Welcome back to the channel. I just want to hit the ground running. Unfortunately, we live in a world where smart, moral people are silenced so stupid, immoral people won't be offended. And this is our reality and the problem is a lot of these stupid, immoral people are politicians, they're governors, they're police officers, they're people in what we call authority. The problem is authority is just this concept that says that there's one group of people who has more power over you. They have the right to rule you, they have the right to rob you, and because all of it's legal, they haven't actually committed a crime when every one of us knows they've committed a crime. It's kind of the the king has no clothes. Hey, let's just pretend we're going to live in pretend-ville in fairy tale land. Okay, you tell me the king has no clothes. I can see he's naked, but we'll go ahead and say the king has no clothes. We'll just go ahead and say those police officers aren't antagonizing and harassing and attacking and committing crimes against the rest of us because they're wearing magical clothes. They're wearing uniforms and they couldn't possibly be destroying our lives. They have to be protecting and serving because it says that on the side of the car. So, we all go along with this charade and the reality is nobody has a higher claim over your life and property than you. If they do have a legitimate higher claim over your life and property, where did they get that? Is there some kind of I don't know omniscient being that granted it to them and not to the rest of us? Are they omniscient, all-powerful beings themselves? Or could it just be a big fat lie? Because if they have power over us, why is it that we don't have power and control over them and a say over their lives? Why can't we do to them what they do to us? And that's what we're going to talk about. I want to give you a perfect example of this. Actually, I'm going to give you two examples on one side and two examples on the other side where it's okay for cops to walk up to you and harass you and ask you a thousand questions, and you're supposed to stay calm, and you're just supposed to answer those questions, and you're supposed to jump. If they tell you to jump, you're supposed to say how high, and you can't question the authority cuz the moment you do my ego's going to get bruised, and I'm going to exercise that authority, and I'm going to legally detain you, arrest you, place the the torture cuffs on you, and throw you into a cage. And if you and I did that to somebody else we'd be hurting for certain because we would have done something that is truly unjust. And when injustice happens to one man anywhere, injustice happens to all men everywhere. So, let me show you this right here. This comes from the YouTube channel New Guy Media 1776. This guy walks up to him, harasses him for no reason. Actually, what happens is this is kind of the Hegelian dialectic, problem reaction solution. This cop created the problem and then observed the reaction. The problem was that the cop parked in the road where this DoorDash driver couldn't get through. So, the DoorDash driver turns around in the street to find an alternate route. Then the cop goes after him to become the societal solution, that is we got to bring this guy to bear, we got to hunt him down, we got to ask him for his ID, we got to make it real hard for him even though I'm the one that created this bad situation. We're going to take a look at this, and we're going to take a look at the actual situation that this cop caused caused this guy. Let's take a look at this, and we'll make some comments along the way. By the way, thank you for Thank you for being here. Uh if you send a super chat, I guarantee I will read it either at the end of this segment or at the end of the the video. Don't forget to like this video. Don't forget to share this video and subscribe, and hit the bell notification icon because we do this a lot. And YouTube's kind of been messing with me lately. When I upload a video, they will hold monetization for 24 hours. So, that's why you haven't seen a video go up today. When I When I do these videos, uh you know, this is my only job. So, when I put a video up, if I don't get monetized, then I can't provide for my family. So, that's why there hasn't been a video that has gone up today. We're going to do this live stream right now. We're going to talk about this. Hopefully, we're going to get some chats going, and see what you guys have to say about this because none of us is greater than all of us. Check out New Guy Media 1776 and how he treats these thug cops. >> I stopped you. You went over the white line. You were in the crosswalk when you came to a complete stop. >> Oh, really? >> Yep. >> That's why you're been following me, and you're playing field driving your jurisdiction, too, bud. >> So, also, there's suspicious activity. >> Yeah. You. >> Suspicious. >> were you doing over there is better question. >> So, what I was doing over there? We have a lot of thefts in the construction areas. >> Yeah. >> So, I was waiting to see if anyone would come and steal a bunch of stuff And then I saw you come up. You came up behind me. As soon as you saw me, you backed up and got out of the subdivision. >> Why do you think I turned around? Couldn't possibly cuz you're blocking the street, right? >> There was enough space for you to get >> No, there wasn't. >> Yes, there was. >> No, there wasn't. >> Okay, now let me show you. Let me show you the video cuz he has a dash cam, and he can prove that the cop is lying. Watch this. I'm going to start this from the very beginning. I'm going to go ahead and turn this off cuz I don't know if this is a copyrighted music right right here or not, but you'll you'll see that the cop is completely blocking off the street, and you could try to squeeze by, but you could hit the cop car, you could get hit the trailer that the cop car is next to, you could scrape and damage your own vehicle. Look at this. This cop is just sitting in the street. This guy's a DoorDash driver. He's trying to provide a service that somebody paid for. And it Would you Would you try to squeeze in through this trailer right here and this cop car? So, this cop has created a problem and a private individual has come up with a solution. Okay, if this creepy cop is going to block off the road, then I'm going to find an alternate route. So, he turns around. And this is what the cop gets him on. Problem, reaction, solution. Creating problems everywhere. Waiting for a free-market reaction, and this truly is a free-market reaction. Somebody's blocking the street. I'm going to have to find another way to deliver this DoorDash and service my customer since the cop made it super hard for me, but then again, that's government. So, that's That's all of it right there. >> I got a dash cam, too. So, if you're going to push it, go for it. >> I love it. That's why you want a dash cam, guys. Always record the police. Unfortunately, always record what you do cuz you never know when you're going to get a visit by some psychopathic creep who believes that he has more rights than the rest of us, which is truly, quote, sovereign citizen territory. >> There's enough space for you to get through. >> No, there wasn't. >> Okay. Well, I was just making sure >> Would you like to know what I was doing over there? >> Put it Put a one in the room if you think there was enough space for that guy to get through without damaging his vehicle or or possibly alerting the the cop to some unsafe uh procedure on the road. And put a two in the room for the opposite. >> over there? Or do you want to Do you want to know what I was doing? >> Sure, if you want to tell me. >> Dropping off DoorDash. >> Okay. That's perfectly fine. >> Went around the block. >> Oh, thanks for your permission. That's perfectly fine. >> Took the first street left you were blocking, I turned the [ __ ] around. >> Okay. not a [ __ ] thief. I'm out my money. >> Well, that's good. I'm just making sure. >> All right, [laughter] what's your name? >> I love that, man. >> Same. I'm Officer Barma. >> Barma. All right. Well, we are definitely not in Plainfield anymore. >> Okay. >> So, >> can I get your driver's license then? >> Uh no, because we're not in your jurisdiction. >> So, the cop still wants to extract this guy's ID. He still wants his papers, even though the cop created the problem. It's disgusting. >> jurisdiction. >> Okay. >> And I committed no crime in your jurisdiction. You followed me out of yours. >> Okay. >> So, what else you got? >> Well, I need your driver's license. >> For? >> For that traffic violation as well as well as suspicious activity. >> And what was the violation again? >> You stopped in the crosswalk at the stoplight. >> Stoplight. Yeah, I didn't There was no stoplights between here and there. >> At stoplight right here. The red light. >> Here? >> Correct. You stopped in the crosswalk. >> Even if he did, even if he did stop in the crosswalk, that is pretty petty. You don't have anything better to do. So, basically, you came off your post because you say you were parked there because there's a lot of theft in the area. So, you removed yourself from a post where you were looking for theft so you could get somebody on something petty as far as the traffic law is concerned. >> Hey, if you say so. Jesus. >> I have my body camera, too, okay? >> Wait a minute. It doesn't even matter cuz again, we're outside your jurisdiction. >> Well, again, and for the >> Why don't you call Joliet over here? They're right there. >> They're right here. Joliet We got Joliet >> All right. Why don't you come around? Let me talk to you. >> What's going on? >> He's pulling me outside of of his jurisdiction. >> I mean I'm right here. >> Did you see me commit a violation? >> I did not, but >> Perfect. Are we [ __ ] done then? >> Obviously, he did, which means it's at might as well have seen it cuz one of my thin blue line gang members saw it and that's good enough for me. >> We're not done until he says we're done. >> Well, we're not IN THIS [ __ ] TOWN. >> Does it matter? >> It absolutely matters. >> It does not. >> He's pulling me over for alleged traffic violation. Yeah. I already explained that, [ __ ] I already [ __ ] explained that. You're blocking the [ __ ] road. I turned around. >> Okay. >> And you follow me out of the city, your jurisdiction, trying to pull me over. What? >> For a traffic stop, they need to see >> Which is >> It's a board thing that I stopped. >> I don't need that. I got a camera, you got body cameras, plain documentation. Dude, you're [ __ ] You're [ __ ] if you give me any tickets for this. >> I'm not giving you a ticket. >> Then why would I give you my identification? >> I give people warnings, they give me their identification as well. >> [laughter] >> In Plainfield? >> Like I said, it was suspicious activity. You were by a bunch of houses under construction. Again, you saw me and >> DoorDash. It's what I do all [ __ ] night. I dealt with uh Basically, what he's saying is driving down a street at night is suspicious activity. If you happen to be where I am, where I think there's high crime, and I see you driving down, I'm going to count that as as suspicious activity. And if I view it as suspicious activity and I pull you over, then I can give you a ticket. Pulling somebody over for suspicious activity is a violation of something very fundamental. It's a violation of your time. It is harassment. We all know that they come with the implied threat of state-funded force. And if you try to leave, you'll probably get tased, shot, hunt down hunted down, uh pit maneuvered. Any any number of negative things can can happen to you and you've done nothing wrong. All they did is suspect you of being suspicious. You have to suspect that somebody has committed a crime. And the thing that I hate about this whole law thing, they say they have to suspect that you have committed, are committing, or are about to commit a crime. I don't like that are about to commit a crime because that could be completely subjective, too. Yeah, I believe that you were there so that you could steal construction materials from the job site. Therefore, I have the right to get your papers. No, there has to be a crime that has been committed. You have to have probable cause that a crime has been committed. If you don't have that, then you don't have a good reason to interfere with somebody's life. Period. If anybody disagrees with that, please let me know. >> One of your guys, they know I [ __ ] DoorDash out at night. Sergeant Mau, I think. M A U. >> Yeah, that's my sergeant. >> Yeah, and then another female showed up for back up. I was out doing the same [ __ ] thing. You pulled me over for some [ __ ] that night, too. >> Okay, I got it. Obviously, he's just doing his job, so >> Not in this [ __ ] town, he's not. >> He's just doing his job. At what point will the cops grow a spine and have a conscience and say, "You know what? This just doing his job, he he has nothing on this guy. There's no reason for us to be detaining him. I cannot continue to do this. This is not what I signed up for." But none of them do it because this is what they signed up for. They want the ring of power. They know that you have to respect their authority by hanging out. Otherwise, in the free world, you would just take these people out. It's like, "Okay, you're harassing me enough. I got places to go. I got money to make. I got a family to see, and you're keeping me from that. You're really pushing me to the edge. I'm going to have to defend myself here." Let's get your sergeant, then. Let's get your sergeant. >> For what? This is his call. >> This is my traffic >> I am not in your [ __ ] town. >> I love how this guy talks to these cops. >> What's he going to come into Joliet? Okay, let's do that. Beautiful. I'm plugging in my phone here. I love the fact that this guy is getting everything, all of this propaganda nonsense on the record. Since we're going to [ __ ] be here for a god damn while. Ma'am. I got a pretty good relationship with JPD. I don't [ __ ] with you guys. You generally don't [ __ ] with me. He's out of his [ __ ] jurisdiction. You should be reprimanding him. >> Yep. >> For stepping on your [ __ ] toes. >> Okay, I'm just backing him up. Okay. So, I was just trying to talk to you. He's just trying to do his job. Suspicious activity. I don't know. I was in here. Okay. >> I I cannot stand this. I I cannot stand it anymore. I can't be silent anymore the way I started this video. And this is what my shirt says, by the way. We live in a world where smart, moral people are silenced by stupid, immoral people who don't want to be offended. And that's got to stop. I hate this, he's