You're about to lose all qualified me if you don't let me up out these handcuffs and release me right now. >> Are you aware that you are required to identify yourself, carry a driver's license while operating? >> No contract with the state whatsoever. That's why you can't find me in the DMV system. >> This is not a valid stop. >> I'm going to ask you one more time to take a seat on the bumper or I will place your handcuffs and detain. >> Awful. You're not going to detain me. >> Well, you're not free to go. >> Why are you? >> So, you are being detained right now. >> Why are you touching me? >> Stop touching me. >> You are being detained right now. >> I'm an attorney. I'm going to let you know that right now. You've lost all qualified immunity at this point because you don't have a reasonable articulable suspicion nor probable cause of the crime being committed. >> Thank God this is the land of the free home of the brave. Can you imagine how bad and tyrannical things would be if it wasn't? What we got right here is rights violations, mic muting, secret police conversations, and general police ignorance and tyranny. It's May 9th, 2025, and Cameron Wilson is being pulled over for a nonmoving violation. Let's get into this. >> You want to take a seat on my bumper then? >> Okay. You're pulled over cuz your car has an expired insurance. >> You have to have valid insurance in order to drive a car. >> You were driving. >> 575. Can I get a second unit? One's available. Code two, please. Have your license, registration, insurance, please. Not a valid stop. >> I'm sorry. >> It's not a valid stop. >> It is a valid stop. Do me a favor. Go ahead and take a seat on the front bumper, please. Sir, I'm going to need you to stop. >> Excuse me. This is not a valid stop. >> It is a valid stop. I'm not going to argue with you. You can stop now or you're going to be under arrest. >> For what? >> For interfering right now. Your failure to provide a driver's license. >> The only person interfering right here is the person with the Halloween costume and the attitude. >> You're operating motor vehicle. You're required to provide documentation. >> Uh, do you have a body camera on? >> Yes, sir. It's right here. It's recording. >> So, this is not a valid stop. >> I'm going to ask you one more time to take a seat on the bumper or I will place you in handcuffs and detain. lawful. You're not going to detain you because I >> I am. >> Listen, man. I I've not committed any crime. >> You're committing one right now by failing to provide a driver's license. So, if you continue to do that, then I will place you in handcuffs. Those are the options. Either you take a seat on my front bumper, >> including my right. >> Either you take a seat. Okay? >> In other words, you're committing a crime for failing to ID, which is a secondary offense. There is no primary offense because this is not a moving violation. No crime was committed. No victim was created. Nobody was harmed. Nobody was threatened harmed. No property was damaged. No property was stolen. This cop needs to go fight real crime. >> Well, you're not free to go. >> Why are you being detained right now? Why are you touching me? >> Stop. Stop touching me. >> You are being detained right now. >> You are up against the car, please. >> Why are you touching me? >> Why are you doing this to me? Excuse me. >> I explained to you why detentions. Can you please stop? >> It's not unlawful. >> It is unlawful. I need you to relax. I'm reserving. All right. >> You are resisting me right now. Relax your arm. >> It's an unlawful detention. You can >> relax your arm. >> What crime have I committed? >> You can argue it in court. We're not going to argue here on the street. Relax. >> Unlawful detention. >> It is not an unlawful detention. >> Why are you touching me? >> You can argue it in court. We're not going to argue here on the streets. And then when you show up to court to argue your case, the cop has no argument. By the way, all these initial charges are dropped. >> Crime have I committed? >> You are under arrest right now. Relax your arm. We can argue it later. >> What crime? >> 575. Go ahead and step it up. He's non-compliant. >> I'm not being compliant. >> Relax your arms. >> Another testimony to the worthlessness of pigtail piggies. They need backup or they couldn't gain compliance from any mail anywhere ever. >> You're the one that's touching me on. >> You're right. I am. >> Okay. Unlock. >> I'm not playing with you. >> Okay. You can't just >> You can relax your arm and you can go in handcuffs. >> I've explained it to you several times what crime you've committed. >> What crime? >> I've explained it to you several times. I'm not arguing with you. >> Why are you doing this to me, man? >> He's just refusing to comply right now. But he's he's under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Okay. four. We're code for the same one. I got it. Thank you. >> Now they got another pigtail pig. >> Okay. >> Is there anybody else in the car? >> No, it's just him. It's as far as I saw. If you want to double check. >> Do you have an ID on you, sir? I'll go ahead and take those. Okay. Come back here. Face the 911 for me. Go ahead and wind your feet. Got anything on it? Just going to stick me or poke me. Fantastic. Want to lean back from the car a little bit? You have a knee brace or a artificial leg? Okay. You have to