all right we're just gonna do some
vitals on you real quick just to make
sure he's okay I mean I'm not gonna lie
to you I did drink tonight but I am not
drunk you can do every sorority test you
want to do on me I'm not I'm not the
kind to drink to drink and drive so
you could do whatever you want I'm not
worried about I'm sorry I'm not gonna
lie to you guys I did have three drinks
but you could test me I'm totally fine
what were the three drinks that you had
titles and clubs
but I'm I don't want to like I'm my
boyfriend's a cop my actually my fiance
sorry
[Applause]
so I don't want to lie I don't feel
you know I just want to be honest with
you guys it's the best thing I didn't do
I didn't do anything that was wrong I
didn't you know I'm just being honest
with you guys
we're gonna be airbag appointments
received
hello
was one of you I live here no no no and
I lived there were you driving yes okay
nope that's
where did you what did you what did you
hit I think there
so I think
hi officer hello so where are we if you
look at my record I've never been in a
car accident this is all new to me I
apologize yep so where are we going
driving and I meant to make a right and
I hit that pole so where were you coming
from right here so you on on Mountain
Lab right here yes and I meant to make a
right and I hit the pole I didn't see I
didn't see this pole is dark so I meant
to make a right and I hit the pull and
my my um
like whatever it is hit me in the face
the car the airbag yes yep they hit me
in the face and I like that I've never
been in this situation in my life
shortly okay how are you physically I'm
fine thank God nothing nothing hurts
nothing like that no but I freaked out
because I'm like damn this is the first
thing this ever happened to me I
literally got like on the top
so did you you hit that sign yes when I
made when I went to make the right I hit
like yes I hit the corner
going on
no I've got the driver right here
would you so do you know her no you live
there you don't know no okay okay would
you be a license registration Insurance
absolutely
do you know did you hit this yes I hit
this you know where you hit this yeah do
you know where you hit it I don't think
no no no I did
Rock like I want to make a right and I
hit this and I'm not gonna sit here and
lie to you I hate this okay that's fine
I meant to make a right okay and then I
started crying you know where were those
Rockets right here okay rocks are
usually right there
I was with my co-workers
am I gonna have to get it towed
Delta one we're gonna need a tow for
this vehicle SUVs disabled in the
roadway
s
Arch so I think uh
[Applause]
this is the sign
s
this is where the sign was right there
so it looks like she went here
based on the damage she hit those rocks
not the pole
anything I didn't know
[Applause]
and like peaceful everything you can get
their information
can I show you my stuff in my car yeah
okay did you guys see anything no no
oh
yeah so what's gonna happen to my car I
got a tow truck isn't normal right this
isn't going to be okay I can't get any
no there's a tow truck coming for it I
can't get to work tomorrow this is a
huge problem like I'm new at my job so
where were you coming from today
I was having dinner with my best friend
we had a couple drinks at um
I'll tell you the name right now
literally like three blocks down and I
was on my way home and I didn't see the
sign that's the honest truth you could
look at my history I don't have parking
tickets I don't have problems with like
hitting anything I honestly didn't see
the sign and I hid it and then I tried
to like deviate from the curve to see
what was wrong with my car and it was
like so do you know this is what
happened where were you at do you know
what town yeah New Providence New
Province and it was a restaurant yeah it
was I've never been there because I just
started working for my um employees like
three months ago I want to say but I
worked for
and then where were you headed right now
I was heading home where's home at for
you
insurance company on a later date okay
yeah I get it I get it
do you have your driver's license
yes no your wallet so we can grab it
over here if you can grab it grab it oh
my God
and I we were coming from like downtown
so I was going from this like literally
this street and I meant to make a right
you come from Dudley correct okay
but this
no idea what happened okay let me can
you get me
what are you trying to get
is that okay
and the sign in the hole here so that
whole number out
um doesn't need to be addressed right
now I think she can uh the part up over
there is it skimmed yeah okay
flash to light yeah okay
where's a good place with the lights
confer with uh officer for it
just give their ID to that also thanks
what we can do is I I could slide my car
around
and just Chase it this way
okay
I don't I don't know well after that
Google body shop to get it so get it
checked out okay thanks
I'm so sad can I drive can I drive home
no no
but you can't drive home you gotta
definitely have a flat tire and some
other stuff going on there buddy who's
hurt that she was the driver of the
vehicle I'm not her thank God okay thank
God guys are you gonna be going to the
hospital all right nope no need to go to
the hospital I'm thankfully okay I'm
meant to make a right and somehow I hit
that pole and my whole tire went out my
whole car went out and I don't know what
happened you have somebody coming to
pick you up then I called my mom I
called my sister called my best friend
no where's fortunate I have been
ignoring every call because I have been
trying to focus on what the hell is
going on okay I mean I don't think this
is the first time I have ever hit my car
okay this is the first time I have ever
gone into an accident and then we'll get
the information and I'm just
I don't even know how to process this or
I don't know I don't know
I just don't even know but I'm glad I'm
safe I'm glad my car is not you know
it could be worse but at the same time
it's still like I can't even believe
what it's just happened to me yes I
called the authority
thank you
thank you
all right we're just gonna do some
vitals on you real quick
I mean I'm not gonna lie to you I did
drink tonight but I am not drunk you can
do every sorority test you want to do on
me I'm not I'm not the kind to drink to
drink and drive so
could do whatever you want I'm not
worried
you know