just doing his job. He's just committing immorality against you. He's just trying to violate your Fourth Amendment rights. That's all I hear when somebody says, "I'm just doing my job." I'm just doing legalized criminality here. Come on. Work with Come on. Work with me. Work with you. I don't work with criminals. Here's the deal. I don't make deals. It's not the way it's going to roll. That's why I like the way this guy's talking to these cops. Now, this might not be for every everybody. I personally wouldn't talk to the cops right like this cuz it's just not in me to do this. But, I don't have a problem with people being at the very end. You painted us in the corner so long. How do you You keep poking us with the stick as we're monkeys in a little cage and we're going to keep on doing flips for you? No, it's not going to happen. Keep your breadcrumbs. I'm not going to perform for you anymore. Cop says >> I was dropping off a [ __ ] DoorDash in a half-filled neighborhood. I went around the block, took the first street to get out of the [ __ ] neighborhood. He was blocking the street. >> Okay, well, I wasn't there, okay? >> Then why are you backing him? Cuz he's a cop? >> He obviously pulled the stop, okay? >> Outs. Dude, we are almost a mile out of his [ __ ] jurisdiction. Stops at Indian Boundary, you know that. >> Okay. He's just trying to get your identification. He never said he was going to give you a ticket or anything. >> Exactly. No ticket, which means you can't get me for obstruction or failure to ID. Cuz he already admitted that he's not giving me a citation, and we're not in his jurisdiction. >> Okay, so >> I'll take this >> Okay. >> all the way to jail tonight. >> like we're not going to go see eye to eye, so he's going to get a supervisor >> Yeah, yeah, we're not going to see eye to eye because you're being scum, and I'm trying to be a human being with you. Scum can't see eye to eye with a person who's got morality and has principles. Because if you don't have principles, there's We don't have a common ground. This kind of thing I saw Delete Laws is in here. Delete Laws just tipped me off to a guy who's an attorney now who used to be a law enforcement agent over at the NYPD, and it looks like he's saying a lot of good things. Stick around to the end of this live stream cuz we're going to look at a couple of those things that he said. I've reached out. I sent him a a post via Instagram to see if he would come on a live show and, you know, hope Hopefully, he's being a very sincere, honest individual, but I like a lot of the things that he says, and I think you will, too. And I'm I'm the kind of guy who I don't I don't trust cops. I don't trust ex-cops. When you got to a point, and I don't care if you've been on the force for 5 years, 2 years, 8 years, 20 years, that something snapped inside of you that said, I want the ring of power. I want to exercise control over other people. I want to have the upper hand. I want to be able to cuff people. I want to be able to put my hands on other men and women and they can't do anything about it cuz if they do, then I'm going to charge them. I'm going to start stacking the charges on them, man. But I want you to listen to what this guy says, "I'm always open to giving people a chance. Always open to giving people a chance." And I think this is a very interesting thing. So just stick around for that. >> And then we'll go from there, okay? >> Okay. God damn, I am so close to home. End of my [ __ ] night. Every time with this horse [ __ ] You know he can't do this if there was like a felony or some violent thing he was pursuing. But I turned around on a [ __ ] street he was blocking. >> I I don't know that. >> Well, I'm [ __ ] telling you. >> Okay, thank you for telling me. >> She she knows it was a quote unquote traffic infraction. All she has to do is say, "Oh, you weren't Yeah, that's the testimony of this officer, too. You weren't doing anything violent. You weren't harming anybody. No threats were made. You weren't stealing property. You weren't damaging property. You weren't We don't even suspect you of committing a crime. Yeah, we're just going to we're going to cut you loose. See you. Have a good day. I'm sorry we messed you with you." >> [ __ ] real. Land of the [ __ ] free, huh? [ __ ] America. Great. Jesus Christ, man. >> Yeah, what the heck is going on? >> This shit's why I bought a dash cam. >> Amen. >> Now, if I committed some alleged traffic violation in his [ __ ] town, he'd have a leg to stand on. But we're very much in Joliet. He's playing field. He even admitted to you there was no traffic violation in his jurisdiction. >> Crazy. >> Now we're going to call >> It's crazy that First of all, it's crazy that a cop would trample all over a man's Fourth Amendment rights, and it just adds to the crazy sandwich when you go outside of your jurisdiction to inflict some kind of economic harm on somebody or just to threaten them. It's just It's It's Imagine going around and part of your job all day is to threaten and terrorize people and drive them to the point of fear and frustration and bankruptcy. >> Oh, another cop from Plainfield, too, which makes no [ __ ] sense. Look at her just I don't have any answers. >> [laughter] >> I better stay silent. >> God, you guys can never just admit you [ __ ] up, ever. Cuz you're all [ __ ] Yeah, we're not in my jurisdiction. Can't do anything about it. >> Exactly. Exactly. They cannot do it. >> God damn, man. >> It's like this barrier to honesty. It's like a barrier to integrity. That's what That's what the badge is. The badge is truly a barrier. And they even say it. It's the thin blue line. Well, what is that line What is that line in between? It's in between freedom and tyranny. That line is a a line drawn in the sand between you and them, the haves and the have-nots, the people who've got those extra special rights and protections and immunities and then the rest of us. That's what the thin blue line is. Let's see if I can fast-forward this. >> So, let's say this goes to an arrest cuz I won't I will not ID. I don't care. You call out every [ __ ] cop you know. I'm not giving you [ __ ] >> I love that. Put a one in the room if you love that stand. That is the That is the overflow of the spirit of America. I don't care how many get all the cops you have on the force. Call the SWAT team from neighboring jurisdictions. Get the helicopters in the air and the dogs on the the ground. Spray me with mace, slap the torture cuffs, but you are not getting my ID. You're not getting anything from me. I'm just want to let you know. Because I'm standing on the solid ground of truth and justice and you are standing on the sinking sand of evil. >> Unless you throw out a threat of arrest, I might give it then. But you're both [ __ ] in that situation. You don't get off scot-free cuz you're backing him up. You should do the right [ __ ] thing. Why do I never see a good cop? I'm just backing him up. I'm just backing him up even though you know he's [ __ ] wrong. >> I love it. I love it. He's saying everything that we talk about on the on the channel. He's saying everything that we think that we would say when a cop pulls us over. Silence. Silence. She knows he's right. She knows he's standing on his rights. >> We're approaching 10 minutes here. So you know, the longer this goes, the bigger of a problem it's going to be for both of you guys. >> Rodriguez versus US can't extend a traffic stop. Yeah, she can't defend her stance. That's true. I'm going to I'm going to speed this along. Here we go. He has the gall to issue a warning. >> All right, sir. So, here's your warning. >> For? >> For the disobey traffic device, the white line that you're supposed to stop behind, not in the crosswalk. >> Perfect. I'm so glad you gave this to me, you [ __ ] idiot. >> Okay. >> Oh, unbelievable. Is your your sergeant Smikes, Mykos? >> That's our detective sergeant. >> Oh, okay. >> So, we have a different sergeant on >> I I just I love the derision because you get what you deserve. You get what you earn. And if you're walking through life just being a dirt bag, you deserve this treatment. You deserve every drop of disdain that people can sling at you. >> Interesting. >> Okay. What's his name? >> It's our It's Sergeant Casey. >> Sergeant Casey. >> Correct. >> Beautiful. >> Sergeant Sester, Casey's her first name. So, Casey Sester. >> [ __ ] lovely. What time is our shift change? >> Uh 6:00 a.m. >> 6:00 a.m. Oh, lovely. I'll be talking to her. You [ __ ] up real bad. Don't you ever do this again, cuz I won't stop. >> Okay. >> You can take me home. You can follow me to my house and [ __ ] kill me or whatever the [ __ ] you people do now. >> Yeah, I don't give a [ __ ] what you say. >> just making sure you weren't stealing that construction sign, so. >> You were blocking the [ __ ] road. I mean, I got a [ __ ] dash cam that's going to your sergeant, too. >> That's fine. You can send it. >> God damn it. >> All right, sir. You have a good night. >> Yeah, go [ __ ] yourself. That is the That is I I love I love the American spirit. I love rebellion and resistance to darkness and tyranny and oppression and all these people who think they can get away with these evil little crimes because it's all been legalized. And if you look at this cop's face right here, just look at his face, it doesn't even phase him. He doesn't even care. It doesn't bother him that he's committed wrong against his fellow man. And if you're just joining right now, let me show you what he's talking about. The cop blocks the road, the guy turns around, and then the cop comes and gives him uh you know, this traffic warning. He was probably going to give him a citation until he realized, "Oh, crap. If you've got this on dashcam, then that impli- implicates me as being the one who actually did something wrong." Here's the cop. Here's the construction area. He's right there in the street. In order for this guy to get by him to deliver his DoorDash, he has a purpose for being in the neighborhood. Even if he wants to joyride, he has a good reason for being there, and the cop is infringing on his right to freely travel in the roadway. If you and I were blocking off this street, we would be ticketed. But now he turns around, and when he turns around, the cop stops uh guarding the construction materials cuz he was so afraid that they would be stolen, and he pursues a guy who hasn't committed a crime so he can harass a fellow American. That's what you would do if you were a some kind of soldier in the North Korean Army. That's what you would do if you were some kind of in in some kind of socialist communist Chinese country. Now, I want to show you this video right here, and then I'm going to show you a video where a cop I'm sorry, an individual who's not a cop does the exact same thing to the cops as the two cops in the two examples that I'm about to give you do to us private Americans. I'm not going to call this a citizen because I'm not going to presume that you think you're subject to the jurisdiction thereof, the jurisdiction of PDF files, let's put it that way. Let listen to why this cop pulls this woman over right here. >> Officers on patrol observed a brown Toyota Corolla creating a traffic hazard while driving through a school zone. >> Creating a traffic hazard while driving through a school zone. Now, just let that sink in for a second. We got to take this narrator's word for that. I would like to see what kind of traffic hazard this woman created that necessitated a man with a gun to come up to her car and give her a hard time like this. The question is, will she end up face down on the hot pavement in this area? >> Well, let me explain something. This girl just placed the farmer. They stopped you doing improper lane change. >> J Lobo just dropped 50 Here's the Deal memberships in the chat room. If you become a recipient of that, give a big shout out to J Lobo. Thank you, J. Super like that's crazy, man. That's crazy how many memberships you've bought for people on this channel. Thank you. >> I asked what? I asked the lady, "Can I go over?" And she let me over. I didn't do anything improperly. We literally had a conversation for me to get over. >> Let me explain something. You know the solid white lines? Right before you get to the intersection? >> What solid white lines? >> They're not broken? Right Right before you get to the stop bar, there's solid white lines that go all the way through to the stop bar, the thick white line right by the light. You're not supposed to change lanes there. >> There was solid lines on the side of me. >> Yes, there was. Driver's license, please. Registration and insurance. >> So, now okay, so so we got a justification here now. I promise I will read out every single super chat at the end of this this live stream or in between segments. So, this cop justifies his Nazi-like request to get her pay pers because he says she violated a traffic ordinance. Time after time, and I will continue to drive this home until Americans get it, traffic law trumps unalienable rights in the minds of the law enforcers. And if that is a true statement, like practically speaking, that is a true statement, then the supreme law of the land is not the Constitution, it's not the Bill of Rights, the springboard is not the Declaration of Independence, we're not the land of the free home of the brave. This is a direct violation of 18 USC 242, deprivation of rights, those rights that we have in the Bill of Rights, remember those? Like the Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your persons, houses, papers, and effects, but this cop uses traffic law to justify his extraction of your ID, which is the most one of the most precious things that you have is your anonymity. So, that gives him the leverage and the right right, I'm putting that in quotes, in his mind to violate your rights. >> Since when have we not been able to cross over? I've never heard of >> Cuz they're solid lines. You're going to do it when they're broken. >> Okay, can I get a warning for something like that? >> I need your driver's license, registration, and insurance, please. >> Sir, if you just heard what I said, I was not aware of that. >> I still need your driver's license. >> I was following the black suburban, and I was not aware that I was not allowed >> Ma'am, I'm demanding your driver's >> Am I Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or did Jay Lobo just drop 50 more memberships in the chat? Very generous man, thank you. >> license. >> Okay, but I told you that I was not aware of it. >> Driver's license, please. >> Are you hearing me, though? >> I heard you. >> And why did you go from this side to that side? >> This way we won't have no problem communicating. I need your driver's license. >> God, you you really have to have no conscience to get somebody's ID. You really have to Like I'm just thinking, if I was a cop, which would be like you can't have a conscience, but if you if it was possible to live in a world where there's good cops, the last thing I would want is your ID. I don't want your Let's say you're committing a crime. And by committing a crime, I mean not breaking some rule or ordinance or policy. I actually saw you hurting somebody. I actually saw you break into that mom-and-pop donut shop and steal money out of the cash register. I would have to see you actually commit a crime. Some You're You're taking somebody else's rights away. That's the only time That's the only time I think that you should be punished. If you think I'm wrong, let me know what you think. >> I don't have a problem communicating. I'm just letting you know that I wasn't aware of that. >> Are you refusing to give it to me? >> that was illegal. I'm not refusing to give you anything. I'm just trying to help understand what did I do wrong. >> I told you. >> Okay, and I just told you I was not aware of that law. >> Okay. >> I was not aware of that. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, can I get a pass? >> I need a driver's license. I need to identify who you are. >> I literally asked the woman, "Can I go over?" >> I heard you. >> So, why am I getting a ticket for something I wasn't aware of? Like, >> I have an issue a ticket. I told you I need your driver's license. >> and that's what happens afterwards. Is that not? >> Are you refusing to give me your license? >> I'm asking you a question. >> Ma'am, I need your license. >> I'm asking a question. >> Okay, step out of the car. >> How does this make the world a better place? How does this make the community safer? How does this right here achieve the American dream of pursuing life, liberty, and happiness? How? >> I'm not going to step out of the car. I'm just >> to give me your license. >> asking you. Can you close my door? Like, that's not even legal for you to do something like that. >> Step out of the car. Bring your license with you. >> Uh, he'd be power trip He's power tripping now. It's like, "Nope. Nope. Nope. I can do this. I can do this." Now, if I was just a regular street thug doing this, and you tried to defend yourself, then the entire community would rally together in support of her. But, if you defend yourself against this badged clown, things ain't going to go so well for you. >> Bring not refusing. >> I'm not refusing. I asked you a question. That's all I did. I'm asking you a question. >> Are you refusing to give your license? >> I'm giving you my license, but I'm asking a question. Can I not ask a question? >> but I still need your license. >> of speech. I can't ask a question? Okay, so don't open my door like that. Close my door. >> No, I I can leave it open. >> Can I speak to your supervisor, please? >> Yes, you can. >> Now. >> You can call. >> feel safe. >> What what the police department? What the department of cameras? >> you. Can I ask for your supervisor, please? >> I need your driver's license. >> I will give it to you, but can you call your supervisor? I am shaking asking nicely. Can you call your supervisor? >> refusing >> the the the person who made the video is mocking this girl. Call for supervisor request number three. >> I am shaking asking nicely. Can you call your supervisor? >> Supervisor request number four. So, they're they're basically mocking this girl. >> Are you refusing? If not, you're going to be placed under arrest. >> I would like you to call your supervisor. That's what I would like you to >> I'd like you to provide your driver's license. >> Okay, I'm providing you with what you're asking. Can you please provide me with what I'm asking? >> I haven't You haven't produced a driver's license. >> I'm not refusing anything. I'm looking for it. Calm yourself. Damn. Like you're You're treating me like a criminal when all I did >> Are you Are you in cuffs? >> You're opening my door. >> correct. >> You're coming towards me. That's attacking me for nothing. I did nothing. >> Now, keep that in mind. That's attacking me for nothing because the next video we go over, it's going to be a regular American approaching a cop in the same way for a traffic violation he committed that the American wants him to answer for. >> All right, stop playing the victim. >> I'm not playing the victim. I live in a state that I was not aware >> Okay. >> I would like you to close my door. It's very hot and I will give you the license to the officer. >> I'm leaving it open. >> No, you're not, bro. That's not even >> This officer, I'm not your bro. >> No, you're not. Like that's not even legal for you to sit here and do. Like, you're kidding me right now. >> Okay. >> You're absolutely kidding me. Can you please close my door, sir? >> I'm leaving it open. >> I need you to call your supervisor. >> I'll have my supervisor get a backup here. >> I would like you to call your supervisor, sir. >> Not my business. >> I left it at home. I don't have it on me. I don't have my license on me. I don't have my license on me, sir. >> Okay. You have your registration, then? >> Oh, somebody just guessed the video that I'm going to play. Somebody just guessed it. >> Yes, but can you please close my door? >> I'm leaving it open, okay? I just told you. >> Can you call your supervisor? I don't feel safe with you. I don't. I absolutely don't feel safe. You're yelling. You're You're You're >> Cuz you're not listening. >> I'm not listening, or I'm asking you a question to understand something that you're >> you asked? I haven't answered already. >> You opened the door. >> That's right. >> I asked a question, and you're telling me I'm refusing to give you something when I'm only trying to have a conversation to understand what is going on. >> I stopped you for a lane change. That's >> I don't know about you guys, but I feel like this chick needs to be attacked. Yeah. Yeah, I think this man this this man who's twice, maybe three times stronger than her, needs to rip her out of that car and throw her to the ground as hard as he can. Maybe even taser while she's going down. That's what I think. Imagine having that kind of mentality. By the way, Delete Laws is in the house. Give a Give a big shout-out to Delete Laws. I appreciate all the stuff that he does, all the people he's helped. And I I We have got to stick together, guys. None of us is greater than all of us. We just want to be left alone. We just want to be free. We don't want psychopaths in uniform telling us what to do when we haven't committed any crimes. That's what channels like this are all about. That's what channels like Delete Laws are all about. We want to reform and it's not even so much reform the system because I believe the system is working the exact way it's it's it was designed to work, and that is with corruption. That's why I can't see how there could be any good cop or any good person who's involved themselves in immersed themselves and become part of that corrupt system. >> I already said that. >> I already told you that. About at this point, it's about planting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men. >> I'm giving you the paper. Can you take it? >> Okay. Do you have any >> Hell, you're ready to say like I'm going to refuse and try to arrest me for pulling over that I asked. Like it's crazy to me. This is crazy. >> Do you have any insurance with you? Do you have any insurance with you? >> This is really crazy. This is absolutely crazy. This is ridiculous right now. It's sad how y'all treat people. You're supposed to be here to protect people, not You're not >> I love what Greg says, delete effing laws. For goodness' sake, delete them. >> You're not protecting me. You're not protecting me. You're scaring me right now. You're not You're only scaring me. I would just appreciate it if you could close the door. >> Ma'am, I'm going to leave it open. I just told you that. >> It's It's abundantly wait robbery to be doing this right now. What if it would be a black cop, bro? This is crazy to Hello. >> Stand by. >> Is it possible that I can have a supervisor? >> You can call one later. This is I just stopped by. I'm just here to back him up. >> I understand, but I feel afraid. >> I'm just here That that's the dangerous mentality. I'm just here to back him up. And because I'm an order follower, I just do what I'm told regardless of what is right. I don't really care why he pulled you over. I just automatically assume he's right and you're wrong. That's the danger of being an order follower. You don't arrive and ask questions. You don't You can't take a couple minutes and just 60 seconds and pull your fellow officer aside and say, "Okay, now, what Why have we detained an American? An American we're supposed to be protecting the rights of. Why are we doing this? What's going on?" I mean, you and I are getting paid $25, $30 an hour plus overtime. We need to make sure that the tax cattle are getting what they paid for. You're not harassing her, are you? Did she commit a crime? Did she leave a victim? Is there a verified complaint? If not, what the hell are you doing, man? But no, they just automatically arrive on the scene and they take the side of the thin blue line gang member. To hell with the person in the car that you're supposed to be protecting and serving. That's the effed up thing about law enforcement. Cuz that's what it is. Law enforcement with the emphasis on force. >> I would just like to speak to the supervisor. Can you check my information? You already have my registration. >> Okay. >> I have to pull up my insurance. So, just give me a minute. >> So, what's your name? >> It's on there. You know. >> You know what? Okay, what's your date of birth? Are you working on your insurance? >> Sir, >> It's a question. >> I can't function right now. >> Man, it makes me so mad when they mess with people like this. This is such a psyop. What's up, News Now Ninja? >> Sorry, like you're scaring me. You're making me nervous. >> Well, that time you can't function, step out of the car. >> I have to go and find my insurance right now. >> All right. Oh, did he say here's the deal? I missed it if he said that. >> Step out. >> God, this is >> I'm telling you. >> This is so scary, man. This is so scary because we know that her life hangs in the balance. We know that these guys are just they have a flash temper and you start bruising and stepping on their egos, or at least they perceive that they're you're bruising their ego, and then they want to maintain that ego. They want to keep it intact and all the pieces are all over the floor and they're frantically trying to pick it up. And as they're picking it up, they want to terrorize you. This makes them feel good. And when you have This is true psychopathy. They lack empathy and compassion and mercy and humanity. They're devoid of all of those virtuous characteristics. >> I'm logging into my insurance. >> You're going to step out of the car right now. >> I'm I'm into my insurance. >> God, you got to be careful how you talk to cops, man. Yeah, she's free to talk to him like that, but man, she is really setting them off. It kind of makes me cringe when people talk to cops like this because you know there's utter turmoil going on inside of that heart on the other side of that that fabric uniform. >> You don't have your seat belt on for a legal >> Oh my god. >> Look at this guy Look Look how big this guy is. Look at the size of his freaking forearm. Look at the size of his freaking forearm. Holy I have not seen the video up to this point right now. Look at this guy's wrist is thicker than her upper arm. Can you guys see that? How How on earth How in the hell could you ever feel right about doing this to somebody's daughter? This How old would you say this chick is? Maybe 18, 19. She's in her at at the oldest, she's in her early 20s. This guy is massive, man. He is a mass monster. No doubt he's eating steroids for breakfast. I G- Guys, I don't I don't even know what to say. Th- This This is why I have this channel, guys. This is why Delete the Laws does what he does. This is why Long Island Audit does what he does. This is why James Freeman does what he does because this right here we we cannot accept this anymore. And I guarantee you that underneath this video right here Let's see what the Let's see what the first comment is. She wasn't scared. She's not afraid. She's entitled and ignorant. I j- License, registration, and insurance. Whoa, that is crazy. Like what? She doesn't feel safe, but she's arguing and fighting with the officers. Guys, she shouldn't feel safe. It'd be understandable if she was in fear. But in in my estimation, she's doing the best that she can to stand up against a a corrupt system filled with corrupt people who want to do criminal things to you in the name of it's all legal. >> What is happening? >> Step out of the car. >> You don't have your seat belt on for a reason. >> I'm going to go over this again. >> the car. >> God, can you imagine you What if you grabbed a woman like this? Get Guys, this just makes me When I watch these things If there was a camera on me as I was watching and reviewing these videos before I made these videos, I'd be sitting there like No, don't don't don't do it. Don't do it again. Don't don't do that. Why are you doing that? What if this steroid roid rage monster used this energy and this strength to resist the IRS or the DEA or the ATF? What if he used all of his resources and his power and his understanding of the world to actually protect his community from the real villains, from the real domestic terrorists? >> What is happening? >> Step out of the car. >> What is happening right now? >> Step out OF THE CAR. >> YEAH. I'M GETTING MY INSURANCE. I'M GETTING MY INSURANCE. >> Step out of the car. >> I'm getting my insurance. Please. Please. Please. I'm getting my insurance. Please. I'm getting my insurance. PLEASE DON'T >> YEAH, his freaking forearm is bigger than my thigh, man. >> Step out of the car. >> I am getting my insurance. What is the problem? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PLEASE, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're resisting. >> I didn't do anything. No, please. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Please. Please. >> You're refusing. >> Please, let me get the insurance. Please. >> Hold it. Put your hands behind your back. >> Please. Please. Please. >> It's too late, ma'am. We're past that. We're way past that, ma'am. >> Hands behind your back. >> Please. Please. Please. PLEASE. >> WOW. >> PLEASE. PLEASE. OH MY GOD. >> STOP REFUSING. STOP REFUSING. MA'AM, JUST >> WOW. At this point like I I can't I just can't even imagine they have any kind of conscience left at all. If this doesn't Look look at this. Look at this frame right here. If this right here wouldn't like snap you It's like, "Whoa, I've been in a daze. What's going on? God, what are we doing? Why Why is this woman on the floor? Why is this big guy that weighs like 280 lb of solid muscle on this lady and putting these these torture devices on her wrists? What's going on here?" If this doesn't wake you up, I don't know how you can be woken up. How How could Sergeant Curtis and Sergeant Steve and all these new guys that are ex-officers whose um whose YouTube videos are just going ballistic, they're getting 15, 25, 30 million views a month. How can they look at this and go, "Well, you should have complied. You know, it is legal. What he's doing is completely legal." Legality doesn't equal morality. And illegality doesn't equal immorality. What What drugs are these people on? >> Wow. Two big men standing over overshadowing and overpowering this little girl. Do you feel good? I don't know about you. I don't know about you, but this kind of thing right here that right there makes me proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free. No, it doesn't. It's disgusting to even sing that in this country. You know we're not free. You know it. >> Sir, it's please. >> Ma'am, we have THAT OPPORTUNITY. >> NO, I WAS GETTING IT OUT. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. >> OKAY. >> PLEASE, PLEASE. >> GOD, don't Like if you ever find yourself in this position, try not to do that. I know it's hard, but try not to do it. They love it. They They're sick It makes them come alive. This is what they feed on. They want to hear somebody beg and scream and plead and they want to know they got 100% power over you. There's nothing you can do. >> God. >> Stop Stop grabbing my hand. Stop grabbing my hand. Stop grabbing my hand. You scratched me with your nails. >> Oh, oh, poor baby. Poor 280-lb gorilla. We absolute We accidentally scratched him with our nails as she's cuffed. He's complaining. A What a I don't even use this I don't Okay, I'm not going to use the P word, but you guys go ahead and use it in the chat. I don't know. Maybe Maybe you'll get deleted by YouTube, but what a prissy cat. God, man. You scratch You who I'm tormenting, who's overshadowed and overpowered by two men, have scratched me with your fingernails as we're attacking you. How dare you, ma'am? >> anything, please. You're hurting my arm. GOD, PLEASE HELP ME. >> [screaming] >> THANKS, GUM. >> NO, PLEASE. >> STEP OVER HERE. GET IN. >> NO, I DIDN'T do it. >> Oh my god, what an entitled drama queen. My god, what's wrong with her? Just give your insurance. What's wrong with you? We're in America. We have laws. This is rule of law. Can't you recognize it? What's wrong with you, ma'am? >> anything. Please, can you please please >> We're repeating him. >> Please, don't arrest me. Please, sir. Sir, don't arrest me. Please. >> You're under arrest right now. >> No, no, NO. >> SIR, PLEASE. >> [screaming] >> PLEASE, DON'T ARREST ME. >> IT'S HARD. IT'S HARD. It's hard. I got to take a break. It's hard. I just This is very difficult. This is very difficult, man, cuz I have daughters, man. I have sons. I mean, even if you were 200-lb guy, you're being overpowered by a guy who's at least 250, maybe 280. This guy's huge. I don't know how tall he is, but if he's 6'2" and he's got arms that big, he's probably in the 260 to 280 range. He's very strong. And this other guy and then there's mentally there's nothing you can do because you've already been indoctrinated. It's like, oh, these are the authorities and if I fight back, they're going to hunt me down, they're going to surround me. There's no way out. I'm damned if I do, I'm damned if I don't. It's truly one of the biggest psychological operations in human history and I'm not just talking about America the American police force, just police IN GENERAL. >> NO, I'VE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED. GOD, PLEASE. OH MY GOD, THIS HAS TO BE A DREAM. GOD, PLEASE. NO, I HAVE TO GET MY >> YOU'RE YOU'RE BUSY right now. >> It is surreal. >> TO GET MY DAUGHTERS. >> WOW. >> PLEASE, DON'T DO THIS TO ME. I WILL GIVE YOU THE INSURANCE. I WAS logging in. My name is Mina. >> Mina. >> I was logging into my insurance. >> Take a breath. Take a breath. We're getting to the bottom of it. The first thing I need you to do is take a breath and just chill for a while. >> I've never BEEN ARRESTED. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. I DID NOT KNOW I COULD NOT switch lanes. >> The problem The problem is though that once the officer stopped you, you refused to give him information. >> I didn't know. I promise. I swear. I was only asking him to understand. I've never been pulled over for something like that. >> But you understand God, don't you hate it that What What kind of What kind of dirtbag really do you have to be to make somebody beg for their freedoms when you know they didn't do anything wrong? It was pretty negligible. Like if it really bothered you what she did back there at the school, you know, okay. I mean, I don't I don't endorse the pulling over of anybody that hasn't committed a crime, but if you were going to do it, just say, "Ma'am, I just want to make you aware it looked to me like you did something dangerous back there. Have a good day." No, no, no, don't you know, make Let's pretend they're they're pulling out their ID from their purse or their wallet or what. No, I don't want to see your ID. I swore to protect and defend your anonymity. By the way, I don't know if you want to join the the club, but we're all going to rally around the flood cameras tonight and uh and put our Milwaukee tools to good use. >> Sir, the one you pulled over, you are required to give your driver's >> Oh, and I was giving it to him. >> told him >> Sir, I can't find it. >> We'll talk, okay? >> Please. >> Okay. >> I continued to look for my license. I told him I do not have my license. I gave him the registration. He asked for my insurance, which is on my phone, and I was trying to log in and I just told him that he's making me feel scared. That is it. I didn't do anything wrong. Please. I have to get my daughter. THERE'S NO ONE TO GET MY DAUGHTER. SHE'S AT SCHOOL. >> Just one minute about that. Give us just a moment, okay? >> Please. >> supervisor coming. That's what you wanted. We're coming, okay? >> I don't want to get arrested. I can't >> one minute. Are you the registered owner of the car? Okay, give us one minute. Listen, here's what's happening. Is there air conditioning back there for you? >> Just a little bit of air. >> Okay, I got you some air, okay? Listen to me. Is it Mina or Nina? Here's what's happening. As of right now, unless you do something different or change things, he's going to write you some tickets and let you go. >> But why do I need the ticket? I didn't >> You violate Okay, here, I'm going to explain this to you, okay? I wasn't here for the beginning of it. He's a traffic officer, okay? He's advising that you made some sort of an infraction or some sort of a broke broke a law for >> I literally had a conversation with next to me because I was not aware that I was at my turn and she said it was >> Again, guys, this is why you want a dash cam. Cuz it's going to be her word against yours in a court proceeding, okay? So, if you have this video evidence, you can you can prove the cop a liar. I tend to believe her because cops just lie. That's just what they do. Like I said in the live stream yesterday, water is wet, fire is hot, and cops lie. But cameras don't. >> Fine, I can go. >> And realize I wasn't here. >> I guarantee you guys I will read out every single super chat at the end of this segment right here. >> Listen, I know that you're upset. I'm trying to explain it to you, okay? Once you were stopped Once you were stopped >> I asked questions. That was it. >> Okay, once you were stopped [laughter] He gave you direct orders. He's saying you didn't follow them. >> I followed. >> So, listen, but here's the Ma'am, ma'am, take some deep breaths. Like you said, how old's your daughter? How old's your daughter? Mina, how old's your daughter? Do you want [laughter] me to give you a minute to calm down? >> Wait, what did they do with that arrow right there? Did they mock her again? I don't know why the arrow is pointed at her hair. >> Do you want [laughter] me to give you a minute to calm down? Okay. I'll be back. Listen, what you do now dictates what happens the rest of the day. Okay, I'm going to take you out take the handcuffs off, okay? Come on out. You're 3 or 4 minutes away from going to get your daughter. Are you married or you single? What's your phone number? At this time, okay, you've been in charge of this without you giving a lawful order and you refused to do so, okay? So, I'm electing to release you on a notice to appear, okay? So, you have a >> I'm electing, so I'm exercising this discretion that you hear so much about cuz I'm a good guy. So, I'm going to cut you loose, but you know, I could be taking you to jail, so you should be licking my boots. >> Court date, July 3rd, 10:00 North County Courthouse. Information is provided here. Do you understand? >> They still ended up hamming her up. >> Okay. >> And then at this point, people are like, "Brian, he could have taken her to jail." Yeah. Unconstitutionally, immorally. What he did right here is unconstitutional and immoral, by the way. Yeah, it's great that he didn't take her to jail, but gosh, is that the low bar we're aiming for these days? >> And you also have an issue such as citations. One for an improper lane change. And one for not having your driver's license. >> Look at the size of this guy. What is he like a foot and a half taller than he her? Holy [ __ ] man. And then you got protect and serve at this on the side of the cop car. >> And one for not having your driver's >> Look at that. Protect and serve. What a joke. >> And also third one is for not having a seat belt on, probably worn. You know, have your lap belt on. Do you have any questions for me? You're free to go. >> She was charged with resisting an officer without violence, which received a nolle prosequi disposition following a not guilty plea. She was also charged with improper change of lane, failure to carry a driver's license, and failure to wear a seat belt, all of which were dismissed following not guilty pleas. >> Wait, failure to wear a seat belt? They had to take the seat belt off of her before they dragged her out of the car. >> This case is a reminder of how quickly we can risk losing something most important, our family. Thanks to the professionalism and courtesy of the officers, that outcome was avoided, leaving >> The professionalism and courtesy? God, oh my god. We are professional and courteous thugs. I mean, we aren't part of the mafia, but you can never say that we're not professional and courteous. When we break people's kneecaps, we do it with the utmost of ethics and professionalism, as your patella lays there on the ground quivering like a piece of Knox blocks. I don't know if anybody remembers Knox blocks. All right, so here is the opposite of this. And yes, somebody guessed it. I think it's Wassam out of you. This is Hendry doing the exact same thing the cops that cops do do to us that we just saw two examples of cops doing to us. This is Hendry doing the same thing to a cop, pulling him over and addressing a traffic violation that the cop supposedly violated. Watch this. >> thing that's going to be said in this conversation. >> You're going to try to limit my speech? >> No. >> What's your name and badge number, sir? Lancaster, you say? You're going to say that this is the last thing I'm saying, sir? >> Uh this is I'm saying this is the end of this this conversation. >> Welcome back. Today's video, we are in Vincennes, Indiana where we observe a law enforcement officer not indicating before turning. When we approached him, all hell broke loose. Enjoy the video. >> And hats off to Hendry for continuing to do this in spite of the fact that he has been incessantly terrorized by law enforcement in the state of Indiana and the court system. If you're not if you're not a subscriber to Hendry, here's the link right here and stay tuned cuz I'm going to throw the link to delete laws in there as well. But if you're not a subscriber to Hendry and this is your first exposure to his work, check it out and consider subscribing. >> I've got to figure out what this cat's up to right now. Hey brother, how you doing? >> Good morning. How are you today? >> I'm doing all right, man. What are we up to right now? >> It's patrol. What's What can I do for you? >> Okay. Yeah, I was just wondering I I noticed that you were kind of not indicating before you turn, not indicating before you got over, we even through traffic and I was kind of wondering what was going on tonight that you felt like that was that was necessary to to do that. >> Have a good night, brother. >> I just want to know that I wasn't aware. >> Sir, are you a sovereign >> Now, what would happen What would happen if you and I rolled up our window? What would happen to that girl that we just saw overpowered by that roid monster? What would happen to her if she decided to roll up her window like this cop right here rolled his up? >> citizen >> to do that. >> Have a good night, brother. >> It sounds to me like Hendry was addressing something that a cop would address with us, no different. >> Sir, are you a sovereign citizen? >> Yes, he is. >> Sir, I can see you got a bag there in the back. >> I just dropped Delete Laws' link in the chat. Visit Delete Laws if you haven't subscribed to him, make sure you subscribe and hit the bell notification icon. >> It says Walmart extra patrol. I really wonder if the taxpayers pay for Walmart to get patrolled by cops. Cuz I feel like Walmart should be providing their own private security. Not the taxpayers. >> Yeah, I agree. And I don't know if you guys know this, but $7.6 billion subsidies are cut for Walmart every single year by the United States government. So, and and they also get these other backdoor subsidies that cause make the taxpayers pay for the medical insurance that are supplied by the low waged workers. And there's just this whole string of things economically that goes on with the US government supporting and subsidizing Walmart and SpaceX and Tesla and all of these other organizations that allow people to be billionaires, but that's another story for another day. But I I never see cops patrolling mom-and-pop stores like you see cops patrolling Walmart. Walmart is always crawling with cops. >> But what do I know? All right. I'm just a [ __ ] idiot, I guess. Sir, I was wondering could I go around town and not indicate before I turn and weave in and out of traffic like you did and I'll be good, you won't try to pull me over and under the threat of violence? >> Bingo. >> Or will you still try to drag my ass out of the car if I don't comply with everything you say? >> Exactly right. >> You see you were driving through the parking lot pretty, you know, not following the roadway, just going right through parking spaces. Something's coming up. Something's coming up through the scanner. Hold on, they're talking. They're talking to me. He's at Walmart with Here we go. >> Step away from my door there, buddy. >> Go ahead, my brother. >> Now listen to this guy string together one of the longest copsplaining episodes that I think I've ever seen. >> He's at Walmart somewhere. So, I don't know what your problem is. I'm parked here doing extra patrol. I don't know why you decided to accost me because you got upset because I drove through the back out of the lot and came around like I do every night and parked here because we're trying to deter shoplifters. That's what I'm doing here. So, I don't know what you guys' problem is, okay? But, the only problem is here is you clearly have hostility toward law enforcement. I don't know what your issue is. There's me asking you questions about why you're videoing your phones. No one No one's >> There's me asking you questions about why you're weaving in and out of traffic, not indicating before you turn. That's not hostile, sir. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this now. >> in and out of nothing. >> Calm down. >> We were on the back half of the lot and parked it parked it like I always do. >> We got it all on camera. >> here with your hostility. >> We got it all on camera, brother. >> That's fine. Glad you got it on camera. >> Yep. So do I. See, I got a body camera recording you, too. >> No, we got your traffic violations on camera. >> is. This is a private parking lot. >> Hey, there's no >> There's nobody parked in the back half, as you can see. I just pulled around and parked here. >> Calm down, brother. >> It's ridiculous. Are you kidding me? >> Let's calm it down. >> Did an officer accost you in some way, shape, or form? >> When you're out When you're out >> Did an officer accost you? Where has this guy been in the last 20 years since YouTube's been a thing? When did YouTube go online? 2000 Early 2000s, 2004, something like that? So, for like 22 years we've had YouTube and we've had easy access to find out what cops actually do. And with the advent of body cams and the fact that they can't even contain themselves, they can't control themselves, they can't cease from their criminality, and they record it all and they're so shameless. What What have cops ever done to you? Excu- What? Have you ever given somebody a seatbelt ticket? Have you cop ever pulled somebody over for activating their turn signal? This is what Henry's calling you on. You didn't activate your turning signal. Now, I don't have a problem with that, but you hypocritically enforce these laws and then you get butt hurt about it when somebody puts those same laws back on you. I don't think anybody should get a ticket or be harassed by a cop or anybody else for failing to activate a turning signal, but you guys do it all the time. So, when we turn the tables or when you got a James Freeman saying, "Hey, uh you mind if I search your vehicle? I need to see your ID." They get extremely offended when you know that's how they live their lives. They live their lives economically terrorizing us, threatening us, torturing us, violating our rights, caging us. The would It's bad enough that they do what they do, but then they take us through the prison system. And that's why I call it an R A P E cage because you're likely to get violated there. And if you don't get violated by one of the inmates, you're going to get vi- violated by one of the corrections officers who wants to stick one of his digits up one of your orifices. It's just a big con- perverted, convoluted, corrupt system. And he's and he's asking, you know, "What what did cops ever do to you? Did you have a bad experience with law enfor- Is there such a thing as a good experience with law enforcement?" >> There's nobody parked in the back after you can see I just went around and parked here. >> Calm down, brother. >> Let's Are you kidding me? >> Let's calm down. >> Did a officer accost you in some way, shape, or form? >> When you're out when you're out by this stoplight here, you didn't indicate before you turned into the into the turn lane. >> here. >> When there's a Yeah, there's a stoplight right out on the highway. And when you were turning off the road, you didn't indicate before you got into the turn lane. >> true. Are you kidding me? >> We've you've got it on camera. I've got it on camera. Are you going to lie on camera, sir? >> No, I'm not going to lie. >> Okay, well, then hey, let's calm down. Why are you mad? Why are you so combative? >> false accusing me of No. >> Why are you so combative right now? >> I've not caused a problem with you. I've just been sitting here. >> I really wish Hendry had the video to show that this cop's lying. >> And you guys swarmed my truck, pull your cameras up, and start false accusing me of weaving in and out of parking spaces? >> Unfortunately, the footage of this gentleman breaking the traffic law was lost. Of course, it was through no fault of our own. These things happen, you know, you record footage of crimes, of evidence that you're accusing people of, and then it just disappears. I'm sure the police can understand. >> I did the same semicircle that I always do when I come here to park. I've been doing this for the last couple of years. For the thrift shoplifters. This is what we do and I drove around the back out of the lot I sat here and parked and you guys came over here and started very angrily and aggressively asking me all these >> Angrily and aggressively. Did Did anybody see any anger or aggressive aggression from Hendry or the guy that Hendry's with as they approach this cop car? None. This cop is just lying. >> Why did you do this? Why did you do that? >> Sir, nothing was angry or aggressive. Nothing was We've got it all on camera. I've been very professional with >> I don't know what you're trying to accomplish. >> professional with you. >> What what can I do for you? What are you trying to accomplish? >> I was trying to ask why you didn't indicate before you got into the turn lane out there by the stoplight. You rolled your window up on me and so I continued to ask. I don't think anything I said there was a lie. >> You're clearly clearly being hostile. >> Sir, no no nobody's being >> Clearly being hostile. This guy is really really triggered. >> I'm not being hostile >> because there's other officers here watching you. >> No. >> Look at this guys. I can't wait till you hear what one of these officers says. I think he's the commanding officer because he basically takes commanding lead but there's one two three and then the other officer they're talking to. I think there's four or five officers on the scene in this small town. >> I've been acting the entire time. >> I think that these guys probably went to their local training seminars and know not to give us any problems when we're asking them questions. >> I don't even know what you're talking What do you What's the problem? >> Just when people when members of the public come and ask you questions brother the best thing you can do is just answer them instead of being hostile and combative. >> That's true. >> You weren't sir. >> Well we watched you. >> around the back out of the lot I sat here and parked. What is your problem? >> No we watched you do wrong. We didn't We're not assuming you did wrong. We watched you out on the out on the road you didn't indicate before you got over. >> Okay. >> Look, it is what it is man. I'm not >> Now I'm assuming because I've talked to Craig a little bit about this and I mean not about this specific situation but I've talked to him about issues of liberty but I'm assuming that the you've done wrong is from the perspective of the cop because I personally I'd have to talk to him specifically about this, but I personally think you haven't done anything wrong when you haven't activated your your turning signal. Now, the cop is going to treat it like you did something wrong because a violation of traffic laws like, "Oh my god, you did something bad to my mother." in certain cases. But, if you didn't activate your turning signal, I think it's wise to activate your turning signal, especially if there are other people on the road and you're just kind of letting them know what your intentions are before you do it. It makes things a little bit safer on the road, but I don't think you did anything wrong and I don't think that that's what Craig means, but he is trying to put it back on the cops, the very thing that he would put on to us if we did that exact same thing or if we neglected to do that exact same thing. >> That's not my memory of it. That's not my memory of it. >> I'm not mad about it. You need to calm down, okay? >> I am calm, but I am frustrated that I don't know what's >> not calm. >> This is What are you trying >> I am calm. This is calm. You see this? Calm. You look in the dictionary, there'd be a face right here. It It would look like this. Calm. These guys These guys They're They're They're so unaware. They're so unaware. >> trying to do, man. What are you trying to accomplish? >> It's It's frustrating when when people kind of come back and ask you the same questions that you ask them every day, right? >> Yes. That's exactly right. >> calls you when you have a kind of a problem. I don't get >> No, but sir, I didn't break a traffic law today. >> Are you sovereign citizens or something? What are you doing? >> Sir, I didn't I didn't >> The guy who rolled up his window when you put on him what he would put on you is claiming that Craig Henry is a sovereign citizen when he acted like a sovereign citizen would, above his own law. >> break any laws today. >> And I haven't either. So, what is your problem? >> You did. You did, sir. We got it on camera. >> around the back half of the lot and came over here and parked and I just been sitting here like I always do. I don't understand what What are you guys trying to accomplish? >> So, we're just trying to get to the bottom of why you did Why you broke the the Okay. We just want to know why you broke the law. >> did. So, I don't know what your problem is. Okay? >> Maybe you don't remember. Maybe you don't remember doing it. So, we were just coming to ask why. Nobody was being hostile with you. Nobody was being hostile. >> We should We should all walk around with ticket books and every time we see them committing an infraction, just write a ticket and say, "Hey, I You're not You're not under arrest, but we are detaining you until we can write you this ticket." >> Okay. And we weren't hostile to you. What did we say to you that gave you any indication that we were hostile? >> much more You're You're not nearly as loud or aggressive as you were when you walked out to >> When you got your window closed, bud, we got to talk a little louder. When you When your window is up, we got to talk a little louder for you to hear us. Do you understand that? You You rolling the window up is a little combative just in the first Hey, when you pull guys like us over >> I don't want any part of conflict, as you already said. I don't want any part of this conflict, even though they specialize in creating and initiating conflict on a daily basis as a matter of profession. >> When guys pull us over, we don't like it when you make us roll our window down. >> Exactly. >> didn't, but I'm sure you do it all the time, brother. But, hey, look, it's not When the shoe's on the other foot, there's no need to get angry and combative about it. It's the >> I'm not angry. I'm upset. >> Well, we just do it because we saw you >> I'm I'm not angry. I'm upset, said the guy who said that he's calm. >> Break the law. There's nothing wrong with that, man. Okay. Yeah, you don't have to believe that you did. You don't have to believe that you did because you did. >> Okay. I don't know what your problem is or why you guys decided to come walk up in on my truck and asking all these loud, aggressive questions. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Loud, aggressive questions. >> Sitting here, simply providing extra patrol for Walmart. I answered that question. You didn't like that. You You continued to follow up and ask more questions, trying to get me jammed up with something. >> Tell him, man. Isn't that what Trying to get me jammed That's exactly what you guys do with us. You're always trying to get us jammed up with something. You're always trying to get us on something. You're always trying to increase the revenue in the coffers of the state. You're always trying to get us on a violation so that you can and we'll learn this in the next segment so that you can get more money from the state, i.e. the taxpayers, by working that overtime. And they are specialists at working overtime. >> When when you see a guy break a law and he then he asks me questions, it's combative. But you don't have to believe that she did because we saw you do it, brother. We saw you do it. That's fine. >> All right. So now we got How many officers do we have? Let's just back this up one frame and then freeze frame it. So we got this one guy right here. Let's expand this so you can see it. >> We saw you do it. >> This is amazing. All right. So we got the guy leaning up against his cruiser. Number This is number two. Number three. Number four. Number five. Number six. Number seven. Did we count this guy? Number eight behind this guy? Holy mackerel. Look at If every one of these guys are making, let's say, 25 bucks an hour. I bet it's like 30 bucks an hour. Let's just say 20, okay? Let's just shoot it low. You got eight people making 20 bucks an hour. That's 160 bucks right there that they're wasting with a non-crime in a Walmart parking lot while there's criminal activity afoot in other parts of this county. That's just disgusting. No No corporation would waste this kind of manpower and resources because they have finite resources. They are incentivized to be efficient. The state is not incentivized at all to be efficient or to to appropriately use manpower and resources. >> Doing the sovereign citizen thing trying >> Now get get >> Unbelievable. >> Get all these guys. None of the other >> Uh all for a man with a camera asking a cop a question about his vehicle and traffic infraction. >> The one person that's that broke the law and got away