This is a video everybody should watch because you need to understand the deceptive nature of cops. I want you to see how well some of these cops pretend to be nice, kind, gentle, and understanding as they attempt to hide their psychopathic, controlfree tendencies. This right here is Shaun Jyn. He was a patrol officer with the Rio Rancho Police Department from 2006 to 2018 and then he transferred to the Albuquerque Police Department in 2018. He worked as a patrol officer with APD and then became a detective in August of 2020 and then was promoted to professional standards detective the following year. On March 28th, 2026, offduty officer Jyn and his lovely wife were involved in an accident. Jyn was riding in the passenger seat of his personal vehicle while his wife drove. When their vehicle was struck from behind, Jyn stepped out of his vehicle and instead of exchanging insurance information and waiting for police to arrive like normal people, Jyn flipped out and grabbed the driver of the other vehicle, pulled her out of her car, and tried to hold her against her will while claiming she was drunk. Now, the Gins claimed this was a road rage incident. And while the female driver may have been a road rager, she wasn't the only road rager out on the street that day. Let's watch how this law enforcement couple lies about virtually everything and see if you can guess whether Shawn keeps his job at the end of this or not. Let's jump into this and make some comments along the way. >> Thank you. >> Did you Did you see her hit me? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. Uh, no. Throw her gun in the car. >> But that's not okay. >> No, it's perfectly okay. People don't get to ask. >> NO, IT IS NOT OKAY. >> If you're going to add, you can GET THE [ __ ] OUT. >> [ __ ] YOU, TOO, [ __ ] >> WANT TO GO? >> HEY, have a seat. >> GO AHEAD. >> I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO your ass. >> Us. >> I saw. >> And then she lays hands on my husband. Do you really? >> You open her [ __ ] door. >> She can't leave. >> Yeah, cuz she's >> I know she can't leave. >> So then go. >> I don't go anywhere. What are you going to do with your little cell phone? >> Record everything >> on Instagram. Get the [ __ ] out. >> [ __ ] no, >> [ __ ] >> Who the [ __ ] are you? >> Who am I? >> Someone that sees you. Put your hands on her. >> Everybody's like there's a crowd yelling at us. >> I did. >> So, did you see Hold on. >> You wait for the police. Just wait for the police. >> I'm I'm willing to wait. Did you see what happened when she first crashed into us? That's all I'm asking. She's injured. >> She's injured. >> She injured? Yeah. She has an airbag deployment. She's >> We're calling to get >> She's probably injured because you jerked her arm around and put it behind her back. >> Her help. >> She hit us. She's been following us and she's >> been following us aggressively, flipping us off, honking the horn. Then she hit us. Then she gets bleeding. She's tries to leave, lays hands on my husband and then >> Okay. Okay. >> So really like No, no, no. You guys hang tight. I'm mine. >> And don't mess with her. >> So, the thing is with a crash in someone that's intoxicated. >> Wait for the police. >> What is she wearing? For one. >> I don't know. >> She's coming from the strip club. >> She has a a alcohol bracelet on her wrist. >> Uhhuh. >> And she did. She pushed me and hit me. My head's already sore from the crash >> and she's trying to leave. >> Can we please information? Can we please information so I can go? >> No, you guys are fine. I appate. >> Get this on recording. I want to swap in. I want to swap in, folks, so we can do this, right? But please let me go. I need to go. Come on. I need to pee. I haven't got any sleep. I need you to work with me. >> Because I'm tired and I need to go. >> You smell like alcohol. >> Okay. >> I battered you and bruised you and I twisted your arm. But I'm really worried about you, says Shawn. >> Listen, I was out all night. Are you drinking this morning? >> No. >> You smell like alcohol on >> Listen, I slept I drank last night. >> Are they on their way? >> I hope so. >> Look, they're just here to help. They care about you just as much as they care about me. >> Okay, I'm glad. But I need to go home because I'm You can't They were taking your side. They thought I was a >> Yeah, because he shoved me against the car. >> I realize that, but we should swap information. He said, "No, >> I don't want you to leave. >> You can't leave." And he shoved me against the car. It's not okay. We could swap information. >> That's not how this works. >> Listen, how this works. It's not. Nobody was injured badly. >> You sit there and say it's me. >> You're bleeding. >> Oh, my hand. Okay. Congratulations. It's not my mouth. Congratulations. It's you. >> You're being aggressive with me. I'm not trying to be rude to you. >> You're being aggressive with me. I'm not trying to be rude to you. I'd say it's pretty rude opening somebody's door and grabbing them, twisting their