Hey, welcome back to the channel. Thank you for being here. I've said this quite a few times on this channel. It is no measure of good mental health to be considered well adjusted to a profound sick profoundly sick society. And we are truly profoundly sick because and we just look around and figure out that people all over the place are just submitting and bowing down to people they consider authority just because they say they're authority. It's kind of a ridiculous thing that we have going on and it is somewhat of a matrix where people are accepting a false superficial or heavily conditioned version of reality without question. Nobody questions why do we have to have a thin metal plate on the back of our cars? And why do we have to get pulled out of our cars because we don't have a thin metal plate? And how come we get pulled out of our cars and violated and talked down to to pe by people who call themselves our servants? Isn't that what a master does to a servant? Not what a servant does to a master. It's everything is inside out, upside down. Black is white, white is black, bittersweet, sweet is bitter. And they're expecting us just to take it without questioning, without standing and saying, "Hold on. Let's slow some things down here. You mean to tell me you're pulling me over because a political cla class wrote down a bunch of rules on a piece of paper and you think you're justified in pulling me over and harassing me when the supreme law of the land says that you're supposed to leave me alone to be free to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. And now here you are intruding because some political parasite told you to pull me over and you're just going to comply and obey thinking that you're my servant. It's truly a ridiculous thing and I want to expose it with this video right here. But before we do, I saw two things and I I went over this video uh actually this incident with this Kentucky state trooper in an earlier video from today, but I want to show you this right here where this well I'm let me just play it. This this is just off the charts. This is one of the authorities who used to have power over the lives of our fellow Americans and he is as corrupt as the day is long. Watch this. And this is not rare at all. This occurs all the time with startling frequency. Ruby the IT team first exposed officer Joseph Veio is part of a group of CPD officers accused of unlawful traffic stops and searches in the near north and Gold Coast neighborhoods. >> Now think about what we just said unlawful traffic stops. There are in their minds lawful traffic stops. Now they're not constitutional. They're not moral. They're not humane but they are lawful. And they're keying in on unlawful traffic stops. It's like you get a chuckle out of people who claim that, hey, they're misusing the flock safety cameras. Uh, the existence of flock safety is misuse. It's warrantless mass surveillance. It can never be good. So, you're talking about mis misusing a device that was created to misuse us? >> Years ago, now he's in Cook County lockup charged with a brutal attack. The night of August 18th, a woman scaled down her thirdstory O'Hare apartment balcony to find a neighbor and call police. Bleeding and bruised, she told investigators she was escaping her boyfriend, Officer Joseph Veio. Veio had punched and strangled her, kept her from leaving the apartment, and threatened to kill her by >> Imagine my shock when I heard that a law enforcement agent was a part of a domestic abuse case and he was indeed the domestic abuser. cracking her skull, according to court records. Wow. Now he's charged with a felony count of aggravated domestic battery. After viewing photos of the woman's injuries, a judge ordered Veio be held behind bars until trial, finding this CPD officer poses a real and present threat to community safety. >> Name one police officer who doesn't pose a real and present threat, a very serious threat to all of our public safety. Veu has been relieved of police powers but is still on the force according to >> Of course he is and he's getting paid while he's on the force and he won't lose his pension while they're while he's under investigation. >> Chicago police. >> He's got to he's got to pop off then. >> The IT team first learned of officer Beckio's name investigating dozens of drivers who say they were unlawfully stopped and searched by the 1863 tactical team. >> Better start listening. >> WHAT DO YOU MEAN I BETTER START LISTENING? >> It's always the special team. It's always the tactical team. Remember in Memphis it was the Scorpion unit that abused and bludgeoned to death Tyrie Nichols and then there was the Cobra unit that Tommy G rode along with and they they look like they were all mathed accused the team of racial profiling and violating their constitutional rights. The city and officers have denied allegations of wrongdoing in court. Police records show in his six years working for CPD, Veio accumulated 76 complaints, including allegations of unjustified traffic stops. >> Are you going to tell me that's the only cop in the Chicago Police Department that has accumulated that much that many complaints? No way. There's no freaking way. >> Arrests, searches, and unprofessional conduct. More complaints than anyone else in the department according to internal city records. half revealed findings of misconduct according to the city's police oversight body. >> I am now calling the board's August meeting to order. >> At a Chicago police board meeting last week, it was announced Veio is now facing termination. >> The chief administrator recommended that police officer Joseph Veio be discharged from the Chicago Police Department. >> Board members, >> just termination, that's all you get to violate people's rights under the color of, you know, whatever. you know, he was illegally pulling people off over at illegal traffic stops, but he gets to violate people's rights. He gets to put the torture cuffs on them. He gets to throw them into a rape cage, and all he gets is possibly a termination. More likely, he might get a promotion, but I bet nobody will ever touch his police pension. >> Recommended discipline against Veio in several cases, and in one, the police superintendent agreed Veio should be fired. The superintendent agreed with the recommendation to discharge officer Veio from the CPD. Now, the IT team found Veio has been named in 19 lawsuits filed against the city since 2024. He's also been twice accused of domestic violence. In addition to Veio, four other members of the eightp person 1863 unit were relieved of police powers after the IT team's initial reporting. >> Greed. >> Look, look at this guy. This guy had power and control over our fellow human beings. And how long did the command staff know that he was involved in all of this? Probably a long time. They were all holding hands for a long time. The police union got together. They formed that solid thin blue line wall barrier between him and actual justice. And it happens all the time. And here's another Let me just show you this. This happened the other day, too. You know what? There's I got another one, too, I think. Yeah, I do. There's two more. Two more before we get into the main event. This is the Hayden Phillips, the Kentucky State Trooper, where I I I researched this. The con Kentucky State trooper has body cams and they have dash cams, but the command staff in the Kentucky State Patrol will not release the body cams and the dash cams. I wonder why. Hayden Phillips pulled somebody over. We don't know why he was pulled over. According to the the press briefing and the statement given by the Kentucky State Patrol, we don't know why he was pulled over, but we do know that it left Hayden Phillips dead. They went on a manh hunt for the guy who killed him, and they're intent on throwing the book at this guy. Well, what if officer or trooper Hayden Phillips was the instigator? What if the man in the vehicle, the 51-year-old man, was defending himself against the brutality and violence of Hayden Phillips? Let me Let's go ahead and go over this. >> Community members are mourning the loss of Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Phillips, who died in the line of duty. >> Are you mourning the loss? Put a one in the room if you are mourning the loss of a Kentucky state trooper. Be careful what you say. Remember, you know, there there's AI scrapers and they're looking for they're looking to pin us against the wall. So, just be careful what you say. >> I'm News Channel 5's Aaron Krail here in Glasgow, Kentucky. Not only did he work for the Kentucky State Police, he also spent several years here at the police department. >> It's just sick. You know, one man's decision caused who knows how much pain. >> Robert Bagwell, >> who knows? See, I look at it differently. Who knows how much pain this guy caused? You know, Hayden Phillips command staff and unit and his family. I look at it differently. Who knows how much pain officer trooper Hayden Phillips caused hundreds, maybe even thousands of innocent people who were just minding their own business, not harming anybody, not threatening anybody, not damaging property, not interfering with anybody else's life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. And here comes Hayden Phillips to interfere with this man's life and maybe this guy. I don't know. I don't know what happened. None of us does yet because we haven't seen body cam. But I know one thing. You can't trust what the cops are saying about this. And we know that the cops have a long and storied history of just lying, just making things up and cons consenting to false reporting by troopers by the command staff. >> Knows what it's like to lose someone while serving the greater good. after spending time in the military >> serving the great I'm sorry if you're operating if your profession is state trooper of any state you're not working for the common good you're definitely not working for liberty you're not working for the second amendment or the fourth amendment or the fifth amendment you're actually working against unalienable rights of servicemen members come home in coffins after being sent out to war and these guys go to war every day >> like they do that is a true statement. These guys go to war every day. Who they fighting against? They're fighting against people they claim to be protecting and serving. It's all such a perverted, nonsensical world that we live in. >> So many here, his heart breaks for the family of Kentucky State Police Trooper Hayden Phillips, a husband and father. >> Those boys will have to be without a daddy for the rest of their lives. Well, that was their daddy's fault, wasn't it, for taking a job where you're actually being the worst. It's even worse than a politician. Cuz all the politicians do is they write the laws that are going to intrude on your rights. These cops put the teeth on those laws and they actually physically in come into your life and put their hands on you when you don't want them to put their hands on you. And then when somebody fights back, when somebody defi decides to take the second amendment, you know, for what it says and defend themselves, now all of a sudden, one of these road pirates loses his life and everybody's losing their minds. >> Well joined dozens of others along the road as Philip's body was brought back to Glasow. >> That's another thing. When Phillips when Hayden Phillips died on the roadside, they blocked off I65 northbound for hours and hours to conduct their investigation. They would never do that for you. Now, they're going to block off the the city streets and the county roads to uh and and and they're going to give overtime to all of these officers who are going to milk the the city for all they got with this o these overtime hours just to attend the funeral of a guy that they didn't even know, but they'll pretend is their brother. >> Phillips was shot and killed Monday in Warren County while conducting a traffic stop along I65. >> It's here cuz we're all in this together. >> Cat. Catherine says, >> "No, we're we're really not. We're in this alone and they're trying to pick us off like fish in a barrel. That's that's that's the metaphor that comes closer to what our reality is." >> Phillips would go out of his way just to stop and say hello. Patron work >> and to stop and say, "Give me your ID. I need to see ID. This is the last time I'm asking you. I'm going to open that door. I'm going to break that window. I'm going to pull you out. I'm going to get my dog." works in a nearby dry cleaners where many are customers who become more like family. >> It wasn't that