Not only are they road pirates and revenue generators, today's state troopers are also biometric data collectors. >> In lie of taking you to jail, I just get a a fingerprint of your right index finger. >> Today we're riding with the hive. It's the Utah Highway Patrol featuring Trooper Durant who's going to show us how she economically terrorizes innocent Americans. The Utah Department of Safety puts out these pro police propaganda videos to show you how good the Utah State Troopers are and how they keep our highway safe. Before they get into the economic terrorism and roadside piracy stuff, they start out with this positive spin showing you that Trooper Durant is there to help change your tire just in case you're stranded on the highway. And I'm positive she received no help from the cameraman. Uh we just got dispatched to a motorist assist. There's a vehicle northbound I-15 that possibly has a flat tire. So we're going to go check it out. See if we can help them out or just make sure that they're in a safe area. >> There goes my hero. Watch her as she rolls. >> Waiver 57423. Remember, she's only here to help. >> It's all about safety. >> Afternoon. >> Hi. >> I've got a flat tire as you as you noticed. >> Yeah, I I noticed that, right? >> Trip lane probably right now is 40 still 45 minutes out and I called my home because I am I have been watching. Sorry, I'm just a pilot. >> No, you're good. >> I've just been watching these cars. I just can't get it. >> Got it. Okay. Well, I'll ask you. Do you have a spare? >> I do. >> Okay. Would you like me to change your tire? >> Yeah, that would >> I've got all the stuff to do it. And you guys can stay in the car. If you just pop your trunk if that's where it's at, >> we can check it out and then we can get you guys on your way if you want. >> Get your tire changed and hopefully get you back on your road. Okay. >> Pop the trunk for the spare tire. No problem. Don't mind the 30 kilos of Coke back there, officer. >> Okay, I'll see what I can do. Okay. Thank you. [Applause] [Applause] Totally not propaganda. There's no question she changed this tire herself without any help. >> Well, it was a process, but we got it done. >> What a nice officer. I don't care how many nice things they do, it can never wipe away the mountains of tyranny they inflict on Americans. Now, let's continue with the BS propaganda script. >> As highway patrol troopers, we like to assist when we can with tire changes and a specific situations such as that where it's an elderly lady. They're in a kind of a bad area around a curve and definitely not um in the best spot. And for the move over law, even if it's a citizen vehicle with her hazards on, it is the state law to either slow down or move over if possible. And so in that situation that she was really nervous and scared. And so we're happy to help her get her out of that way and not have to be in that hazard anymore and not worried about getting hit. >> Now on to some economic terrorism. We're going to do some heavy lifting now. Afternoon trooper drive patrol. The reason why I stopped is you failed to move over for the emergency vehicles back there. Are you aware that you have to move over to state law? >> Sorry. >> No, you're good. I I didn't know that they were back there. So, you're good. >> I'm sorry. I was I feared for my life there for a second, which is kind of a constant state for me, but man, the dog really threw me off. I almost shot him. And you >> all I tried to move up because there was someone in the left behind me. Yeah. So, if you're not if that lane next to you is not available, if anything, slow down and just kind of get over as as much as you can safely, right? But you definitely have to slow down. Okay. Okay. I'll go ahead and take your driver's license if you got that. >> Okay. Awesome. Thank you. So, Ty, I'll be back with you guys. Okay. >> I'll go ahead and make you insecure in your person if you got that ID on you, sir. >> All righty, sir. Okay. So, like I said, I am going to set you for the failure to move over. Okay. >> No. And so what are you supposed to do if you're if there's something in that lane and you're coming around? I mean >> when you're coming like around the corner like that >> like that. I mean it seems like you guys are just setting the stage there. We're writing these tickets. Is that what you're doing? >> Nope. >> Cuz I just keep seeing persons getting pulled over. >> The thing is with moveover law with people like I just got done with the tire change, right? And so people are out of their cars getting tire changes. You just don't know what you're coming up upon. Code for. And so it's always just safer to move over and or reduce speed if you can't move over safely. >> The man didn't commit a crime. He didn't victimize anybody. He didn't cause an accident. And she's going to give him a citation anyway. A violation of the moveover law is a $160 citation. This is road piracy. Don't tell me they don't have quotas and requirements. And if they don't have quotas and requirements, then she should have exercised her discretion and let a fellow American go with a warning. But she didn't because they got to generate that chedda >> face is if the lane's open, >> but or then you reduce your speed. >> Have a good day. Drive safe. >> So the last driver we stopped for move over uh he was upset that we gave him a citation. And in that situation, he had multiple options that he could have chosen. one, he could have got in front of the semi next to him. He could have slowed down and moved behind the semi that was in the lane adjacent to him or even just slowing down. We didn't see his brake lights at