arm, bruising them, and battering them. That's pretty rude. Shall we summon the replay here? Check this out. He opens her door. He grabs her out. Look at this. Grabs her, twists her around, keeps his hands on her. This is battery right here. You don't do if you did this to somebody. What do you think the cops would do to you when they showed up? So, what was that again? Sean, >> you're being aggressive with me. I'm not trying to be rude to you. >> Pete to pee. >> Look, >> go in McDonald's. >> You can go pee. >> Go pee. >> They need to pee. >> They're concerned about you. I need >> Go pee. McDonald's. >> If you need to go pee at McDonald's, just please don't leave cuz I assure you it's not good. >> Yeah. If you leave the seat of a crash, it's not good. >> No. And she's intoxicated. That's why she doesn't want >> She She hit the police. Sorry that we got in your face. It's not what I mean. >> The woman with the camera is now saying that the girl is intoxicated. The girl is not intoxicated. She's just going by what this offduty officer is saying. >> I know. I know. But >> And my neck is sore from the crash. >> I hear him. I hear him coming. >> My neck is sore from the crash. She didn't need to be aggressive with you, but she >> That's fine. That's fine. I apologize. [clears throat] >> Tempers rise. And she was rude. >> I did. You catch the initial interaction? I know it's a handsome. I don't want her to leave. >> I hope you have the initial on video. >> I don't know. >> No, no, don't pause it. Feel free to record me. I welcome it. I welcome. >> No, it's fine. And I don't post [ __ ] on Instagram. I am not that person. Just FYI. >> You can tell your wife. We've >> Do not do that. >> I thought I >> Sorry for getting aggressive. >> No, I apologize. >> I apologize for cursing. >> Oh, there he is right here. >> So, the Albuquerque Police Department shows up. Jyn hides his identity from witnesses, not telling them that he's an offduty police officer. When the cops arrive, they recognize him as a fellow officer. This is apparently where it went from an accident investigation to a criminal investigation involving internal affairs. >> All right. So, I'll get your story first. So, Sims is going to come out. He's the sergeant. Just Just in case. I don't know. I don't know. I don't >> I I told you I got physical. >> Yeah. And they they have video like you're just It's looks like you're just trying to detain her. So, >> why did you go >> Hold on. Why did you go hands- on? So, the onduty cop is already taking the offduty cop's word for it. Claims he's already seen the video and basically agrees you had to go handson. You had to batter her. >> All right. So, I'll get your story first. So, Sims is going to come out. He's the sergeant. Just just in case. I don't know. I don't >> I I told you I got physical. >> Yeah. And they they have video like you're just it's looks like you're just trying to detain her. So, what >> you were just trying to detain her? Does that mean we can use that same excuse if we put our hands on somebody? I don't think so. >> Yeah. And they they have video like you're just it's looks like you're just trying to detain her body. >> Why did you go >> Hold on. >> Why did you go hands on? >> I thought she was going to leave. And I did worry about her safety. They said please don't. I She did check me like shoulder check. >> Yeah, I saw >> she got aggressive. I was just trying to restrain her. >> Yeah, that's what it was. >> So, I did try it. But they're going to say aggressive as [ __ ] I was very I was aggressive. She hit us hard and I did. I raised my voice. But when I saw airbag deployment and she's trying to leave, I didn't want her to leave. >> Oh, her airbags deploy. >> Yeah. >> I didn't even look in the >> physically. I don't want to press charges on her. We don't want to press charges. I don't want to press I don't want to press charges. I'm being amicable. >> I'm still >> I didn't want her to leave. >> Yes, definitely. So, that's why Okay, makes sense. >> That's kind of That's what I That's what I thought. She was maybe trying to cuz from the looks of it, she was trying to walk back to the passenger side and get back in her car one night. I don't want to press charges on her, says the attacker. >> That's what I told you. I'm a civilian. Do do what you got to do. >> You're good. So, let me talk to >> talk to my wife. >> Yeah. >> Let's hear your side of the story. >> Um, she was just driving like crazy reckless all the way from PO. So, like I was like, call the cops cuz she was like riding our butt for like close like so so close that I was like, she's going to hit us. She gets around us and she's going like fast all the way down po. So I was following her to get her license plate so he could call cops. They never answered cuz we just did 242. >> Yeah. >> They never answered. So um she came up behind us here and she like aggressively gets on my ass and like she's laying on the horn and I start to go and then I think I see a car so I hit my brakes really hard and