which caused to separate case than this
yeah which caused that damage then it's
got to be another accident report yeah I
mean that's where she was basically
doing two crash reports one for the
initial job yeah one for the Dunkin
Donuts here
yeah okay yeah I mean her bumper was in
the middle of the parking lot I went
around and she was parked over there you
know as soon as I got out of the car she
started going
and you know what we might just keep
going uh
all right I mean she's not gonna do
anything her headquarters I mean it's
gonna cut her belt in she's not gonna
kick out the glasses yeah

go in into the Dunkin Donuts parking lot
there was a there was a paw and I think
that got knocked out I didn't see it
good because I was focused on that car
okay but as soon as you go in there was
something laying on the side of the uh
on the side of the uh
on the grass and the bumper was in the
middle
I mean she spilled I don't know if she
but there's another cell phone right
here
so what you want me grab that another
cell phone oh

foreign
until tomorrow
without proper precaution and all the
legal obligations that need to be
established we got to do what y'all did
and think that it's okay for which I did
and the fact that you want to take my
window all the way up

so right now I want you to take your
right foot put in front of your left
foot and make Heel To Toe contact
okay make contact with two toes
bring your foot back and touch your heel
to your toe your heel to your toe
all right just stay in that position
until I tell you to do anything else
okay
when I tell you to start walking okay
listen to me when I tell you to start
walking you're going to do nine steps
this way and nine steps back I'm going
to demonstrate three for you right now
okay when I tell you to start walking
you're gonna go one two three when you
get to your last step you're going to
keep your front foot your least foot on
the ground and you're going to take a
series of small choppy steps just like
this without stopping and going again
one two three up until nine the entire
time you do that I want you to count
your steps out loud make Heel To Toe
contact on every step keep your arms in
your sides and look down at your feet
okay do you understand those
instructions
if you have any questions
do you have any questions don't start if
you have any questions
okay let's go back to the starting
position right for the 2011. put your
arms out into the sides it'll help you
do the test better arms down your side
like this okay just like I do okay just
like this okay
give the toe contact got nine steps this
way nine steps back arms on each side so
look down in your feet count your steps
out left all right you're going to be
able to get ready
yeah
trying to stretch out loud
just as I instructed whichever way you
think
you're gonna come back this way
[Music]
it was foreign
there you go all right listen put your
feet together
okay when I tell you to you're going to
raise either your legs you choose okay
you're going to raise your approximately
six inches off the ground you're gonna
Point your toes towards the ground while
looking down at your foot the television
and your arms on your sides you're gonna
count one thousand one one thousand and
two five seven three one thousand and
four and so forth until they tell you to
stop okay if you happen to put your leg
on the ground just pick it right back up
and continue from where you left up okay
do you understand the instructions okay
do you have any questions
oh
one second to set this time for you
you begin
what you like
for your thumbs up 1001 1002 countries

searched by case

what's that you shouldn't have anything
else
yes
you're going to rest for a little while
yes ma'am
okay relax now you want me to push
forward
all right
it's just it's just water it's just
saline and it's like
your eyes
[Music]
you gotta open them up for you
choosing property no we're not good to
go just the sneakers
it's all salty it'll only make it more
thirsty
we're gonna put your hands in the front
okay you got to cooperate if not
it's going to go south again yeah
do you know there was a cultural
processing
before
they close
we're going to put it around your waist
okay
so you're more comfortable wake up so
you'll be more comfortable
no you're not crazy
I'm crazy
Cruz you got a set of unhinged scrubs
unhinged unhinged yeah
sit up
there you go
again
[Music]
we're gonna go to the hospital okay
but I'm still in the race when I go to
the hospital
yeah but we want the doctors to make
sure that you're okay
let's go
here we go
you want me to blow up
[Music]
Mississippi
[Music]
on Facebook social media I'm on
Instagram
and subscribe
[ __ ] mother
yeah
why what
I'm not really emotional about the
violence
all right right
you're starting again
you want to get sprayed again okay
like this
[ __ ]
hey guys [ __ ] get the [ __ ] out of here
that's recorded
[Applause]
yeah
I didn't know did you know uh this is a
different uh
[Music]
what's going on
all right
how far to grab the tablet
all right
she's better guys it's kind of bite her
in a kicker
what's up uh
last time okay
in this situations
[Music]
I
was violated
and I'm not trying to balance
um
[Music]
about what's going on right now
I was attached
yes yes
I was taking against my will
I was handcuffed and everything else
like my head was baffled I was bumped
against walls and and all kinds of Clear
Creek on the ground everything like that
I was violated to the back okay Lily but
right now
oh cool
I hope I'm in good care right now
because I was wildly tremendously
and all I seen was Scotch plays so you
saw because I was riding on 24th I was
never asking about paperwork nothing
I'm not sweet enough
[Music]
I work
in Groupon
what kind of work are you
I'm a traveling nurse I work in people's
houses in our working group home on my
arms and I'm an unarmed security office
all right hold on
please
I
don't know the facility I am at
that violated my life
[Applause]
everybody in this establishment
understood wait dude this lady is
medication
as you know
um
[Music]
[Music]
I mean my son would love that yeah
I will give them to you but they were
passed on for my brother all the way
these are like uh
it's got a history
[Applause]
how did you know how did you know
how did you know
your first name yes
[Applause]
like Madonna's daughter we're like this
thank you
thank you
foreign
quarterback
yeah I apologize
I take nothing personal all right
there's a couple things now let me that
this officer has to do we're just going
to take some pictures yes get some photo
and then we'll see we can you know
whatever we can do for you all right
no no
like this Bruce from all the uh
wrestling last night yes I'm so sorry
[Music]
that you didn't pay how to get there
I'll put this here with our packet in
the back discharge paperwork put it back
there with the back of the balls our
relationship
s
I'll leave it in your box
me gusta
0 23
.