sure why
A and E
l l
ancel the c-a-r-r
IDE English
no mine's right now
I'm not here it's fine with this camera
address
realities
I can't even believe that you can do 30
seconds on your watch right did you
watch do 30 seconds
sure thank you
I'm not gonna lie to you guys I did have
three drinks but you could test me I'm
totally fine what were the three drinks
that you had titles and clubs
but um I don't want to like um
my boyfriend's a cop my actually my
fiance sorry
[Applause]
so I don't want to lie I don't feel
you know I just want to be honest with
you because it's the best I didn't do I
didn't do anything that was wrong I
didn't you know I'm just being honest
with you guys
I just can't believe this happened to me
my my new car
let's do your best to relax
it'll be our so insurance as well I know
but it's gonna be okay I worked so hard
I work really hard
So It's upsetting I'm sorry I'm breaking
my mom can I pick up my mom's call guys
sorry office
I just I had I literally had three
drinks guys you could test me do
whatever you wanted Tito's and club I'm
not gonna lie and say
and literally I made a right and I hit
that pole I can't believe it
is the first time in my life that I've
ever you could look me up I've never
gotten into an accident like you guys
could physically woke me up and you'll
see that I don't have any problems with
this kind of stuff
I just need you to sign this of course
you don't want to get transported no no
I'm okay
right now I'm just really upset because
I can't believe I hit a pole
it's not like me
it's my mom guys I'm just gonna answer
it
I'm so excited
are you guys all good what's going with
her yeah we're good we're all good okay
I'm gonna go back to sleep hey
I just had cold like like I was making a
right and I hit a pole I don't
even I didn't see the pole it was dark
I don't know
and my my car is totaled the car bags
came out
okay I'm gonna send you my location
I'm gonna send you my location
okay Mom
she's so concerned just talk to this
officer
we're just gonna do a couple tests of
course I just want to you know the do
your best to calm down I know you're a
little shaking now I am a little just do
calm down into your wallet okay just
calm down deep breaths be relaxed you
know familiar with the English alphabet
of course you know okay if you could
just say it from D to W don't don't sing
it just just say the letters
g h i j k Elemento p q r s t u v w x y
and z
okay and then if you could just come
over here we're just gonna go go by the
light right here okay so first thing I'm
going to do
all you want that's good right there yep
so just just stay there I respect that
be together by your side first thing
it's gonna be a eye test you're gonna
follow the tip of my pen just with your
eyes only don't don't move your head you
see a like a movement I get it don't
move your head you just eyes only if you
have any eye problems do you wear
glasses or anything like that nope no
contacts no nope okay
[Applause]
all right
[Applause]
foreign
it's so just so you know guys I'm trying
so hard this is just so weird I hope you
guys get it like I'm 100 okay we
understand I get it I know you have to
do this yep so just Eyes Only okay
[Applause]
okay so next is gonna be a test it's
called the the one-legged uh that's
gonna be the walk and turn okay so what
you're gonna do is don't well I'm
telling you this just hands at your side
feet together just just wait like that
don't start until I'm done with the
instructions so what you're going to do
is okay you're gonna put your left foot
in front of your right you could do that
right now so just just like this Heel To
Toe so left yep left foot in front of
your right hands to your side I'm have
you stay in this position okay so don't
don't start the test until I tell you to
you're just gonna watch me you're just
gonna stay in that position when I tell
you to you're gonna take nine steps it's
gonna be Heel To Toe up just stay in
this this position can you first
demonstrate nope just nope
I just want you to stand like this one
foot in front of you okay yep
right in front of the level so whatever
you have to do okay someone have you put
your take your right foot so right put
it in front of your left foot okay just
like this heal the toe okay and then
while I'm telling you the instructions
so just can you do right on hands at
your side while I'm telling the
instructions I just want you to stay in
this position okay yeah
we're gonna do is gonna take nine heels
and Toes steps when I tell you to
so like like I'm gonna nope I'm gonna
explain it just oh okay yep so just
you're gonna explain it yep so just just
stay in that position okay okay then
you're gonna you're gonna count while
you walk you go one
two
three I'm only doing three steps you're
gonna do nine when you get to the end
you're gonna take a few steps around
like that so like pivot
nope
so just stay in that position that I had
you just saying well you want me like
this yep I'm gonna explain it you just
stay hands at your side so that you're
gonna take a series of small steps
around one
you see what I'm saying
you understand I'll explain it again
after okay then you're gonna go back one
two three I did three you're gonna do
nine I'll show you the turn one more
time okay
so you're starting like this the
position that you're in right now just
can you give me one second I just can't
even believe I'm going through this I'm
sorry
I'm sorry it's just I've never in my
life been through anything like this so
it's very rough for me
um I apologize
I hate I hate this I feel like a low
life I'm sorry guys nope it happens I'm
sorry guys my boyfriend's gonna be
living
because he's an officer from Passaic
County
343 Julian Gonzalez so he's gonna flip
but I'm not drunk I had a couple of
drinks I'm not gonna lie to you
yes but but this is just very weird
because I've never in my life
I have to go through the motions and
you're 100 yep okay so we're just gonna
I apologize so we can actually use this
this line right here so but I just want
you to know that I'm just look he's
actually calling me yeah just ignore it
it's extremely nervous yeah because this
is that's me yep just calm down like I
said just get through these tests okay
so you can actually put all this yeah
you could actually put your feet under
the line up right foot you can actually
use this line so if you want to stand
directly on this yellow line and you're
