next to Allstate see where it says
Allstate
on the center console here right there
there's Allstate I dropped it I'm so

yeah I just got this car so
and my brake tail light is out and
that's no it's good it's actually good I
gotta go on vacation and that's out so
that's nice
it just popped up today and I said where
do I get it done and my dad said you had
to go to nearest place for it so
thank you
no you're good
Christine can you do me a favor just
shut the shut the car off for me and
just talk to me in the back of the car
here I just want to make sure you're
okay yes that you're driving your car
make sure you're safe we'll just talk to
you in the back of the of the car here
yep come out for me thanks Christine no
problem
he just talked me right off the road
right here right here
I'm gonna have another officer meet me
out here okay and you're gonna do some
balance tests for me okay and then just
to make sure you're okay and then we'll
get you on your way okay
just get your hands out of your pockets
for me it just makes me nervous nothing
on you right there's nothing in your
pocket okay
where's the Horseshoe Bar where is that
yeah
where in Morristown it's about is it
near like the iron bar and all that yeah
it's about like if you go across the
green yeah just right across to the left
near uh Roots it's by AMC Theater okay
and I know where it is the
um the hotel I don't know what it's
called yes the headquarters Plaza yeah
they said the Barcelona team there right
now oh wow nice yes and what did you
have to drink tonight
no I like turtle Shelly's two door
shellies dirty Shirley's what's that
what's in there it's like a vodka
and how long ago did you stop
30. 12 30 in the afternoon no like 12 30
at night okay yeah
and you have some water to your hydrate
too yeah I tried about two to three
Waters so because I live in Newton now
so yeah so I'm like 10 minutes away from
noon yeah you're close yeah yeah
but like you said from Morristown to
noon it's not too close
you're fine
[Applause]
here's the other couple Wall Street now
they're gonna no they're gonna help you
just want to make sure some of my
friends our police officers
you can tell you you got to make sure
you know even though it's close we I
can't have you get into an accident
obviously if I let you go you know how
many actions 100 yeah so just want to
make sure you're okay
this is Christine is coming from from
Morristown yeah don't you don't you have
to shake our hands it's okay I do that
because I'm a teacher
I'm going to Newton
all right I just officer explains he's
gonna put you through a series of field
sobriety test yeah do you want to do uh
he's gonna do the first test with you
Christine and then I'll I'll take it
okay
foreign
do you have any injuries that might
prevent you from doing basic balance
tests no no okay I'm going to show you
the starting position of the first test
it's called a walk and turn yeah okay so
I want to show you the starting position
do not move out of that starting
position until I tell you to do so okay
so I want you to put your right foot in
front of your left
do that for me now right foot in front
of your left
and your hands down to your side
okay down to your side down down fewer
mine are yeah you can take a look at me
a horrible bouncer I teach PE
important
did you say like that Christine from
your guy
now each step you're going to Heel To
Toe steps you're gonna cut out loud okay
I'm going to demonstrate you go watch me
okay
yeah watch me
one
two
three for demonstration purposes so I'm
gonna take three you're gonna take nine
nine after the ninth step you're gonna
turn around
like this yep
I'm going to take nine additional steps
counting out loud okay one two three do
you understand the test yeah so getting
that starting position for me
right in front in front of your left
nope don't start till I tell you okay
getting that starting position right in
front of your left right foot in front
of your left
and you could begin now Christine
all right
yo what's up you're on Christine seven
okay
okay nine
turn there you go
foreign
horrible bouncing I swear
she just said kids every day
five
six seven
eight nine
ten
eleven
all right Christine you're good so go
right here again and the last last test
I'm going to show you is the one leg
stand okay just face me yep
you're gonna choose whichever one you
like right or left okay okay get in the
starting position it's gonna be your
feet together like this arms down to
your side okay okay very well so it's
okay okay you can look at me okay
and I'm gonna I'm gonna raise my right
foot
you could do without like I said right
or left yep you're gonna Point your toes
outward okay you're gonna count out loud
one thousand one one thousand two one
thousand three look at the tip of your
toes
and don't stop until I tell you to okay
so starting position arms down to your
side feet together
okay you do that now yep no feet
together through the starting position
oh just move move a little bit forward
from your car can I have like better
balance you just look towards me okay
you want to get hit by a car yeah I
understand
and then you're like I said either your
right or left raise your right foot or
left foot okay and you're gonna count
out loud okay okay you could do it now
one
one thousand two one
four one thousand five one thousand
thousand six seven thousand seven one
thousand eight one thousand nine one
thousand one one thousand yeah sorry
okay
try one more time Christine go ahead how
many you want me to go to four
does it matter I'm just until I tell you
to stop
or you can stop Christine sure yeah
yeah okay the last test you're gonna
turn around for me yep
if you put your hands behind your back
all right
I don't think it's safe for you to offer
your vehicle Christine okay you're gonna
come with us we're gonna process you at
the station okay
it's like right inside on the middle
console what about your purse I love
purse oh okay yeah
and the keys are right in in the center
okay you're gonna come back here with me
okay
just stand right here for one side
and like I said nothing on you're right
Christine it's gonna have no weapons or
anything I have nothing
and I'm just gonna check real quick your
pockets with my back of my hand real
quick okay nothing in your pockets here
I just have a seat right in this seat
right here
I'm too short I'm sorry but you got it
there you go
I'm gonna get your seat belt here
foreign
questioning if you can't afford attorney
wall be appointed to you do you
understand these rights I just read to
you yep
just for fall Arlington that's all she
needs right
who's tailgating at the car in front of
her and she was all over the road
is that
turning on
foreign
[Music]
for the next 12 hours then you can go to
Barry's Towing and pick up your vehicle
after that yep all right here's the
results your breathalyzer test these two
sheets here okay here's your driver's
license registration insurance and I'm
just going to go over the summons I had
to write in no problem
um the first one let's see my brake
light no I was clear to maintain your
lane because you were actually crossing
the double yellow coming back okay
so that one uh and you're definitely are
you in New what's what you're addressing
noon so I just moved to Newton you said
you said one month on the road you were
saying one month you have seven days
actually to change your address okay so
I wrote that as well okay that you have
to you have within seven days to your
driver's license
you said one month ago so you only have
seven days we have seven days now so
like no from whatever you first moved in
so whatever you pass that yeah you
passed that so I wrote that one okay
um let's see careless driving that's
included with the with the drive-in
and then following too closely like
remember I told you you're right there
you were like within a foot that's way
too close
exactly yeah and then obviously the the
driving of the influence okay so just
those five
all right and you have a 14 on August
8th okay all right I'm actually gonna be
on vacation so you can call them right
at the top here there's a number for the
courthouse to say there might be a
conflict and you'll be fine okay all
right well that shouldn't be an issue
they can reschedule for you okay we just
call this number on the top here
729.
thank you here's the stuff for you
or I'll walk you around to the front
thank you all right we're gonna go right
over this way
thank you
thank you
got our first right down here yep
all right
and you have your house key on there
right
now Route 94 I'm not sure the exact
enough it's okay
Towing and services
you can Google that and he'll come right
up
all right Christine thanks again Brad I
appreciate it
all right