all. And so that's why we why I stopped him because it looked like he wasn't aware that we were there and it's definitely a safety issue. And so it's always safe to move over when possible or slow down and reduce your speed. It's definitely a safety issue as they pull people over on the side of busy highways, creating an unsafe environment for themselves, for the victim they just pulled over, and for everybody else who's zooming by. This is not about safety. It's about raking in the cash, and it's about control. >> Sergeant Gerard has asked for a back, so we're in route to vacuum up. We're not sure what it is, but we will find out when we get there. >> Waiver 5743. unsafe condition right there. Stay right No, stay right there. >> Okay. I think there's a dog. >> Is there a dog? >> Yeah. >> How many dogs do you have in the car? >> Just one. Do you have a leash for him at all? No leash at all or anything? What? >> We were just going over those parrots. >> Okay, sounds good. >> Yeah. Do you have one? >> I don't know if I have one. >> Okay, just sit tight. Okay, we'll we'll come up and explain everything to you. Okay. >> All right. So, they grab the leash for the dog. They get the dog and the girl out of the car. They pat her down. They put her in the back of the cruiser. Then, they violate their Fourth Amendment and rummage through the vehicle. >> These They tried hiding these under there. Okay, they did. >> Interesting. >> This was popped up >> underneath. >> They're under here. They just don't fit. >> Just >> We got us We got We got us some marijuana vapes. We're really keeping America safe while we put everybody in the roadside in danger. Oh gosh. >> THC vape. You can see see how the the juice the vape juice is so thick. >> This does precisely zero in eliminating drug cartels. >> See how the the juice the vape juice are so thick. >> Go talk to them both and then >> Okay. >> I'm going to talk to him real quick. Okay. >> Also, you can request an attorney at any time during questioning. Okay. Do you understand your rights? Okay. So, the things that were found inside the car, the THC vapes. Okay. Do those belong to you or do they belong to >> They belong to me. >> To you? >> Yeah. >> Don't talk to cops. >> Where'd you get them from? >> Uh, Windover. >> Okay. Okay. Hang on one second. I'll be right back with you. Okay. Couple questions for you. Okay. But first, I just want need you to understand, >> especially don't talk to cops when they separate you. >> You do have the right to remain silent. Okay? You're not being arrested. Okay? I have to advise you of your rights cuz I want to ask you a few questions about some things we found in the car. Do you understand your rights? Okay. Now, we found a few things inside the car. Do you know what that might have been? What's that? You don't think you know? If I told you we found some THC vapes that were very close to where you were sitting, would that surprise you? >> You ever noticed that cops talk to adults like their little kids? Now, did you know we might have found in the car that might concern us a little bit, Johnny? Do you know what we found that could get you into a whole lot of trouble unless you come clean with us? >> It wouldn't. Sorry. I'm I'm pretty old. You almost have to yell at me. It's loud out here, right? And I'm not here to scare you either. I'm just asking you questions. Um, and like I said, >> men with guns, armed men have pulled you over against your will, but they're not here to scare you. Now, you're sitting along the roadside and everybody else is zooming by at 70 mph. We're not trying to jeopardize. This is all about public safety. >> You do have a right not to answer those questions. Um, but if you do, will you kind of speak up so I can hear you so I don't have to get that close to you? nothing different than what's going to happen anyway. >> Okay. Um, so let me know if I ask you a question. You don't want to answer it or do you just want to tell me you don't want to answer any questions? >> I guess I don't know. Sorry, guys. >> We found some THC babes. They were on the floor by your feet. Did they belong to you or they belong to >> They belong to me. >> They did not. Okay. Did you know they were there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, we can get back in the car. We're going to put you back inside the car. Okay. And we'll put Cota with you. Okay. I'm going to talk to a little bit more and then we'll get you guys on your way. I think >> 332 103. >> Oh. Um, so listen, what I would need just to release you from here is a fingerprint. Okay? So, we'll issue a ticket. Okay? In lie of taking you to jail, I just get a a fingerprint of your right index finger for your possession. It's just the ticket for speeding. Drop down and then possession. It's marijuana and spice. You can work that out with the court. Like I said, I need a fingerprint of your right index finger. Do you know how to do it? >> Imagine taking a position where they extort money from the people and then take that money to buy equipment and hire employees who terrorize the people that they just extorted. >> Back here, right? You have it in the car. You're going to be investigated for DUI probably every single time. Even if you have a medical marijuana card. >> Honestly, I didn't think they smelled that way. Honestly, I >> It stinks. It's strong. Even when the doors were open, you guys were out and another trooper came up either. He's like, "Okay, I know what we're doing." I didn't even have to say anything. Questions. >> Okay. >> You're good officer. A lot better than a lot that I met. So, thank you. >> Be careful. >> Stop thanking your oppressors.