foreign
foreign
questions we're going to take some
pictures okay
um
we're gonna process you and get your
fingerprints take some pictures
um we gotta do some paperwork and then
we'll try to get you out of here as soon
as possible okay
um you know your mother's watching out
after your kids
yes we got in touch with her all right
my partner got in touch with her you
have one kid or two
all right because we couldn't uh
we sent the police over the house they
couldn't make contact
her yeah my part my partner spoke to uh
to your mother
[Music]
um are you gonna do your uh complaint
for hold on
[Music]
to
all my accounts are right now I just got
excited
and everything on word instead of
talking fishing
why is this not working
Miss Foster
foreign foreign
okay because you didn't get a chance to
get there last night
um you have the right to remain silent
and then you say it can be used against
you in court you have the right to talk
to a lawyer and have
him or her present with you while you
were being questioned if you get on a
fort tired and where one will be
appointed to represent you before any
questioning upon your request
you can decide to accept these rights at
any time and not answering my questions
or
make any statements
do you understand
okay do you understand each of these
rights as I have read them to you
do you understand them no okay I'm gonna
ask because I gotta asked my job and if
you don't want to answer you I have to
answer
um it's not going to be anything
exclusive
um these are questions that I'm asking
right now are
foreign
listen this is just advising you that if
you have to make any uh phone calls uh
usually in-house showing all the lines
recorded with the exception of if you
called an attorney we'll provide a
separate line for you so I just need you
to print and sign right there
foreign
the next signature is going to be that
we uh
we're hopefully held some property here
while you were at the hospital okay when
you get released you're going to be
getting that stuff back okay if your
pocketbook with a bunch of uh stuff in
there I'm gonna add that to the list I'm
gonna shout out to the list a lot of
pocketbook
now you got the white foam the white
iPhone the silver iPhone and then the
271 dollars and 55 cents okay yeah so
you need you to sign there and then
you'll sign for it again
right there by the eggs technically
[Music]
yeah sure did last night yes
um I I was thinking maybe he was going
to pull the new guy
no sir
yes
it was my decision to me he would be in
here absolutely
I think he's on a Crossing Road close to
the next
City
all right
[Music]
[Music]
so you're not wearing these 69 no
no I was blessed
that's on the schedule is two spots only
for six to nine tomorrow
[Music]
foreign
[Music]
I'll check it out
you're right
foreign
[Music]
do you know what you took do you know
what you took or
that's all you remember having yeah
unless the sergeant wants to give you
something
oh yeah brother
one
unless you put on
are you sure
oh check deep in there no no because
they in here there's an inner pocket
though oh yeah
we going to it yeah
here
by yourself yeah yeah go ahead I'll be
here for no that's fine I just wanted to
make sure you won at least 20 minutes
if I get this computer to work
what
you need some tape for it
let's try not moving around a lot
did you note that
four four
coming over
not yet I can I can slow down to my
report because I went over there all
right so I can I can throw that in my
report just no big deal so you don't
have to do this unless I want you to a
sub for the transport
ation Mike you're just in nature uh no
so everything started in the matron okay
and then uh filter back out into song
one so the whole hallway into cell one
to do okay all right
but the matron on the on the actual the
pad and uh
and the bed itself that's where she uh
got sprayed and that and then where did
you go in on the left
yeah and then well in The Matrix cell
that's where she got sprayed on the bed
I will gladly tell you what happened
so
and I'll explain
also what you're being charged with okay
it's uh
significant but
you know we got to do our jobs and
I'll get a part of you
you probably you probably don't remember
me telling you this is that
sometimes we all make mistakes and we
just yeah try to stay calm and deal with
it as it comes you know take baby steps
and try instead of trying to think
you know two three four months down
you know just just
take it as what it is right now that's
what court is for and we're going to
figure that all out later right so uh
the more you're being told apparently
pull into a gas station
and on your way out
I've almost hit a couple of uh gas
attendants
and then you pull them to a different
shopping center and