going to see the
theater yep so you can use this line
right here so
right foot in front of the left foot you
want to do that for me so this is my
right so right foot and left of the
front yes yep so so on the line
put your right foot you have it
backwards right foot in front of the
left right right foot in front of the
left foot just like like this yes so yep
you can use that line so right foot and
turn the left foot hand out your side
I'm going to explain it again okay then
you're going to take it it's just very
hard yep just do your best to to follow
the directions okay okay hands at your
side stay in this position yes you want
Heel To Toe right foot in front of the
left heel to toe heel to toe you're
gonna take nine steps don't do it now
I'm going to explain it to you and
you're gonna count out loud looking down
your feet one two three I did three
you're doing nine then take a series of
small steps around like that
and you're gonna go back one
two three again I do three you're gonna
be doing nine the whole time you're
gonna go Heel To Toe hands at your side
I want you to count the steps out I got
it you understand all these directions
so my questions for you officer is
should I go one two three four five six
seven eight nine turn
and do you want me to go straight
exactly you want to step back and go
back that way yep can you step back into
the starting position nope just start in
the standing position where I had to do
before I'm gonna explain the test to you
one more time okay yes
right foot in front of the left right
foot in front of the left yeah
no you're going this way this way and
then you're gonna exactly how I did I
went straight then I turned around
backwards the same exact so copy you
exactly got it you're going straight
down here turning around going straight
back but again stay in the starting
position got it got it right in front of
the left You're Gonna Go one two three
again you're gonna do nine
and then you're gonna take small steps
around you're gonna do Heel To Toe steps
so that means on top like that one two
three again I did three you're doing
nine make sure they're Heel To Toe steps
along that line do you understand these
instructions
okay you can begin
one two three four five
six
seven
eight nine
can I start all over no just just keep
going through it just get keep going
through it
[Music]
[Music]
back along the line thank you thank you
five
six seven
nine
face head off
any in your legs and entire surgeries
anything like that okay so next thing
I'm gonna do for you now while I'm
explaining these instructions put your
feet together like this hands up your
sides just stay like that Squad 22 all
right you're gonna choose one person one
of the other it doesn't matter which one
don't do it
okay hands at your side like one foot
yep just ignore it you gotta focus on
the test not anything else okay I'm
sorry my mom just just focus on her
together hands on your side okay okay
I'm gonna explain it to you pick one for
the other doesn't matter which one
you're gonna lift it like this nope
don't start until I tell you to keep
your feet together hands on your side
don't start until I tell you I'm gonna
explain the instructions when I'm all
done I'll ask you and then you'll do it
okay so hands on your side you can pick
one of the foot it doesn't matter which
one you're gonna lift it up
approximately six inches off of the
ground like this you're gonna Point your
foot out so that your foot's parallel
and then you're going to count to 30
like this 1001 1002 1003 1004. while
you're doing this I want you to be
looking at your foot since you start
looking I might go like this you're
going to catch it already I only counted
five you're gonna count one thousand one
two thousand two one thousand three and
then when you're all done after 30
seconds you're gonna go down put your
head to your side do you understand
these instructions okay again
[Music]
time what's up
thirteen one thousand fourteen one
thousand fourteen
2017.
that's good okay you just you check her
eyes so you just gonna do that one more
time with you so whatever you need to do
I want you guys to see that I'm sober I
did have drinks I'm not gonna lie I
don't wanna lie
tip of the stimulus and the tip of the
stimulus only do you have any medical
issues that I should know about
I do have medical issues I got into a
car accident I had a bag problems okay
do you do you have any medical issues
you currently see a doctor about
my vision is 100 like I said hands at
your sides feet together maintain that
position while I explain the test okay
you're gonna follow the tip of the
stimulus with your eyes and your eyes
only do not move your head do you
understand yes
[Applause]
[Applause]
I apologize
we're almost done
I just can't believe that
I'm staring at the point I know I don't
know what I'm not lying to you
okay okay I'm not lying to you I'm not
drunk I'm not anything new just by
accident hit the pool I'm not anything
I'm not a drug addict you can look me up
I don't ever have any problems with any
carbs or anything
I know it just bothers me because I
drank and it looks like I'm gonna do the
influence I know okay
I know I'm sorry guys I just can't like
I can't even believe that it's just
happened to me this officer is going to
explain to you what's going to happen
further yeah like what happens I have to
go to work
So based on the test
we do find you under the influence of
something okay so due to your impaired I
mean I'm not gonna lie to you I drank
but I'm not yeah listen I'm not like
drunk so unfortunately I do have to put
cuffs on you right now and we have to go
we have to go can we do the test again
please
so listen listen listen no listen just
just listen oh my boyfriend real quick I
hear you listen real quick you gotta
stop talking and listen okay sure we're
going back to the police if this doesn't
mean it doesn't mean you're guilty
you're gonna blow into a box I've never
done this I made life turn around put
your hands behind your back nope
I'm sorry
[Music]
you're not a business
you have to you're being placed under
arrest
[Applause]
behind your back you're going to be
charged additionally I don't want you to
get in charge
it's okay
what's your first name
relax relax take a deep breath okay
okay
they don't need to know
they don't need to know
all right because your camera wasn't
working before right now

