been talk that people want to move away from the word auditing because it has a bad stigma because you know there's behaviors attached to it that people don't want to be associated with and I can understand that but I still think auditing is a good word in my opinion uh it's an official inspection of an individual or organization's accounts or behaviors when you're auditing a behavior the behavior specifically of somebody who claimed to take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution the United States which is synonymous with taking an oath to protecting and defending yours and my freedoms and I think it's perfectly legitimate to use the term audit to express why you're there as somebody who's exercising their freedom of press and there have been arguments masking man thank you thank I just you just reminded me of uh I'll I'll give you a shout out here in a second um you know they they Swear to protect and defend your rights so if somebody comes along and calls them on it I think that is a public servants that servant that's an epitome the epitome of a public service um function and basically when you're auditing a cop or you're auditing a politician or you're auditing a judge or an attorney in your town or your city hall you're actually performing a public service for the community you are being a public servant when you're the Press you're letting everybody know what the truth is if your aim is to tell the truth and so I think audit's a good you know a good thing you can also call yourself press or you can say that you're exercising your freedom of press there was a conversation I was having with uh I think it was press harder if you if you haven't looked at press harder's uh Channel he does a really good job but press harder said hey you really shouldn't call yourself press because it is just one of the elements in the First Amendment you know wraps rapps religion assembly petition press speech you're not press you're exercising your freedom of press my you know I understand where he's going at with with that but um my contention or my view or my opinion is that you can exercise your freedom of press and be the Press be a journalist if I'm misusing that word you guys let me know but I don't I don't have a problem with auditor I don't have a problem with press I don't have a problem with any of that now while concerns grow with this the toxins being spewed into the air from that train derailment the other day and from what I understand there's still smoke spewing in the air a couple people who are my subscribers said that they live around that area I wanted to show you something that was happening and I want to give a hats off to Masky man in the room right there I want to give him a shout out because I wouldn't have I wouldn't have known about it or if I if I would have it would have been later but he sent me a DM on Twitter showing me what happened with this news Nation reporter as he was reporting live during a press briefing from the Ohio governor which he was standing 50 yards from Mike dewine was given a press briefing about what was going on so you've got the community who's concerned about oh and you have a martial law situation so um there was there's a there was a mild perimeter that was closed off and the authoritized you will respect my authority the authoritize are telling everybody who lives in a mile a mile radius from that train derailment that you have to leave your house and if you don't leave your house and there are like 500 holdouts in a town of 4 200 people uh if you don't leave then we're gonna charge you and we're going to take you to jail and if you have kids we're gonna hold you for child endangerment guys if you're not free to stay in your own home in American soil and you're not free to breathe in toxins if you want to breathe in toxins and granted it's probably dangerous to breathe in uh polyvinyl chloride or what was it um it was it was the thing that made polyvinyl chloride I think it was just vinyl chloride if you're not free to breathe in vinyl chloride fumes which I don't recommend then you're not free if you're not free to stay in your own home you're not free so we have kind of a martial law scenario so what news nation was doing this Reporter news nation was trying to give everybody the heads up on what they can expect and if they can come back to their houses or not he's in the middle of this press briefing and the authoritized from Ohio take this journalist down if you have a camera if you have a camera and you're recording the cops or you're recording anything any historical event you are a journalist you're exercising freedom of press so this guy from news nation is exercising his freedom of press probably has credentials that they always ask for and yet the order followers still took them down which is another testimony to the fact that there is nothing more dangerous in this world than a conformist an order follower who just does what he's told despite what is right or not he never stops to ask himself the question wait a second this is just a news guy who did he harm who did he threaten to harm whose stuff did he steal whose property damage did not offer to pay for it why am I doing this and yet they took this guy literally down to the ground let me just show you this news Nation I don't know if it's it looks to me like it's kind of more mainstream because they got their act together they have a look at this you want to get to breaking news they have kind of a legitimate headquarters they got a studio I did a little research on news Nation it says here let me see let me bring this over here news Nation America's source for unbiased news this is them writing about themselves we're engaged we're engaged citizens get the news that represents the full range of perspectives across the country it looks like they're not CNN and they're not Fox News they try to just report what the facts are this guy said this these people went here there's going to be a function going on we've got deadly fumes being spewed into the air so it looks like they're just trying to do journalism but check out what happens to this actual journalist as he's doing his journalism that just