On today's body cam, we're checking out woman makes traffic stop 10 times worse gets huge reality check from nononsense cop.ber 4th, 2025, a Tampa deputy initiated a traffic stop over what appeared to be an improper paper tag. But what the officer doesn't know as he approaches the vehicle is that this minor violation is about to escalate into something he never expected. water. >> Yeah. One of them tents got >> Hello, I'm Sergeant Saunders with the sheriff's office. The reason why I pulled you over is cuz this tag's not valid. You >> said my tag? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I know. I was just going >> You've already been given a citation for driving around with this tag, right? >> Have I been given a citation? >> You haven't been given a citation? >> You have an ID or a driver's license? 104 55 1050. >> Okay. So, you don't have a driver's license. It's an identification card. >> You You don't have one? Yes, sir. >> No, ma'am. You've already been given a ticket for not for driving without a license. for no valid driver's license. You've already been given a ticket for driving this car that's been unregistered. You've already been given a ticket for not having a proper tag. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. But you've been giving me citation previously and yet you're still driving. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Pull up a little bit so I can get out of the way here. >> Thank you. You know, sometimes you got to be able to appreciate bigger cities, right? Bigger cities that have, you know, transportation all the way down packed because people are under the impression that you need a car for everything. And there are some places where you do need a car. You know what I mean? But there's other places like let's just say New York City for example, right? You don't need a vehicle. Okay? It's public transportation that get you anywhere, you know. So, when we look at these things like this lady that's driving hot, okay, temp tag, messed up, don't even have a driver's license, whatever. And she says, this is her excuse. I have to drop my kid off. Okay. And does that mean you have to drive? No. There's other means of transportation. And trust me, I know not every place is set up like New York City with public transportation, but still there are other options that are available to people, whether that's your, you know, your bus, your, you know, you may not have a subway or whatever, but you got your bus, uh, you know, different things like that, taxi, Uber, lift, all that stuff, right? Would you rather pay round trip for Uber or a lift ride or would you rather go to jail because they're both expensive? Okay, you're going to have to pay a price for either one. And now she's driving around hot. So, she's the car is probably going to get impounded or whatever the case may be. So, you got that, you got court fees, you got all these charges that's going to come up against you. Or you could have just paid $20 uh, you know, Uber ride or something like that, man. Technically, she wasn't lying about not getting a citation for driving with a paper tag. However, earlier that year, she had been cited for driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle. More concerning, however, was her history of resisting arrest. Aware of this, the officer decided to wait for backup, and the moment they arrived, the situation quickly escalated. Oh, this is the backup. Wow. All right. This is the backup. Let's go. >> You You don't have a baby with you, right? >> No. >> There's no baby in there. >> Step out for me. >> All right. So, you don't have a valid driver's license, so you're going to jail. >> Well, okay. Wait, can I put my phone down? Ow. Why are you doing that to me? ARE YOU SEND ME MORE, BRO. >> BRO, y'all don't have to pull me. You don't How do I not >> Damn. Look how the feet is gripping the side of the panel. Hold on. Hold on. Look at the feet. Look at the feet right here, man. Look how that thing gripping it, boy. That she got some strong ass toes, boy. Hold up. [laughter] >> Bro, y'all don't have to pull me. You don't listen. HOW DO I NOT LISTEN? You're late. >> No, no, NO. >> Get out of the car. >> No. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET out of the car. >> You're not going to win this >> win. You just put your hands on me. >> OH, HE GOT HER TO GOT OH, NO. HOLD UP. HOLD UP. He cuffed HER AND THEN CRACKED HER. HOLD UP. >> PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. >> YES. HE'S PUTTING HIS HANDS ON ME. YOU [ __ ] LISTEN. >> You're under arrest. >> God damn. I'M NOT REACHING for anything. >> WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? >> OH MY GOD. >> OH MY [ __ ] GOD. [screaming] Oh my god. Are you [ __ ] serious? Are y'all really serious right now? [screaming] >> Let go of your keys. >> Let go. >> Let go. Give me my phone so I can call somebody. What is wrong with y'all? You >> You're going to jail in my face. [laughter] >> Are you serious? THIS IS HOW Y'ALL DO FEMALES. >> We [snorts] just People don't You don't want to say so therefore you talking about SHUT IT. >> SHUT IT. YEAH. >> What is wrong with you? >> What's wrong with you? >> Stop grabbing me. >> I'm not even touching you. I swear to God if you break anything on my body. >> Simple traffic. >> Simple traffic charges. I was trying to get out my car. >> All I said was, "Can I put my phone in my car?" And you grabbed me. >> Y'all always mistaken black people for