your safety okay

the headquarters okay yep it's only two
minutes okay do you need house keys or
anything they're on the key ring okay I

topic she said she came from
she told me she came about it okay
oh
Yes dear

I really feel uncomfortable we're gonna
get you inside okay we just want to make
sure you got your stuff

[Applause]
we're gonna get you inside I got your
keys okay and then we're gonna explain
everything inside

I'll follow you in
you know
you good
you're good if I if he pulls out I'll go
this way
okay
yep
yep we're just gonna be right in
headquarters and we can talk some more
okay
Delta one
um
right
transporting one adult female from this
location to headquarters starting
mileage two five four two nine point
three officer bacon Fallen
crazy is there 100 hours
oh yeah
I won't be able to become a pilot
and she just won an airport and if I
have any record in my life
Eddie
boyfriend Julia Gonzalez became a
detective
he's my boyfriend
I got out of work and I went to have a
couple drinks with my co-worker because
we had a long day at work
but that's it I'm not a bad person I
don't have a background you can check
locally if you arrest me at this point
record I won't be able to become a
violence
and that's what I really want to do
I know
because you don't know me
but I hope that you can talk to your
colleagues if my boyfriend is a cop just
like you you can confirm if you can't
tell me
to Gonzalez
and I have my PDA course my cousin is
this is why it's very hard for me to be
in trouble because I've never been in
trouble
family is

pocket more inside okay sorry
arrived down back at headquarters and
the mileage 25429.9

[Applause]
[Applause]
okay
so we're going to talk about this all
inside okay
I won't be able to become a pilot
believe so you put that you're not I
won't be able to become a pilot take
care
my mom is calling me
I'm just wait right here we'll talk
about this inside you're not guilty of
anything right now it's two years old

just receive
this one everything out yeah all your
stuff over here I don't I don't do
anything that you could think
this one's fine

[Music]
I wonder
guys
hear me this is a traffic violation at
the end of the day right now you're not
guilty of anything because you still
have to go to court yeah
but get a warrior
when you go to court talk to your lawyer
and you go from there this is traffic at
the University officer can do your best
calm down just leave that down right

[Applause]
[Music]
he's starting to 20 minutes
bacon said 106.
big until 106. he told me to say 106.
okay
[Applause]
do you have to do it now
um
tell him 106.
no part of the support
so that's when you have to go
especially that you have to protest that
you're welcome
share with you I drank American
but it wasn't enough for me to like
cause any problems okay so what we're
getting listen what we're going to do is
we're going to get through our process
and you can just do me a favor
okay okay
so we're going to start there okay this
officer then he's gonna yeah he's been
really nice
like honestly I've never been in trouble