unfolded at the governor's press conference in Ohio after that evacuation order and chemical hazards order had been lifted there was that dangerous train derailment just last week take a look at this our our correspondent Evan Lambert had been in the middle of his report he actually had to stop his report live on air what did they use to record this A rock that's ridiculous look how grainy that is I had a I had a 2003 Nokia phone back when they first came out that recorded better than that what is this uh uh 10 10 uh 10 resolution instead of 1280 or 720. because the governor had started speaking and they told reporters apparently to be quiet so we had to to stop his live report well moments later he was thrown to the ground by authorities roughed up he is handcuffed and arrested as you're looking at this video now you can see them speaking to him but look who he is that's our reporter he got the reporter down on the ground like he just killed oh we heard that there was an active shooter and we think you're the suspect that's how they're treating this guy he's just sitting there with a microphone in his hand reporting on what's going on outside with the train derailment they're gonna take him down and nobody's gonna ask any questions hey Frank hey Frank with the beard right here why are we taking this guy down to the ground it looks like he was just a reporter in me I don't know Sally they just told us to do it and because we're conformist and not more or less we're just going to do what we're told regardless of if it's right or not for Evan Lambert he is on the ground he is being put into handcuffs and now they are taking him out so he was trying to cover this press conference as it was happening he was covering it from the back of the room he was speaking quietly uh in the middle of of Rush Hour Ohio Governor Mike dewine addressed this situation during that press conference and look how big this guy is look at the size of his neck look how much taller he is than the little cop creeper cop that's putting him in the back of this Patrol vehicle here we want to listen to that but first let's just watch the rest of this video as it plays out so obviously you can see look how much bigger he is than the male cop and the female cop he could take like 10 of these guys and there's no way they would ever do this if they weren't cops just wouldn't do it that's not how you get along in society but all of a sudden they can do it because they have qualified immunity photographer still with him there and look he's being put into the back of a law enforcement vehicle there for doing his job for dude's so big he can't fit in the back of the cruiser man being a journalist again we saw him put onto the ground placed into handcuffs escorted out of the building while he was reporting on a press conference to alert the people of Ohio in this area of East Palestine Ohio whether or not they would be allowed allowed to go back into their home so this was not a secret this was the governor speaking actually performing a service that's going to benefit the public oh you think you got problems you ain't got no kind of problems until you see you sprinkle a little bit of government on that and then then you're going to find out what kind of problems you have because no problem is so great that you can't make it exponentially worse with the additional ingredient of government public functionaries policemen look how much they worse they made everything now if news nation is a legitimate news source and they left because other reporters were there too reporting the same thing let's say they left Fox News let's say they left MSNBC and CNN but they took out news Nation what if this guy was the only guy reporting on the facts and letting people know what was actually going on all right let's listen to what the governor had to say [Music] it's always been my practice that if I'm doing a press conference someone wants to report out there and they want to be talking to the people back on channel whatever they have every right to do that so you know that should not if that someone was stopped from doing that or told they could not do that that was wrong it was nothing that I author up hey what's up press harder I was just talking about you man that that exchange we kind of had in the comment section under my community tab uh yeah we should talk man if there's if there's correction that needs to be had I'm definitely willing to listen so hope no to get a message out to the public that's all it was but the cops they treated owners or a bank robbery or something let's go take them down I can't wait we get to tackle somebody who otherwise wouldn't have tackled but now because they respect the badge and they respect the gun and they respect the supposed authority of the state they're gonna be like putty in our hands oh man that's why I became a cop Can You Feel the adrenaline rush Sally absolutely that that's certainly an amendment right right there so let's let's we're gonna go back to this video uh before we move on from this so Evan again giving his live report on Rush Hour just happened in our last hour the governor came to the podium was apparently going to start speaking and they asked him to stop let's listen to what happens here look at the irony look at the you get cops you get the violence of the state the force and violence and coercion and threats and evil and theft of the state bearing their fangs and their claws under a sign that says Be Kind oh my God you can't even write a script this good man [Music] yeah it sounds like that audio uh has been slowed down you think so we can't hear exactly what's being said that audio is distorted there but we're going to keep watching this video again this is the first time that I'm seeing it as well I'm watching it as you're seeing it too uh because in a moment look look shoved to the ground you can see it's taken out of that we take him to the ground right here gymnasium there and then law enforcement escorts him out at this point he's not yet in handcuffs um but in a moment apparently we're going to see him and then there is now Evan Lambert is now on the ground looks like at least one two two officers on him