here's my problem you come to a complete stop acting a fool in the middle of Michigan busy intersection right there no sir I did not did you not see me on the traffic stop right there at Merchants Bank I absolutely saw you did you not see him cut me off and forced me to almost hit him so he's behind me but you couldn't catch him but you could catch me this is what I see listen closely this is what he's seen this is what I see we can fix any mistake I made I seen you slam on your brakes and come to a sliding stop in the middle of that is correct because he cut me off listen to me first of all I'm not going to do roadside Court second of all your attitude you should probably lose it right now do you understand or what do you understand yes or no he must have been a real pleasure to having class there are two things that corrupt cops like officer Hawkins here hates with a passion a video camera and a man who knows his rights and when you combine the two it's like dumping a five gallon bucket of holy water on a vampire holy water yeah holy water [Applause] they hate it when you expose their lies and the fact that their roadside piracy operation has been foiled on April 24th 2023 a little after 11 pm officer right here AKA Hawkins badge number 217 from the Stuttgart Arkansas Police Department pulled a member of the public over a member of the public who happened to be recording the entire incident with his dash cam let's take a listen to this interaction I'll pull it over for someone cutting me off now I'm sitting here with the police is there a reason why we was acting a fool in the middle of Michigan because he he cut me off he cut me off and almost caused me to rear-end him okay so why were you following too close and acting a fool I wasn't following too close I passed him and I have a dash cam if you want to see the footage I don't have a problem with that okay here's my problem you come to a complete stop acting a fool in the middle of Michigan busy intersection right there no sir I did not did you not see me on the traffic stop right there at Merchants Bank I absolutely saw you did you not see him cut me off and forced me to almost hit him I seen y'all both acting a fool but I could catch you and I couldn't catch him you couldn't catch him even though he was behind me that doesn't make sense license registration yes absolutely it's all right there what's your name and badge number I'll just introduced myself uh so it's officer right here is that is that how we're going to do this is officer right here okay what's your badge number 217. okay so he's behind me but you couldn't catch him but you could catch me this is what I see I seen you slam on your brakes and come to a slide and stop in the middle of that is correct because he kept me off listen to me first of all I'm not going to do roadside Court second of all your attitude you should probably lose it right now do you understand or what do you understand yes or no I don't answer questions man you go do what you got to do all right we got officer right here over here can I get your name badge number are you gonna be officer right here too oh the reason why I pulled you over because I'm the one that actually pulled you over okay is um a high rate of speed okay well I was cut off did you get my speed when I saw was a high rate of speed so this is people walking down the street right and I'm worried about someone cutting me off my issue is people walking down the street I get it at that point you should have called 9-1-1 hey this is my issue we could have solved it then by you speeding down the street doing 35 and a 35 yes ma'am absolutely okay so the issue that the reason why I pulled you over was a high rate of speed we're not We're not gonna play this game okay yeah no we're not we're just gonna go to court we're not We're not gonna play this game okay we're not gonna play this game is the typical go-to response from a cop who just got called out on her BS as a man stands for his rights and against her tyranny I ain't got a problem with it I got a dash cam y'all want to say that I'm speeding go for it but dash cam is going to make y'all look really funny what's your badge number 222. I mean if she's gonna shine her light in my eyes I can I can do the same back 210 you mind well you mind coming up here please I'm gonna need the supervisor can y'all give me a supervisor no problem he just rolled up on here all right perfect they don't like it when it works both ways let's contextualize this traffic stop One Cop says he pulled our friend over because he was quote acting a fool and slamming his brakes in the middle of Michigan Street the other officer badge number 222 says she's the officer who pulled him over and it was for excessive speed but she didn't clock him she just observed his excessive speed now if the owner of this vehicle is correct he slammed on his brakes to keep from rear ending a guy who just cut him off and if that's true what would the officer have the man do Ram his truck into the back end of the other vehicle and what was he really pulled over for anyway acting a fool or speeding the cops can't even get their story straight but I'm sure the supervisor who's about to arrive on the scene will clear everything right up how's it going I wish I had someone cut me off back there they were on a traffic stop they decided to pull me over the guy that was behind me was the one that initially cut me off they told me that they couldn't catch him that they decided to pull me over even though he was behind me okay um if it cut you off