long ago he was in there, you know, happy as can be. >> Phillips also spent several years serving right here with the Glasgow Police Department. >> To be a first responder, you really have to have a love for people. >> No. If you're talking about an EMT or a paramedic or a fireman, okay, maybe. Maybe. Or maybe you're just doing it because you're getting a good paycheck and a good pension. It's a way you're going to feed your family. But you cannot say that about law enforcement. You don't get into law enforcement because you love people. You get into law enforcement because you want to control and manipulate and intimidate people. If you think I'm wrong, if you think I'm going way overboard on this and you think I'm way out of bounds, just let me know. >> And Hayden had a love for people. Now, Chief Guy Howe says the department will wrap its arms around Philip's family, especially his three boys. >> That thin blue line, you got to despise it. Got to despise it. Always earning the hate. How many people has he tased? How many people has he shot? How many people has he sick the dog on? How many pets has he tased or ended? >> Maybe not dads, maybe big brothers. >> This is >> I'll tell you this. If Hayden Phillips was in Yuvaldi, if he was one of the five responding agencies, the 376 men and women in uniform who appeared at Rob Elementary School, I guarantee you guarantee you that Hayden Phillips would stand outside like a coward like all of his buddies did that day. >> Is that a tragic experience, but it's it it brings unity together. >> Aaron Contrell, News Channel 5. Oh man, I just I can't stand glorifying a guy as a hero when he lived his life as a criminal committing legalized crimes. I want to show you this because there's something that they do not say in this news story and I want to see if you can pick up on it. Check this out. Dash cam video shows the moment a Tennessee trooper [music] was forced to make a decision with little time and even less room as a wrongway driver slams right into him. This happened on I40 in Dixon County. Welcome in to News 2 Now at 10. I'm Haley Wilggas. News 2's Kelly Milin has the video and the warning from THP. On an interstate, there are certain things a driver expects to see. A car coming straight at you is not one of them. An elderly driver appears over the top of the hill, headed the wrong way on Interstate 40. Sergeant Goddard has only seconds to move. >> At the last moment, the trooper was able to avoid a head-on collision. >> Now, did you get that? The lie was already told. Sergeant Goddard had only seconds to react. At the last moment, I counted 11 seconds. Not only was this car driving down the long wrong side of the road on the interstate, which is bad on them. It's an elderly couple. They probably, you know, made the wrong turn or whatever, but they had their headlights on and you can actually see the car for 11 at least 11 full seconds. And we can go over that here in a second. 11 full seconds. This cop had every opportunity to pull into the other lane and, you know, maybe warn people behind him. Uh, I doubt because I doubt this cop was going, you know what? It's better that this guy crash headon into me than headon into somebody else because we know how scared cops are. So, that wasn't his mentality. But, he had every opportunity to get out of their way and maybe warn them that they were going down the wrong side of the road. And I'll show you that in a second. >> Vehicles collided near mile marker 176 close to the Interstate 840 interchange. A direct hit on impact would be would have been deadly or they would have sustained very serious injuries. >> Goddard was returning to Memphis after a training session in Nashville. T >> Yeah. Well, you know what? I think Goddard was distracted while he was driving. That's the only reason that I can see that this guy waited till the last second to veer to his left. And we're again, I'm going to point that out here in a second. JP says troopers receive emergency vehicle operations training, but training can only prepare a driver for the moment. It cannot give him more time. >> In this case, he was very lucky that he was able to see the vehicle and he was able to react appropriately. >> Very lucky. You couldn't have made it more obvious the old people had their lights on, their headlights during the day. >> THP says wrongway drivers are not frequently reported in this area, but this was not the first. Troopers say the interchange near exit 172 can be confusing. In previous cases have often involved elderly or impaired drivers. >> We've seen wrongway drivers hit directly headon with um you know citizens and other law enforcement vehicles and usually the end result isn't positive. >> THP says the THP trooper and driver are expected to make full recoveries. Troopers have not said what caused the elderly driver to enter the interstate in the wrong direction or whether he will be cited. >> Yeah, actually BV, that's a great point. If the trooper was trying to protect people, he would have turned right and made the opposing vehicle travel to the right as well by glancing off of his vehicle. But no, he sent them toward traffic. And I think that's cuz he saw it at the last minute because he looked up from his phone because we're going to go over this. We're we're gonna Let's see if I can get these seconds here >> on an inter >> I'm gonna keep it on the big screen. Okay. So, so far you cannot see you can't see the uh the vehicle approaching >> state. There are certain things a driver expects to see a car coming. >> Okay, now you can see them right now. And this is at the 25 I don't know if you can let me get this off of here. I don't know if you can see right down here. This is the 25se second mark of a 1 minute and 52 second video. You can already see the vehicle on the horizon. And this is through a dash cam. So that means in real life you'd be able to see it even more clearly. And it looks like this cop right here is kind of over this dotted white line right here. Watch >> straight at you is not one of them. An elderly. >> Okay. So you can still you can definitely see it now. This is at the 28 second mark. You could start to see it at the 25 second mark. I'll play this uninterrupted here in a second, but I just want to take you step by step. driver [clears throat] appears over the top of the hill headed the wrong way on Interstate 40. >> Look, you can clearly see it. He could have made evasive maneuver right here by getting behind this vehicle right here and he didn't do it because he was distracted driving. Why else would you stay in this lane as a car you know it has its headlights on is coming towards you at probably 60 mph and you're probably going 60. >> Goddard has only seconds to move. At the last moment, the trooper was able >> at the last moment. Okay, so let's do this uninterrupted. I'll tell you when I first see it on my screen, and this is poor resolution, man. Poor resolution. We're going to start at the 22. >> A driver expects to see a car. >> Okay, now I can see it right now. It comes into view on the dash cam. So, we're at 25 seconds. Let's play it uninterrupted. >> Straight at you is not one of them. An elderly driver appears over the top of the hill headed the wrong way on Interstate 40. Sergeant Goddard has only seconds to move >> at the last >> and that's that was right there. So he collides at about 37 38 seconds. So 25 to 37 is 12. 25 to 38 is 13. He had at least 12 seconds of lead time to take an evasive maneuver, but he didn't. And the only reason you wouldn't is cuz you didn't see it. And the only reason you didn't see it is because you weren't paying attention. And maybe the only reason he wasn't paying attention is because he was looking at that big stateisssued laptop that he has. Maybe he was texting his boyfriend. Maybe he was uh I don't know, changing the song on his playlist, but he wasn't paying attention to the road, which makes him a danger on the road. We'll play it one more time just so you can see. And I'm not making this stuff up. You can definitely see it in 25 seconds. >> Expects to see a car. >> Boom. He he arrives. It's almost like he just appears >> at you is not one of them. An elderly driver over the top of the hill. >> Look, how do you not do something right now? Right now. Right now. Right now. Right now. He doesn't do it. He could have watched. He could have got behind this truck right here. Had plenty of time. Plenty of time. But he decided to go and pass the truck. First of all, you boxed yourself in. There's nowhere to go. If if this car met you right here on the bridge, you got a concrete embankment on the left and you got this truck, this heavy duty truck, maybe a Ford F350, 4 F450 on the right side. Why would you do that? Unless you weren't paying attention. This and they don't even mention that. The state troopers don't mention this in this news story and neither does fake stream CIA infiltrated operation mockingb bird MK Ultra media. Which brings us to our main event. Speaking of MK Ultra, this is heavyduty Matrix. This is a very strange real life Matrix incident. And this woman even mentions the Matrix. And like I said, the being in the Matrix is kind of like accepting this false, superficial, very shallow, heavily conditioned version of reality without question. It's like following the standard life path like I'm going to go to school. I'm going to go to work. I'm just going to consume. I'm just I'm just going to, you know, just just feed all my desires without question. You're not questioning cultural norms. You're not questioning government rules or media influence. You're questioning nothing. You're just you're just a an NPC, a non-playable character in some video game just going along to get along. And you never step out outside and just look around and question why am I doing this? Why are they doing this? Are we doing right? No, this can't be right because we know what right and wrong is. You're not supposed to harm anybody. Even if even if somebody says no, it's legal to harm them. No, it's legal to damage their property. It's legal to pull them out of the vehicle. I don't care who tells you it's legal. It's not moral. It's not ethical. It's not right. It used to be illegal to free slaves. And it used to be legal for cops to apprehend people who freed slaves and throw them into a cage for freeing human beings. It used to be legal to have slaves. Are you going to tell me that it's it's it's okay for a man to own another man against his will and it's okay for the police force to protect that man who's holding that other man against his will? That's how upside down this world is. And I would just want to show you because this woman actually verbalizes this as she gets pulled over for what? Wait for it. Wait for it. Because she didn't pay the state extortion fee of registration. Oh my gosh. D the crime of the of history. The We must vanquish these criminals who refuse to bow down to the state and pay the extortion fee. On August 18th, 2025, an officer in Florida was on patrol when he spotted a black GMC traveling eastbound. After running the vehicle's Kentucky plates, he discovered they had been expired for over two and a half years. The officer quickly activated his emergency lights and pulled the driver over in a nearby parking lot to conduct a traffic stop. Here's what the officer did next. Now, now before we listen to what this officer says, did did your mom ever tell you if your friends jumped off a bridge? Would you jump off the bridge? If somebody told you, "Hey, I need you to jump off this bridge because it's the right thing to do." Would you do it? If somebody told you it was okay, it's completely legal to throw puppies in a ditch or babies in a ditch, would you actually do it because, hey, you're just an order follower and you just do what you're told? And they they told me they told me it was legal. They told me it was legal, so it's something I'm going to go ahead and do because I feel like if it's legal, it's right. No, you wouldn't do it. Why wouldn't you do it? Because you're not a psychopath. Somebody pointed out, I I failed to mention that one of the reasons cops become cops is because they are psychopaths. So, to psychopaths become cops or do cops become psychopaths? I personally think you have to be psychopathic, a control freak to want the ring of power to control people against their will and be able to get away with it because what you did was perfectly legal. Now, what this cop is doing right here is perfectly legal. But that doesn't make it right. So, what they've done is they've signed on the dotted line and as a matter of course and as a matter of