Oh, and he has an unapproved license plate cover. >> Horror of horrors. >> This traffic stop goes south quickly. Let's take a look at this and make some comments along the way. >> Hey, how are you? >> Hi. >> Police, license, registration, insurance, please. >> There you go. >> Thank you. Is this a registration? So, he's got 63 points on his license. >> Is it suspended? >> No, it's not. It's not showing suspended. I just ran >> How do you have 63 points with no suspension? And besides that, I don't know why anybody would give you attitude for pulling him over for essentially no reason. He wasn't endangering lives on the highway. He just had window tint that you thought was too dark, officer. Why would anybody give you attitude for harassing them and interfering with their life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness? >> I ran it on five. >> Does he have a front plate? >> I didn't even see the I didn't even go showing suspended. This cop is losing his [ __ ] for no reason. The man asked whether the officer had touched the plate, and when he told him he had, the man just replied, "That's great. There's stuff all over it. You won't know what it is until you get sick." This wasn't a terroristic threat. He wasn't threatening the officer in any way. He was just saying, "Hey, oh, you touched that plate? Man, there's stuff all over it." He told Officer M. Walker that it was fly ash, which is a powdery waste material created when power plants burn pulverized coal to generate electricity. And because all cops care about is officer safety, they continually walk around in fear for their lives, and that explains the reaction of Officer M. Walker. >> Let me show I'm not LOOKING AT YOUR PHONE. YOU CAN TELL ME. >> I I CAN'T BECAUSE I WILL SHOW YOU, STUPID. >> NO, I'M NOT. >> YES, you are. >> We're going >> What is that? >> And you BETTER TELL ME NOW. >> I WILL SHOW YOU, STUPID, IF YOU LET ME SHOW YOU, YOU JERK. >> I'M NOT SHOWING YOU. He's going to threaten me with the back of THIS CAR AND TELL ME I'M GOING TO GET SICK AND HE'S NOT GOING TO TELL ME? >> I'M TELLING >> You should have raised a better kid, says the kid who grew up to be a law enforcement officer, an order-following law enforcement officer. >> AND YOU BREAK THAT >> GIVE ME YOUR OTHER GIVE ME YOUR HANDS. >> NO, RELAX. NO, RELAX. >> NO, NO, NO, NO. Give me your hand. >> It's in my pocket. It's too late now, isn't it? >> All right. I got to >> It seems like it is, dummy. >> DMV, listen, I'm not trying to be rude to you. DMV does not issue black New Jersey license plates. They're all yellow. They do not issue this. We might He spoke to the The sergeant spoke to the prosecutor. I can go online and make this on or, you know, whatever this is. That's where you can you can make these online. It's not my first time doing this. >> Let him know that there's Uh there's >> No, the ash is on the car. >> Oh, I I wasn't I wasn't I wasn't here. You know what I mean? That's why >> Yeah. >> I just wasn't, you know. >> Yeah, I have the I have the photo that that uh they made me take uh while I work. Yeah, we have to wear gas masks and stuff. No joke. >> Where do you work? >> But the ash that we burn goes to landfill and we're paid for that. >> Oh, it goes to a landfill? >> It's bad stuff. Highly toxic. That's what I was just trying to tell him, but he got a little upset. >> Do you have Let me Let me to be honest with you. Do you have the tags? >> Yes, that is the That's one of the tags, sir. >> This is a fake tag. >> It's a real tag, sir. >> No, it's not. >> It's a Jersey tag? >> Jersey tags don't flop around. They don't sound like plastic. Give me a lot. talking about. Do you have Let me Let me to be honest with you. Do you have the tags? >> Yes, that is the That's one of the tags, sir. >> This is a fake tag. >> It's a real tag, sir. >> No, it's not. >> It's a Jersey >> I don't know if you're going to the jail or not. >> I doubt that. >> I'm not sure >> I highly doubt that because your officer wants to keep his job. >> So, I'm not sure what's exactly going on. >> [clears throat and cough] >> Especially since on body cam he threw me down for no apparent reason. That's going to be really bad. >> [clears throat] >> In court. And when he loses his badge, can I have it? >> What did What did you say? >> I said when he loses his badge, can I have it? Because I'd like to hang it. >> works, man. But >> because he's going to lose his job. This is excessive force for no apparent reason. That's a fireable offense. He can go to jail, too. And it's terrible when police go to jail. Cuz people don't like police. And also the handling of my mom, that's he's he's going to be unemployed. >> 3341 >> I guarantee that. >> 3341 >> It's just is he going to prison for it? >> What do you mean handling your mom? I don't understand what you're talking >> Uh he pushed her out of the way, which is a no-no. Especially with an elderly person. He's going to have a bad day in trial. >> He goes, "Oh, did you touch that?" I said, "Yeah, I took your plate off. It's sticktious." He goes, "Oh, that's great." I said, "What?" He's like, "Oh, that There's stuff all over the back of that car." I said, "What is it?" He goes, "Oh, you won't know about it till you get sick." I said, "What is it? So, you want to tell me what that stuff is now?" >> If you would have let me >> Nah, nah, nah, nah. I just You know what? Don't even worry about it. Not interested. >> I can't tell you unless I have the photo because I have a photo of what is on our building. >> Well, you said something to me. What did you say? >> Our >> Wonderful. Thanks for not telling me about that. >> You You threw ME TO THE GROUND. I WAS TRYING TO TELL YOU. >> NO, YOU DIDN'T. You said, "You'll find out when you get sick." >> you that you could look at the photo. You chose not to. >> No, you said that afterwards. >> And you started crying. >> How? >> You started crying. I'm so sorry. Maybe this job isn't for you. >> Maybe it's not. Maybe I'll quit. >> You should. >> But I'm not quitting until I take you to jail. >> I'll be out in no time. >> I don't care, dude. >> I'll see you in trial, too. >> That's fine. That's fine with me. I'll get paid overtime for it. >> I'm going to mob your badge, too. I guarantee it. >> Oh, I don't think so. Apparently, this guy was cited for the license plate and the window tinting, and he was also cited for disorderly conduct. And according to the report, it's unclear what actually ended up happening. But we do know that in the land of the free, home of the brave, you can lose 100% of your rights when your windows are too dark. We also know that cops are far more protective of their own lives than they are of your rights. This [snorts] was an interesting one. Let me know what you guys think in the comments section.