have no conscience to do this to another fellow human being. Man, take a seat, sir. Okay. 160. >> I got one right here. >> All the way in the car, please. All the way in the car, please. >> Thank you. >> He'll talk to you in a moment. Okay. [Applause] >> No. No. He got out as soon as I pulled up behind him. So, here. Let me uh Oh, no. It's on. So, I pull in behind him. He's got invalid insurance. He passed me over on Hawthorne and uh Monroe. He gets out, refused. >> So why was she running the tag? Aren't you supposed to be secure in your person? But because we have these license plates, these permission slips and permission tags from the government. They can run our IDs anytime they want, for any reason they want. They don't even have to have a reason. That's not in concert with the Fourth Amendment. That's not in agreement with the Fourth Amendment. That's outside the bounds of the Fourth Amendment. And these people stand as guilty tyrants. >> Just to comply, won't sit down. Won't give me anything. Saying he wasn't driving. Clearly, he was. Uh and then so I told him, I was like, "Well, here are your options. Either you provide me with your driver's license or you're going to be detained." Didn't want to comply with that. Put hands on him. Still not complying. Called for a second unit. Now we're here. Didn't fight or anything. Just resisting. Sorry. >> He was fighting. >> No, not fighting or I'm sorry. Just like, you know, tensing up refusing to put his arms signs back. >> I'm sorry. >> Is he in talk? >> Uh, not that I can tell. Nothing obvious. I don't smell anything. Not slurring or anything. Just not cooperative. So, I'll work on IDing him and figuring out what we got. Okay. Uh yeah. What's the charge, your honor? Uh not cooperating. Okay. Why should he have cooperated? Was there a moving violation? No. Why did you run his tag, officer? Did he do something to cause you to run his tag? What's going on, officer? >> All right, sir. Just so you know, everything in here is being audio and video recorded. Okay. And he didn't have a wallet on him, so I don't know if he's got ID in there, but he's not talking to me. All right, sir. Are you going to provide me with your name, please? Name and date of birth. That's all I need from you right now. Fantastic. >> No wallet in there. >> Uh there is a wallet in there, but >> okay. >> Did he give you? >> No, he's not talking right here. They mute their body cam so they can have a secret police conversation for about 14 seconds. This should be illegal. We want to know what they're talking about. >> You have the keys? >> Yeah, they're on the roof. Now they're trying to deprive him of his right to be anonymous under the Fourth Amendment by checking the RORO or the registered owner, which doesn't come back with the DMV photo. >> Is he the RO of the >> So the RORO has no DMV photo. So I'm trying to find another way and has not IDing himself. >> No, he's refusing to talk. And I'm putting the keys on your hood. >> Thank you, ma'am. >> Oh, lordy. Read them. Okay. So, it's my duty to warn you before you make a statement that you have the right to remain absolutely silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to consult an attorney before making any statement. If you are without funds, you have a right to a courtapp appointed attorney at public expense. You have a right to have your attorney present when and if you do make any statement. You have the right to interrupt the conversation at any time. And anything you do say must be freely and voluntarily said. Do you understand these rights? >> I'm almost certain you do. >> Do you have any questions about your rights? I want to know why I'm in hand in handcuffs. >> Okay. But I just need to ensure that you don't have any questions about your actual rights first. >> Yeah. My right to be free >> is not to be put in handcuffs. So why am I in handcuffs? >> Do you have any questions about the rights that I just read you? >> Nope. >> Okay. You are in hand you are in handcuffs because when I stopped you, you got out of the car and refused to >> Would you like to hear the answer to your question or do you want to interrupt me? Okay. So when you got out of the car, I asked you to stay in the car. You refused to do so. I asked you to sit down. >> Do you want to hear the answer? >> Right. >> Do you want to hear the answer? >> You asked me, right? >> Okay. So then I told you to identify yourself, which you also refuse to do, >> right? Which I have every right to do because I haven't committed. >> You don't actually. So you are required by law when you operate a motor vehicle to identify yourself when am I driving. I'm an attorney. I'm going to let you know that right now. You've lost all qualified immunity at this point because you don't have a reasonable articulable suspicion nor probable cause of the crime being committed. Not only that, you introduced and called other people to in get involved in your situation and open up my car door without a warrant whatsoever. You don't even have a warrant from for me whatsoever. You pulled me over for a non-moving violation based on on what? You say you pulled me over, but I was already out of my car before your lights even came on. You're about to lose your RA. You're about to lose all qualify to me if you don't let me up out these handcuffs and release me right now. >> Okay. Well, that's not going to