profession, they are out there hurting people because they're told to hurt people. So they're conformist instead of moralist. They're doing what they're told rather than doing what is right. Matter of fact, they're doing what they're told regardless of what is right instead of doing what is right regardless of what they're told. So having said that, that's the springboard. That's the foundation for this video. Check out what this woman says because I'm completely on board with her. >> Hello. >> Hi. Uh recent stop is your Kentucky tag expired in 2023. >> Okay. Um, are are you living here now or? >> Um, yeah. >> Okay. I mean, that's two and a half years expired at this point. And you got to get once you move to a new state. Do you have a Florida driver's license now? >> Uh, no. >> You have a Kentucky driver's license? >> No. >> You don't have a driver's license at all? >> I mean, I do, but >> Now, where did this cop get the idea that you have to have you have to have your plate registered in the state that you live in? You have to have a license. A license is a permission slip. This is a permission slip from the government to do something that you have a perfect right to do anyway. And that's to travel freely. As long as you're not jeopardizing human lives, as long as you're not harming anybody, threatening to harm anybody, damaging property, stealing property, everything's okay. The only t time you should be stopped, the only time your life, liberty, and happiness should be infringed on is if you're infringing on the life, liberty, and happiness of other people. Otherwise, you're not committing a crime. If you're polluting the water supply, you're polluting the water supply for everyone. If you're polluting the air, if you're run trying to run people off the road, if you're driving recklessly and putting people's lives in danger, that's the only time that any human being can step in the way of another human being. And you don't have to be a special human being to do it. If somebody's in a mall shooting people and you have the ability to bring that person down, you don't have to call the police. You don't have to wait for anybody to come and save the day. There's no hero that's coming to save you. When seconds count, police are minutes away. Why don't you do the job? You can do the job. We're under this uh, you know, this false notion that the only people who can protect us are the people with the costumes, the people with the shiny badges. Otherwise, I can't do anything. I'm just a little kid sitting here in a corner shuddering, waiting, you know, sitting behind my desk, hoping that the shooter doesn't come to my classroom. >> Can I see that, please? >> Um, did I commit a crime? >> Yeah. Kentucky tag is expired back. >> No, she didn't commit a crime. That's the answer. No, she did not. >> 23. >> All right. Well, that's not a crime really. That's just >> All right. Well, case law says I'm able to pull a driver over for an expired tag. >> Well, guess what else case law used to say, officer? Case law used to say if you catch somebody freeing slaves, grab them, put torture cuffs on them, put them in shackles, and lead them to the next dungeon and throw them in there for years and years. That's what case law used to say. So you're saying case law is your conscience. What does your conscience tell you, officer? Do you have a conscience left? No, I don't think you do. >> Fine. >> So I'm pulling over. This is a lawful traffic stop. I need your ID. It's definitely lawful. For sure. It is. >> Registration, proof of insurance. >> I mean, it's not constitutional. It's not moral, but it's what they call lawful. It's what they call legal. >> No, listen, I don't I'm a sovereign citizen. I don't follow any of that. So, >> perfect. >> I'm free to travel. Really? >> Okay. So, you're traveling. You are not driving. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Just give me one second. So now the immoral guy is going to mock the moral woman who hasn't harmed anybody. Nobody's been harmed yet, but somebody has been infringed on. They're being infringed on right now. It's this woman getting infringed on and they're about to put their hands on her. So the crime has already been committed. She is being detained against her will. That is a real crime. I don't care if you want to call it legal, illegal. It's absolutely immoral what this cop's doing. And the woman is doing nothing immoral. The only person who's violating, if you want to call it natural law, is the guy with the costume. And it's not even Halloween. >> 55 Central. >> Can you roll me um some more units? I have a sovereign citizen who is not driving. >> The only sovereign citizen is the guy with the uniform. >> Right down the street. So, I want No, you need to listen to me because this is not going to go the way you think it is. This is a lawful traffic stop. There's >> Do you have a valid driver's license? >> We don't live in the same realities. I don't follow anything in the Matrix. Uh, >> understood. >> We live in completely different realities. >> That is what I wanted to show you. We are in a matrix. We live in completely different realities, guys. That is so freaking true. And she's right. But it's always going to be dangerous to be right when a government functionary, a government agent is always so wrong. >> I don't follow any government entities. I am a sovereign citizen. I I'm free to live here. >> I wish you would stop calling yourself a sovereign citizen. That is an oxymoron. I know you know that. But there's a lot of people who watch my videos that aren't aware of this yet. If you're sovereign, you're set apart. You are your own master. I'm my own master. Nobody has a higher claim over your life than you. Nobody has a higher claim over my life than me. So you are truly sovereign. But you can't be a sovereign citizen because a citizen is one who submits to the jurisdiction in which they live. And do you really want to call yourself a subject of a jurisdiction? As soon as you call yourself subject to something or someone or some set of rules, then you can no longer be sovereign. That means somebody else is your master and you're subjecting yourself to that master. Therefore, there can be no such thing as a sovereign citizen. It's it's the two terms are diametrically opposed. >> I follow common natural law. >> You just travel. >> I'm just I just want to go get my groceries. I don't even I just go back and forth to get my groceries. >> So, you don't follow statute at all. Okay. >> Everything you're watching on TV is a lie. We're all Listen, you don't have a squeaky clean record and that's fine. None of us do because we're trying to break free from all that. >> You still need a driver's license to drive. I mean, I do have a driver's license. >> You still need a driver's license to drive. He only has that idea because the political parasites told him they need a driver's license. They need to get permission from the government if they want to be free. The thing that's truly illegal in this land is freedom. There is no freedom in this land as long as we have law enforcement agents who are willing to carry out the edicts of the political parasitic class. And we know how much the politicians lack integrity. We know how deep their corruption runs. >> Can I see it? >> I don't know cuz I didn't I didn't commit a crime. >> Okay. Well, >> I'm allowed to pull you over for an expired tag. >> There you go. I'm allowed to pull you over. Pennsylvania versus Mim says you have to obey my command cuz it's magic pixie dust. It's magic legislative pixie dust. >> I mean, >> so do you agree that that's a reason to stop somebody or you don't agree with that? No, >> I mean like I said, I follow common law. >> Hi. >> So, I don't cause problems. I just want to keep my >> This is going to be your last chance. Okay. I need your ID and your registration proof of insurance. >> I don't want to give any of that. >> You will not give it to me. >> Well, I don't want to have to I need you officer. I need you to follow just the fourth amendment. That's all I need right now to protect my right to be secure in my person's houses, papers, and effects. this this vehicle that I'm in or my my effects. This is my person. You're trying to tell me that you want to see my papers just like they did in Nazi Germany. And we all know how bad the Nazi uh the Gestapo was. So, you're you're basically telling me you need to see my papers when I haven't even committed a crime because your political parasitic class wrote words on paper and you take this as gospel truth as though you know Santa Claus is going to come down from the North Pole and give a whole bunch of gifts just because you said say he is. this for jail. >> Can I explain something to you real quick? >> In jail for ma'am, can I can I explain something to you? I understand your ideology and I I can respect it. [laughter] Unfortunately, where we live and how we live in this world today, >> it's not recognized like >> So, what he's saying is he's not going to recognize it. He can he can exercise discretion because cops are always like, "Hey, I can always exercise discretion and just let you go with a warning." Now, I could have gave you a speeding ticket, but because speeding is not really the issue, control is, and I want you to know that I'm in control, I'm going to let you go with a warning. Oh, thank you, officer. Thank you so much for not infringing on my rights and economically terrorizing me. It's like, only psychopaths do that. Only abusers do that. See how nice I was 364 days a year, and I can pummel you on the 365th day. Hey, you're not a good husband if you're beating your wife one day out of 365 days. it. All your good deeds and all your nice words and all your kindness and your professionalism 364 days a year gets completely erased and wiped away when you decided to give your wife a black eye and a a bloody nose. Now listen, ma'am, in this day and age and what we where we live, you have to obey. You have to abide by the rules. No, the the the law enforcement agents actually have the power to go, you know what? I agree with you. You didn't commit a crime. I'm going to have a talk with my fellow officer and we're going to get on the same page here and we're only going to from this day forward we are only going to go after real criminals, real thieves, real murderers, real rapists, people who really out there trying to defraud people. >> Let me finish. >> Do you have a state ID with you? >> I'm going to go back over what this guy just said. Listen to this. >> Ma'am, please can I can I explain something to you? I understand your ideology and I I can respect it, but unfortunately where we live and how we live in this world today, >> it's not recognized at all. Okay, hold on. Let me finish. >> Do you have a state ID with you? >> They said Joe Biden was a clone on national TV, so we're we're very following have to answer to all. >> That's great. And >> I don't know about this Joe Biden's a clone thing. She should have just stayed with stuff that's objective. What's objective right here is this woman has not committed a crime and they are living in fantasy land through rules and legislation and and organized crime. >> And I and you know what? When that time comes, we'll be happy to. >> I'm common law, natural law. I don't follow the the I don't I'm a free citizen. I'm doing nothing wrong. >> Unfortunately, your tag is >> I'm a free citizen. Oh boy. >> Extremely expired. >> That's okay. >> And again, it's not that big of a deal. >> I don't pay taxes. I don't do any government. That's up for you. >> Oh, did you hear what the cops said? He said it's not that big of a deal, but it's going to be such a big deal that they are going to put men, grown men are going to put their hands on a woman in broad daylight and drag her out of that vehicle even though he just said it's not that big of a deal. >> I'm a free citizen. I'm doing nothing wrong. >> Great. Unfortunately, your tag is extremely expired. >> That's okay. >> And I get it's not that big of a deal. >> I get it. It's not that I get it. But still, we have to we have to pile we have to dogpile you, ma'am. We have to hold you against your will, ma'am. I know that's called real crime in the real world, but we live in fantasy land, ma'am. So, she's right. We live in two different worlds. They live in fantasy and we live in objective truth. But truth is treason in the empire of lies. And the cops choose to live in that empire of fallacy and lies. >> Taxes. I don't do any government. >> That's up for you. and the IRS to figure out that we don't I don't care about what you pay for taxes. >> What's your name? >> I don't