two other officers oh now we got you for resisting we know you were a peaceful peaceful guy with a microphone we know that you were reporting to the public on information they really needed to hear but you started resisting now we got we got a resisting charge against you how about that now you're gonna have to go to court now you're gonna have to spend a whole lot of money now you're gonna have to hire a lawyer all right resisting resisting arrest resisting tyranny is now a crime in America standing over him let's listen to what happens at least a foot and a half taller than these two little Schmucks here yeah Dave Nichols says what's the purpose of pushing people to the ground unless it's to dehumanize oh no the police department would not dehumanize and demoralize us they wouldn't make us think we're lesser a lesser class in society than they are they wouldn't they wouldn't let us think for one second that they're above us and we are under we're subjects under their rule they wouldn't do that not the coppers they love us they're here to Serve and Protect themselves I got arrested because with our general literally put his hands on me okay so we're going to see Evan now placed into that law enforcement vehicle there as you can see he was saying he was doing a live shot okay we're going to review it again let's take it back from the top and again we're showing this guy could take those people out with his nose man I'm telling you this because Evan is a journalist he has absolutely every right to be reporting from a scene this is a scene that affects that Community this was a national story there was toxic chemical spilled there let's let's listen to what happened Evan I'm sorry so Evan asks for help up you can hear somebody off camera saying Evan I'm sorry as they export him out there I got arrested regard General literally so we've already seen this one it's on camera from the governor there Governor dewine even the governor yeah Governor dewine is the guy who wants to take everybody's uh uh Second Amendment rights way there's actually more on this Chris Cuomo actually reports on this so we're going to watch that in a second he ends up getting out of jail so I want to hear his side of it I haven't heard it yet I wanted to share it with you I was going to turn this into a separate video I was like you know what let's just go live I haven't gone live in a home so they're listening to the news they're listening to the radio they're listening to police reports they're trying to you know keep their keep their uh ear to the to the to the rails to find out what's going on so we can go back home so we can uh you know fulfill our duty As Americans and be free in the land of the free home of the brave and resist all this tyranny but no there's martial law going on in Palestine East Palestine Ohio for air quality the train carrying hazardous chemicals derailed caught fire there last week sending plumes of smoke into the air now some people are taking legal action correspondent Evan Lambert was live for us in East Palestine Ohio oh this is actually the live at the end of this live I think is this is where they're supposed to uh you know intervene and take them down is there any this is his report before he gets arrested I do yet when they will be allowed to go back home Nicole obviously that is the big question here and it's being addressed right now by Governor Mike dewine who just stepped up to the podium behind me I did hear him say just minutes ago good news for residents but now I just saw this chick turn around this guy turned around and this guy turned around so maybe somebody complained about him being too loud I cannot hear him at the moment so we don't know exactly what that good news is going to be but I can tell you this is a question that people have been wondering for days now since Friday essentially when many people evacuated some people had to be out since Saturday and hundreds of people are living in this one mile evacuation Zone and they've been waiting for days now for this news they've been ordered to evacuate after all this happened the derailment unfolded that makes me wonder what's going on Dutch sense who has a YouTube channel had said that there was possibly or or in in his words definitely a a earthquake in that area that caused the track to wiggle and break loose and that's what caused the train to relevant I don't know if that's true but it kind of makes me wonder okay what's going on because we know with Katrina they were evacuating people and they were disarming people and they Institute did martial law against people and they weren't even letting people defend their own properties they were evacuating people who were in their houses with shotguns defending their properties against looters but the military came in and the police came in they disarmed them they arrest them they arrested them they got them out of their houses and that seems like a similar situation here originally on Friday night there was a controlled release of these chemicals as well and we're actually being told right now that we need to stop broadcasting because this news conference is behind us and we're in the command center so as we all listened back there and I listen here you'll learn the latest Nicole all right Evan we know that you're keeping an eye on all of that we'll check back in want to see where he gets out it's really inferiorating Evan is a watch okay this right here right here says news uh news nation Washington bureau chief Mike whatever his name is spoke to Evan Lambert's uh about Evan Lambert's arrest this guy says that the local press were there with the new news conference doing shots okay that's this is nothing new okay here's Cuomo covering this Evan Lambert is one of our reporters he was in Ohio I did not know that Chris Cuomo from CNN is now uh that that that diminishes credibility in my eyes for news Nation now there's no way that they are an unbiased news source with Chris Cuomo from the Communist news networking board so I've got no credibility shot with news Nation now Evan Lambert is one of our reporters he was in Ohio covering a story about a trained derailment and there were evacuations in the