she's like [ __ ] into us. So he got out and like he was pissed cuz like I said we've been dealing with her for miles and she's like and like beeping and oh my god. So, uh, but she hit us as obviously. >> Do you think just asking, do you think she was like road raging on you guys or >> she was road ra at some point she got two cars behind us and we were still watching her keeping an eye cuz we were on the phone with the 242 and you could see her like going back and forth trying to get around these people and like she couldn't. So, she was like beeping a horn and stuff. We're like, "God, what is wrong with her?" >> Okay, perfect. Let me talk to her now. Sweet. Thank you guys. Uh, probably get phone numbers and stuff or art will. Hopefully I don't do the footage. >> I'm sorry. >> You're fine. You're fine. >> I'm not going to lie. I tried to go after that cuz >> I didn't feel safe or something. >> And I think that's why he tried to keep you from leaving. >> I didn't. But what the [ __ ] Who shoved somebody on a car? >> Who shoved somebody onto a car? You got all the 49 panda kind of. Yeah. Um, so I got their uh Do >> you got all their 49? >> I'll get I'll get in. >> Yeah. >> Trying to talk with them and see what they have. Um, yeah. I'll get their 49. Do you want >> Yeah, I might as well. >> Okay. Do you need to talk to this lady in green? >> No, she's fine. To leave. Just get her 49. Yeah. I saw her video. >> Oh, you saw it? >> Yeah. >> Um, kind. It shows kind of exactly what you're explaining. >> No, but really like I and I'm not like I was trying to get I I said I'll give you all my information. I'll give you I will pay for the damage. I'm so sorry. I admit that I was being impatient and wanted to go home. And I admit that that was coming from a bad part of me that I shouldn't have been, you know. >> Mhm. But at the same time, like I did not expect him to shove me under the car like that. >> Definitely. Yeah. Yeah, definitely. >> I I did not expect him to [ __ ] almost arrest me. >> Um >> especially when I was trying to be like, hey, like let's get swap information. Let's do this, you know. >> Um so >> I'm Did you notice their vehicle at all like on your drive? I miss >> they were 1575. >> I don't know if they were the ones that I was trailing off the sh or not. >> I can't recall. I literally cannot recall if they were the ones that I was directly behind or not. >> Uhhuh. >> Um >> before here. >> Okay. I'm going to ask a few more questions. Okay. So, last night you went out, you drank. How much do you think you drank? a ton. >> If you're a ton or not a ton? No. I um >> I had a few drinks last night. I >> What's a few? >> The thing is like I think it was probably like 3. >> I The last drink was about 3 or 2 2 a.m. You said >> and I stayed up all night, which is like I said, I'm >> You never ever want to admit to drinking ever. >> Patient and tired. And I get that. I'm really agitated because I just wanted to go home and sleep. >> Definitely. Um, >> and I understand that that's a part of why I was agitated, which is why I said, "Hey, I get it. >> I [ __ ] up. I will pay for the damage that I caused in my patients." And >> what do you do for work? I'm an EA at a an EAD assistant at a special education school across town. >> Oh, cool. >> Yeah. My son goes there. >> Oh, that's cool. And you get to work there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> It's kind of >> I didn't look at your ID. How old are you? >> Okay. >> My son is nonverbal autistic and I work at his school. >> That's cool. You get to work there. >> It's cool and also not cool. >> Yeah. Yeah. It's cool and it sucks. >> Life is a lot. Okay. >> Understandable. Understandable. Um, >> let me figure some stuff out. Thank you, ma'am. >> Let me figure some stuff out. Okay. Um, my investigation might go a little further. I want to make sure you're okay to drive. You did admit to drinking last night. It sounds like it's been a while. I just want to be sure. Okay. >> Um, so give me a little bit. Chill here. Um, >> give me a second. Okay. >> Thank you, Kaitlin. Right. >> Yes. Okay, cool. >> Is this mom, Caitlyn? >> Uh, or >> is this some random lady? >> Uh, random. >> Okay. >> Well, yeah. What's going on? >> Um, so this is officer. He walked away from me. He's going to make sure you're safe to drive. Okay. You admitted to drinking. It's been a while. >> Um, >> yeah, since like 2:00 a.m. We're just going to be sure you're safe to drive. Cool. >> Okay. >> So, he'll be over here at the second. He'll probably take you to the side, check your eyes, and then take it from there. Were you able to get insurance from mom? >> Uh, yeah. He's a farmer. She sent it to me. >> Cool. So, >> give one of these guys. They'll ask you for a screenshot. What show did you go to last night? >> Uh, boy. >> H. >> It's a techn Oh, >> listen. I don't know. >> Cool. If you could >> this this gentleman over here, >> uh the shorter one, he'll need that from you. He's going to handle both. >> This right here. >> So, you could stay here. >> Everything's