to the side just get right back in the

tell you to begin you're going to take
nine Heel To Toe steps you're going to
turn and then you're going to take nine
Heel To Toe steps back okay when you
turn I want you to keep your front foot
on the ground and turn around using a
series of small steps with your other
foot okay while you're walking
you're going to look down at your feet
you're going to count each step out loud
and you're going to keep your arms at
your sides okay don't raise your arms
for balance keep them right at your

you can't stop at all so what that means
is like if you step off you just have to