want to give you my name. >> They're going to when they start hooking all this stuff with the Flock Security Safety net and Palunteer technologies. >> Ma'am, you realize that you have the possibility of going to jail by refusing to private. There's no possibility that they could that she would ever go to jail if this man who's wearing this costume could actually act on conscience and heart. If he had a conscience, if he actually was sensitized to what is right versus what is wrong, he would never choose to do the wrong even though they've made doing wrong legal. >> In jail for unless I've committed a crime, which I have not committed. >> It's a traffic violation. state Florida state law under illegal traffic stop. If you refuse to identify yourself, you're grounds for being arrested. >> And this is grounds for him violating 18 USC 242. He's going to deprive her of her rights under the color of traffic law, corporate traffic law. >> Okay. Where are your keys to your vehicle? >> The ignition. >> Take them out of the ignition. >> No, you listen. I mean, you can write Okay, listen. You can write me up a ticket, but it's going to be I have no job. I'm unemployed. I'm fighting this. >> That has nothing to do with why we're here today. You can go ahead and write me up a ticket. I'm never going to pay it. >> Well, we got to we we need your information to write a ticket. That's fine. If you don't want Listen, if you don't want to pay it, that's your prerogative. It could be even further repercussions for that. But in order for us to write that citation, we need your information. >> You guys are public servants. It's not >> We need your information to write that ticket. >> You guys are enforcing laws that are going to come back and get you, too. I'm doing this for everybody. >> Okay, that is so true. When you stand for your rights against somebody who's standing against your rights, you're actually standing for their rights, too. When injustice happens to one man or woman anywhere, it happens to all men and women everywhere. >> Well, then you can you can take your own legal action later on, but right now that's not going to be discussed right here today. >> Go ahead and step out of the vehicle at this point. >> Here we go. >> Go ahead and step out of the vehicle. >> Do this. >> You have to undo your seat belt. This is a lawful order. Pennsylvania. You have to step out of the vehicle. >> We have a ticket and then it's gonna do nothing. >> Do you want Okay. Do you want to give us your driver's license? Do you want a ticket? We can still go that route. But you're very close to not going that route. >> It's just going to progressively get worse. >> You can fight it in court afterwards. >> Just a ticket. Let me get my groceries back cuz that's a lot of money. >> You have a valid driver's license? >> No. Nothing's valid. I told you I'm fighting it in every way, shape, and form. I have no job. I'm doing everything. I'm fighting things this except we live in the matrix. They said Joe Biden was a clone. They got us all to get our vaccines so they can watch us and make us robotically do you guys are doing the same thing. You guys [snorts] are supposed to We're going to go back to being deputized. The >> insurance ma'am. >> No, I don't have anything. I have nothing. >> Okay. >> I don't know how else. >> Go ahead. Go. >> Yeah. I'm just going to run it. >> It's fine. >> It's It's You're going in loops here. You're you're you're the one going and loots talking about Joe Biden being cloned and why is that relevant? That's not even a reasonable >> state. We literally he's not even the president. >> Why are we paying our taxes? Why are we doing any of this stuff? We're keeping ourselves in the craziest mood and then you guys are part of the problem. >> I think she's trying to download way too much information and she should just stay with the basics. It's like guys, I have not committed a crime. I know that what you're doing is legal, but I just want to ask you, is it moral or is it immoral? What is a crime? If there is no victim, there can be no crime. There's no nothing was stolen, nothing was damaged, nobody was threatened, nobody was harmed until you guys arrived on the scene. Just keep it simple. If you're going to go this route, you have to understand it's dangerous to be right. And I do believe she's right. I don't know about the Joe Biden clone thing because I I don't think you can really prove that stuff. You know, I've seen people with it. Oh, look at this ear. Look at the ear of Joe Biden from 1989 and now look at the ear of Joe Biden from 2023. It's not the same year. Maybe it's not. I don't know. I don't know about that. But what I do know is that this convid 1984 by George Orwell thing was a complete money and wealth transfer scam and scheme that resulted in the disappearance of $6.2 trillion. Donald Trump signed off on that. When he left office, Joe Biden gave more trillions of dollars to the prison industrial complex, military-industrial complex, the big pharma industrial complex. So, all that stuff is objective. They admit to doing it, and there's a whole bunch of crazy stuff going on behind the scene, but if we just keep it simple, stupid. Who's who's being the immoral one here? Who's being inhumane to another human being here? And yeah, yeah, they're doing it under the color of law. They believe I think they they believe they're doing the right thing by just following orders. But being the being an order follower is one of the worst possible kind of human beings that you can do because you will do evil and you will justify it as good because you're just doing what you were told. I don't make the rules. I just follow the rules. I'm just I just do what I'm told. I'm an order follower. So, if you're just going to follow orders, no matter how horrible and horrific the orders are, how many people you have to put your hands on, how many lives you have to ruin, how many how much money that you steal, let me just remind you, 6.2 to 6.8 billion a year is lifted from the American tax cattle just through speeding tickets alone. That's like $14,747 every minute of every single day, 365 days a year. 10 borrow 55 >> and it's all legal >> one out of California by number >> sure >> she finally gave it to I opened the door and I was like it's either this or jail and she's like fine I'll give you my ID >> okay >> so >> all this [laughter] sticker like do you see where it >> Well it's no it's it's not just a sticker that's just >> I want everyone to >> what's your first name what's your first Okay. So, it's not over just a sticker. It's also the escalation that you did by not providing your driver's license. >> No, in other words, it's all just a sticker. It's all just driver's license. And now here you guys, men with guns, men surrounding a woman's vehicle, threatening her very life. It is just a sticker. That's what caused the initial traffic stop. >> Okay. But that law doesn't isn't recognized by anybody. Unfortunately, you made the situation worse than it is. you. This is classic victim blaming and that's what psychopaths do. They victimize their victim and then they blame their victim for the victimization and say it was their fault. This guys, this is CL. If you want a perfect picture of psychopathy, you need look no f further than the costumed warriors and heroes in blue in the thin blue line gang. >> Wow. You follow that's that was the problem during co everybody changed. Nobody realized you don't follow rules. You don't follow entities that are trying to >> last time I checked. >> Exactly. >> They didn't force a shot on anybody. That was your own choice. So, >> no, they just said, "Okay, well, if you don't take it, uh, you're fired. Don't come in to work tomorrow." Yeah, that's not forcing anybody. That's not pigeon holing them, is it? >> I don't even That's not even relevant to why we're here today. >> I lost my I lost five jobs over >> Oh, I'm sorry for that. >> You guys are all glitchy. >> Glitchy. What does that mean? >> You can't handle when when things go against authority. You have to bow down to authority. >> I I have no idea why that What are you talking about? >> Because you see, they don't even understand it. I mean, she's kind of all over the place, guys. But the basic tenant is there's this fictional thing called authority. And what authority is is a man believes that he has a higher claim over my life and property than I do to the point where he can he believes that he can legally invade my life. And he can. He can legally invade my life and break my window if I don't follow his rules and comply with his orders and Pennsylvania versus Mims and Terry v. Ohio and Renv US and all this kind of stuff. If I don't comply with his rules, he pulls me out because his rule says that he can. That's what this woman is trying to convey to him. And the reason the cop doesn't understand it is because I think that he actually believes that he's right and might makes right. And you cannot assail their strength. But if you could, does that make us right? Yeah. It makes you right to defend yourself. >> All of this over a sticker. Do you understand how ridiculous this is? Yeah, that's right. >> No, the sticker is a simple ticket. You just refusing to identify yourself is less criminal. >> This is all about a stick. She wouldn't Man, >> I gave her my ID. >> It took a long time. >> Cuz I shouldn't have to unless you committed a crime. I didn't. >> You know, it's a traffic violation. And if you actually read the statute for Florida, you're driving is a privilege. First of all, it's not a right. That's not like you can keep saying that all you want to, but if you're not if you're not harming anybody, you can take your private conveyance down the public roadway. There's nothing in the Constitution that says you can't. Any law that's repugnant to the Constitution is what? It's null and void. If there was anything repugnant to the Constitution, if there was anything on this earth that would cause the colonists to start a revolution, it would be something that looks like corporate traffic law. And the red coats weren't even initiating things like things as stringent as corporate traffic law or drug war laws or gun laws. Actually, they did have gun laws and that's one of the reasons for the revolution. It's like, oh, you can have it, but we can't. Screw you. and they started the revolution. If there was anything that the colonists would start a revolution over, it would definitely be for, oh, I need licenses and forced insuranceances and I need to bow down to the state and pay a registration fee every single year for a vehicle that I own. What how does that even make any sense? And if if we all stood up against it, by the end of the weekend, we could have everything taken care of. Now there's no more domestic terror cell called the IRS. There's no more income tax, no more property tax because the people got together and said or and there's no more extortion fee. We own our vehicles. We'd rather have dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery. It would be ended. But because we have this political structure, this two-party paradigm, this dog and pony show, this WWE kayfabe spectacle, people can't get united because they're too busy being at each other's throats. And the banksters, the zio banking elite love it. >> I'm not traveling. >> It's okay. >> At least you know the the normal uh rhetoric for sovereign citizens. >> I uh she gave him his ID over here. >> Okay. >> Watch this guy. >> Okay. >> No, I don't care. >> Oh, that's so manly. I don't care. Get her out. Come on. Put that testosterone to work, you bunch of cowards. Come on. Grab that woman. >> Yeah, >> we're not doing all this. >> Argue with her. Eyebuck. >> Here we go. Hands on. Hands on. >> Violation of the will. Look at the Look at this big guy. The big sergeant. Can't even look this woman in the eye. And when he does, he's got sunglasses on. What a coward. This guy would be a perfect fit for Yuvaldi >> in the car. >> No. >> No kids, right? >> No. identifying yourself when he told you to >> not identify yourself when you listen to what she she attacks their manhood here in a second. >> I do my tag over a sticker and they're doing this. It's ridiculous. >> Now you'll know. >> What is happening to the men in this world? What the >> lawful reason to stop you? >> Yep. What has happened to the men in this? Can you imagine being a man and being a cop? I mean, a lot of these cops have these huge arms and they're wearing these extra tight shirts and they're showing their biceps and it's like and they're cow they're nothing but cowards putting their hands on on women and children