with it, sir, was you. >> No, not at all. >> Cuz we didn't break the law. >> You falsely accused me of leaving out of parking spaces. I drove around the back house like I always do every night and then I parked over here and sat here like I always do, like I've been doing for a couple of years. Where were you the last 2 years? It's never been an issue. I don't understand what what your problem is. >> I don't have a problem, brother. >> Okay. >> Yeah, somebody's asking about the channel name. This is Hendry's channel. This is Craig Hendry. Let me go ahead and give you the Let's give you the Thank you for reminding me. This is the link to Craig Hendry's channel. >> Yep. >> Craig just recently got out of jail. He was framed by these cops in Indiana for standing too close to a traffic stop. >> Okay. >> But I I was I was just asking is this your officer? You you with Vincennes? >> Yeah, we all we work for Vincennes >> Yeah, I I see some state guys here. They're kind of just observing, but Yeah, man, problem here with your guy when he was on the turn when he was getting into the turn lane up by the light up here. He just didn't indicate. We don't look, I understand. Sometimes, you know, you're driving, you're driving for hours. Gets away from you. I just come up to ask questions, you know, it's nothing wrong with that. >> Okay. >> Your man here has been very hostile, combative with me. He's not really wanted to answer my questions and I can see he called other men with guns to back him up, which I don't really think that's necessary. >> Three dudes swarmed my truck. I don't know what's going on. I don't >> Three dudes swarmed my truck. Yeah, with cameras. Oh gosh, you must be very scared. >> The same thing goes when you pull somebody over, but they don't call their boys to come with guns and back them up, man. Nobody knows you either, dude. Like So, I don't see when the shoe's on the other foot. What is the issue, my man? >> no problem with this, man. I'm sitting here minding my own business. >> Sir, I've told you I don't have a problem besides the fact that you broke the law. >> That's the only >> Yeah, this is so pertinent what Donald Ray just said. Man, they might try to Jeff Winehouse this guy. This is always the danger when you're in the presence of a law enforcement officer. They're so maladjusted psychologically and they're such psychopaths, you could lose your life for nothing in a moment. >> Okay, so So you said he didn't use his turn signal. You guys came up and confronted him about it. Obviously, this has not been a productive conversation. station. Um He's going to continue to stay here at Walmart. The reason that we're here is to deter shoplifters. There's a huge problem with shoplifters here. So Um I honestly, guys, I don't see this conversation going anywhere. So it's a shame that we couldn't all come to some kind of common ground, but that's probably not going to happen. We're going to go our separate ways. >> What the heck? Talk about speaking for everybody on the site. What is going on with this guy? >> I And I'm fine with you guys leaving. You guys didn't break the law. I I was going to ask this gentleman, you know, just to settle this uh traffic infraction. I don't know what's the going rate for a not turn signal. Is it about $35 per ticket or 100? >> Okay, can I just say something? >> Yeah. >> I mean, we I I wouldn't mind getting paid for it. I think it'd be pretty cool, but >> Okay. >> We saw him. >> Okay, I I understand that. >> I'll write up a report and everything. >> When I'm off duty >> Yeah. >> even if I'm in that truck >> Yeah. >> Okay? And if I see somebody not use their turn signal or maybe they're going a little too fast or something, some sort of non-hazardous moving violation I can't I can't pull them over. I can't confront them about it. And I'm going to mark the vehicle. Okay? But it's just it's not important enough for me in plain clothes, maybe no armor, to go up and confront them about it. Honestly, I got to >> Maybe no armor. It's not good enough for me to approach somebody when I don't have my armor on and I'm off duty. This is total apples and oranges. Hendry was merely making a point when he walked up to this cop that if Hendry had done the exact same thing and was observed by the very cop that he's asking the question of, the cop would have probably issued him a ticket for not activating his turn signal. This guy is way off the reservation right here. >> See, I don't agree with you guys coming up here and and he's a he's a city police officer. You guys are absolutely within your right to go up and talk to the man, but to come up in an accusatory tone about him not using a turn signal, how how did you think it was going to go, man? >> I just I just kind of figured you guys do it to >> How did you think it was going to go? What what are you saying here? What are you saying here? How it should have gone is the cop should have apologized for something that he would have given you a ticket for. That's how it should have gone. Or actually, what the what the cop should have said is, "You know what? I don't give tickets for those kind of violations. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I'll try to be a little bit more safer uh on the road next time, but I don't give tickets." But you know they do because they're revenue generators at heart. >> everybody all day and long, so I figured you guys would be pretty cool with it. I might I was wrong, I guess, but >> We do it to people sometimes, some of the day. >> Okay, we're d- We economically terrorize people sometimes under traffic law. We don't do it all the time. Well, that's what Hendry's doing. He doesn't do it all the time, either. >> Okay, but but we do a lot more than traffic infractions. It's part of what we do, but it's not everything that we do. >> Yeah, but but we don't see a whole lot, so when we see a traffic infraction, we just got to go check it out, man. And look, I don't have a power to ticket, so all I can do is ask questions, right? >> Sure. And you're >> It's all I can do. >> It's absolutely fine to ask questions, >> All right. >> but I got to say, if you had said that that you saw an officer driving recklessly, if you saw him weaving in and out of traffic, if you saw him doing something that was hazardous, then you and me would be sitting down and we'd be talking about it. But, if you're telling me that you saw him not use his turn signal, I don't agree with your decision to come up and and and >> I I respect that. >> about that. So, we'll we'll agree to disagree. The fact is >> agree to disagree. Well, it doesn't work like that when you pull us over, and I'm so glad that other people in the chat room you know, it it makes you feel less lonely when other people think along the same lines, the same ideological lines as you do. World is screwed up says, "It's truly astonishing how cops really think." SM Lab says, "Oh my god, these tyrants live in a completely different reality than the rest of us. It's refreshing to see that other people recognize this." And uh where was the other one? Stop the pignorance pigsplaining. Agree or not, he's free to do it. >> The man is here to deter shoplifters. That's what he's going to continue to do. Uh we're we're going to go our way, and I'm going to tell you guys it didn't go well, so we're going to part we're going to part ways now, okay? >> Hey, I'm fine if you guys want to leave, man. I mean, I uh >> If you guys want to continue shopping, that's your business, but you >> Right. Yeah, and I, you know, I got some stuff that I need, but when I see a traffic infraction going on, there's nothing wrong with just coming in asking a question. I get that you may not agree with that, but >> Sure. >> That's okay. We like you say, we'll agree to disagree. But, you guys I mean, look, nobody's holding you here. I don't I don't really care if you guys be here. >> Well, I >> I just wanted to know, man. I wanted to know, do you cuz you keep asking me if I'm a sovereign citizen. I wanted to know, do you feel like you can break the traffic laws with complete immunity? Cuz that's what I want to ask. >> Listen to me. This is the last thing that's going to be >> He He won't even let this other cop ask that pertinent question or answer it. >> said in this conversation. >> You're going to try to limit my speech? >> No. What's your name and badge number, sir? Lancaster? You say You going to say that this is the last thing I'm saying, sir? >> Uh this is I'm saying this is the end of this this conversation. >> Cool. >> guess what? The Vincennes Police Department is actually three officers short right now. One, two, three guys. >> It doesn't look like it. >> Wait, there there's nine officers out there dealing with a very, very petty issue, but they're three officers short. Mhm, okay. >> Be honest. >> Okay. >> want to enforce traffic infractions, go to vincennes.org and fill out an application. >> Yeah. >> I I'll be honest, seeing you guys with seven people, eight people here, it doesn't look like you're three officers short, man. Looks like you got a little bit too much port going on around here. >> Okay, well. [laughter] >> But that's my opinion, right? We all got the right to disagree, so I mean >> We sure we sure do. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> Are you a sovereign citizen? >> No, but have a good night. >> Take care, y'all. >> He locked himself out of his truck. >> All right, guys. After they After they head out, I think we'll go and get our truck. >> and done, man. >> So, after they left, we went over to the Walmart and we realized it was 11:05, so we said, "How is this guy watching for shoplifters when the store isn't even open?" Ultimately, we approached him again, and what happened next was extremely interesting and provoking, and I'll be at time to watch it. Enjoy this. >> No, you can't do anything, but >> I'm going to turn on your glove. >> Is the shop closed now? Is Walmart closed? >> Yeah, they close at 11:00. >> At 11:00? >> 5 minutes ago. >> Okay. Yeah, I kind of saw that and I thought, "God damn it, there goes my Walmart trip." >> Good evening. >> Are they Are you about to head out though since it's closed? >> Probably here a little bit. Just for the record. >> Yeah. >> You guys still needed help, you can call me anytime and I would speak to them and help. >> Hey, and I'll be honest, if I start listening, I know everybody hates cops, man. I get it. We're just doing a job nobody else wants to do. We're just people just >> see, that's the problem. Not everybody hates cops. As a matter of fact, there's way too many people that love cops and still want to lick the boot. And as what is it the professional douche says, uh deep throat the whole boot. That is the problem. Not enough people are awake to understand that these guys right here are the domestic terror organization that the founding fathers warned us against. >> It's like you, man. Hey, and I'm still coming to help you. >> Don't get me wrong. I understand that you're a person, brother. Hey, I understand you're a person >> help. I just wanted to tell you. >> And if I saw you getting attacked, >> I would fight for you, brother, and I would fight for you, and I would fight for you. >> If I saw you getting attacked, I'd come over and jump in and help you because I'll tell you what, I don't hate the person. >> words. He would not do that. He would not fight for you. If your kids were locked, I'm guaranteeing you this. Based on history, based on fact, if this man right here was in Uvalde, if he was one of the five agencies, five agencies that showed up at Robb Elementary School, I guarantee you this guy right here who just said that he would protect Hendry and his buddies, he would not do it. He would hang outside the classroom. Out of the 300 300 and 76 officers from five different agencies that arrived, he would be hanging out of the classroom on that on the other side of that unlocked door, and he would do absolutely nothing. A coward in fear because these guys specialize in picking off the low-hanging fruit. He's a liar. He's a liar. >> And I hate the job. I think that the job you do is a bad job, but I'll tell you I think that you're probably a very good person. I don't know you, but I I think you're probably a very good person. So, I know that's not much respite to you. I know you think everybody hates cops. >> I just don't think you could be a good person and take a crummy crappy tyrannical job like that. I just How can you be a good person, a man of conscience, a a man of integrity, a trustworthy man, and take a position where you're going to put your hands on women, and put your hands in the pockets and down the pants of other men, and then and then torture cuff them and kidnap them and legally cage them and then hand them off to jailers who are just going to have their way with their perverted way with them? I don't see how you can be a good person and be a part of the bad system. I just don't see that. I'm not there. I'm not on that same page. >> So, we don't hate you, man. We hate the badge. Cuz we think that you work for the state, and we think that the state is against the people. That's the dynamic here. It's not that we think that you're a piece of [ __ ] We just think that the job itself is inherently bad. Because it operates off of off of money that we think is stolen, and it puts people in cages for victimless crimes, and we don't like this stuff. Now, we don't live in a perfect world, but you understand we all got our problems with everybody, but we don't hate you, dude. I don't know you. I don't hate you. I just hate what you do as a job. All right. And that's very important for I think for you to understand. >> So, after this I stopped the recording and we actually had a heartfelt conversation with this gentleman and it turns out that he really tried to relate to us. With that being said, everybody, if you're interested in seeing more content, follow me on Facebook. I go live often over there. >> This is Craig Handley, and like I said, this guy and his family have been terrorized by Indiana law enforcement agents. He went to jail for quite a while having committed no crime. And that really pisses me off. Pisses me off that this guy lost so much time of his life for having done nothing wrong. Let me show you I'm going to introduce you to this guy right here and then we'll get out of here. This guy is a former law enforcement agent. The name of his and how I came across him is through Delete Laws. He was mentioning him to me today. And I will definitely read all of the super chats at the end of this segment right here. But this guy, his name is I want to give you all the information that I can because I did send a message to him to see if he would be interested