instead of the exit you went over the
curve where you ripped the
tailpipe and the bumper off of your car
my other partner got behind you try to
stop you
you didn't stop
so you were involved in any Pursuit a
brief Pursuit with us
you eventually stopped
um
eventually stop I'll replace you under
arrest you wrestled around with us for a
little while
we brought you back here
and
you bit my forearm when I'm trying to
take you out of the car
you've kicked us a bunch of times yeah I
see
slap me in the face once
um
it got to the point where then we had
the pepper spray you okay
we try to try to control you listen I
don't none of us here take it personal
it's just a job it may be out of
character it may be out of character a
character for you
and it may you know might have been
influenced by
you know whatever you had in your system
you know that's why we don't take it
personal okay so I want you to get all
upset and worried about it
we just we just have to do what we have
to do
um
and obviously there's going to be some
uh some tickets issued also for you okay
for all this stuff
um
[Music]
we don't make the determination on
whether you go to county or not that's
the uh that's the prosecutor's office
okay
I'm sure I'm sure
someday you'll be able to see the videos
no and uh you're not gonna be happy yeah
just like this is right now okay
everything's being recorded right now so
listen just try to stay calm okay like I
just told you
all right we worked on breathing last
night okay
all right take that deep breath in and
back out okay
take a good one day at a time
if one day's too much
information right no
Mommy
your eyes are going to burn a little bit
okay just try not to rub them okay
if you cry you're just gonna reactivate
whatever
uh pepper spray you still may be having
lingering in there okay
[Music]
listen I don't so here's something
here's some
just do my job
make sure you have no respect I don't
judge anybody for whatever happens all
right it is what it is
okay so we're gonna do that
thank you
we'll add that in your report and I'll
do a supplemental
and I'll do complaints for that too
much
9 A.M
free
gift complaints done already yeah
no
oh
[Music]
out of here bro
yeah hey
I got you brother
Miss Foster I could just pour your hair
back behind your so you can see your
face you're just gonna look at that
bottom camera okay
[Music]
just turn your head over your right
shoulder like this
try to park in here a little bit she's
inside your face
[Music]
keep your eyes open
right you can turn it around
I get into the right place
oh
I'm just talking to myself
so
I've never seen anything like this
[Music]
of course
that's good huh
thank you
[Music]
your computer is so slow for rent you
just can't process three programs you
know it's just not enough for amount of
memory to an hard drive space to run
three program three big programs we've
done these programs are small
[Music]
I'm sure
a faster way through this
you gotta use the bathroom
you want to see if they're cleaning that
she's able to use the bathroom please
all right
um
you hold it for a little while until
they've done the cleaner
yeah well they are they're good
so obedient can she use one of the uh
male cells yeah why not
clear want me to check with the bosses
first
I go up
I'll just slippery yeah
I had it closed
some more
you're more totally treated
yo you give me a toilet paper roll yeah
um
bro come on man
yeah
but we uh
let's go
to macchiato too what else
huh
yeah let me know when you're done okay
hold on hold on no we're good we're good
he's going to keep you here it's done
just go through what you got to do
no
on that but on the paper
it's legit so you need to get up to
speed that's why it's okay now
please
yeah all right you can come through man
hey Cruz can you give me a cell keys
like
can you get me the uh Southeast police
you're good yeah
thank you guys
um
put in the other room right now
so
this is
thank you
is a sword yeah okay that's probably
short from all the rest of that in the
handcuffs yeah
thank you
foreign
[Music]
all right
oh boy I'm Gonna Do With You Chris
foreign
[Music]
that's my point
can you go to the holding shop
why do you want to go there
okay well we gotta I got our
fingerprints here okay we gotta
foreign
we're not calling them it's just for our
records here
no what's your occupation
[Music]
uh married single divorced
[Music]
any gang affiliation
veteran
okay okay
um
oh that's
I'll tell you
sorry
in the system
[Music]
one more time is the extension cords
these are things plugged into them
yeah
that's alive and say we never have it
[Music]
um
thank you
protein 133
[Music]
Miss Foster are you sick
yeah
like put an illness or just not feeling
well right now
okay so you're not sick or any type of
illness
are you diabetic