shooting cute little puppy dogs and donkeys and and killing squirrels and invading old people's homes and throwing old Karen Garners to the ground and dislocating her shoulder and putting her in major pain and throwing her into a cage and then making fun of her on the, you know, outside of herself. Hell, that's what's happening. What? How can you be a man? Like, I'm a man. I'm a warrior. I'm a hero. I I'm a boy in blue. That's all you are. >> Identify you and you refuse. So now you're going to jail >> cuz I didn't commit a crime. It's a sticker. Thank you. >> Okay. >> My god. >> You already call a female for a search. >> My god. >> You could try. I don't think there's anyone available. >> And my groceries are in the car. Well, then you you did that for yourself. >> Yeah. You guys take that outfit off, you're just like, "I'm gonna see you in the grocery store. We're all the same." >> I feel safer with that soft sit off the streets. I know. >> People fighting for freedom and you guys are doing it. Do you realize when you put that on, you're just like me? Your record's not clean either, mister. >> Okay. >> You shouldn't be following every law. Not all laws are meant to be. >> Can I ask you Can I ask you a question? When did you start the whole sovereign thing? Uh, in 2020 when I realized the television is telling everybody what to do and that something's wrong in the world. >> Stop watching the news. I don't watch the news because I don't agree with the news. >> Yeah. Now, now after everybody you're freaking just go do your own thing and ignore laws. >> It does. That's how you fight it. How do you think you end this [ __ ] >> No. That's not This isn't the right way to go about it. >> Well, how else are we going to go about it? Following it. >> It just doesn't. >> I got kids and I'm not putting them in institution. >> Where are the kids? Are they >> You're on social media. >> Are the kids at school? Where are they? I was actually going to go right down to sleep. >> Okay. So, they have adult supervision right now. >> Put her in your car for now. >> Yeah. >> Do you have shorts on under your dress? >> I do. Yeah. >> Okay. I don't have You don't need these pockets. You have anything in your pockets? >> No. >> Do you have short pockets on your shorts? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. Have a seat. >> God, can you imagine doing this to a woman? Can you imagine >> call for a tow truck yet? >> Not yet. >> No, no. I'm just saying I don't want that. Have to sit here. >> But I mean, this thing expired like three years ago. >> Two years ago. >> The matches. >> I didn't check the VIN yet. But that and she >> I feel real good about myself. I just grabbed a woman who's like 100 pounds less than I am and way weaker. I feel so good getting this woman off the streets. >> Obviously didn't transfer any of her info to Florida, but her this is like two years expired. She already stayed. I don't pay for insurance because of the whole thing of traveling and free citizen and whatnot. >> It's coming back is valid. >> Okay. license. >> Her license. I mean, there's not a lot of information on it. >> Running out of Florida, too. >> Okay. >> You might be suspended out of Florida, >> possibly. I mean, she says she lives here. She has to get her tag changed anyway. She moved here. >> Yeah. Run run run it out of Florida. Might be suspended. >> Okay. >> And then, um, can you pull up the the the tag real quick? >> What do you need? >> Just a little air. That's it. >> All right. I can get the air pumping a little more. >> Guys, I will go over the super chats at the end of this. I just wanted to kind of barrel through this a little bit because I don't want to spend too much time on this. I just want to get the gist of it and then just move on. >> I'm going to buck your seat belt. >> I'm having I'm trying not to have anxiety attack. >> Okay. Do you want EMCs to come see you? >> Who wants I just need to >> Okay, I just need to buckle your seat belt. We're going to move. Hold on. >> Get myself ready to do this. Hold on. >> Okay. No, we need to put your foot back in your car. >> Hold on. Wait. Give me a minute to breathe. >> Okay. I need to buckle your seat belt. >> Do I have any hands? I'm not going to hurt anybody. >> I understand that. But >> do you Hold on. Wait a minute. Do you understand how anxietyinducing this? >> Ma'am, [snorts] I need you to sit back. >> No, hold. I'm having an anxiety attack. Hold on. Call anxiety. Okay. I can't do this. >> Can you send fire for a vital check? >> I don't care. I don't want to be in that. [laughter] >> You don't understand. >> No, you need to stop. Okay, I'm gonna be right here. >> Put your feet back in the car. >> No, because I'm having an anxiety attack. Do you understand what's happening right now? >> Goodness, ma'am. You need to put your feet back in the car. You are under arrest. >> A ticket. Under a stick. >> It is so claustrophobic to think about having handcuffs and your hands shackled behind you and then you're in this little confined space right here at their mercy. Especially think about what that lady felt like when they did that to her in Colorado. They they put the torture cuffs on her, locked her in the back of this patrol vehicle. As the patrol vehicle was sitting on the railroad tracks, a train comes along and just broadsides that vehicle. It's super scary to give your life entirely over these clear psychopaths. >> Yes, you're under no for failure to identify yourself. Okay. >> Put your feet back in the car. >> No, I'm getting anxiety. I don't Listen, do you understand? You sit back here. It's hot. >> Okay, there's ambulance coming. You can stay like this. That's fine. >> It's fine. I'm not going to run away. I'm not going to run away. It's hot back there. It's Florida. For God's sakes, I'm over a sticker. My god. I hope you sleep well at night knowing that we do this. >> All you had to do was give me your driver's license. >> You and I are hopefully you're heading to the same place. I'm afraid I'm not following all this [ __ ] stuff. You know it. I know it. >> God, she embodies the spirit of America, guys. She's just trying to talk common sense. Yeah, she's mix mixing in Joe Biden as a clone type of stuff, but for the most part, she's right because she it's she's following the lines of morality, the consistent principled lines of morality. And she's basically fighting for these officers rights while they trample her rights. >> All you're supposed to do [laughter] is be I don't want to ride in the back of the small hot car. C on the rule in my caller on my way. >> When you're operating without insurance, >> how's that going to hurt anybody? How? What's it doing? >> You get accident. >> You have $100,000. >> Yeah. Your insurance made you pay. >> You might get into an accident. You if you get into an accident and you don't have insurance, then you can't cover the person. Really? What if I just enter into a contract with them where I'm going to make payments? Forced insurance is a scam, guys. >> Then you pay insurance all the time and then they make you pay out of pocket for a more car. They charge you the same with the healthare industry. It's everything. It's all >> It's a big scam. We agree there. All right. But it is what it is. >> You can fight this in court. It's just not like this isn't a place to do it on the side of the road or in the business. It's not what this is meant for. >> The only time to fight is anywhere and everywhere. And by the way, when you go to a court that's maritime law, we were born of water and we're all owned. Our birth certificates, birth certificate. Look it up, Jordan. We're all owned. Our we're numbered and everything. And that's why when you're you're drowning in debt, that's all water maritime. >> Yeah. >> All of that stuff. Drowning in debt. What else? Or a canal. You go through your mom canal and they label your birth certificate. Same thing. >> Hero is having a panic attack in the back of the >> she's she's downloading too much. They won't even accept the basics. There's no reason to keep on going with what she's saying. >> She requested to be evaluated. >> I just don't want to get a ride in. >> Well, we can't help you there. It's basically pearls before swine, literally. >> Sorry. >> We crossed that bridge. >> I know. I like you. I think >> Yeah, because you're still going to put >> I I like you. That's why we put our hands on you and we put the torture cuts on you cuz we like you a whole lot. Now we get to turn you over to the the correctional facility staff. Wait till you see them. They're real winners. No, it's not because of the sticker. >> Did you hear him say I like you? >> Sorry. >> We crossed that bridge. >> I know. I like you. I think >> Yeah, because of the sticker. You're still going to put >> No, it's not because of the sticker. >> It's not because of sticker. >> When we all take our costumes off, you're all the same as we are. No one is disagreeing with you there. No, we are. >> Why are you guys doing this over a sticker? I didn't do anything. >> It's not over a sticker. >> I don't WANT TO EVALUATE. WELL, THEN I'LL tell them. >> You guys from I don't want my vital. Do you want to go to the hospital? >> I don't know why I'm going to the hospital. I didn't even back this part. It's hot. YOU GUYS, ONE OF YOU SIT with me. I want with your your pants and everything. One of you sit back there with me. You're already sweating right back here and you and I in the back because it is hot here. >> So once again, I don't want to transfer to a police department. What if an elite military army came by with like 50 men, 50 heavily armed men and pointed their rifles at the the thin blue line gang here and told for said take her cuffs off right now in the name of freedom. Take her cuffs off and let her be on her way. Produce, let me see her victim. We'll keep her in the car if there's a victim. Show me the victim. The victim is the state. Now, the state can't be a victim because the state is a fiction. A fiction can't be a victim. Show me the victim. If you can't show me the victim, you have five seconds to take her out of the cuffs and put her back in her vehicle and let her be on her way. That would be moral. That would be moral. And they don't even have to give they wouldn't even have to give them a chance. It's like this is roadside armed robbery right here. We got to look at this for what it really is, not for what they want you to think it is. That's where the matrix comes in. That's where this shallow fictional jurisdiction, this fictional authority comes in. But if a real paramilitary organization came along that was sensitized only to morality and freedom and they these cops could not produce a real and actual victim and it happened on every traffic stop, what do you think would happen? Because they really these cops really believe that might equals right. Well, what if what if somebody or a group was mightier than they were and they were armed with miniguns and AA12s and armored personnel carriers and they were boxing these cars in and they were just do they were only committed to doing the right thing. They weren't extortionists. They they got their money from private funds and they were only committed to preserving life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and the protection of property. Wouldn't that be an amazing thing? A matter of fact, that sounds like it would make a really really good movie. They're only It's kind of kind of like Robin Hood to take from the rich to give to the poor because the the money you're taking from the rich, they stole from the poor kind of thing. >> The hospital >> or the hospital? I don't need to go to the hospital. What I need is just to go home and have I should be having my coffee and still have not over a sticker. Not >> here. Go ahead and put your feet in the car. >> I don't want It's hot back there. No, >> no. We We learned what happens when you tell us no. Last chance. >> It's hot back there. No. >> Okay. No, I don't want to go back. without you guys did that on a beach man just not too long ago. No, I don't. >> Ma'am, we're putting our feet back in the car. No, we are putting our feet back in the car. >> AC. >> It's going to be blasted. >> Hold on. >> Yeah. No, it's it's all the way up. Both the hands are pushing back there. >> We had her down, but we didn't really want to search her. >> I'm sorry. >> You have anything on you that's going to hurt me? Poke me or stick me. [laughter] >> The only thing that's going to hurt me, poke me and stick me while we're hurting you. Poking you and sticking you. >> Thank you, man. I appreciate it. >> Gravy seals. That's a pretty meal team six and