in possibly coming on the show. Let me close this program right here. I don't know why this thing's opening up. It's going to conflict with my StreamYard. Oh man, let's see. I thought I had it up. Where is it? Oh yeah, here we go. Let's see. This guy's name is Why is it disappearing on me? Kuwuan or Andrew Lovelace Esquire. He's a New York-based civil rights attorney who runs Lovelace Law PLLC. His Instagram account, which we're going to look at right here, is Lovelace Law. And he previously served with the NYPD, the New York Police Department, and records indicate that he started in July of 2002, worked as a police officer, and later as a detective grade three in Harlem's 32nd Precinct in in gang squad in Queens. And his service ended on April of 2010. So he was an officer for about eight years with the NYPD, one of the most corrupt police organizations in the entire world, not just this country. It's it's certainly one of the biggest law enforcement agencies in the world in the world. And this guy I want to give him a fair shake. He's described in multiple sources as a retired former NYPD detective. After that, he spent time as a Bronx prosecutor before becoming a civil civil rights attorney. He's also a former Olympic triple jumper in 1996's Atlanta Games representing Belize and he is anti-law enforcement. I want to let you listen to some of what he says. This is Yeah. This This right here is entitled Former cop and prosecutor, you can't be good in a corrupt system. Kind of like what we were talking about earlier. >> As a cop as a person as an agent of that system and representing that system I was doing bad acts. So, despite me wanting to be good, despite me even in some occasions actually doing quote-unquote good, at the end of the day I was an agent of that system and there and the system being bad, so therefore I was bad at and I was a police >> God, I have not heard any former law Maybe Dominick Izzo. But I haven't heard any law enforcement agents say that exactly or say anything close to that. I was an agent of the system. I was part of the corrupt system and because I was part of the corrupt system, I myself was bad. Very interesting and this This peaks my curiosity right here. >> officer and similarly as a prosecutor you know, I had this misconception that okay, if I couldn't affect and do and change a system from within as a police officer as a cop well, let me try it as a prosecutor. But the truth of the matter is as soon as your supervisor gets into no matter how much good I want to do, once my boss, my supervisor gets into the mix whether it was a cop or a prosecutor, then I lose my discretion. I lose my ability to do good. That doesn't mean on a case-by-case basis I could not do good. But again, on the grand scheme, no. And so, they be >> Think about it. Think about it. If the If the entire system is corrupt, if the entire system is working against you, if you become a cog in the wheel of that system, even as you do good, it's all wiped away by all the bad. It's kind of like um carrying maybe a cup of water down into a sewer. You can take the water and you can spill it into the sewer, but the water that you spill into the sewer becomes a part of the sewer system and it's just as poisoned and putrid as the sewer itself. So, to say that you can become a cop and change the system on the inside is truly delusional. It's It's It's just like saying that you can >> [clears throat] >> change the nature of a turd. No, you can't. Feces is feces and it's always going to be feces. You can dress the feces up in a nice shiny badge and a uniform and then you can pretend that this feces is doing great in the sewage system of life, but it's still feces and you're still part of the evil system that is just steamrolling over people. So, it's basically Let's say [clears throat] you have a steamroller that's actually going down the road crushing people. Now, you hop on board that steamroller that's still crushing people and now the system is crushing people with you in the steamroller. Whereas the only way you can really stop that steamroller if you're outside of the steamroller working with the people who are getting steamrolled to figure out how do we actually stop that steamroller instead of being part of and feeding that system. >> Came at a real kind of turning point when I recognized while in court standing on one side of the aisle with a defendant who looked like me on the other side of the aisle and the judge above both of us looking down at us who typically was a white person. And this white person, this judge is looking at me as in my fancy suit, looking all cute, as someone who did all the right things, made all the right choices, and that's why I'm in my position. While this defendant who looks like me, another person of color, made all the wrong choices. And that's why they're in their position. And this concept base >> I don't know much about him, but I but I hope that he's not turning this into a racist thing when it when it when it really is is a statist thing. Yeah, there is racism within statism, but if you want to lay the axe at the root of the tree and really take this thing out of the ground, it's statist statism. It's the mentality >> [clears throat] >> that says that a few people have the right to rule, rob, control, and harass the rest of us so that they can protect us from people who rule, rob, control, and harass us. It's truly delusional thinking. And again, [clears throat] the system isn't broken, it's working exactly as it was designed to work. It's designed to have plantation owners and then the rest of us who work on the plantation with our our hard work and the sweat of our brow and our labor and our time, and then they extract that so that they can fuel and fund the state so that the state can be more powerful and claim to be our protectors and servants when it's the exact opposite. Oops. Oh, man, I just clicked off of that. All right, well, uh I just wanted to I'm I'm going to show you one more thing on this. And uh well, two more things. Let me just read this right here. In this, he says some guy gives him a hard time because, >> [clears throat] >> you know, he's a former law enforcement officer that should be viewed with a healthy dose of skepticism, of course. Says, "Yet, you took every dime of the overtime, and I'm guessing probably collecting a pension now." To which Lovelace Law says, "Getting paid for a job I did when I was a cop and had very little awareness of self isn't the gotcha you think it is. People's awareness grows and they get to make different choices. Hope yours does. Or do you stay stagnant in your views and refuse to self-reflect? That's a good question. Yeah, it's bad what you did, but have you changed? Are you a different person now? As for the pension, I'm not investing in keeping a broken system running. I want a reality that would eliminate my job right now, and he's a civil rights lawyer right now. In a perfect world, there would be no need for a false arrest attorney. There would be no need for taxpayers to pay for police misconduct settlements. There would be no overtime, no pensions would be and pensions would be earned by doing dignified work by dignified people. And then he says this right here. >> We would arrest somebody, you know, it was straight up like a kidnapping. Go on a scene, handcuff them, throw them in the back of a van, and that person could unfortunately be in the back of that van for the next 8 to 10 hours as we continue doing enforcement from neighborhood to neighborhood because again, what was the focus? It was filling that van up so everyone had enough overtime. >> Check that out. When was the last time you heard a cop say, "We did things to justify overtime. We were incentivized to create situations where we would have more overtime and stuff more money into our pockets, and we did that at at the expense of the people we were victimized." That's what he's saying right there. >> Not focused on real crime prevention. Uh despite what NYPD says, despite what statistics may say. Um it's really an inhumane way of treating people. Again, think about it yourself. If you're a handcuffed behind your back for 10 hours behind a van, it'll in the back of a van, and then you have to go to a precinct, you get processed, part of that being processed is also being strip searched. >> And he's saying he's done this to people. He's admitting it. He's coming out with it. >> Taking your clothes off. You're naked in front of other individuals, other men who are looking at your crotch, who are looking at your ass. All right? It's humiliating. Um it's dehumanizing. And then you're processed, you're charged with felony felonies that you now have to fight um and potentially take a plea to. All because by and large you either have a drug habit or you're born into a system um in which you had no choice in being born into. >> All right, so let me just >> somebody >> Let me read this right here and then we'll we'll leave this. We think cops are out there saving people, but what they really do is use arrests to get paid. They are taught to dehumanize people so that they are seen and used as a means to an end. Violence and police misconduct is rewarded by overtime and if they eff up once in a while, no problem. Your tax dollars will cover that right up. Why else did we spend 117 million of taxpayer dollars just last year alone on NYPD settlements? That is ludicrous to me. Utterly ludicrous. Thanks, Wayne. I will read all super chats here in a moment. How many of those cops have multiple lawsuits and cost the city millions each year? As long as we have quotas and reward volume and overtime, the police will never serve our community. I really want to talk to this guy. Again, this is lovelace_ What is it called? lovelace_law on Instagram. As far as I found, he doesn't have a YouTube channel, but I like what the guy's saying. So, I want to give him a chance. Let me know what you guys think in the comments. Do you think we should give this guy a chance, bring him on board, talk to him, open it up to a panel discussion, and have people just let fly with what's on their mind about former law enforcement and current law enforcement officials. Let me know if you'd be interested in doing that. Let me go ahead and go over all of these super chats here. Thank you guys, first of all. I appreciate you guys for uh supporting this channel, man. You guys You guys rock. You guys make it happen. Thank you to all the Patreon supporters, the people who buy me a coffee, the cash app, the whatever you get a shirt, it really does help out. Thanks for keeping us online. >> [clears throat] >> Officer Tater says, "I sent you that lackluster video about Jimbo Fisher." Okay, cool. Uh I will try to check my email tomorrow. I'm the world's worst at checking email, but it's just cuz I run out of time. And J Lobo gifted 100 Here's the Deal memberships. Shout out to J Lobo. I Jeez, man. I I feel I feel like I sound like a broken record cuz I'm like, "Dude, I really appreciate that. You do not have to do that." But he just comes through time and time again. Thank you, man. And John Perry says, "I'm just backing up my buddy that is bored in his town over here trying to screw you over. Just give him your information. You're making me look bad because I'm Oh, you're you're you're mocking the piggy tail. And I'm going to get in trouble for not helping officer safety." They will always back the blue, no matter what. They don't They don't ask questions. They don't do any investigations. They arrive and they're like, "Hey, I just got here. I don't know what you're talking about. I'm just going to I'm just going to believe what the officer said about you and we're just going to assume you're a criminal, man." Claudette became a new member. Thank you, Claudette. Landon Poindexter 114, thanks for that super chat. Jeff H Jeff Hates Pigs 1776 comes through as a super chat. Fifth Amendment. Shut the front door. Shut the front door. What you JT says, "Friend got a four-year degree to become a cop, started training with blue line gang, and said, 'Nope, not for me.' Was young, looking back, I realize the guy's got solid morals. He made a great living since." Man, don't you wish everybody would do that? They'd come to their senses and go, "I can't be a part of that criminal cartel. There's no way I'm going to do this to my fellow countrymen. No freaking way." Mrs. Lack Tim, thank you for that. Is that New Zealand, NZ? John Perry again, "It's why I donate to YouTubers that cover this [ __ ] I cannot stomach it. These videos make me sick, literally. Be safe every everyone." I I can't say that I have felt You know that feeling that you feel right before you throw up? You know, it's like something happens in your mouth. It's like uh I don't know if it's a saliva dump, but it's like a metal Not even metallic. I I can't even describe it. You know that feeling I'm talking about? Sometimes I felt that, but I don't know if I Have I ever physically gotten sick? I felt light-headed. I felt tingly. And there is something psychological that happens. So, I don't know, man. I I I'm I'm there with you, though, man. It is truly sick. It's truly sick. K sent a super sticker. Thank you, K. John Perry also said, "Daniel Shaver, rest in peace. Never forget that poor guy." Begging for his life, trying like crazy, knowing his life was on the line. Just balling his eyes out, and Philip Brailsford gets acquitted after pumping him full of lead, five rounds from an AR-15, ending Daniel Shaver's life for no freaking reason. John Perry with another super chat. "Just like they fought for Jeff Weinhaus, Daniel Shaver, Sonya Massey, Breonna Taylor, etc., etc. I mean, the list is so long." There is a Let me see something here cuz I haven't looked at it in a long time and I really need to revise my website. I used to have on my website a link where you could go to See, what was it called? Oh, yeah, killed by cops. Let's see if it's still active. Oh, it's got a 404. Shoot. Let's see. There is There There is actually a cop tracker. Real-time earthquake data markets Hmm, I'm going to have to I'm going to have to revisit this. There's a website dedicated to exposing innocent cops who killed innocent people. You know, they do it you you can go back over the years and figure out how many people died, what the situation was. I'll have to take a look at that. But, yeah, that's that kind of reminds me, John Perry. Thank you for that. Let's see. Wayne When are you doing the religious live? Okay, when do you Do you Are you guys interested in doing that? I I really am. And it'll probably be on my disturbing illusion channel since this isn't really the the outlet for it. But, I what I was thinking was that we do you know, we talk about