happen right now. >> Okay. So, what I do need from you is for you to identify yourself. >> Guess what? Browns versus Texas says I don't have to identify unless there's a crime that has been committed. You don't have any crime that being committed. >> Are you aware that you are required to identify yourself, carry a driver's license while I have no contract with the state whatsoever? That's why you can't find me in the DMV system. >> I have no contract. I don't have to abide by anything that you talking about because right here within this county and this city, within your municipal code in which you operate under, street and road is both defined as open as a matter of right for public vehicular travel. So if it's open as a matter of right for public vehicular travel, why are you harassing me? You need to go look up the definition of road, street, alley, way, or public highway right here in which you the city for you work for. >> Mhm. >> Mhm. What? >> I'm listening. >> Okay. Okay. So, go ahead and look up the definition of street, road, highway, byway right here in your municipal code. For what purpose? >> Because it says that I have every right. I have a open as a matter of right for public vehicular travel. That's that's verbatim what the definition says. >> A right for vehicular travel. >> Open as a matter of right for public vehicular travel. That doesn't mean driving. That doesn't mean >> traveling in a vehicle. that I'm traveling in my private conveyance which is under UC9 operating motor vehicle under the state Oregon state law which means you are required to have a driver's license. >> Do you see do you see me operate am I employed? Do you see that black law dictionary in the back seat? Yeah. Go on ahead. You don't lose it. >> Okay. I I'm guessing he's Cameron. Oh, hi. Sorry. I'm guessing he's Cameron the RORO who is suspended. >> There you go. a false accusation because she has no legal standing on which to respond to him. So obviously he has to be hammered, right? >> There's no picture. >> No picture? No. Cuz when they're suspended, it for whatever reason they pull it from the system. >> System. I'm not in the system. You going to get I appreciate you. You don't let me go. >> Is your name Cameron? >> Are you Cameron? >> I'm not identifying. >> Yeah. I have three. I'm not going to argue about this. >> I'm going to turn. You're not going to get anything. >> That's fine. We just need your >> I'm not giving you anything. >> And the longer we do this, the longer it's going to take, right? And like the longer No, I was illegal. >> He doesn't. >> No, I don't have to listen and I'm not going to. I have my right is invalid, fifth, sixth, and first. I have a right to remain signed. [Applause] >> If y'all want to do that, guess what? The lawsuit gets there. And you're going to lose 12. It's going to be a conspiracy against you because you're included with her. It's going to be a 19. I already got a 19. This is what I do. So if you want to do this, you see the black. >> Yes. Do you want to be the next one on me? I'm not. It's an illegal >> and she tampers with and mutes her body cam. Again, what I really like about this video and what makes it unique is that Cameron here has the presence of mind to utilize the in patrol car backseat cam to address the jury and the judge. >> Salem court, just want to let y'all know this is the kind of stuff that we got to deal with all the time and this is why we do what we do. We've already brought this to y'all's attention a couple time different times as we've done. So here now I am Cameron James Wilson in the back of this vehicle being detained illegally on a secondary charge of fair to carry and present as though there had been a crime that had been committed. She also claims that it's a crime. Clearly again the police don't understand are not educated the aspect of the differences between violations of statutes in relation to secondary aspects uh that are required versus what we have as far as our rights. And she clearly read my rights. I have the right to remain silent, but yet I'm being arrested for fair to carry sin. Which just shows again the ignorance of these people and how again it is not necessarily about crimes because again we all know that crimes are to bring harm against another individual but it's about power and control. It's like she said clearly on the body cam I asked I requested and she can she can she has all right to ask and request. No doubt about it. And I also have every right to refuse and deny, especially when there is no valid Terry stop. And we know this is both not a valid Terry stop as of March 25th on our latest decision uh coming over from the federal judge. You know, as we have that on our record on our docket, we can clearly see that they just continuously do what they need they do and that's why we continuously win. And I'm very grateful for this situation to be in again just to have another situation to continuously show uh that no matter what we always get our money back on those bonds as you see. Uh but then the aspect too that we're always winning and we're getting crooked comps up off the street. >> And that's Cameron Wilson from the YouTube channel Power Inherent in the People. I will leave that link in the description for you. If you visit him, let him know here's the deal sent you. Again, according to Cameron, all these charges were dropped.