the gravy seals. >> Wait, it is hot back there. >> Okay, we're not doing this again. You already got >> It is hot back there. Hold I know, but >> we're not playing the game where you >> Oh my god. Where'd she come from? What is Denise? She's a sergeant. Denise Marquez. What? What the heck? There's no fitness or health standards in that department, obviously. >> Are you taking off right away? Because I can't sit there. I'm getting >> They were just waiting for me. So, go ahead and have it. >> Hold on. Let me take off the go in there. >> All right. And we got to go back and call my my mom. >> No, we're not letting call anyone. We already had another anxiety attack. Hold on. >> She's not holding on. >> Oh boy. We got the detractor, man. No principles there. The detractor is in the room again. >> I don't want to go back there. It's hot. >> Ma'am, do you want another charge? You have to get back inside of the car. You already got charged. >> I don't want to do another violence. Hold on. >> It's hot back there. How far away is >> You have to get back in the car. >> We're going to the police department. I'm writing the police report. >> It's hot back there. Let me ride with you guys. >> Ma'am, we're going back in the car. >> Is it going to be fast? Is it going to be fast? Man, we're going >> Oh god, now they're going to pepper spray her. No way. No way. I have not seen this far into the video yet. >> Damn. Stop. You're getting in the car. >> You can either do it calmly. >> I need to think really calm there before I get back there. >> Are you ready to get in the car? >> They love tormenting people. Look at this. They love it. Why not look at each other and go, "Guys, she's not a harm to anybody in society. Can we just let let's just let her go? >> Are you gonna fight? >> You're going to get pepper sprayed if you fight again." >> Ma'am, >> man. Motor Police Department. Start mileage. We got air back there. I don't know why we had to fight the second time. You caught another charge there. >> Caught another. They don't have to slap another charge on her. >> Me and my sergeant, we both said we agree with you on a lot of things you're saying. There's just the laws are they're real, though. >> The laws are absolutely not real. You're bringing them into reality by applying physical force. Otherwise, they're just words written on a page. You're bringing into reality words that are written on a page. That's all you're doing. the people. It's And it's not even the politicians. As bad and parasitic and corrupt and evil as they are, they might as well be the spawn of Satan. They're not worse than cops because cops are like, "Oh, you want me to do that evil? Oh, you've declared that that evil to be legal? Oh, Pennsylvania versus Mims. I can order somebody out of the car. Terry v. Ohio. I can put my hands all over another man. Okay, it's legal to put my hand." Guys, I don't care if they make it legal to put my hands on another man. I'm not going to do it. You know why? Because it's not in me to do it. My conscience says I wouldn't want that done to me. Therefore, I'm not going to do I have no desire to put my hands on another man, especially groping around his private parts. How insane. Oh, but but all of a sudden there's this mental disconnect because But Brian, it's legal. Pennsylvania versus Memphis, Terry v. Ohio, Renv. United States. Don't you understand? It's all nice and legal. Like are being used too by the government. >> That's fine. But the laws are real. There's still real things that I >> The laws are that's just it. The laws are not real. It's just words. It's just made up. It is hereby It is against the law to free the slaves. If you catch anybody freeing slaves, they go to prison and they're fined $100. That's not real. That's just an arbitrary edict of some psychopath who wants to control other people and get money, generate revenue to do it. That's not reality. But it becomes reality when somebody actually applies the physical force that was prescribed by the written law. The all laws are just the opinions of politicians backed by the threat of force. And if there wasn't that backing, the law wouldn't have any teeth and we wouldn't have all of this tyranny all over the place. You could have been on your way. You had a valid driver's license. I would have given you a warning for the tag and you could have left. I could have even given you a verbal warning. It would have had, you know, no problem. But >> the the reason you're in the In other words, the reason you're in the back of my cop car, it's it's all your fault. I was just going to be the nice guy and give you a warning. No, you were you were the not nice guy, you were the evil guy by pulling me over in the first place for committing no crime. >> We had to go this way. >> No, you No, you had to go that way. >> You want to talk to her? I'll put I'll put it on screen. There you go. >> Hello. >> Hey, Mom. >> Do you want me to explain to her or tell her, you know, what's going on? >> Yeah. So, um she was arrested for um she she you know, sovereign citizen and all that. Um she'll have a bond. Um it should be like maybe $200 or $300. Um yeah, it'll be Blues County branch jail. >> What was she pulled over for? Um, it was her expired um, Kentucky tag in 2023. >> Okay. >> No, no, no, no. That was going That was actually going to be a I was just going to give her a warning on that. She didn't want to give me a driver's license. >> Yeah. >> Why wouldn't you just give her a warning on that? [laughter] Just give If you were going to give her a warning on the expired tag, why wouldn't you just give her a warning about the driver's license, too? You're a liar. You're just lying. >> Okay. >> All righty. Anything else? You good? >> So, where do I go? >> Um, she will be booked into the Bush County Branch Jail. >> A jail? You went to a jail instead. >> Are you putting me here? >> No, no, no. We I'm writing the report and then I take you to the jail. >> Oh my god. You're not taking me to the hospital then? I'll take you to the hospital right now. >> Why do you need to go to the hospital? >> Okay. All right. Okay. I'm calling an ambulance. >> Hey sir. Um she's complaining of the same thing again. Panic attack. She's screaming to go to the hospital. Even though they already came to check her out, they got to be called back again. Correct. After I told her she's not being booked here and being transported to the jail, she is screaming about going to the hospital. So I just call back again. Yeah. >> Okay. All right. All right. Sounds good. >> All right. They're on their way. She's in the back here. I don't know if you were the ones that were here earlier. Were you here with her earlier? Yeah. So, she once I told her she wasn't staying here and she was going to the branch down in the county. She started >> Guys, what the hell is with all the peedo mustaches lately? I feel like we're back in the 1980s, the the village people or something. >> Yeah. Saying she needed a, you know, hospital and was having another panic attack. So, Whatever you guys >> Hello. >> Hello again. >> Hello again. Yeah, I'm not going to make it to all the way to Dand. You guys told me quarter mile. There's no way I'm going to get to that. >> It's Daytona. >> It's like 20 minutes, maybe less. >> Well, the faster you get this over with, the less you have to look like. Just because you want to go to the hospital, >> you want you want to listen to me. Just because you want to go to the hospital doesn't mean you're going. >> No. I'm going to have a panic attack. >> Do you want Do you understand? >> Yeah. I'm going to have a panic attack. >> Okay. going to are you taking her out there? >> Well, I was she was fine coming here and then I said and then I told her we got to drive to the county and then she was like, I'm having a panic attack. My heart hurts. I want to go to the hospital. >> She was screaming and now she's calmed down since, you know, the time it gets to take you there and it's like, you know, >> because I'm having a panic attack. I need I need to be evaluated. I'm having a heart attack, panic attack, stroke, whatever you want to call it. >> I'm going to pass out. It's humid. It's Florida. I'm gonna pass out back here. No, you guys need to call. Please. >> Okay. So, you want to go to the hospital? >> I'm not going to be able to make it. I will not make it. >> Yeah. Well, I would say the way she's right now. I probably will have to take her anyway. >> Where you going? >> I don't want to go. >> Wait, this guy's got a one, two. This guy's got a peedo stash, too. What is going on with the PDF file stashes? >> Back. >> You bugging yourself. Get back in the car. We already got two cards. >> What am I going to do? Calm down over there. Calm down. >> Ruin this. Are you going to get back in the car to have another call another officer to put you back in the car? >> Please just [laughter] get me out of house. >> Please stop. >> Just let me go. This is ridiculous. You guys have better things to do. >> Your legs are we going to throw you back? >> You know this is stupid. You guys know how stupid this is. >> They got to know this is dumb. This is the dumbest thing in the world. >> Let me go. >> Are you guys done with >> ma'am? >> I'm taking you to the hospital. >> What do you mean why? What do you mean, why? >> Yes, that's what do you mean you're doing all of this? >> Oh my god, I'm gonna lose my mind. >> And Serge wanted me to check. I have to take her to the hospital. Um, she said or Serge said you got some leg restraints. Um, he wanted to me to take him because of the kicking and fighting last time. So, >> drive over to my car. There we go, man. >> Okay, sounds good. All right. All right, ma'am. I got to get some leg restraints for you. Um, so you don't kick us again and then No, it's it's too late. >> Wow, they are really wanting to torture this poor girl. You know, there are some people who are super claustrophobic and I I sympathize with that. The these cops can exercise no no sympathy, no empathy, and that is a sign of being psychopathic and they just want to continue piling it on her and now they're threatening her with leg restraints. >> I just had to throw her legs back in the car again. She did the same thing again. She unbuckled. >> No, they are not going to do that. >> You put You know how to put them on, right? >> I actually haven't done it before, but make sure the >> Come on. >> This is really They are not going to do this. Sorry. >> I can talk. Please don't make it work. >> I'm taking you to the hospital. I know. But not in those. Not in those. I promise. I'LL BE CALM. I'LL be calm. Too late. Having one because of those. They hurt. >> Look. Look at this kid. Look. He's smirking and smiling. Can you see this kid's face? Watch this. >> I promise. I'll be calm. I'll be calm. >> I'll be calm. I'm already having one. >> Look. Look at his face. He's laughing. He's smiling. She's suffering. This is mental turmoil for her and they're causing it. >> Wow. This is ridiculous, man. >> I'm watching this Aresh with you guys. >> I will control my mind. No control, please. >> I just had the fire department come check you out on your request. You unbuckled yourself and started to get out of the car. >> I thought you were going to send me to the hospital and you calm me down. >> No, the whole the whole problem is that I'm in the back of this vehicle. That's the issue. >> Well, we're going to get you out of the vehicle and take you to the hospital. >> I just take your feet out. >> No. >> Okay, fine. Let me across. Let me cross. I can >> I do a short comfortable way. You're going to come by. >> All right. Put your feet up there on this push. >> Can you take my hair away from my face? Not all of my face. >> Going to double lock these. And >> got too much going on. Shouldn't be that bad. >> Over stimulated. >> All right. >> Going to double lock the feet and we'll get you on your way to the hospital. Okay. >> All right. >> Yeah, she's she's actually she'll probably be fine. Um, she was kicking with us, but my sergeant wanted to like check up on her. So, but she's she's she's calmed down now. >> All righty. I'm gonna get you unbuckled. I can put you in a wheelchair and we'll get you in. >> Wait, hold on. >> If you want to scurry yourself out of there, [laughter] good. >> Am I going to get my person? Um, >> I It's gonna come with you to the jail. You can't have it now. >> I can't make a phone. Call someone. >> No, I already let you speak to your mom. >> All right, let me grab my computer. The suspect was charged with three counts of resisting an officer without violence. >> They actually slapped her with those charges charges. Three