are you injured
do you take insulin
your left arm is sore
are you under the care of a doctor
[Music]
okay
[Music]
all right remember your rights I read
you before
what kind of alcoholic drinks did you
have last night
you remember how many
you remember where you were
so in order for me to as I just get
asked were you at a private residence or
were you at an establishment last night
foreign
[Music]
when did you finish your last drink
what time did you finish eating
you remember what you ate last night
[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
does he want you to put
there's no complain on yours yeah
another charge gonna be third degree
I've assault
foreign
[Music]
when you go to the judge explain to the
prosecutor that you didn't spit on him
and then because right now everything
that transpired the recorded over the
past couple hours all over last night
has been recorded on multiple angles so
they're going to review that you can say
I was congested I had nowhere to spit
they didn't instruct me
strapped down I had nowhere to spit so
I'm gonna I'm gonna spit in the
direction of the EMT worker
um and then you can explain that and say
I had no real suspense so I had to spit
in his Direction getting him on the
collar and then on his face so and then
and then they'll they'll work with you
um could you go in the background me
license and the face sheet over CCH
please
license and CCA yes
[Applause]
it is but there's an upside to
everything that transpired last night
right the upside is that
you didn't kill anybody
okay and that none of us were
significantly injured last night
very well because I really
bad
I'm sorry
it's a quarter red
it's really nice
[Music]
telling you it is Chris
I knew you weren't acting yourself last
night
because it was like 15 minutes
where I got through to you
I think it's black
let's try
I appreciate it
[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
come out
[Music]
[Music]
remember the ultimate computer in the
back
for me
I like that
[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
make your phone numbers on my phone
[Music]
[Applause]
[Music]
answer of the alarm
is that your story
[Music]
right now
[Music]
please
it's called Manor sergeant
fire department has to come out again
[Music]
shh
[ __ ]
sorry
um
[Music]
[Music]
good
Ness armor
I have everything
[Applause]
foreign
[Music]
water
it's all right
all right so you got to take your shoes
off you can either just keep your socks
on we found your other sock
um our property still there
all right
all right all your properties right here
okay
okay drawstrings
no I already cut the uh I cut the hoodie
one last night so you don't have that
one and then you're at the one or one
thing around your belly that we couldn't
undo
or that we uh we cut okay
[Music]
we'll let you get them in a little while
we'll let you make a phone call okay
all right we'll go from there okay all
right yes
security
[Applause]
[Music]
do you know which which cell phone
there were two
the bank one
just
what's the phone number
foreign
[Music]
four zero yeah
I don't know
they taught me on a lot of charges but
you know but they said that if I could
see a judge and I might they might
release me and then go to court and
everything
yeah they came to check on Elijah
you talk to my mother
I would
be yeah that's what the office has been
saying that
now
I'm getting better
I'm kind of fractured armor a cartoon
well he's here is he on the impound
let's see
about
[Music]
it
1335
is is it like charged daily what
about uh yes
I'm not sure I can tell you but uh
whoever whoever's gonna come get the car
um has to come over here to headquarters
first they're gonna get a piece of paper
and then they can go get the car okay
I know I have to check I will let you I
will let you know we can call back
okay you want to call this
foreign
[Music]
are they saying that they will have to
um they they're gonna slowly down to the
news
and I like to see your clothes and see
what's gonna happen for me
but my car is in the Empire Room he said
the muffler and the bumper came on
and your side airbox
you're gonna you should see a judge for
24 hours
all right
do you want to call that number oh
you're good for no
thank you
see them picked up okay
these are walking to 138 yeah
so that's it for now all right I'll be
back I'll give you some more information
what I know okay what's going on okay
you got it
cancel it
Miss Foster can I come in
I'm just gonna go through that
um we're basically returning all of your
property to you so if you just want to
watch me put this stuff
in the brown bag
you got all your cash and everything in
here
unless they've seen it it did
yeah seal yeah
it's 100 200 220
240 260 270.
and
a budget change
271
5 10.
