[Applause]
thank you
hi tell me what happened well apparently
I was underneath the truck I said I need
help get out I did I needed help to get
out
because I was underneath the truck they
helped me get out
but they can became the physical and I
said I want nothing involved with it
they kept coming toward me you'll see it
you'll see it for sure you'll see it
they'll have attorneys involved Isabel
you'll see it
and they kept coming toward method I
don't want nothing to do with it so I'm
not gonna fight nobody
and this is what happened
we're here where we're at today
because of the people over there okay
so what'd you hit
it you don't know
okay I'm sure it does tell you
I'm [ __ ] up
sure [ __ ] up okay how much alcohol you
had to drink tonight I drink I don't
know how much alcohol but I drink
yeah
I told him I'm [ __ ] up he got me out
from underneath the truck and I thanked
him for it but didn't need to go any
further they took it further okay you
gotta take me to the damn truck I
freaking ran to get away from what guy
is a guy he said I know you ain't run
into your truck because I know you ain't
running kept saying it I kept running
and running until I [ __ ] got away
I don't know who the [ __ ] it was but I
ran away from
he said I know you're not running your
truck exactly
you think maybe no you're not running
I think maybe you're going by yourself
you can't say where you going by
yourself where are you going by yourself
I just kept running so I [ __ ] made it
to where I needed to make it
I was by myself at all the time I think
maybe he was concerned because you were
impaired and that he was trying to keep
you from driving while you're
intoxicated
no what he was I can't tell
what he was thinking
I can't tell you what he was thinking
because he was his own person
he's a grown man
chasing after a young woman okay and I'm
on a run regardless okay
yeah but you don't know how many
at least six at least six okay over how
long
hours hours yeah hours
so on a scale of 110 one being stone
cold sober and 10 being the drunkest
you've ever been in your life what would
you say you're at right now
I'm not mad the drinks I've ever been
ever in my life what's up and say
another medicine or six okay all right

a straight line in front of you yeah I
can okay put your left foot on that
imaginary line
and then put your right foot in front of
it heel toe just like this
okay
keep your arms down at your sides
and just stand like that until I tell
you to begin okay can you can you stay
like that I don't know
can you get can you get that foot in
front of the other one

your toe there

on
just go ahead and go back to standing
standing with your feet side by side
can you put your feet side to by side
here we're gonna we're gonna move on
from that one because you're not able to
stand in the starting position so just

Gathering the rest of the 2255 formula
read to you okay
you listening
independent of any penalties or
sanctions opposed upon you pursuant to
anything it was a section of the revised
code or Municipal ordinance your
driver's license or suspended or
commercial driver's license
permit or non-resident operating
privilege is now suspended the
suspension takes effect immediately the
suspension will last at least until your
initial appearance on the charge which
will be held within five days after the
date of this rest
or the issuance of the citation to you
you may appeal the suspension at the
initial appearance before the court that
hears the charges against you that
result from the arrest or during the
period of time ending 30 days after the
initial appearance
do you understand that
so that that means your driver's license
is suspended I am keeping your driver's
license and sending it back to the state
of Ohio okay