counts of resisting an officer. >> That's so weak. I would never want that on my record. Yeah, I charged somebody with resisting me as I tried to violate their consent and violate their free will. >> Issued a $7,500 bond, but she >> Holy crap. $7,500 >> posted. At this time, the court case is still ongoing. >> Damn, this is just ridiculous. So, she stands up against these armed terrorists who claim to be protectors and servants. Wow. Let's go over the super chats here. Hey, I I want you guys to leave your thoughts about this. Do you think this woman was in the wrong? Do you think the cops should have messed with her? Is it legitimate that they pulled her over because she broke one of their laws? Is legalizing immorality moral? Is it moral to enforce an immoral law? If so, how could it be? Because this looks like legalized criminality to me. I don't Criminality is criminality. I don't care if you legalize it. I don't care if you get the Pope to bless it. I don't care if all evangelical churches and all mosques and all temples said that yes, God says this is the right thing to do. We clearly see that it's the wrong thing to do. And that would just be all the world gaslighting the few of us who recognize this for what it is truly evil. And how do we know it's evil? You don't need a book. You don't need holy books. You don't need scriptures. You don't need laws. All you have to do is ask yourself a question. Have I harmed another person? If I haven't, then I haven't created a victim. I haven't stolen their property. I haven't damaged property. I haven't threatened them. I haven't harmed them in any way. So, I didn't leave a victim. So, is it right and proper and legitimate? Is it moral for them to mess with me? That's what you got to ask yourself. Do to others what you would want done to you? Do if you didn't harm anybody, is it right for you to be messed with, interfered with, harassed, touched? No. We know it's not. You wouldn't do that to somebody else. You don't want other people to do that to you, even if it's done under the color of law. So, let me know what you guys have to say about this. Now, let's go through some of these super chats. Joseph do. Thank you, man. Five. Here's the deal. Memberships. The C2BJ says, "The propaganda is so bad these days that you have to wonder if any of this is even real until we see the body cam at least." Oh, yeah. You're talking about the Kentucky State Trooper. I agree with you. Mike Cucumber says, "Bring bring it up to the politicians if you don't like the law, the police." Yeah, exactly. Hey, hey, take up your case with the black robe tyrants of the Supreme Court or your local jurisdiction or the politicians who are more than corrupt. Auditron gifted a one here's the deal membership. Thank you, Audron. Mike Cucumber says, "I feel safer with the sovereign citizen off the streets." JT says, "I agree with Brian on almost every issue. Please stop quoting the Constitution. the Supreme Law while using the slavery argument. The writers were slave owners. It's hypocrisy. It's natural law freedom. I I don't think you're hearing me right JT on that. They say I don't say the Constitution is not it's just words written on paper. Okay. How do you how do you enforce that? Does it have some right things in it? Yes. The Supreme Law is do to others what you would want done to you? It's the it's the self-reflecting question. Do I want that thing done to me if I haven't harmed anybody? And if you're as long as you're not insane or a liar, the answer is no, I wouldn't. Therefore, it's wrong for other people to do that to me or to other people. So, I don't say the constitution is the law of the land. I say supposedly the constitution is the law of the land because they will say the supreme law of the land is the constitution. Okay? If you believe the supreme law of the land is the constitution and part of the constitution is the bill of rights then you have to because or be a hypocrite but you have to uphold my right to be secure in my person and you making me insecure can't at the same time make me secure. So them saying that the constitution is the supreme law of the land which would mean that they could never enforce any gun law even the fully automatic firearms the you know the national firearms ban and all that kind of stuff. They couldn't enforce that because they believe the supreme law of the land is the constitution. They could not violate your right to freely express yourself on a public sidewalk by recording. They could not do it if they truly believed the supreme law of the lands of the constitution. Am I saying the Constitution is valid? No. It happens to be right on some things. But, you know, a broken clock is right twice a day. So, I think you're lifting what I say out of context. When I say the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, it's according to them. They believe it's the supreme law of the land. But then they hypocritically take the oath of I I I swear to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign, domestic, dot dot dot, and the laws of the state. Well, most laws are antithetical to what the Bill of Rights or the Constitution says. So, it's a completely hypocritical oath. Not a hypocratic oath that doctors take to do no harm. It's a hypocritical oath. So, yeah, I I know what you're saying. Please stop quoting the Constitution of the Supreme Law while using the slavery slavery argument. The the Constitution is not legitimate. And I've said this many many times before, like Lysander Spooner said because I agree with him. Whether the Constitution be one thing or another, this much is certain. It's either authorized such a tyran tyrannical government as we have or it's been powerless to stop it. In either case, it's unfit to exist because the Second Amendment does not protect me from getting my guns taken away by these powerful forces that call themselves government. Uh I don't have the right to be secure in my person's house papers. In fact, they could literally break down my door tonight at 2:00 in the morning and overpower me with a SWAT team and there's nothing that I could do to defend myself or my family. They'll be in the backyard, the front yard, the sideyard. They'll be breaking in my windows, tear gas, flashbangs, fully automatic weapons. They're they're all, you know, Kevlar vested, and there's nothing you can do because they will overpower you. That's the that's where we live. That's that's the reality that we unfortunately live in. So, I get it. Yeah, the the the founding fathers said a lot of right things and I quote them, "Guard with jealous attention, the public liberty, suspect everyone who comes near that precious jewel. Nothing will preserve it but downright force and when you give up that force, you are ruined." That's what Patrick Henry said. But he was also a hypocrite. Samuel Adams said a lot of good things. The general dissolution of the principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties of America than all the force of the common enemy. That's true. But these guys, a lot of them were slave. They owned slaves. They said, "Yeah, you have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but you can't. I will own you, but I don't want to be owned." Yeah, it was totally hypocritical. So, I agree with you. There's nothing I don't think there's anything that we disagree with on that. So, it's all contextual. Steve says, "Don't forget to hit that like button." He's been a member for 34 months. Steve. Steve, I really appreciate that. Thank you very much. VA Outlaw has been a member for four months. Steve dropped five Here's the deal memberships. Surely that's worth a like and a share or a membership. Become a membership. Become a member during this live stream and I'll give you a shout out if that's worth anything to you. Member for nine months. I a I am DT. Irish Irish. Oh, that's a tongue twister. Irish w Irish wristwatch. Swiss wristwatch. Wow. We all need to become sovereign citizens like this girl. This is how life was meant to be lived. Free. The storm is coming. Where we go, one we go all. I hope you're not doing the Qinon BS because that the storm is coming. Trust the plan. Where we go one, where we go all. Where we go, one, where we go all. Yeah, there's truth to that. Yeah, this for sure a storm is coming because all this stuff's going to come to a head. There's going to be an economic crash or something catastrophic is going to happen and they will create a crisis whether it's organic or fabricated. And you know, they're not going to let a good crisis go to waste. But that just sounds like Qanon garbage to me. Trust the plan. Trust the plan is basically trust that there are good guys in government who are going to weed out the bad guys in government. Yeah, that's not going to happen, guys. It's not going to happen. Sean Ryan, ex CIA, he's not a good guy. Mango Mussolini, Donald J. Trump making billions and billions of dollars with his crypto scams. And as crooked as the day is long, sons, this whole Trump family is just completely crooked. The Biden crime family, they're all as corrupt as the day is long. These people are more evil than can we can possibly imagine. And like William Bloom said, no matter how conspiracy-minded or paranoid you might be, what the government is doing is far worse than you can possibly imagine. You can't wrap your mind around it because you once again are not a psychopath. So, thank you. I appreciate that uh Irish Irish wristwatch, but I I hope you're not coming at it from the perspective of QAnon because that is utter garbage. Just wait. It's He's playing 53D chess. You just wait. Donald Trump, he's going to pull through for us. He's going to pull a rabbit out of that. Yeah. What? While he's starting wars, while he's rubbing shoulders with the Zio International Banking Cartel, while he's giving Elon Musk and all these other billionaires, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, you know, prime real estate within the White House as he's being controlled by the Palunteer gang, the Peter Teals, the Alex Karps. No, this guy is sold out. As sold out as Obama. They're all on the same team. They're in the big club and we ain't in it. Mike Cucumber says, "This sovereign citizen deserves life in prison." Of course, he's being sarcastic and facitious. The only sovereign citizens that deserve life in prison in this video right here are the guys who are wearing the costumes. She's dangerous. Code three, bring all the shackles. Officer Tate, hater. Every single one of these cops needs to be in general population. Cops don't like it when I come out and say that because they hate accountability. Why am I not surprised? Me neither. Officer Delete Laws is here. What's up, man? Delete. Starting with an easy $5. He knows He knows nothing about my economic state. See, that's that's the thing. It's too late for me, Brett. It's too late. Wow. I don't know. It's 7:05 Central Standard Time. Look, look at that. Bicepacles. 41 minutes. Look at this marathon. 