15. this washer can you just look up on
these tonight
understand that the money that you can
travel is being returned to okay but
it's gonna be signed back over to you
okay what's wrong
what's wrong man thanks excuse me this
is like um
do you not feel well no
do you need medical assistance
my question
are you dizzy yes okay do you got a
closer to check you out yes okay
how much is the money 271 uh 55.
yes
a little bit
yeah
right now it just says yes
do you have difficulty breathing
affirmative
perhaps just stay here monitor
foreign
yeah yes okay can you sit up for me
foreign
[Music]
this is your trash here I'll get this
out anyways
oh my God
[Music]
[Applause]
has c233 cleared Duty
against School
if it's any worse let us know okay
ma'am
good
Ness
stomach okay
foreign
foreign
strawberry
what's up it makes me a week okay
if laying down is any better just lay
down
I just don't want you to fall off
foreign
medications
they give you a value
family office during your headquarters
they're saying person is technology
thank you
foreign
[Music]
any better or worse with the oxygen
same as before okay
foreign
[Music]
any difference
can you be a verbal for me yeah okay
foreign
thank you
foreign
foreign
say um employee no it's a uh
if you're ever on some obstacles
Hi how are you come on
[Music]
thank you
what
the internal boxes
all right it's pretty normal okay
[Music]
no her I'll see if she has anything
medical related
how do you say your first name
okay there you go
when did all the start
this way
she was a tread tops right yeah so this
was her discharge document so as far as
making the game right there you could be
describing it
128 over 90
there isn't hurting your chest
what was uh
70 99 percent
um
yeah
oh yeah absolutely
okay
so what do you want to do because your
everything is checking out fine
she was taking that
it's probably just precautions
environment
so
yeah you don't want to go to the
hospital right
oh yeah
you don't want to go to the hospital
because there's really nothing that
they're going to be able to do okay just
so you know okay okay so we're gonna
have you sign up that you don't want to
go with us okay there's anything changes
you change your mind you just sick again
you poor lesson we'll come back for you
all right
[Music]
I'm sorry
please
later on I guess all right thank you
all right just in the meantime then
okay
he's gonna go over your belongings okay
that they put in inventory he's gonna go
over them again okay he's gonna make
sure that your money's there I know
there's two phones everything else once
all that's good he's gonna have you sign
over okay and then you that everything's
good we're gonna put it in the bathroom
close that bag up all right then we're
gonna have you step out you're gonna put
your shoes back on and everything else
we're going to have you transported okay
foreign
thank you
all right yeah
um
so just just you have to pay attention
to this officer so he can
properly make sure everything's there
okay
all right so I'm gonna go over the money
first
it says you have 271.55
240 260 270.
he's got a bunch of teams
got a dollar in quarters
10.
20. 20 30.
35
and then five penny
[Music]
next is the
white foam well there's just two phones
here those are both your phones today
white phone silver phone okay
and lastly they put the uh the black
pocketbook which is this you got a
person here maybe some cologne cheese
[Music]
did they listed as uh black pocketbook
and personal item strap and it looks
good okay
so I'm also here okay your license is
gonna go in your bag
all right
um and then here
your temporary insurance has legal
that's part of your blinds okay and then
also a copy of a complaint okay yes
putting this in the brown bag
so this complaint has a charm about it
okay
um they're listed here uh there's no
appearancing because uh you have to go
in front of a judge okay that judge will
give you the big appearance name okay
that's what you're gonna see all right
I'm also going to put this in here
and then Lobster lobsters you receive
the
five tickets okay these tickets are
court dates of December 7th that they're
showing
uh or payable just contact the court let
them know that you received a you know
large amount of sentences I believe you
were trumping DUI correct
uh one of them is a DUI
yes one of them is a DUI okay
um there's one two three four five six
seven
a
nine ten
eleven
twelve
thirteen fourteen fifteen sandwiches
that you received okay with those some
of whom are payable some of them are
gonna have to have a court date contact
the phone number on top as soon as you
can once you're released let them know
that you want to have everything heard
together in court so you don't have
different court dates everything else
okay understand that I'm gonna put this
here as well okay he's also going to put
your license in there
put her medical wristband in there
that can go in there
oxygen
is that a cast on your arm what's on
your
time there is a cast there
okay
did you where were you handcuffed on the
way back
okay
so
okay
did you come back and open a police car
yeah okay
all right
so that paper had told numbers on it
well I thought it was for what
um
I need those numbers okay all right I'll
try to talk to him and see if we can
write them down and then give them
to the guys at the jail
I need it
for your for what oh my persons
yeah and then we would just give them
the phone numbers there okay
but I need a copy on myself
I'm not sure if you're going to be able
to hold on to that while you're in the
jail
person
numbers
[Music]
[Music]
dude yeah do your best
[Music]
place
to Max somehow I'll follow double checks