town there are a lot of questions there's a lot of upset and during this press conference with uh Governor dewine about this derailment all of a sudden button whatever Evan Lambert's Behavior was and asking questions uh became offensive to those in power and he wound up being arrested we have video that you're going to wind up seeing everywhere but not necessarily for the right reasons okay uh this is not click bait this is a young man who was doing his job now you see him sitting outside the patrol car he's still in custody why disorderly conduct criminal trespassing charges now how does a report oh I didn't know that disorderly conduct criminal trespassing for a guy with a microphone and a crew with a camera reporting on a historical event for public interest and he probably is credentialed probably get hit with criminal trespass I'll tell you how this is when people in power don't want you around and I don't know all the specifics of the story I don't even know Evan Lambert as you know I'm new here at news Nation but I do know this I've done the job in a way that makes people Empower offended and you have to police this yeah see here's the here's my deal with Chris Cuomo he heavily pushed the and the mandates that went along with that and he also did a bunch of fakery pretended like he was in his basement for months and you know faking coming out of the basement saying hey I wore a ritualistic shame Muzzle you should too got I mean this guy does not care about speaking truth to power he's actually going to speak lies for the powerful that's that's who Chris Cuomo is that's because I don't even trust his reporting on this but I do want to watch it because I want to get to the the point where Lambert actually tells us his side of the story he's one of ours so absolutely why I'm starting the show with it right now I believe in loyalty I believe in loyalty to your team and this is a hard job and at the end of the day you only have each other and when times get rough you need to depend on one another and right now he needs to depend on us because he's sitting in jail now why does this reporter need to be in custody right now why to be booked to be processed so you can investigate with somebody hurt here other than Evan Lambert those are legitimate questions and why aren't the cops asking questions okay why are we taking this guy down why did we put the torture cuffs on him why did we shove into the back back of our vehicle why did we fingerprint him why did we do a body cavity search because you know they did all that kind of stuff before they put him in jail why did we put him into a rape cage what was the reason for that what did he do what was his crime I know that the company is rushing people there uh lawyers and whatnot to try to get him out but this is about why he's there in the first place true trespassing can only mean one thing they decided they didn't want him there anymore right because otherwise it would have been trespassed from the minute he walked in and that's not how it works when you're in the media you're doing your job that would mean all the media there was trespassing so this is about revoking his invitation now is that legal was it right the way they treated him oh man I wish there was more to that all right all right he's uh he's talking he's talking to Bill O'Reilly here oh my gosh uh well you know Bill O'Reilly we'll do it live we'll do it live uh the state police or whoever it is you have words with them hey guys don't nobody knows we haven't heard the sound but clearly he should have been removed if they felt that he was disruptive to the flow of news and that's it he shouldn't have been charged with anything that's absurd I I can guarantee you these charges are going to be drop Cuomo they're not going to go through with this you know it I know it they'll drop the charges but the spectacle embarrasses the local police department okay so why don't we get to the see he's he's looking at it in my opinion from the wrong perspective why not look at the underlying mentality that made this happen in the first place being an order follower being a boot licker just following orders shelfing critical thinking not acting on morality doing something because the higher command told you to do it instead of using your common sense your common decency your humanity and saying why would I put torture cuffs on this guy he isn't hurting anybody and let's say he was being too loud and everybody else was like hey tell that guy right there to shut up we're trying to listen to what the governor said then why not just go over there and say hey man we just need you to keep it down and give them a chance we know that you're part of the media you have you have a right you have an unalienable right to be here no matter if it's you from news Nation or you from Siena are you from Fox or you from press harder are you from Wright's crispy are you from San Joaquin Valley transparency are you from wherever it doesn't matter if you have credentials or not you're a human being and you have the right to be here so why not the warning why the display of force why the torture cuffs why the manhandling why taking them down to the ground explore that mentality the underlining mentality that every single one of these people right here promote in one way or another every one of these people will promote The Thin Blue Line of tyranny and then wonder why tyranny is afoot why do we have so much tyranny because you're promoting tyranny day and night 24 hours a day seven days a week it's all wise man it is all lies until you cut through the BS you will never be able to see what's going on and if you never see what's going on then you'll never be able to fix the problem what's the problem is it racism no it's authoritarianism it's people thinking they have a higher claim over your life and property than you to what they say here this is uh will things go further in the case of a journalist arrested during a news conference quote the prosecutor is going to file this because the pros the prosecutor is not going to file this because the prosecutors got a symbiotic relationship with the journalist what if the prosecutor has a symbiotic