going up and down. We're trying to just keep the pizza. That camera over there I caught 1236 just stopped the vehicle. >> 1236. >> Yep. I have it all written out for you. >> Oh, perfect. Thank you. >> Um yeah, it's uh kind of came out aggressively crazy like yelling at her or whatever. >> Can't hear anything on their videos. I can't hear anything either. >> But she ended up coming out. She sat down at 12:41. She went to go into the passenger seat and sit down and got her by the army. RC21 Edward is blocking her from preventing her to go to the >> partial view the north side. >> He said she told him she was going to leave. >> So like seriously there on that side again this will be all up to him. Like maybe you support stuff. I don't know. >> Right. I don't know. >> It's hard to say. Oh duty. >> Yeah. Exactly. That's >> He has a right to privacy in his own life. So, >> he's preventing her from and she's possibly drunk. >> Yeah, that's where my That's where I'm at with it. >> But, uh, the video's noted. So, we'll just send her >> I'll send her back already. >> I think she's when I got super close. She's she reeks. >> She smells. >> Yeah. >> Okay. He looks like he's still >> I told him at least at least >> Justin McCormick here. >> Justin McCormick, >> the dude in the hat. >> Yeah, it's Justin McCormack. >> By the way, these cops are making stuff up on body camera to cover their fellow offduty cop cuz this woman is not drunk at all. >> This is [ __ ] why he's here. No, he's he's a good protective. Uh solid solid solid. >> Okay. >> Very solid. Oh, >> yeah. >> He's still kind of amped up a little bit. >> So, he said >> let me check if I have any 51. So, he said he was >> Gen is solid. We got to cover for our buddy guys. >> Turned like seeing why she was falling so close when she hit him. So, he's like boom. >> Okay. No, come check him out. >> This is right here. >> I don't want to talk to you. >> You don't I'm not talking to you. Do you see me saying, "Hey, excuse me. I'm just talking to her." Do you see that? I'll walk away. She's being a hostile [ __ ] That's fine. Just Just go over there. >> Yeah. Just don't worry about >> I saw I saw them pull over and the car pull over behind him. >> Yeah. >> And then I saw him jump out and go around to her car and yank that door open like he was going to pull it off the car. And I went, "Uh, husband." He's like, "What? What's going on?" I said, "He's yanked that door open." He goes, "That's not okay." And I said, "I know it's not okay." And then he's yelling at her. Definitely yelling at her. And then uh and then I don't know what happened on that side of the car, but as I can see, and then I saw her get out and come to the other side of the car. She opened the door and then she wanted to close it and he wouldn't let her close it. And I was like, "Okay, what is going on there?" You know, she wants to close her door a couple times and he would not let her close it. And then uh next thing I know, he's got a hold of her and I know who what he is anyway. And I said, "Okay, wow, that's aggressive." And thank God somebody stopped to record it because if they didn't, it would be the offduty cop's word against that woman's word and they would definitely believe the cop. >> Are you the police? >> No, this is a police officer. >> Okay. So, I don't I don't know why you would determine her to be intoxicated because she smells like alcohol. >> Hey, could you do me a favor? Could you step away from me? >> He just lied to her. Are you the police? No, this is an officer, ma'am. So he lied to her. >> Right now I'm talking to him. Go away. You weren't here. Could you please leave? You're not adding any kind of help to this. >> I just take care of your doctor. >> Doctor Who needs a doctor. Can you go over here, please? >> That's okay. I wasn't He just He just accused my my daughter of I don't think that was appropriate. >> I'm not going to be just over there. It just helps keep everything back. So, what's the name of the entrance? >> Yeah, he shouldn't have shoved me against the car. >> Anyways, >> were you on the phone? >> Sorry. Uh, the first one I was out was last night. >> You're Oh, the person. >> Okay, gotcha. All right. Um, so I just have a few questions for you. >> Yeah. >> Um, so I've been told you might have had a couple drinks >> last night. Yeah, I went to a show last night. Okay. >> I went to Borgore. It was a techno thing. Okay. Anything other than last night, the drinks recently? Okay. >> 2:00 a.m. was my last drink. It was like probably right before 2:00 a.m. >> Here's what Here's what I'm going to propose. >> It was 2:00 a.m., she says. And now it's 1:16 in the afternoon. >> Are you willing to do some field tests just to make sure you are good to drive? >> If I determine that you were good to drive, then you'll probably just be getting some citations and then that'll be it. Okay. Um, but if I >> You never want to take a field sobriety test, but this one turns out okay for her. >> Determined that you were not safe to drive, um, then