A witness reported seeing a female chasing another with a bat. The same witness later stated that one of the females, dressed in a black tank top and shorts, seemed to be under the influence, barefoot, and attempting to break into nearby homes. >> Wow. >> Upon arrival, the female denied any wrongdoing. >> Yes, sir. >> What's going on, Chloe? >> I don't know what happened, >> No? >> I just want to talk.