relationship with law enforcement then now we got a conflict but what if journalism and the prosecutor's office and The Thin Blue Line all have a you know a thing going on maybe this is like a little false flag thing maybe this is something that they you know we're only seeing this because they want us to see it maybe this is a show forced to tell us who just have these kind of cameras and not those fancy 5 10 15 25 000 cameras to tell us hey if we can do this to these journalists right here who literally have credentials those all important credentials what do you think we're gonna do to you you little YouTubers out there who think that you're gonna add a little layer of accountability and auditing finesse to us huh what do you think we're going to do to you maybe this is a maybe this is kind of a predictive programming Style hey if we can do this to them kind of like Donald Trump kicking Donald Trump off Twitter week if we can kick a sitting president of the United States off the off a Twitter with 80 million followers what do you think we're know that that's true but even if it were true holding him overnight he didn't touch anybody he didn't do anything he got thrown on the ground and cuffed he's charged with discount wow now I this is all new to me guys I did not know they they held this guy overnight this is super interesting to me uh disorderly conduct and trespassing because they you know they pulled his invitation to be there but you hold them overnight does that make sense to you garagos uh it makes sense because obviously we used to call this contemptive cop and that's what's going on the prosecutor's not going to file file this because the prosecutor's got a uh symbiotic relationship with the journalists I've had this so almost identical case with those almost identical situation involving a reporter in La years ago and what ends up happening is they don't file the case and he's going to file Evan's going to file a claim and he's going to get a Payday um why because I get that they didn't like this video or him um jawboning with them I don't know what he was saying I don't know why he was saying it but I also don't think it matters because he's not somebody that they pulled over for a traffic stop I bet you anything they don't bring up eight um uh 18 USC 241 242 deprivation of rights under color of Law and conspiracy against rights I bet they don't bring up 42 1983 but they don't bring any of that stuff up but they don't bring up the First Amendment this is all what it's really predicated on it's like hey this guy over here has rights these this group of men and women violated that guy's rights against his will without his consent and the guy literally did nothing wrong he didn't leave a CR a crime if they wanted him to be quiet maybe you know that's so funny the governor dewine didn't even mention that he was being interrupted oh yeah that guy in the back that was being too loud well yeah of course they had to remove him he didn't say that he had an opportunity to obviously he this this journalist this Lambert guy wasn't loud enough to interrupt the governor but you know I did see some heads turn when he was trying to report and it looked like he was trying to be quiet but it seemed like his voice was booming a little bit but if they just wanted him to be quiet all they had to do was say hey can you like keep it down uh or like stop this right now because the governor's speaking and I bet he would have done it but they didn't give him a chance but now he's refusing to go along with their instructions he's a working journalist who was on the job and holding him overnight I feel like you and I get into a fight in the street we're both going to be released on reconnaissance Bond I'll probably have to go right to the hospital but this guy gets held overnight yeah I mean obviously Chris he pissed them off right and they they're doing this because they can but in reality he should be cited out or right not even Bond but he really should be cited out and then like Mark said the charge either gets filed or doesn't gets rejected um but but they're just trying to teach him a lesson unfortunately I think all right look we'll see what happens and again I'm it isn't no matter how you look at it it is a bad look for the police department let's say this is like some kind of psychological conditioning where hey if we did this to a journalist we can do it to you people with your cell phone cameras let's say it is that it's still a bad look it's a bad National look for the police department wait till mainstream news gets a hold of this if they even bother to report on it it's still it's just a bad look no matter how you look at it I'm not I want to be fair but I'm not unbiased in this this guy's on my team and I don't like what I saw and I've been in situations that are similar to this and I think you got to be very careful about it all right the the Free Press matters you know think about this position right here your face down you know not everybody's flexible this probably this guy's probably in better shape than most and he's young and it looks like he's you know strong but you know a lot of people have shoulder problems a lot of people have knee problems they have back problems they have neck problems they could never be in this position for very long and you can seriously hurt somebody in that kind of position okay now we'll find out more details they're going to have to come up with a story I'm sure they're figuring it out right now but for the guy to be in jail overnight terrible that's crazy like you said most people who get into fights you know a bar brawl don't spend the night in jail they bond out civil side of things now Evan may or may not decide to pursue Civil Justice but lots of people do and I'd like to know sort of what what I'm trying to find I'm trying to find oh is this guy out isn't that him oh yeah yeah let's see if uh let's see if they end up talking to him I want to get this guy may or may not decide to pursue Civil Justice but lots of people do and I'd like to know sort of what what what's available to him his rights and his ability to actually uh recoup some um you know some of his credibility on