take a different route. Okay. All right. Um, let's do the tests in the parking lot. It's a little bit more safe. I'd rather do it in a place where it's not so unle. >> Yeah. >> The victim went through a series of field sobriety tests and passed them. >> But I don't have enough to arrest you. Okay. I swear. >> So, you're you're not going to get a DWI today. Okay. But >> sorry, >> but you were I'll tell you what, you were very close. >> Okay. Um, you did very well on my tests. I don't again I don't have enough to arrest you. >> If she did very well on the tests, how is she very close to failing them, >> but I could tell you had something to drink or or whatever you had from last night is still in your system. Okay. Um, I recommend next time you go out, um, even if you know it's the next day and you think you slept it off, um, if you're still feeling like crap, just call an, okay? >> Um, cuz it's it's not worth getting the DWI. Like, this could have >> had you done a little bit differently, we would have been having a different day today. I'd been taking the EGL, your mom would have been right here. It would have been a bad day. >> Okay. >> I know. She's already [ __ ] pissed at me. I'm sorry. I know. I just have to let you know. >> I have already made bad choices. I get it. They could be a worse. >> Could have been sorry. I I'm sorry to everybody. I really am. Even those [ __ ] Even the one that shoved me against the car. >> I heard he was assaulted. >> Shove me. >> No, he assaulted me. And I think she needs to file an assault charge. >> Honestly, that was >> because that was ridiculous for him to come out of his car, charge over to her car, jam her door open, pull her out. Gotcha. He assaulted her >> for a fender bender. >> He actually battered her. >> Come on. >> Honestly though, he shouldn't have shoved me that [ __ ] heart cuz he shoved me to the [ __ ] car the way that I would expect you to shove me to the car had I failed your test. >> Just saying. >> I'm just saying. Hey, what's up? Hey, got in a crash. Um, yeah. Hey. Uh yeah. >> Yeah. Love you. Bye. >> What do you like to say? Um >> so how does she file assault charges? Because she's going to file assault charges >> if you if you want to talk. So here's >> because she's in the wrong. She doesn't deserve to be assaulted. >> No. I'll tell you what's going on here. Okay. So, um, my supervisor's here. Uh, from my understanding, he should be over there. Um, I guess the >> We have a witness. >> The guy that was >> He had a video. She had a video. >> I guess he's an offduty police officer. >> That makes it even worse. >> So, I'm not, you know, I'm I can't I wouldn't be the one filing the charges. Like, I don't I you know, so that I would with that conversation. >> You heard our you've heard me say that. So now you need to go and find whoever is going to going to take the report because it is going to >> my partner also has already been talking with other officers about this. >> Um I again I believe my yeah my supervisor is here. >> Um if you want to if you want I could talk with him. >> We need it. We need to we need it now because she's here too. The witness who watched it. >> Okay. Again I don't know. I know they're they're having a conversation. It looks like he's on the phone right now. So I'll just give him a minute. It sounds like this is already being talked about. >> Well, it should be because what the [ __ ] Like I said, I'm not even like joking. I get it. I made a mistake. I was falling too closely. But to be shoved against my [ __ ] car. >> Yeah. Again, I don't I don't like, okay, I get it. I made a mistake. I was trying to write it and then he >> It kind of makes me wonder if Shawn Jyn's wife break checked her while she was behind her and that's why the accident happened. You never know. Shawn's wife may have road raged as well. >> I get it. We're all humans. But Jesus [ __ ] Christ. >> Yeah, it sounds like >> shoved me against a car. He literally was arresting me. >> I'm really I really am sorry. >> I'm telling you, you were this close. I know this had a bad day. All right. >> Listen, I get that. I really do. >> I would have really hated to arrest you in front of your mom. >> I really would have hated to be arrested in front of my mom. She already [ __ ] pissed at me. >> Yeah, it would have been a different day. But again, um I'm going to go have a talk with my supervisor and see what else we're going to do here. Okay. Um hopefully this is over pretty soon. We can get you guys case cards and everybody can just go home the other way. >> Please. Thank you. >> So Jyn and his wife were interviewed by the Albuquerque Police Department and he was indicted on charges. Bernal Leo County District Attorney San Bregman says the indictment charges Jyn with false imprisonment, aggravated battery, two counts of battery, and failure to give information and render aid. But of course, because police departments cover for their thin blue line gang members, Shaun Jyn was allowed to retire before they could pin anything on him.