how was he behind you because I jumped around in front of him he was doing about 25s getting ready to turn I pulled back over in front of him got in the left hand lane passed him got back over in the right hand lane took the right right back here at the stoplight according to the other Mission I did I'd slammed all my brakes because I had just gotten cut off and I slammed on the horn that's absolutely what I did he's got that part right that car cut you off that is correct 110 percent um because the car there was a car literally a car in front of that car but there we both but me and the other car this vehicle and the other car was in this Lane that car jumped over literally inches from hitting us right next to your house slowed down because that truck in front that was in our lane already slowed down and that car was trying to jump over in front of us didn't put a signal on but they pulled me over because I was in the wrong so they pulled you over because because I had just gotten cut off yeah yeah so that's I mean if they didn't see the other car and what happened and they just saw you slam on your brakes lock it up and stop in the middle of Michigan but we did but I slammed on the horn though that's what I'm saying you're locking your tires up slamming the horn yeah can you ask her to get her light out of my eyes please can you ask her to get her light out of my eyes I mean her life's not good I mean all right the horn the horn happened reflected but but the horn part happened when the car already cut us off and it was right there next to the guy doing the traffic stuff yeah literally that was what happened at that point I was just explaining like because if he didn't see the other car then you know that makes us look at and go well but he's still not here but he saw me but he didn't see that I don't understand that's what I'm saying we were directly next to each other I don't understand how he saw me but not the other vehicle well if he didn't see what took place is what I'm saying you understand that like if he didn't see the car take you off just because he was on a traffic stop obviously he's paying attention to this traffic stop so the horn the streets and tires that gets his attention by the time he turns around nothing's going on besides you stopping in the street I mean so I mean so what I get a ticket or else I'm supposed to hit the guy or what I mean nobody said you're getting a ticket well that's what I'm trying they're writing your ticket I mean officer back there was it's it's honestly their their decision all right well I mean we'll go to court I got a dash cam I'll show y'all what happens that's even better I mean I don't have you can prove yourself yeah I absolutely 110 can yeah do you have access to it uh an hour yeah now I gotta plug it in and download it okay um that's fine man I said if you have that that's even better I mean it's man I'm getting in trouble for someone cutting me off in trouble but your other two officers did that's what I'm saying okay um I mean obviously they were just checking out with you see what was what was going on officer Hawkins has a chip on his shoulder so I said I wasn't here for that all right I'm here now did you uh did you provide him absolute he has the driver's license absolutely yeah man if if it comes to it if he does decide that he wants to write a citation board bring a copy of that to court okay other than that I mean that's no big deal from there the judge will decide whether you know you're guilty or the other person is guilty or what happened that's not that's not up for us to decide yep Grill it down I don't have to look man look man put it down so I can speak to you you can speak to me I can hear you just fine officer no sir I don't I am trying to be respectful too I don't have to roll the window down all the way in the state of Arkansas you just have to present your driver's license and all that I presented everything too you want to see back in the vehicle so real you went to that what do you have to see back in the vehicle for you know what you're right hey it's been well more than 15 minutes are we gonna go or what are we being detained we free to go it's been more than 15 minutes am I being detained or am I free to go am I detained or am I free to go it's not that hard of a question been here over 18 minutes you've only got 15 to write a ticket it's an unlawful detainment turned into an unlawful detainment three men three and a half minutes ago we've been here 20 minutes man okay go ahead and roll your window down for me it's correct I can hear you just fine that's cool I need you to roll the window down I mean roll the window no sir I'm not going to that is against my constitutional rights I do not have to okay first of all you need to learn your constitutional right I do know my constitutional rights do you know that your vehicle is an extension of your house yeah okay okay so roll the window down so you can sign the citation I'll sign the citation all you got to do is just hand it to me right here you don't you if you won't hand it through your window then I was rolling my window down gonna help you're gonna lean toward me you're gonna sign this I can step out and we can sign it I can I can step out and we can sign it or I'm going to take you to jail for obstruction you understand for obstruction is a physical crime you do realize that obstructing is a physical crime are you gonna sign my ticket I mean did he just said what did he just say you're right that's why we have to have y'all supervisors here to keep y'all