you know, which God is the true God, which religion is the true religion that's actually going to lead you to you know, an eternal heaven you know, whatever you want to call it, Nirvana. Which holy book is the right one? Is it the Quran? Is it the Bhagavad Gita? Is it the Hindu Sanskrit? Is it the Bible? And then which Bible? Is it the New King James, NIV, you know, or there is it Does it matter what version of the Bible you read? Should you read it in Greek or Hebrew to get the full flavor of what's going on? Which religion is right? Judaism, Islam, Christianity, Buddhism. So, when when do you guys think we should do that? You want to do it sometime next week? Maybe Monday? Say you want to do a live stream on Monday. Let me know if you guys want to do that then. Very interesting to me what people think and why they think and why they cling to certain beliefs. Thanks Wayne for becoming a channel member. Would be interesting to see a live call-in show on religious thought. Yeah, we'll do that on the Disturbing Illusion channel. If you guys aren't familiar with that, a lot of people on my Here's the Deal channel don't know that I have this channel right here. This is my Disturbing Illusion channel. And then I also have this channel right here. This is High Impact Vlogs. And there's High Impact TV. Which it's just hard to cover all of these channels. The last time I uploaded right here is 9 months ago. Um I have They did give me High Impact Flix back. They gave me Grease Monkey videos back. These two videos aren't monetized. And um I don't really I got 555,000 subscribers on this one. But basically it's a dead channel. This right here is a dead channel. I don't think they're ever going to bring back monetization. And uh when I upload videos on this it's so ratcheted down very few people. It's just like my my High Impact Vlogs channel, hardly anybody sees any of that. Because they don't get recommended by YouTube. But here's my High Impact Vlogs if you guys want to Wayne says, I just missed your live notifications or rather never actually get them. So, I have a hard time seeing you live. So, what if I gave just a couple days of notice and posted it on my community post on the Disturbing Illusion and High Impact Vlogs and Here's the Deal. And just kind of gave you a heads-up since YouTube's not going to give you a heads-up for me like they're supposed to. See, the way I view it is if you subscribe to a channel, thanks for that super chat by the way. If you subscribe to the channel and you go out of your way to hit that bell notification icon, you're telling YouTube you want to be notified. But then they don't notify you. It's like buying a subscription to Time magazine or National Geographic and they just sometimes they'll deliver the magazine that you paid for and sometimes they won't. Or maybe it hits your mailbox and the the post office guy says, "Nah, you don't need that magazine today." and he just throws it in the back of the truck and doesn't put it in your mailbox like you're supposed to. That's That to me is what YouTube does. Yes, it's New [clears throat] Zealand. You're awesome. We watch you every day. Thank you so much. I really appreciate that, Miss Lactim Lactim Lactim. I don't want to mispronounce that. All the way in New Zealand. Holy smokes. What time is it in New Zealand right now? What time is it in New Zealand? Right now it is 12:47 p.m. in New Zealand and it's 7:47 here Central Standard Time in Oklahoma. Did I miss any super chats? So yeah, if you guys want to go ahead and subscribe to any of those, what you could do is just go ahead and subscribe for free to my highimpactflix.com site. >> [clears throat] >> It's for It's absolutely free. Get on my email list, which is right here. Just go to email and then oop. Just go right here. And also hey, let me show you guys something. If you If you got a second, just hang out here for a second cuz I want to show you something cool. If you grab a shirt from the store, you can totally customize that. Let me Let me Let me go to one of my last videos. >> [clears throat] >> Yeah, Hendry's good. He's a good He's good people. Let's go to this last video right here. And under every one of my videos, there's a link >> [clears throat] >> to the spreadsheet. And let me just show you how you can customize this. Let's [clears throat] say you wanted um the stop the pignorant shirt. You can just click on that and then you you pick whichever design you want. You can get a hat, shirt, mug, hoodie. You can get a You can get an apron. You can get a cell phone case, whatever, okay? So, let's just let's just go to a Let's just go to a shirt. If you click on the shirt, I'm going to show you how to easily customize it. Go to the shirt and you know, pick out your size and your color and all that stuff and then go to this little crayon or pencil and then say customize. And then check this out. You can You can make this bigger. They're going to give you just if you just order it like off the rack, it's going to be kind of small, but you can actually make this huge. Like you can blow it up. As long as you stay as long as it doesn't turn this box red, watch I'm going to make it too big. Yeah, look. It says design is outside the print area and then they won't let you order it. But if you just like lower it right there and then you can go over here to text and you could say um Let's see. Put your text here. Oh oh, it's over here. Wait. I'm double clicking on this. You can take this text right here. See where it says your text here? And you can make make it say whatever you want to say. Let's see. You can double it up. You can say cops suck or whatever. Let me delete that one right there. You can pick your your font. Uh let's say let's say put it make it that font right there. You can choose the font color. You can increase the size, you can blend the text, you can bend the text. You can go over here and go uh capitalize all cops. Like that. You can make this text as big as you want. And you can completely customize your shirt. You don't have to get it off the rack. And you can also put something on the back. You can put something on the right or the left sleeve. You can uh you can go to a close-up to see what the fabric looks like. It's just a really really cool thing that you can add to your shirt and you'll have a shirt that nobody else has. I think you can even warp this if you want to. You can you can do all sorts of things. And you can you can get this shirt right here. You can go to the designs and you can pick, you know, let's say you want protecting and serving the crap out of you but you want it in yellow. So now you got this right here hanging over here. You can go to the back. Add a design. Put that right there on the back. Oops, let me get rid of this one. There it is. So you got Now you got this on the back and this on the front. I'll get rid of that. And now you you've completely customized your shirt. And I don't I don't think they charge you extra and if they do it's just like two or three bucks extra to do that. But it's really really a cool little cool tool. So you can make your own customized shirt that nobody else has in existence. So anyway guys, I appreciate you joining. Thank you to everybody who participated in this live stream. Just the fact that you tuned in and you spent your time with me means everything. Well, I don't want to bore you anymore, guys. Uh-oh, challenge accepted. I don't think Brian has ever read my comment or even said my name. I forgive him. Brucer5403. No, Brucer.5403. I will get it right. Brucer, thanks for being here. You should eradicate beliefs from your mind. Belief is the opposite of knowing. Yeah, but you know what? If you think about it, belief is kind of necessary for life. You know what I mean? And I'll have to think about this, but it's Look, everybody else is saying Bruce, too. We are all inclusive here, unless you're a cop or a judge or a political parasite. Eradicate beliefs from your mind. It's the opposite of knowing. I think there's a place for beliefs, but I'd have to really sit down and think about it. Doesn't like Judaism then because all they do is steal property. I I think I think that's one of the worst religions. I think that's one of the worst religions, guys. If you've ever read the Old Testament and what the J Star Ws really believe about everybody else who they call the [ __ ] it's kind of a weird It's kind of a weird situation. Bruce says thanks. Guys, I miss a whole lot of your messages and emails and I apologize. There's just one of me and I just I only have 1,440 minutes in a day. You know what I mean? I would say that's pretty close. I would say that's pretty close. Have you guys ever read the Satanic I think it's the seven Satanic rules. What what What is it? What are the seven tenants? I hate doing all caps like that. Look at this. The seven tenants of the Satanic Temple. I mean, brace yourselves because it's not what you expect. The Satanic Temple follows seven core humanistic principles. Compassion, act with empathy empathy toward all creatures based on reason. Fight for justice which stands above unfair laws or institutions. I can get behind both of those. How about you guys? Bodily autonomy, one's body is absolute and subject to no one's will. I like that one. Respect freedoms. Respect others including their freedoms to the freedom to offend. I like that one too. Thank you, Wayne. Scientific understanding, beliefs must match certain scientific facts. That depends on what they're calling science right there. You know what I'm saying? Fallibility, acknowledge mistakes and work to fix any harm done. I I I can back that. Noble principles, compassion, wisdom, and justice should always guide action. Other than this one which I see as questionable about the scientific understanding because I would need a further definition of them. Um I can back every one of those right there. I don't care what you call Call that Christianity, call it Judaism, call it Islam, call it Satanism. I can back those concepts. Anybody disagree with any of that? And And I'm not scared of it because it like in religion it's like, "Oh my god, you cannot say as a religious person that you back Satanism, man. Come on." To me, belief is the I can't attitude and led us to being weak narcissists. I think religion is a dangerous road because you really have to question why you're doing what you're doing. Well, grandma did it. Well, I know, but what if grandma was wrong? Grandma prayed the rosary. Grandma sacrificed lambs. What if grandma sacrificed little people? Would you still do it? And not question it? Like how far do you go with that? Like who is it? Voltaire who said, "Um those who can make you believe absurdities can also make you commit atrocities." I I'm I'm thinking that's true. If you can get somebody to believe something so fantastic, so wild, so unbelievable, you can probably steer their minds to cause their bodies to do some pretty seriously satanic or heinous acts. Maybe I shouldn't say satanic if this is what Satanism is all about, being compassionate, uh a mind of justice, bodily autonomy, respecting freedoms, uh learning from your mistake, and displaying noble principles. You can't trust Satan. Oh, you mean Satan? Can't trust I I just don't believe he exists. I don't think there's a being called Satan. I I would have to have proof. I can't believe it because somebody wrote it in a book, you know what I mean? You know, we can No, we can't. It's It's almost going on 2 hours now, and I'd rather discuss this on the Here's the deal channel. A controlled mind is a controlled physical reality. I know. I should stop, huh? I should stop. Stop. Stop. No, I'm going to do it. Stop. No. Yeah, I got to go get some protein. Satan is translated accuser, Satan. Hey, Michael Jordan. Thank you for signing up as a new member. What's the problem? >> I'll tell you what, let me look at this and I would rather do This is at the end of a live stream. Nobody's going to watch a 2-hour live stream and go to the end. So, let me look at this and um and and do a separate video on it because he's got 3.6 thousand views on this and if if it needs more views, let me go over it, check it out, uh do some commentary on it, and uh and get this out there. Tennessee Accountability said I was pulled over and almost got searched for driving with no shirt on. What the heck? In Tennessee? Tennessee Accountability, refresh my memory, what part of Tennessee are you in? Hey, HBO Matt, it might be easier for you to email me, contact@highimpactflicks.com, and give me those details, contact@highimpactflicks.com. Matter of fact, I'll write it, but I don't know if they're going to something When I post stuff in the chat, it disappears. There it is right there. What part of Tennessee are you in? McMinn, Polk County. Is that McMinnville or just McMinn? You curious about the Bible dipping your toe, listen to the Eagles when the thrill is gone. You got to You got to give me that link. You got to give me that link, uh, Tennessee Accountability. If you I'm sure you recorded it. You had to have. Okay, that's 2 hours and 7 minutes. All right, guys. Thank you so much for supporting the channel. Thanks for being here. I would definitely like to spend more time with you, but you know what? I got to scoot. Let's see where we at. All right, guys. Thank you very much for being here. Don't forget to subscribe to, um, the Disturbing Illusion, and I'll try to get that religious talk. I want it to be friendly, guys. I I see religion as divisive, and I really, really want to foster goodwill. I mean, genuine good goodwill. And even though we might be on different religious spectrums, maybe we can, like, establish a common ground of respect, you know what I mean? Cuz I'm just really just asking questions. I'm curious about what people think, why they think what they think, and if they'd be willing to admit that they could be wrong. Cuz everybody can't be right in the religious field. You know what I mean? Either there's one way to go to heaven, or there's multiple ways to go to heaven, or there isn't a heaven, or there is a savior, or there isn't a savior, and who's the right one? What's the right church to go to if that's going to be the portal to heaven? So, yeah, I think it's going to be a really interesting talk. I just hope we can keep it cordial because I've seen too many times where when you talk religion and politics, people get really, really upset at you because it almost becomes them. It's their identity. And when you talk about or talk negatively about their religion, it's like you're talking negative about them and they take great offense at that. So, I appreciate you guys being here. Thanks for joining the live stream and I will see you in the next one.
