not going in hey um real quick what's what's your phone number let me call you what's your phone number 15 okay we'll be here do you have anything that can take so long to put in a work order have somebody come out with that stuff I will wait for you I should have checked that I know yeah and now that they have successfully read the numbers the deputies make contact with the correct residence occupants out of respect for the evictee I've blurred her face as the Pasco County Sheriff's Office only found it appropriate to blow the faces of their own deputies they give the woman 10 minutes to gather her belongings and leave and share silly stories about how this isn't the first time they've misread an address yeah it looks now it looks familiar I mean I remember all that uh they're gonna put in a work order have someone come out and do it she's uh the lady's on her way over here now so we're gonna have to explain to her it was a mistake yeah one time I posted it on her own house and it was one next door and I don't know what I was thinking I guess I got it wrong and when I typed in the computer so I could go up to do the final and knock on the door because that that day I got the right number in the computer and it goes I don't know what you're talking about he says I never got a notice I said a lot of people say that then I have to looks next door and the notice so you had to give him 24. I had to give him another 24 I actually gave him 48. yeah it's like okay my bad it's a good thing the house next door was vacant yeah nobody did torn the notice off it's like oh my God the locksmith sets out to get the needed items to repair the home and one of the officers decide it might be a good idea to call in their mistake I know this [ __ ] thing there they're taken care of and they're going to fix it let me have locks yeah do we have to notify Sergeant or anything else thanks oh it's just uh I mean they're the ones that are fixing inside yeah he's fixing it as long as they don't build the sheriff's office just trying to see this is my Sheriff's Office Don't force entry because we don't want to have the day if anything gets damaged yeah maybe on a cold storage just in case this lady complains yeah I want you you want to go ahead and call him real quick hey how you how you doing you're doing an addiction anyway um somehow Troy got the wrong number and um there's nobody came to the door and there's the locksmith so he started drilling lock but a lady had a ring camera and she said hey what are y'all doing there and I explained to see this I don't know anything about an eviction they all say that but uh I guess Troy got the number wrong on the house and uh went out and looked at the she said this is 17043 and some kind of [ __ ] anyway the the guy that manages the houses is going to just replace the lock and she seems cool with it she said okay just you know if it happens but we're doing the eviction on the real house now this is one we've tried to evict three times and that keeps going back in a circle so let me let me make sure parents are saying we fit right because student notice on a location today we show up with the property manager the property manager calls for a locksmith the locksmith drills it out and in the process no no that we executing it the long run location um the um he started drilling a lock it didn't complete didn't go inside so um we didn't go inside we never made entry and he's just gonna replace the deadbolt he's got one with him so I'm just confused you know I thought when we pulled up we pulled up right in front of the house and you know got out of the car and and so I said yeah this is it so we went up to the door and knocked onto like normal um it's an oversight I guess on all of us because not all three of us didn't notice that that's what I'm saying you you Troy and the property I'm just trying to jump around that one well we all made a mistake yeah I I hear you I hear you but uh stick around the wrong house I get it if I went back the next day but then for the freaking landlord to say yup this is it it's not yeah well that's what happened because I guess so I'm trying to wrap my head around because I mean we make mistakes all the time that [ __ ] happens we don't like to make them but we do right but that that's what happened and uh you know I guess they managed a lot of houses I don't know now it's it's yeah to damage that everything worked out right yeah it's fine the ladies uh coming home so she can unlock the door right now yeah he's yeah he's gonna do it right now but we never made entry or anything like that so that's cool yeah and in the meantime we're properly posting the oh no no that's we're executing uh wait we got the lady to leave we actually we posted it correctly it's just yeah I posted correctly just executed wrong and the lady uh that lives next door and the one we're supposed to be kicking out didn't move anything but she was cooperative so this is the third time on this house I guess all right yeah just letting you know everything's good no no uh nope no problem so but everything wasn't all good and the homeowner eventually arrives on scene mm-hmm hello hey how you doing hey we uh so it was an accident whose responsibility is it to read those numbers it was all of ours okay and what company are you from homes and what company is that is that extra way is that a mortgage company okay we're replacing the lock now so we're gonna get you a new lock we didn't touch them multiple keys because I need keys for every single person that needs to have a key I don't know how many it comes with but it comes with two I need I need they need to have a key my mom okay so that's one me myself my husband okay um my mom so that's four his stepmom so we need at least five so let's make it seven okay because my husband likes to have extra stuff do you hear that there's three dogs in there that I can't get to do you understand who do I need to take this up with I am shaking right now because I am so incredibly ma'am it was it was an accident and I had to see that it wasn't it's not a big deal it's it's okay we didn't get it we didn't go in ma'am it was an honest mistake we didn't go inside your house we're replacing it we're just gonna replace the lock yeah you got your video running no run it fix it why can't you get into your dogs why can't you use this why can't you go through here no we didn't do anything we drilled the little holes on the side of it but it's still it's still good we didn't get in pardon I want something what do you mean you want something I don't know what that means we're offering a huge apology I'm sorry man I think he did mess up that way yeah we can continue my back door I don't think I locked it when I left ma'am it was an honest mistake and we do apologize it's it's here's the thing we've got so many of these right now and we're backed up and we're trying to get them all done and my numbers on the [ __ ] yes ma'am you're absolutely right it is on the house well we had we didn't go in the house and nobody went in the house no I mean I mean just so that I can come through oh yeah yeah okay you have you have your key currently for this right so what they have is what they call a Smart Lock a Smart Lock is they're going to change it you put your key in they're going to change the lock to your key so everyone's keys are still going to work it'll all be the same it'll be the same you want to do nothing but it's going to be a new lock on them yeah it's not gonna have a hold this fine yeah well he can continue taking the deadbolt out and then you can get in your house he's gonna have to take it out anyway right yeah yeah yeah all right all right [Music] um really close yeah she was upset but we didn't go in her house no no I know I think she's worried about the dogs too unless she can get in to get them no being able because she's oh if anything we can still drill out the lock and get in but that wouldn't be an issue but all right well I I mean I'm gonna I'll just this is but it's full I don't think they can get in that way and the dog thing's there yeah you want me to jump back there and see if the slide is open yeah he can continue getting that lock out and then you can go in it'll only um we'll only take a minute hey Corporal if she wants to jump if you can just in case yeah I would say just in case yeah I'm sorry man I totally gets that it was a mistake I see it from a homeowners that is totally caught up on everything and when I have my ring camera going off and I see a drilling we were trying to make it in contact with you and that probably would have solved everything but um foreign we're gonna make it right okay it's gonna change the lock and then all your keys will work all your keys will work and that's the lady that got evicted you know her yes she didn't move anything and she has a dog too and that's what threw us off because she had a dog with her barking and then we heard your dog barking I think that's what threw us off nearly a half hour later the lock was changed and the deputies left the scene thank you so much you're welcome have a wonderful day YouTube I'm gonna get my room because I just threw metal all over you okay we're sorry again I'm sorry it's okay I'm sorry no no no believe me I get it I get it there you go [Laughter]