4 minutes and 34 seconds. He is putting in the time, man. He's wanting to make this world a better place. I learned from Schoolhouse Rock a long time ago that knowledge is power. And state functionaries do not want you to operate on the plane of knowledge. They want you to operate on the plane of ignorance and fear. And what you want to do is you want to educate yourself and gain a knowledge base and then try to navigate in life with wisdom. Because there's one thing about having a headful of knowledge and then putting that knowledge into practice in the appropriate way is wisdom. So let's see. Delete laws 1984 is a statist. Did you know that you're a statist beta? Me and Chile can talk about anything, man. He's my friend. I'm his friend. We have each other's backs. And uh there's some things that we disagree with. And you know what? It's okay to disagree with friends. I don't think Chile would ever put the torture cuffs on me, throw me in the back of his patrol vehicle, and then uh explore my orififices before he turned me over to the corrupt prison cartel into and throw me into a rape cage. I don't think Chile would ever do that. Come on, Brett. I'm gonna throw you a line one more time, man. I'm giving you a chance. Frank Pants is here. I is smart. I just don't apply myself correctly. [laughter] [snorts] Uh I I just wanted Brett to come aboard. I know Brett's been here for what 45 50 minutes. We've been live for an hour and 31 minutes. I don't know, man. Thanks, Pablo. I appreciate that. We got to give peace a chance. We really got to give peace a chance. I I I really wasn't intending on doing this. Uh F Trump, but what's up, man? How you doing? F Trump is up. Where you at? I clicked on you here. Let me remove and add to the stage again. What's going on? Wonder why that's not working. Chile, what's up, man? >> My boy Brian's in the house. What's up, B? >> How you how you doing, man? >> Listen, uh, best thing right now is the James Sheet series. It is absolutely [ __ ] riveting. Uh, I hired an editor in another country. This guy put together an edit for the James Sheet series. I took a risk. I took a huge risk to hire this guy in another country to do an edit for me. And part one and two in the video section of the James Sheet series. If you guys haven't watched it, the entire 13 episodes is it's like it's all >> Hey, do you Hey, Chile, do you have that on a playlist? Where where am I? Where can I find that on your site? >> Go to go to videos. >> Okay, I'm on videos. >> And then uh scroll down. You'll see the James Sheets series. There it is right there. That's part two right there. Go to part one. This right here says episode one. >> Yeah, episode one. Episode one and two are both out. >> Okay, there's episode one. Where's episode? There's episode two. >> And And YouTube is shadowbanning it because the editor put the word gun unsitle. So >> Oh. Oh, >> yeah. So, it's being shadowbanned. But it literally I'm getting emails from people who are who are emailing me that have been following me for years going, "This is the best work you've ever done. I've never seen anything like it." And it's the editor, the I I give them all the casino. if you're watching, if you can hear me, man. Casino, dude, you you are one hell. Nine takes is the name of his company. He is an unbelievable editor. He broke this down, put music in it, cut it back and forth. He watched 17, 18 hours of footage and then cut together 13 episodes. It's probably the best thing you can watch. >> Okay. Can you summarize why people need to watch the James Sheets series? They absolutely 187ed James Sheets. They planted a gun on him. They literally take the shield and they say, "Gu is in the floorboard. Gun is in the floorboard." He pops over the shield and he puts the gun into right here. Boom. Right there. He just threw it in the car. He just threw it in the car. And then BCI, the Bureau of Criminal Investigations of Ohio did an investigation. Of course, cops investigated cops. And guess what? They found no wrongdoing. You can see why does someone reach over the shield and say gun is in the floorboard? Why? Why? It's aing fraud, Brian. It's a fraud, dude. He planted it. He planted it plain as day. And then the other cop reaches through the window. I show it in the first episode. He reaches through the passenger window and adjusts it. So, he puts in a in a place where James would have had it in his hand. But then you talk to his his his widow and she's like, "I've been with him 15 years. He never had a gun. Not ever. Ever. Ever." So the first four or five episodes are just the buildup to what it gets to and then boy and it cooks through the first few episodes and then Brian, holy snarling snake [ __ ] It is one hell of a series, dude. It is >> and if they're going to frame and the bottom line is if they're going to frame somebody like James Sheets, how can you expect them not to frame somebody like us with a whether a drop weapon or drugs or whatever something to actually validate their claim against us? >> Yeah, it's it's unbelievable, dude. Well, here's the problem with James Sheets. He was a really loving family man. Had five children with uh his wife uh Christy Ran and then and then they offed him. And the thing is about him is that he started using CRAK. And as soon as he started using CRAK, he became a petty criminal where he would he would like pop the tank of a gas car of a car in a car lot and steal the gas out of it. He did a bunch still a lawn mower, you know, he was just this annoying minor criminal. When he'd get all whacked out, he'd want to go take people's property. So, he was creating victims, which I completely disagree with. Um, but then he uh he was actually a loving family man who spent a lot of time with his children and took care of his kids and the cops hated him and Tommy [ __ ] Shinnamman absolutely offed him. And Jason Hos, you piece of garbage. Don't think. Listen, boys. I have I have a warrant for my arrest in Ohio, but I'm coming back. I'm coming back. I hired >> Go ahead, Joey. Go ahead. >> I hired the best criminal defense attorney in Ohio. We've been trying to get rid of that warrant for two and a half years, and Iron Ohio will not cooperate in any way, shape, or form. >> No matter what we do, as you look at the screen, can you explain to us what's happening right here? This recording of this recording, >> that's the crime scene where they offed James Sheets in his car. It was a total scam. It was a complete and utter fraud. They they set him up. They shot him 28 times. Uh he reloaded that right there. He's planting the gun right there. He's reaching >> that. Yeah. >> Yeah. If the bystander hadn't taken that video, that wide frame. I'm telling you right now, if people want to watch the best series on all of YouTube right now, it is the James Sheet series. Gun is in the floorboard. >> Well, there's a lot of there there's a lot of lessons here, aren't there? The lesson is always record police because if we didn't have this third-party view because body cams, you know, as good as they are, they obstruct the action that's actually taking place. So, you don't get this global image of what's going on. Number one, record the police always. Always record the police. Never be in a situation where you don't. And number two, never trust the cops because they will do stuff like this to you up to and including writing false reports, drop guns, and and uh dope and all that stuff. >> Oh, they planted everything, Brian. It was all planted. He was a James Sheets may have been a a petty criminal when he was doing uh chemicals and he certainly was. But at the same time, he didn't deserve what he got. He didn't deserve to be e executed. And Tommy [ __ ] Shinnaman. Tommy, you [ __ ] I'm one day I'm going to get you, bro, and I'm going to get you caught up. And the FBI one day when it's not a corrupt system, someday somewhere somehow, Tommy Shinnaman, you're going to face justice for murdering that man along with you, Jason Hos, you scumbag pig. Was there any Was there any level of justice against any of these police officers at any time? >> No, nothing. They all got away with it. And and the thing is, I mean, don't get me wrong, there's hours and hours of footage about this, but we cut it down to 13 episodes, but you can clearly see the body cam synchronization. I'm hot. I'm hot. They would warn each other that the body cam was running. It was It was Brian. It was the worst. It it is the most biggest miscarriage of justice I have ever seen. I I've ever seen it. Yeah. Alan Alan Hubs is in the chat. He was Alan Hubs was watching the entire thing when I did it live and he pointed out you can literally hear the thump thump of the firearm when he throws it into the car. Brian when he throws it into the car and and and and you can hear it, dude. And it just like I get goosebumps up and down my arms because they they off this guy, man. And then BCI criminal I I called this pig at BCI at Bureau of Criminal Investigations. I have his phone number. I I called him on the phone and said, "You covered up a 187, you piece of [ __ ] You piece of [ __ ] You You covered up a 187." And I called him and I'll tell you his name right now because I called him on the phone. His name's B. His name's Bansky. Bansky. Ban Ki. I'm not going to show his phone number because we're on a live stream, but I will show you. That's his name. BSKI at BCI. He covered up the offing of James Sheets. You piece of [ __ ] >> For everybody who might not know the terminology, what's a 187? >> Uh, that's when you pew pew somebody and it's a it's a red rum spelled backwards is what that is. >> Got Jennifer says, "The pigs are absolutely delighted that they got to kill somebody." >> Oh, dude, it was And you guys caught me because right now I'm supposed to be asleep. I sleep right now so I can do my live stream tonight, but I got a text from Jennifer Hill and said you were live and I was like, I gotta jump in and say hello to Brian. Brian and I haven't got to talk on the phone in the last couple weeks. And so we both been super busy, but I want to reconnect with my buddy and and have a conversation about the Constitution and about the rule of law and about the founding fathers. And you guys, if you guys I Brian, our first few calls when I when you and I were not friends and I just met you when I was in Ironton, I have those first five or six phone calls recorded. And each phone call you guys is like four hours. [laughter] Like four hours of two guys just batting it back and forth talking about the rule of law. And uh we agree on one thing. The Constitution's a piece of paper they wrote things down on and they don't adhere to it at all. >> Did you know that you're the reason we have the Halo law, Chile? Did you know that? [laughter] >> Right. I'm also the reason why people hate cops. They don't hate cops cuz they hem them up and put them in torture cuffs and arrest them >> wrongfully. It's it's all it's all because of delete laws, man. >> That's the only that's the only reason I never hated cops until you came along. When you started when you started your YouTube channel, I went on I went along for like five decades of life never hating cops. I saw your video and I was like, I hate those cops. >> Yeah. I mean, you're you're always going to get and it's so funny, you know, I was showing somebody this the other day cuz some troll came and like like this guy, you know, saying things about me and uh so, you know, Brian, I've been doing this a long time like you have. So, just this month alone, um, we got 62,000 63,200 comments on my Screw Tube page. That's just on Screw Tube. My videos go more viral on Instagram. So, there's more comments on Instagram than there is on Screw Tube. So, a troll like this guy saying that I'm the reason why you have the Halo Law and stuff like that, you guys don't affect me at all. you give me. It's It's literally It's literally the gunpowder for my cannon because you're the fodder for my cannon. >> You help me. Frank Pants says, "Brett, give your mom her flip phone back. Put on your [laughter] jammies and go to bed." >> Hey, Brett, I just put the link in there so you can tell Chile to his face what you think about him. I mean, come on. Come on board, man. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. And then um listen and and Brian, someone just said my my chat is over moderated. My chat is not for bootlickers and cops suckers. You want to go to the doughnut operator channel? Move along, little boy. Head on over. Okay, that's not for my chat. My chat's for a group of people that want to change this [ __ ] corrupted system. I believe in the Constitution. Here's where Brian and I, we differ on some things. But here's where where we agree. We're not living by the constitutional standards. We're living by a tyrannical police state, prison state, death state. There's nothing about this that's constitutional. They've created the good faith exception for cops. the attenuation doctrine. They've they there's always a reason why objective reasonleness with Graham versus Connor extended in the 2026 case of case versus Montana where they can come into your house if it's objectively reasonable without a warrant because they're they're trying to help you using community caretaking. They've just created caveat after caveat after caveat of how they can go around your constitutional rights. So, we're not living by the constitution at all. >> You're a machine, man. You're a machine. [ __ ] I I don't kick out as many videos as you do. I'm trying to keep up with you. I think you're the staple of this of this entire movement. Brian, I think >> I don't Oh, man. I don't That's going too far right there. Hey, here's just to let everybody know the link to Chile's James Sheets series, Guns on the Floorboard, episode one is in the chat. You got to go look at that. And I want you to leave a comment under Chile's video. We got to get this thing rocking and rolling. Watch it all the way through and then go to episode uh two. How many episodes are there in the series? >> There's 13. They come out every fourth or fifth day. So sometimes four days, sometimes So we're at episode two right now. Episode two came out on Monday. So episode three will come out on Friday. And then I think we come out on Monday or Tuesday again.