doing stupid [ __ ] Like, are y'all crazy? All I said was, "Can I put my phone in my car?" >> All you did was follow simple instruction. >> You said follow simple instructions. I was I asked you can I put my phone in my car? >> It's not up to you. What do you mean? It's not up to me, you damn. He hit her with some He hit her with some [ __ ] man. He He put the cuffs on her. He said that. [laughter] Oh, shoot. That's wild, man. But hey, you know, like it was in corrections, it's like, yo, it's fair game up until they're under control. When you have them under control, that's it. You know, so for example, she's cuffed now. We shouldn't see no more Hey Maker, no more none of, you know, she's cuffed. You know what I mean? But up until then, when you wrestling around trying to get them under control, man, yo, it's on and popping. YOU KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING? HEY, it's on and popping. You might want to play it real cool, boy. Get you together, you know. Um, but yeah, man, it's crazy how they have this up in their database that, hey, she's known for, you know, she has a history of resisting arrest and blah blah blah. like they already knew the everything. So he called for the backup. He boom. And then that was the backup. You know what I'm saying? Whatever. You know what I mean? Ta. But hey, we I'm sure every time she's resisted arrest, it's never worked in for never worked in her favor. But she continues to do it. >> You're still trying to resist. >> No. I'm looking for my shoe, but you got my ore. >> You don't need to be grabbing for >> I'm not grabbing. You saying I CAN'T GRAB ANYTHING. I'M TRYING TO put my foot in my shoe. >> You're being >> like, what the hell? Excuse me. And you just punched me all in my face. >> Yeah, that's what happens when YOU RESIST. >> THAT'S WHAT happened when you're dick. I'm a [ __ ] female. >> Well, then act act like a person. >> NOT LIKE A PERSON. I'm a female. >> It doesn't matter. >> You just put all your weight on ME AND I'M ONLYUND AND SOMETHING LBS. ARE YOU [ __ ] serious? >> Well, you shouldn't have resisted. I DIDN'T EVEN RESIST. I ASKED YOU, CAN I PUT MY PHONE IN MY [ __ ] BED? >> IT'S NOT UP TO YOU. SO SHUT UP. >> IT'S NOT UP TO ME. I DON'T HAVE TO SHUT UP. IT'S FREEDOM OF [ __ ] SPEECH. AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO PUSH ME OUT THIS [ __ ] I PROMISE YOU YOU'RE NOT. >> And this isn't the first time you resist me. Stand up. If I stand up, so then stand up. >> IF I CAN GET UP. IF I CAN GET UP WITHOUT YOU, STOP TOUCHING ME. IF I CAN GET UP WITHOUT THEM STOP, >> I'm going to drag you out of the car. >> If I can GET UP WITHOUT >> GET UP. >> WHAT IS WRONG? >> Listen to the simple instructions. >> I'm trying to leave. >> Stop grabbing for stuff. >> I'm not grabbing for nothing. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm not in your >> Bring your hands up here. >> I don't have My hands are handcuffed. >> And you're ripping my hair out. >> Get out. >> All you have to do is let me go. How much do I have to have on me? >> Well, stop moving. >> I can't go get my phone. >> No, I'm not getting nothing for you. Wow. >> I can't call nobody. >> You cannot right this moment. >> I'm not I'm not. You could be a hostile. Get in. YOU GET IN. I got please. >> We're 105. No other units are needed on this call. >> 1051 to the 1050. >> You what? Apparently, I guess they never sent my She switched my battery, my thing all the way to here, B1, and they're like 104 and they cleared for the time. I'm like, "Hey, I need a 94 108." >> That came up. >> I asked twice. >> She kept on reaching for something in the back. I don't know what's in the back. >> Fires back there. And then, but I asked for 94 108 twice. We were fighting for like 5 minutes or something. >> Yeah. No, that number came up. >> I'll call it. >> All right. So, my take on all the hitting because I know I'm probably going to get some comments on it. Yo, what what's up with the you know? All right. [clears throat] So, I in the beginning, the first two that he had, you know, it's like, all right, I I can see that flying. The other ones when he's still trying to get her out the car, but she's cuffed. I mean, [clears throat] personally, I don't really rock with that. just because they can't really defend themselves cuz they're cuffed. You know what I mean? So, it's like it remember I don't have a a police officer background. I don't know their situation, but for cos we not rocking with that, you know, punching inmates when they cuffed and all that stuff. That's not that's not that's not cool, man. you know, even if you are still tustling with them or whatever the case may be, you know, you're grabbing you're grabbing you're grappling, you just sit there and you try to control it and wait until you have more backup and then you guys can all grab them and get them out, you know, in a situation like this. But [clears throat] so that's really my take on it. You know, the first two shots, oh well, you know, it is what it is. The other ones I think pretty much they they already call for backup. So, it's better to just wait for backup and then you guys all go in and grab and grab them and stuff. So, >> [clears throat] >> Time serves. Oh my goodness. Yeah, this is going to be a career criminal. She already has multiple mug shots. You got to slap her with some real time, man, because she's never going to learn. And it is what it is, man. Damn. [music] I got a reaction >> full time.
